지방자치단체 도서관 행정조직의 분석적 연구 - 경기도를 중심으로 -

본 연구는 경기도 31개 지방자치단체 도서관 행정조직의 편성과 운영형태를 조사하여 문제점을 제시하고, 이를 토대로 도서관 행정조직체계의 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다. 분석결과 본청에 직속으로 편성된 도서관 조직은 거의 없었으며, 대부분 사업소 등의 외청으로 편성되어 있었다. 또한 도서관 관련 조직이 도서관사업소 등의 독립적인 조직으로 구성되어 있는 경우도 있지만, 타 업무나 조직 하에 배속되어 있는 경우가 매우 많았으며 셋째, 해당 지방자치단체의 봉사대상 인구수나 도서관 직원 수, 도서관 수를 감안했을 때 이에 부합하지 않는 직급의 도서관 행정조직을 구성한 곳도 많았다. 넷째, 도서관 정책담당 부서의 설치가 미비하였다. 다섯째, 도서관 운영체제(중앙관-거점관-분관)가 효율적으로 구성되지 못하였다. The purpose of this study is to suggest an improved model of the library administrative organization, based on analysis and investigation of present situations of libraries in 31 local governments of Gyeonggi province. With the result of this investigation, there are few local governments in Gyeonggi province with library-related organizations. Most of them had more organized position of extraordinary session than of affiliation with each local government. Also, library policy departments were incomplete, and local governments did not configure the library operating System(central library - base library - branch library) efficiently.

시비량이 Cymbidium Tropical Yellow묘의 생장 및 양분흡수에 미치는 영향

본 실험은 심비디움묘의 생장 및 양분흡수에 미치는 시비량을 구명하여 생육촉진에 보다 합리적이고 경제적인 시비방법을 확립하기 위하여 수행되었다. 시비량이 증가할수록 엽수, 엽장, 위구경의 생장이 촉진되었다. 또한 생장촉진에는 유기질비료 단용시비가 액비단용보다 효과적이었다. 특히 유기질비료 8g 단용시비구는 무처리에 비해 잎의 생장이 2배 이상 촉진되었다. 유기질비료와 액비를 혼용할 경우 액비단용보다는 효과적이었으나 처리간에 큰 차이는 없었다. 각 기관의 생체중 및 건물중도 시비에 의해서 증가하였으며 특히 유기질비료 8g 시비구가 가장 효과적이었고 그 다음이 유기질비료 4g + 액비 0.66gL-1혼합처리구였다. 시비량이 증가할수록 T/R율이 높아졌다. 따라서 시비량이 증가하면 지상부의 생장은 증가하나 상대적으로 뿌리의 생장은 억제되는 것으로 나타났다. 잎의 전질소와 인산의 함량은 액비단용구보다 유기질비료 시비구와 혼합시비구에서 높았다. 칼리, 칼슘, 마그네슘의 함량은 처리 간에 뚜렷한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 이상의 결과로부터 심비디움의 적정 시비량은 유기질비료 8g 단용 또는 유기질비료 4g + 액비 0.5-0.66gL-1의 혼합이라고 판단되었다. This study was investigated to clarify the effect of fertilizer amount on the growth and nutrient absorption of Cymbidium Tropical Yellow seedlings in an attempt to establish the more reasonable and economical fertilizer amount. With the increase of fertilizer mount, the leaf growth, number of leaves, longest leaf length and growth of pseudobulb of Cymbidium Tropical Yellow increased. Organic fertilizer was more effective than liquid fertilizer on the growth. Particularly, 8g treatment of organic fertilizer in leaf growth increased two times compared with control. The mixing treatment of organic and liquid fertilizer was more effective than single liquid fertilizer treatment, but there were little differences among mixing treatments. The fresh and dry weight increased with fertilizer treatment in the same manner of leaf growth and it was the best effect in the organic fertilizer treatment of 8g, followed by the treatment of organic fertilizer of 4g mixed with liquid fertilizer of 0.66gL-1. T/R ratio also increased with the increase of fertilizer amount. This result indicated that excessive fertilizer promoted top growth but suppressed root growth. The total nitrogen and potassium contents of leaf by macroelement analysis increased with fertilizer treatment but these contents in organic fertilizer treatments were higher than that of liquid fertilizer treatment. There were no significant differences in K, Ca, and Mg regardless of fertilizer treatments. From these results, it was recommended that the optimal fertilizer amount on the seedling growth of Cymbidium Tropical Yellow was 8g organic fertilizer or organic fertilizer of 4g mixed with liquid fertilizer of 0.5-0.66gL-1.

전동기가 구비된 원형 기둥 외벽의 환기용 천공이 내부 유동 특성에 미치는 영향성

In this study, two ventilation holes were considered to prevent condensation in the circular column supporting the provision crane on a training ship(Saenuri) for Mokpo National Maritime University. The ventilation holes could be understood as the most simple and inexpensive way to prevent condensation because it was formed only by drilling. If sufficient ventilation is provided, the insulation and corrosion of an electric motor can be improved, and a comfortable state can be ensured in the circular column. The circular column had an electric motor for driving the provision crane so that the basic principle was to utilize the kinetic energy for the flow field from a cooling fan in the circular column. The ventilation holes attenuated the low-velocity area in the circular column and contributed to internal flow circulation with updrafts. The results were discussed through numerical analysis based on computational fluid dynamics.

