QFN 반도체 패키지의 외형 결함 검사를 위한 효과적인 결함 분류 시스템 개발

There are many different types of surface defects on semiconductor Integrated Chips (IC's) caused by various factors during manufacturing process, such as cracks, foreign materials, chip-outs, chips, and voids. These defects must be detected and classified by an inspection system for productivity improvement and effective process control. Among defects, in particular, foreign materials and chips are the most difficult ones to classify accurately. A vision system composed of a carefully designed optical system and a processing algorithm is proposed to detect and classify the defects on QFN(Quad Flat No-leads) packages. The processing algorithm uses features derived from the defect's position and brightness value in the Maximum Likelihood classifier and the optical system is designed to effectively extract the features used in the classifier. In experiments we confirm that this method gives more effective result in classifying foreign materials and chips. 반도체 외관결함에는 발생 요인이 각각 다른 crack, foreign material, chip-out, chip, void 등이 있으며, 검사 시스템에서는 결함 유무 및 결함 분류를 수행하여 효과적인 공정관리가 가능하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 QFN 패키지 결함의 분류를 위한 알고리즘 및 광학시스템을 제안한다. 제안한 방법에서 분류가 어려운 결함 중 하나인 foreign material 과 chip의 효과적인 분류를 위해 제안한 결함의 위치, 밝기의 특징정보(feature)를 사용한 ML(Maximum Likelihood ratio) 분류방법 및 특징정보 획득에 효과적인 광학계를 제안하였다. 실험 결과에서 분류가 어려운 foreign material과 chip에 대한 신뢰성 높은 분류성능을 보였다.

N/A The matrix structure and the morphology of CV graphite are affected by the addition of many kinds of elements, which are contained in the CV graphite cast iron, additives, fading time and cooling rate. The effects of cooling rate on the matrix structure, the shape of CV graphite, mechanical properties and propagation of ultrasonic wave in hypoeutectic CV graphite cast iron were studied. When the diameters of the samples are 50㎜, 35㎜ and 20㎜ 1. CV graphite number showed average 13.8% increase and CV graphite length showed 12.3% decrease with decreasing diameter of the samples. 2. The amount of graphite and ferrite showed average 10.6, 4.3% decrease and the amount of pearlite showed average 23.4% increase. 3. Hardness and tensile strength showed average 3.2%, 9.5% increase and impact strength showed average 1.3% decrease. 4. Ultrasonic wave velocity showed average 1.1% increase.

연교(連翹)가 강제수영부하시험에서 CRF, c-Fos와 TH에 미치는 영향

Objectives : In order to investigate the antidepressant effects of Forsythiae Fructus(FF), we performed the Forced Swimming Test(FST). Also the expressions of corticotropin-releasing factor (CRF), c-Fos and tyrosine hydroxylase(TH) were measured by immunohistochemical method at paraventricular nucleus(PVN), ventral tegmental area(VTA) and locus coeruleus(LC). Methods : Spraque-Dawley rats were administered FF extract(100 mg/kg, 400 mg/kg) intragastrically three times prior to the FST. Results : The duration of immobility in the FST was significantly decreased in the FF 100 mg/kg, 400 mg/kg groups(p<0.05). The expression of CRF was significantly reduced in the FF 100 mg/kg and 400 mg/kg groups(p<0.001). c-Fos expression was significantly decreased at PVN in the FF 100 mg/kg group(p=0.069). TH expression at VTA was significantly increased in the FF 100 mg/kg and 400 mg/kg groups(p<0.05). TH expression at LC was not significantly changed(p=0.346). Conclusion : According to the results, it can be suggested that Forsythiae Fructus has antidepressant effect via the decreased immobility through the reduction of CRF and c-Fos expression at PVN.

In this paper, we implemented the face recognition app using the existing computer vision library and compared the recognition accuracy of the soft tissue markers of the face. The app was implemented using the Unity3d and Opencv for unity libraries and Dlib FaceLandmark Detector library. the accuracy of the recognition was evaluated by 27 people. The accuracy was around 3mm in all parts. In the oral maxillofacial region, the method of increasing the surgical efficiency by using the augmented reality technique has enough accuracy to be used for surgery andalso have great potential to be developed more than now.

Objectives The purpose of this study is to report that Korean medicine was effective for traumatic subcutaneous hematoma of the buttock and thigh, rupture of tensor fascia latae and multiple rib fractures due to traffic accident Methods We treated a patient in traffic accident by acupuncture, pharmacopuncture, cupping treatment, herbal medicine treatment, medicine treatment. After that we collected and analyzed medical record from 2018. sep. 27 to 2018. oct. 21 Results A patient diagnosed with traumatic subcutaneous hematoma of the buttock and thigh, rupture of tensor fascia latae and multiple rib fractures was improved by Korean medicine Conclusions Korean medicine may be effective for severe trauma patients
국내 임상연구 문헌고찰을 통한 단일 관절 질환의 봉약침요법 응용례 분석

Objectives This review aims to analyze the current research trend in the usage of bee venom (BV) acupuncture for articular diseases of single type joint. Methods We collected 74 articles on BV acupuncture clinical study for articular diseases of single joint by searching Korean web databases ‘Journal of Korean Medicine Rehabilitation’, ‘Oriental Medicine Advanced Searching Integrated System’, ‘Korean Traditional Knowledge Portal’ from 1999 to 2020 August. Results We summarized the most frequent clinical treatment methods of BV acupuncture for articular diseases of single type joint. Research focused on specific diseases in application of BV acupuncture about some articular type diseases of single joint. It is assumed that the details of treatment for each joint are not related to the type of joint. In clinical study of BV acupuncture, reproducibility was mostly insufficient. Conclusions BV acupuncture clinical study for articular diseases of single joint should be proceed for a number of subjects, to treat various types of disease, by using more safe and detailed treatments. 이음매 없는 일체형 라이너를 갖는 복합재 압력용기의 피로수명 향상에 대한 연구

복합재 압력용기는 높은 비강성과 비강도 그리고 내피로성으로 수소연료전지자동차와 천연가스자동차에 사용된다. 이음매가 없는 일체형 라이너를 갖는 복합재 압력용기는 고강도 탄소섬유와 에폭시 레진으로 라이너 전체를 감싼다. 본 연구에서는 구조적으로 취약한 너클 부위와 압축잔류응력을 고려하여 필라멘트 와인딩 패턴과 자긴압력 설계 기법을 제시하였다. 복합재 압력용기 시제품에 대한 압력반복시험을 통해 제안된 방법을 검증한다. Composite cylinder is used by hydrogen fuel cell vehicles and natural gas vehicles because of high specific modulus, specific strength and fatigue resistance. composite cylinder has a seamless integrated liner and it is fully overwrapped with structural fibers of high strength carbon fibers in an epoxy matrix. In this study, filament winding pattern and autofrettage pressure design technique are presented considering structural weakness of knuckle and compressive residual stress. Presented methodology is verified by pressure cycling test of composite cylinders.
