        공급사슬관계에서 중ㆍ소 자동차부품제조업체의 VMI시스템에 관한 웹서비스구현

          This study was concerned about mobile web-service of a VMI in the SCM system. The VMI would be a main module part of the SCM and regarded as very important thing on supply chain. Therefore, it was essential to react in real time of materials production and situation of used auto-part in procurement company.<BR>  We could find an affordable method to realize the VMI in a web service. The web service has made inter relevant enterprise easy to collaborate because of supporting most operating system and frame-work. Moreover, the use of a mobile tools was guaranteed a product recording and requirement of materials to real time in a rapid changing of production environments. The result of this research was very useful to apply the VMI system in medium and small sized auto parts company. This web service package has programmed the Visual Studio Dot Net 2003 and the MS SQL 2000 as database.

        기업가지향성, 신제품개발요인 및 신제품성과의 구조적 관계:중소제조기업을 중심으로

        In this study, an analysis was performed to examine relationship among such preceding conditions for new product development as entrepreneurship orientation, new product development factors and new product performance on the basis of empirical studies on new product development by medium-sized manufacturing companies. The outcomes of the analysis could be summed up as follows: First, the analysis found that the entrepreneurship orientation is exerting influence upon the factors of new product development, implying that the pursuit of entrepreneurship orientation might exercise impact on the factors of new product development. The intensification of entrepreneurship may thus be regarded as extremely important in promoting entrepreneurship orientation in order for enterprises to upgrade the executing level of new product development factors. Second, it was revealed from the analysis that the new product development factors have influence upon product innovation performance as new product performance, which implies that the executing level of new product development factors may be differentiated from that of competitors and highly innovative products can thus be offered to clients. Third, in the analysis, new product development factors are found to have effects upon product development performance. This suggests that systematic management of new product development factors is an important element in performing new product development effectively and determining the way of new product development performance.

        A Study on Operating Efficiency of Hotels in China Based on Bootstrap-DEA

        [연구목적] 중국 서비스산업의 빠른 환경 변화와 호텔산업의 경쟁이 갈수록 치열해지면서, 경영효율성의 향상과 투입되는 자원을 활용하여 이윤을 창출하는지에 대해 호텔경영관리자는 중요하게 고려하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 중국호텔산업의 효율적인 경영을 위해서, 경영효율성의 원인을 분석하여 생산성 제고를 위한 정책적 의사결정의 대안을 제시하는 것이 연구의 목적이다. [연구방법] 본 연구는 DEA모형과 통계적 유의성을 확보할 수 있는 Bootstrap-DEA모형을 이용하여 2015년의 중국 31개성의 호텔산업 경영효율성에 대해 분석하였다. 이를 위한 구체적 연구방법으로 기술효율성, 순수기술효율성 및 규모효율성을 측정하였다. [연구결과] DEA모형을 이용하여 2015년 중국 호텔산업의 효율성을 분석한 결과, 기술 및 규모 효율성이 낮은 것으로 분석되어, 전체적으로 경영효율성이 낮은 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 Bootstrap-DEA모형을 이용하여 경영효율성을 분석한 결과, 수정 후 효율성은 수정 전의 효율성에 비해 큰 차이로 낮은 분석되어, 이는 외부환경요소에 기인한 것으로 분석된다. [연구의 시사점] 본 연구는 중국호텔산업의 기술효율성, 순수기술효율성 및 규모효율성을 측정하여, 중국호텔산업의 경영효율성에 대한 객관적인 평가지표를 제시하고, 경영효율성을 측정하여 호텔의 효율적 운영의 정책적 대안을 마련하였다. [Purpose] With rapid development of hotels, competition in this industry is increasingly fierce. To remain invincible in the competition, it is an urgent problem for hotel management to figure out how to improve operating efficiency of hotels. In this paper, through studies on efficiency of hotels in China, constructive suggestions are proposed for the improvement of the operating efficiency, technical management level, and service quality of hotels. [Methodology] In this paper, DEA model and Bootstrap-DEA model are employed to analyze and study the efficiency of hotels in 31 provinces in China in 2015. [Findings] Analysis based on DEA model shows that the technical efficiency of hotels in China in 2015 is generally low; There are significant differences between the efficiency obtained before and after the bias correction by Bootstrap-DEA model; The pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency having been corrected by Bootstrap-DEA approach are classified, and the efficiency of hotels in 31 provinces of China falls into four categories. [Implications] In this paper, through comparison and study using DEA model and Bootstrap-DEA model, analysis is conducted on the efficiency of hotels in China, with constructive suggestions being provided for the hotel industry on the improvement of efficiency, technical management and service levels and future development strategies.

