        李濟馬의 性情病理論과 局部損傷의 病機分析

        This paper is aimed at explaining about logical structures between the nature(性) and emotions(情) in philosophical concept and the pathological mechanisms in traditional medicine. This research was made through 2 textbooks written by Lee Je-Ma. At first, we propose some Dongmoo's allegations, and after that show some reasons from 〈Yellow Emperor's Medical Classics〉rooting for that pathological viewpoint. On the logical basis at first, Dongmoo classified the nature and emotions with harmonious(中節) or disharmonious and virtuous or vicious, not with manifested already or not. So the nature contains 2 conceptions, one is the attribution of pure virtue, and the other is the energy(性氣) of the nature having various actions. And emotions have 2 aspects of virtual nature and emotional energy too. Second, 4 main categories of the nature and emotions are sorrow·rage·pleasure·enjoyment, and those are corresponded with ears·eyes·nose·mouth and lungs·pancreas·river·kidney. When the 4 elements are manifested onto body, there must be specific movement and be related with the movement of energy of the 4 viscera. Next, the 4 natural energy and emotional energy are corresponded with chin·chest·navel·abdomen and head·shoulder·waist·buttock respectively, so various good and evil or affluent and deficient states, eg. pathological change of these parts can be explained by the 4 energy's activation degrees. Third, more complicated pathologic mechanisms are explained by the theory of concurrent or reverse movement of 4 each energies, eg. upper and lower or anterior and posterior part of body can be damaged successively or concurrently.

        健腦飮이 海馬損傷白鼠의 記憶 및 學習機能 恢復에 미치는 영향

        In order to make the efficient prescription and cope with various senile dementia, learning and memory functions of Sprague-Dawley model rats were tested with Morris water maze at first. And to evaluate the effects of the sample drug(GM) on choline acetyltranferase and acetylcholine esterase, immunoreactive measurement and-enzymatic activity measuring were carried out. Rats were injected with ibotenic acid through hippocampus CA1 and CA3 area. The results are as following. GM improves the learning ability in the acquisition test and memory function in the retention test significantly. And GM increases the level of ChAT which is synthesizing acetylcholine in CA3 area, and at the same time it increases the level of AChE which is resolving acetylcholine. These results show that GM improve the cholinergic catabolism and anabolism, and the increment of metabolic activity of cholinergic system contributes to the recovery of damaged learning and memory function by ibotenic acid. So it can be concluded that GM will be helpful to cholinergic brain disease induced by primary or senile reduction of acetylcholine secretive activity.

        디지털교과서의 아이콘 유형이 학습능률과 작업기억에 미치는 영향

        Background : Digital textbooks, which have been officially distributed since 2018, achieve the same learning goals as paperback textbooks and are based on the principle of self-directed learning. However, there is a lack of research on whether digital textbooks achieve the same learning goals as paperback textbooks in self-directed learning. This study investigates the learning sequence, test-taking time, and learning efficiency of digital textbooks according to icon types. It also aims to contribute to the development of the edtech industry by studying how each type of icon works on working memory. Methods : <Experiment 1> was conducted with 45 students in the second grade, 15 each, using the same design with three icon types: live icon type, automatic motion image type, and traditional digital textbook type with no motion, to investigate learning gaze, gaze time, and learning efficiency by icon type. The experiment was conducted using a glass eye tracker and validated by analysis of variance. The experimenter ensured the homogeneity of learning ability through a preliminary homogeneity test. In <Experiment 2>, four types of experiments were conducted to test working memory: live icon type, automatic motion image type, traditional digital textbook type without movement, and traditional book type textbook type. The experimenters repeated the same test a week later to see how it affected working memory. 60 students, 15 for each type, were tested, and the results were verified by analysis of variance. Results : The results of <Experiment 1> showed that the group that learned the design with live icons had the best learning performance, and <Experiment 2> showed that live icons worked on short-term memory. Conclusion : Experiments have shown that live icons that trigger actions and predict states influence learners' visual attention, increasing learning and improving short-term memory.

