        개인 휴대용 네비게이션을 위한 라디오 비컨 기반 실내외 연속측위 시스템

        본 논문에서는 Wi-Fi, 블루투스, CDMA 등 라디오 비컨의 수신 신호세기와 GPS 위성 신호를 결합하여 개체의 위치를 측정하는 Place Lab 기반 실내외 연속측위 시스템을 제안한다. 기존의 Place Lab은 복수의 측위매체를 이용하여 다양한 실내 환경에서 위치인식이 가능하였다. 하지만 각 측위매체를 통합하는 방법 및 실내외 환경을 연동하는 방법이 고려되지 않아 동작 효율이 낮고, 그 사용 범위가 제한되는 단점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 실내외 측위매체들을 유기적으로 연계하는 멀티센서 데이터 융합 모델을 정의하고, 각 계층에 적합하게 Place Lab을 재구성하여 이러한 단점을 해결하고자 한다. 제안된 시스템은 라디오 비컨 신호와 GPS 위성 신호를 결합하여 실내외 연속측위를 수행하며, OSGi 번들로 구현되어 다양한 모바일 디바이스에서 단절없는 PNS 서비스를 제공할 수 있다. 구현된 시스템은 윈도우 모바일 기반의 삼성 T*OMNIA SCH-M490 스마트폰에서 그 성능을 평가하였으며, 그 결과 제안된 연속측위 시스템을 통해 PNS 서비스를 성공적으로 지원할 수 있음을 보였다. In this paper, using the received signal strength of radio beacon such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, CDMA and GPS signal from the satellite, we propose the system of positioning which considered indoor and outdoor based on the Place Lab. Conventional Place Lab utilize the various positioning parameters to estimate the indoor location. However, this conventional system has limitations with respect to the range and efficiency of usage. Therefore, we defined the converged model of multisensor data and re-organized the Place Lab to overcome the limitation of a conventional system. Proposed system uses the radio beacon signal and GPS signal together to estimate the location. Furthermore, it provides the seamless PNS service with many mobile devices because this system realized by the OSGi bundle. This proposed system has evaluated the performance with SAMSUNG T*OMNIA SCH-M490 smart phone and the result shows the system is able to support the PNS service.

        고환의 장성 낭종

        We present a rare case of an enterogenous cyst of the testis in a 21-year-old man. On ultrasonography, an ovoid hypoechoic solid mass (2×2×1.5 cm) was confined to the right testis. The left testis and bilateral epididymis were within normal limits. Grossly, the tumor was a unilocular cystic mass, without a solid component. Microscopically, the cystic mass was composed of mucin-secreting simple columnar epithelial lining cells, lamina propria and a well-differentiated muscularis propria. There was no evidence of any germ cell derivatives or neoplasia in the cystic mass and in the surrounding testicular parenchyma. Immunohistochemistry showed a positive reaction for cytokeratin and the epithelial membrane antigen in the epithelial lining; in addition, it was positive for smooth muscle actin in the well-differentiated muscularis propria.

        멀티센서 기반 차량 위치인식 시스템의 설계 및 구현

        본 논문에서는 가우시안 정규분포 모델 기반의 멀티센서 데이터 퓨전 알고리즘을 이용한 차량 위치인식 시스템을 제안한다. 기존의 차량 위치인식 시스템은 GPS를 중심으로 제공되어 왔으나 위성 신호 수신이 어려운 실내나 빌딩이 빽빽하게 들어선 도심에서는 제대로 작동하지 않는 문제가 있었다. 이를 해결하기 위해 GPS와 UWB를 결합하는 방법이 연구되었으나 위치변화에 따라 각 측위매체를 이산적으로 전환하여 차량과 같은 이동이 잦은 대상에게 끊임없이 유연한 위치 정보를 제공하지 못하는 단점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 가우시안 정규분포 모델을 바탕으로 GPS 위치 데이터와 UWB 센서 데이터를 유기적으로 결합하는 Hybrid UWB/GPS 측위시스템을 구성하여 측위시스템의 적용범위에 민감하지 않고 유연한 위치정보를 제공하도록 한다. 제안된 시스템을 Ubisense와 Asen GPS를 이용하여 $12m\;{\times}\;8m$ 크기의 실외 환경에서 실험하였으며, 구현된 시스템을 통해 기존 UWB 및 GPS 시스템에 비해 정밀도 및 연동성이 향상되었음을 확인하였다. 이를 통해 차량에서 주차 관리 및 차량추적 관리 등 다양한 CNS를 지원할 수 있다. In this paper, Gaussian probability distribution model based multi-sensor data fusion algorithm is proposed for a vehicular location awareness system. Conventional vehicular location awareness systems are operated by GPS (Global Positioning System). However, the conventional system is not working in the indoor of building or urban area where the receiver is difficult to receive the signal from satellites. A method which is combined GPS and UWB (Ultra Wide-Band) has developed to improve this problem. However, vehicular is difficult to receive seamless location information since the measurement systems by both GPS and UWB convert the vehicle's movement information separately at each sensor. In this paper, normalized probability distribution model based Hybrid UWB/GPS is proposed by utilizing GPS location data and UWB sensor data. Therefore the proposed system provides information with seamless and location flexible properties. The proposed system tested by Ubisense and Asen GPS in the $12m{\times}8m$ outdoor environments. As a result, the proposed system has improved performance for accurateness and connection ability between devices to support various CNS (Car Navigation System).