        소상공인의 창업 교육서비스 품질, 교육만족도, 신뢰성및 추천의도의 구조적 인과관계에 관한 연구

        [연구목적] 본 연구의 목적은 창업계획이 있는 소상공인에게 창업교육을 수행하는데 있어서, 교육서비스 품질, 교육만족도, 신뢰성 및 추천의도의 구조적 인과관계를 분석하여, 향후 창업교육서비스 품질 향상을 위한 장기적인 창업교육전략을 수립하는데 있다.[연구방법] 본 연구의 방법은 교육서비스 품질, 교육만족도, 신뢰성, 추천의도의 구조적 인과관계를 살펴보기 위해 구조방정식 모형(SEM)을 사용하였다.[연구결과] 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육서비스 품질의 요소인 강사품질, 시설품질 및 교육품질은 교육만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 교육서비스 품질과 신뢰성과의 관계에서는 교육서비스 품질인 강사품질과 교육품질은 신뢰성에 영향을 미치고 있지만, 시설품질은 영향을 미치고 있지 않은 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 교육만족도와 신뢰성과의 관계에서는 창업자가 창업교육에 대해 만족을 하면, 창업자가 강의에 대해 신뢰를 하는 것으로 분석되었다. 넷째, 교육만족도와 추천의도와의 관계에서는 창업교육생들의 교육만족도가 추천의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 다섯째, 신뢰성과 추천의도와의 관계에서는 신뢰성은 추천의도에 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되었다.[연구의 시사점] 창업환경의 변화가 심할수록 창업교육에 필요한 교육과 시설에 대한 교육서비스 품질관리가 필요한 요소로 대두 되고 있다. 창업교육기관에서는 공급자 중심의 교육 서비스 제공에서 교육을 받는 창업자 중심의 서비스 제공으로 교육환경이 전환되어야 한다. 또한 창업교육의 다양성으로 인해 교육내용, 교육방법 뿐 아니라 교육시설, 강사자질, 교육기자재, 직원서비스 등에 관련한 교육서비스 품질관리가 필요하다. the service quality, satisfaction, reliability and recommendation intention of the education which will be provided to small enterprises who plan to start up business in an effort to help them establish long-term educational strategies with improved quality.[Methodology] The structural equation modeling (SEM) was used in the present study as a means to examine the structural causality relationship among the service quality, satisfaction, reliability and recommendation intention of education.[Findings] For this objective, an analysis was conducted in this paper to determine the structural causality relationship among the service quality, satisfaction, reliability and recommendation intention of such education, which resulted in the following outcomes:first, it was known from the analysis that the qualities of educational service including those of lecturers, facilities and education itself could influence the educational satisfaction;second, with regard to the relationship between the educational quality and reliability, the quality of lecturers and education turned out to affect the reliability, while that of facilities didn’t;third, the analysis found that, as for the relationship between the educational satisfaction and reliability, start-up enterprises might put reliability on lectures once they could be satisfied with start-up education;fourth, the educational satisfaction of trainees with start-up education would exercise impact upon recommendation intention; and fifth, as for the relationship between reliability and recommendation intention, it became evident from the analysis that reliability could have influence on recommendation intention.[Implications] Based on the above results, following implications could be presented. As the conditions for start-up enterprises change drastically, it appears essential to control the service quality and facilities for education of start-up enterprises. In this respect, the educational institutions for start-up enterprises should endeavor to change the educational paradigm from supplier-oriented service to start-up-oriented one. In view of diversified start-up education, it may also be necessary to control the educational service quality including not only the contents and methods of education but also the educational facilities, qualities of lecturers, educational equipment as well as conduct of faculty members.