        아이트래킹을 이용한 서책형교과서와 디지털교과서 학습순서와 학습시간 비교연구

        Digital textbooks, which have been available since 2018, are being taught in parallel with book-type textbooks as of 2019. In the preceding studies of digital textbooks, there is no comparative study on the learning behavior of books and digital textbooks in the same learning area. The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is a difference between the study time and the learning order through the comparative study of books and digital textbooks, and why. The test materials were middle school science textbooks and were tested with 30 eyeglasses. The results of the experiments were all different, and the factors that influenced the learning time were the moving image, the image occupying more than 50% on one page, and the first text on the problem solving page. . In the learning order, only the problem solution was found in the digital textbook and the book-book type digital textbook, and the rest of the experiments were different. The result of this study is a suggestion of important factors to be considered in the design of digital textbooks differentiated from book type textbooks. 2018년부터 보급된 디지털 교과서는 2019년 현재 서책형교과서와 병행 수업 되고 있다. 디지털교과서의 선행연구를 보면 동일한 학습영역의 서책형교과서와 디지털교과서의 학습행태 비교연구는 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 서책형교과서와 디지털교과서를 비교연구로 학습시간과 학습순서에 차이가 있는지, 그 원인은 무엇인지를 밝히는 데 있다. 실험물은 중학교 과학교과서로 중학교 1학년 30명을 대상으로 글래스형 아이크래커로 시험하였다. 실험결과는 모두 학습시간이 달랐으며 학습시간에 영향을 주는 요소로는 움직이는 이미지, 한 페이지에 50% 이상의 비율을 차지하는 이미지, 문제풀이 페이지에서 첫 번째 텍스트가 학습시간에 차이를 주는 요소로 밝혀졌다. 학습순서는 문제풀이에서만 디지털교과서와 서책화형 디지털교과서가 같은 학습순서로 나타났고 나머지 실험은 모두 달랐다. 본 연구의 결과는 서책형교과서와 차별화된 디지털교과서 디자인에 고려해야 할 중요한 요인의 제안이라고 하겠다.

        This research is purposed to find Dong-mu's thought on 'philosophy and medical interrelationship' in his writings. It was researched with Dong-mu's chief medical writings such as ${\ulcorner}$Gyukchigo(格致藁)${\lrcorner}$ , ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Soose Bowon(東醫壽世保元) ${\lrcorner}$ , ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Soose Bowon Sasang Chobongyun(東醫壽世保元四象草本卷)${\lrcorner}$ , ${\ulcorner}$Dong-mu's posthumos work(東武遺稿)${\lrcorner}$ Dong-mu describe his philosophy conception with the system of The Book of change(周易). But he changes the meaning of Taegeuk(太極), LangYui(兩儀), Sasang(四象) on the respect of human being. Gyuchigo(格致藁) can be understood as social behavior pattern of Sasang constitute. From ${\ulcorner}$Gyukchigo(格致藁)${\lrcorner}$ to The theory of Sung-Meung(性命論), It is focused on Nature(性) and Order(命). Affairs- Mind - Body-Objects(事心身物) was distributed at Heaven-Human -Nature-Order(天人性命) on the respect of Human Moral. In the respect of Form-Use(體用), It is assigned to Form(體) and metaphysical philosophy. After The theory of Sa-Dan(四端論) in ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Soose Bowon(東醫壽世保元) ${\lrcorner}$, It is focused on Nature-Emotion(性情). Affairs - Mind - Body - Objects(事心身物)is distributed at Heaven-Human -Nature-Order (天人性命) on the respect of human internal mind. In the respect of Form-Use(體用), It is assigned to Use(用) and Physical science. Sasang Constitution can be expanded to Eight COnstitution in the respect of dominant position among Nature(性) and Emotion(情).

        H<sub>2</sub>O/(LiBr+CaCl<sub>2</sub>) 3성분계 흡수용액의 용해도 및 증기압 특성 평가

        Solubility on $(LiBr+CaCl_2)$ in water has been measured systematically and compared with those of pure LiBr. It has been observed that there exists optimum value of $CaCl_2(LiBr+CaCl_2)$ in solubility when total$(LiBr+CaCl_2)$ concentration is higher than 57wt%. As total concentration increases up to 65wt%, it is found that the optimum value also increases monotonically. From the experimental results, a master plot has been constructed, with which optimum ratio of LiBr to $CaCl_2$ can be found in terms of total concentration. Vapor pressure of $H_2O/(LiBr+CaCl_2)$ solution with optimum contents of $CaCl_2$ has been observed to be changed negligibly at relatiely low temperature. However, as temperature increases, it is found that increasement in vapor pressure is significant.