        침의 통증 조절에 관한 최근 연구 동향

        Objectives : To research the recent trends of study related to pain modulation of acupunture. Methods : We searched the resent study related to pain modulation of acupunture. Results & Conclusion : 1) Early studies demonstrated that the analgesic effects of acupunture are mediated by opioid peptides in the periaqueductal gray. Recent evidences show that nitric oxide plays an important role in mediating the cardiovascular responses to acupunture stimulation through gracile nucleus-thalamic pathway. 2) Recent evidences show that acupunture stimulate gene expression related to pain. 3) By using funtional magnetic resonance and positron emission tomography, recent study suggest that acupunture has regionally specific, quantifiable effects on pain-relevant brain structures.

      • 하우스 環境要因이 水耕栽培 상추의 蒸散速度에 미치는 影響

        The objective of this study was to find the relationships between transpiration rate and plastichouse environmental factors for lettuce in hydroponic culture. The results of study are summarized as follows. 1. Transpiration rate was able to measure by using the flow meter for measuring of loss flow in nutrient solution bed. 2. The result of the regression analysis between plastichouse environment factors and transpiration rate showed that solar radiation and air temperature are positively correlated and relative humidity is negatively correlated and those have high significance. 3. About 48% of the transmitted solar radiation was converted into latent heat by transpiration of lettuce. 4. From the result of the multiple regression analysis by stepwise method of the relationships between solar radiation, air temperature, nutrient solution temperature, relative humidity and transpiration rate, the best regression equation was derived as given below. TR =17.559 + 0.704RA - 0.301RH 5. This study was carried out for only the lettuce and once experiment of cultivation, but if data accumulated through repetition of experiment for the other crops in protected culture, regression model being able to estimate approximate transpiration rate could be derived.

        중풍(中風) 편마비환자(偏痲痺患者)의 견관절(肩關節) 동통(疼痛)에 대(對)한 봉독약침료법(蜂毒藥鍼療法)의 효과(效果)

        Hemiplegic shoulder pain(HSP) is one of the most frequent and difficult problems affecting poststroke hemiplegic patients. Honeybee venom acupuncture therapy(BVAT) is known for its pain relieving effects in arthralgia. To evaluate the effectiveness of BVAT on HSP, 24 patients were sequential1y allocated into BVA T treatment group and control group and monitored for 4 weeks at time interval of initial(T0), 1 week(T1), 2 weeks(T2) and 4 weeks(T4). In treatment group, 1:10000 honeybee venom solution 0.2㎖ was injected into acupoint(s) following Deqi three times a week. Kyonu(LI15) was used in the first week. Thereafter Kyonu(LI15) and Nosu(SI10) were used. Visual analogue scale of pain severity showed significant decrease in treatment group compared to control group at T2 and T4 evaluation. Painless passive range of motion of shoulder external rotation showed significant increase in treatment group compared to control group at T4 evaluation. Fugl-Meyer Motor Assessment of upper limb motor function and Modified Ashworth scale of the spasticity of upper limb showed no difference between two groups. BVAT showed as an effective therapy in HSP and further extensive clinical studies are expected.

      • 메모리 공유형 다중 프로세서의 동기화를 위한 Spin-Lock 기법의 성능 분석

        Most of the shared-memory multiprocessor system provide a hardware primitive for supporting mutually exclusive accesses to shared data. The hardware primitive consists of instructions that atomically read and write a single memory location. When a processor is accessing a shared data, the lock is set to busy, and other processors must wait until the lock is released. This paper analyse the characteristics of four spin-lock alternatives, and compare the performance of the proposed scheme through the simulation on shared-memory multiprocessor (Sequent-Balance). The simulation results show that all the spin-lock alternatives for synchronization degrade overall performance as the number of spinning processors increases. In addition, a variant of Ethernet backoff scheme shows good performance even for large numbers of spinning processors. Because of its simplicity, backoff scheme has better performance when there is no contention for the lock.