인용문헌에 나타난 웹 자원의 접근성에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to analyze the accessibility of web resources contained in the references section of journal articles. I was identified a total of 1,377 web citations for a major journal in information science over a ten year period. The results show that the accessible ratio of domestic web resources was at 40% and the ratio of foreign web resources about 50%. The accessible ratio of domain type web resources was shown 58% while the same ratio for file type web resources was 45%. This low accessibility of we resources in references poses threat to the overall value of journal articles. 본 연구의 목적은 인용문헌에 나타난 웹 자원의 접근성과 그 변화추이를 분석하여 인용문헌에 수록된 웹 정보원의 가치와 유용성을 평가하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 정보관리학회지에 수록된 웹 자원 1,377건을 추출하여 국내, 국외별 웹 자원의 접근성과 도메인과 파일유형의 웹 자원 접근성 및 접근성 변화추이를 분석하였다. 그 결과 국내 웹 자원은 접근성비율이 40%, 국외 웹 자원은 50%, 도메인 유형은 58%, 파일 유형은 44%로 각각 조사되었다. 또한 인용시간 경과에 따른 웹 자원의 접근성은 감소하는 경향을 보였으며, 인용된지 1년 정도가 되면 웹 자원의 23%정도가 접근할 수 없는 것으로 밝혀져 웹 자원의 유용성은 매우 낮은 것으로 평가되었다.

지방자치단체의 도서관 자치법규 분석

본 연구는 전국 245개 광역 및 기초자치단체가 제정하여 운영하고 있는 도서관 자치법규를 전수 조사하여 분석하였다. 연구의 분석결과를 통하여 자치법규 제정현황을 점검하고, 도서관 설치 및 운영을 뒷받침하는 법제적 근거로 작용할 수 있는 자치법규 제정의 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다. 조사결과 우리나라 245개 광역 및 기초자치단체가 운영 중인 도서관 자치법규는 조례가 393건, 규칙이 187건, 훈령(규정)이 43건, 예규(지침)가 6건으로 모두 629건으로 조사되었다. 또한 도서관 관련 자치법규가 전무한 지방자치단체는 32개이며, 도서관운영 조례가 없는 지자체는 40개, 작은도서관 운영조례가 없는 지자체는 144개, 독서문화진흥조례가 없는 지자체는 196개에 이르고 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 본 연구결과는 향후 우리나라 지방자치단체에서 도서관 자치법규 제정의 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다. This study was to investigate and analysis the library-related laws and regulations enacted by local governments. As a result, library regulations are investigated all 629 cases in nationwide survey. Among them, library-related ordinances are 393 cases, library-related regulations are 187 cases, and library-related anweisung are 43 cases, such as the order was followed. The Library ordinance 393 cases consist of library management ordinance(205 cases), small library ordinance(101 cases), reading promotion ordinance(49 cases), and so on. The 32 local governments did not enact the Library laws and regulations. And the 40 local government did not enact Library management ordinance. It is suggested that local government did not enact library-related laws should be established the library laws as soon as possible.

Comparative Study of Marine Engineering Curriculum Between MMU and PMMA

This paper compares the marine engineering courses of two maritime institutions: Mokpo National Maritime University of Korea in the East Asia region and Philippine Merchant Marine Academy in the Southeast Asia region. It shows examines educational marine engineering programs, along with the different divisions and courses at each college. It demonstrates a divergence in methodologies and course offerings to cultivate competitive graduates. The comparative assessment completed is intended to offer broader knowledge on how each institution tackles the requirements of the STCW, and to meet the present and future demands of the maritime industry. Different course offerings are compared along with the units and hours allocated to each subject, and the differences in marine engineering academic and training requirements to graduate. Students must satisfactorily earn 150 units to complete their choice of major. Statistical procedures were used in this assessment and analysis from Excel programs.

Research on the birth (起源) and names (語源) of foods such as kimchi is important to understand traditional food culture. kimchi, an 'add flavored, fermented, pickled, vegetable food' was initially prepared with the simple purpose of increasing storage capabilities, but later, through a complex process of change, morphological diversification occurred. In addition to the basic name of 'kimchi', each variety has its unique name and history. This study was conducted through qualitative research using various research methods, such as oral records and interviews, as well as investigation of data from literature, including ancient literature, modern cookbooks, newspapers, magazines, papers, and videos. The study sought to investigate the context and the meaning of the name Chonggak kimchi. In addition, it is a compilation of how the name spread through the ages and evolved to its current name. The name Chonggak kimchi did not exist during the Joseon Dynasty and Japanese occupation and first appeared in the records in the late 1950s. Nevertheless, the original name of 'Altarimu kimchi' evolved and finally became a part of the standard Korean language (標準語) in 1988. In the process of the name spreading and becoming popular, the movie "Chonggak kimchi (1964)," starring Shin, S.I., and Eom, A.R. played a significant role. It was also confirmed that this was a meaningful and valuable case of contentization of traditional food culture, regardless of the intention behind the same.