        중소기업의 최고경영자 특성, 기술경영능력 및 성과간의 관계에 관한 연구

        This paper carries out an analysis of important factors such as technology management capability of small and medium sized companies on the basis of preceding studies. The technology management capability is again analyzed to examine its relationship with characteristics of top management. In this way, a focus is laid on investigating the effects of technology management capability on technology renovation and management performances of small and medium sized companies. The results of the study may be summed up as follows: First, the factor analysis showed that characteristics of top management of small and medium sized companies have influence on the factors of technology renovation management, technical human resources management, technical asset management and technical cooperation management. Second, the analysis into technical management capability of small and medium sized companies indicated that their management performance is affected by the level of their technical management capability. Third, the technology management capability of small and medium-sized companies is found to have impact on their performance of technical renovation.

        중소기업의 품질경영활동과 영향요인의 관계: ISO인증 기업을 중심으로

        The present study carried with an analysis of the effects that might be exercised upon management environment when quality management activities are introduced and factors of such activities are effectively performed. It was also investigated in this study if performances of management, customer and technological innovation could be improved depending on the extent factors of quality management activities are performed. From the analysis, it was discovered that, first, the management environment in which small and medium enterprises are situated has influence upon the extent their quality management activities are performed. In order to increase the performance of quality management activities, small and medium enterprises are thus needed to make efforts to have insight upon management environment. Second, it was also made clear from the analysis that the extent of quality management activities has influence on the performances of management, customer and technological innovation. It is therefore suggested for small and medium enterprises to control factors such as human resources management, process management, utilization of quality related information, establishment of quality management plans, etc. as a measure to intensify their performances of management, customer and technological innovation by means of quality management activities.

        Analysis of the Operating Efficiency and Influencing Factors of E-commerce Companies in China: Based on DEA-Tobit Regression Model

        [연구목적] 본 연구는 중국의 전자 상거래 기업을 대상으로 경영효율성을 측정하고, 경영효율성에 영향을 미치는 환경요인이 효율성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석함으로써 전자상거래 기업의 경영효율성을 결정하는 요인을 추정하고, 그 결과를 바탕으로 경영효율성의 평가와 운영의 효율성을 제고하는 데 연구의 목적이 있다. [연구방법] SBM-DEA 모형을 이용하여 상장 된 42개 전자상거래 기업의 경영효율성을 2단계 DEA 모형을 적용한 Tobit 회귀분석을 수행하였다. [연구결과] 상장 전자 상거래 기업들은 전체 기술효율 평균값 0.518로 나타나, 효율성의 향상시킬 수 있는 여지가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 전체적으로 전자 상거래 기업들은 과도 투입이나 산출 부족의 문제가 존재하는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 총 자산 회전율, 순이익 및 브랜드 가치 인식이 전자상거래 기업 운영의 효율성에 중요한 요소로 분석되었다. [연구의 시사점] 전자 상거래 기업들은 경영의 효율성을 추구하기 위해서는 기술 및 경영 수준을 지속적으로 개선해야 하고 경영 자원 배분을 최적화하며, 기술 효율성을 지속적으로 개선할 필요가 있음을 시사할 수 있다. [Purpose] This study measured the operating efficiency and analyzed the environmental factors affecting operational efficiency by using 42 listed e-commerce companies in China. The purpose is to evaluate the efficiency of e-commerce operations and improve the efficiency of e- commerce operations. [Methodology] This study used the SBM-DEA model to determine the operating efficiency of 42 listed e-commerce companies. The 2-stage DEA model used the Tobit regression model for regression analysis. [Findings] The average technical efficiency of listed e-commerce companies is 0.518, indicating that there is room for improvement in efficiency. Overall, e-commerce companies have problems with excessive investment or lack of output. In addition, total asset turnover, net profit and brand value perception are important factors in operational efficiency. [Implications] In order to pursue management efficiency, e-commerce enterprises need to continuously improve their technology and management level, optimize management resource allocation, and continuously improve technical efficiency.
