In this paper, we have proposed multiple objects detection and motion tracking for Real-Time Video Surveillance Systems. Moving objects are detected through differential image. We use a method of background image update (or object detection that use a background image and a differential image in unconstrained environments. Proposed tracking system is devided into background image initialization, image acquisition and pre-processing phase, differential image acquisition phase, object detection and motion tracking phase, background image update phase. As a result of experiment, multiple objects detection and motion tracking can be estimated. The result of tracking, object was not lost and object was tracked correctly.

편측 양방향 척추내시경을 이용한 골다공증 요추 압박 골절로 인해 발생한 급성 방사통의 치료 - 증례 보고 -

Study Design: Case report. Objectives: To document unilateral biportal endoscopy (UBE) as a treatment for acute radiculopathy after osteoporotic vertebral fracture. Summary of Literature Review: Acute radiculopathy after osteoporotic vertebral fracture leads to claudication. Treatment of osteoporotic vertebral fractures with accompanying radiating pain is challenging. Materials and Methods: A 74-year-old woman was diagnosed with an osteoporotic vertebral fracture at L3 after slipping and falling. Vertebroplasty was performed for the osteoporotic vertebral fracture at L3. She still complained of right lower extremity radiating pain. UBE was performed to treat acute radiculopathy. Results: Foraminal decompression using UBE was performed at the L3-4 right foraminal area. Her symptoms resolved after surgery. Conclusions: UBE is a useful treatment method for acute radiculopathy after osteoporotic vertebral fracture. 연구 계획: 증례 보고목적: 골다공증성 척추 골절 이후 발생한 급성 방사통에 대한 치료로서 편측 양방향 척추내시경을 보고하고자 한다. 선행 연구문헌의 요약: 골다공증성 척추 골절 이후 발생한 급성 방사통은 파행의 원인이 될 수 있으며, 그에 대한 치료는 상당히 까다롭다고 알려져 있다. 대상 및 방법: 74세 여자 환자는 낙상 이후 시행한 검사상 요추 제 3번 골다공증성 척추 골절을 진단받았다. 골다공증성 척추 골절로 인한 증상이 지속되어 척추성형술을 시행한 이후 요통은 호전되었으나, 우측 하지의 방사통은 지속되었다. 이에 급성 방사통을 치료하기 위해 편측 양방향 척추내시경을 시행하였다. 결과: 우측 요추 제 3-4번 추간공 부위에 편측 양방향 척추내시경을 이용해 추간공 확장술을 시행하였으며, 이후 환자의 방사통은 호전되었다. 결론: 양방향 척추내시경은 골다공증성 척추 골절 이후 발생한 급성 방사통에 대한 유용한 치료법으로 생각된다. 약칭 제목: 골다공증성 척추 골절에서의 양방향 척추내시경

한국어 교육 능력 검정 시험 문항 분석 연구 -‘읽기’ 영역 기출 문제를 중심으로-

이 논문에서는 한국어 교원 자격 취득을 위해 실시한 ‘한국어 교 육 능력 검정 시험’의 ‘읽기’ 영역 출제 지침을 살펴보고, 기출 문제를 분 석하여 바람직한 출제의 방향을 제시해 보았다. 분석의 결과, 첫째, ‘읽기’ 영역의 기출 문제들 중 단편적인 이론적 지식을 확인하는 문항의 비율이 높았다. 둘째, ‘읽기’ 영역의 기출 문제가 특정 평가 항목에 편중되어 있 음을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, ‘읽기’ 영역의 기출 문제들이 ‘한국어 읽기 교육’ 의 특수성을 반영하지 못하고 ‘국어 읽기 교육’의 것들을 그대로 답습하 고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 문제점을 바탕으로 ‘읽기’ 영역 시험 출 제의 방향을 다음과 같이 제시해 보았다. 첫째, ‘읽기’ 영역의 문제는 교 육 현장에서 요구되는 실제적 문항, 그리고 읽기 교수?학습 상황을 구체적 으로 전개할 수 있는가를 확인하는 문항에 출제 비중을 높여야 한다. 둘 째, 한국어 교사가 ‘읽기’ 관련 교수?학습 내용을 두루 이해하고 사용할 수 있도록 ‘읽기’ 평가 항목에 제시된 다양한 분야들을 출제해야 한다. 셋째, 국어 읽기 교육과 차별화된 한국어 읽기 교육에 대한 평가 내용(교수?학 습 내용)이 마련되어야 한다. 넷째, 한국어 교사의 읽기 능력을 확인할 수 있는 문항도 출제되어야 한다.

한국어 유사 문법의 실현과 교체 양상 연구: ‘ -는 법이다, -기 마련이다, -기 십상이다, -기 일쑤이다, -기 쉽다’를 중심으로

In this study, we researched ‘ -neun beopida’ , ‘ -gi maryeonida’ , ‘ -gi sipsangida’ , ‘ -gi ilssuida’ , ‘ -gi swipda’ as a similar grammar in Korean. To this end, we looked at the following: First, we reviewed how they were presented in the materials related to Korean grammar education and Korean textbooks. Second, we looked at the corpus data of the 21st Century Sejong Plan (2011.12 Revised edition). Third, through this, we present grammar itemsthat need to be dealt with more about each similar grammar item. Fourth, we propose the addition of semantic functions such as ‘recognition’ , ‘frequency or probability’ , ‘generalization’ , ‘easiness’ , and ‘tendency’ to existing semantic functions of these similar grammatical items. Fifth, a review of the replacement patterns of these similar grammar was found to be different from previous studies. 본고에서는 한국어 유사 문법으로 처리되는 ‘ -는 법이다, -기 마련이다, -기십상이다, -기 일쑤이다, -기 쉽다’를 대상으로 그 실현 양상과, 이들 상호간의교체 양상에 대해 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 첫째, 한국어 문법 교육과 관련된 자료와 한국어 교재 등에 어떻게 제시되어 있는지 검토했다. 둘째, ‘21세기 세종계획(2011.12. 수정판)’의 말뭉치 자료를 살펴보았다. 셋째, 이를 통해 각 유사문법 항목들과 관련하여 더 다룰 필요가 있는 문법 항목들을 제시하였다. 넷째, 이들 유사 문법 항목들의 기존 의미 기능에, ‘인식, 빈도나 확률, 일반화, 용이성, 경향성’ 등과 같은 의미 기능의 추가를 제안하였다. 다섯째, 이들 유사 문법들의 교체 양상을 검토한 결과, 기존 연구 결과와는 다른 양상을 보였음을 확인하였다.

한국어 Phonics를 통한 발음 규칙 교수-학습 방안

본 논문의 목적은 외국어로서 또는 제2언어로서의 한국어 발음의 효과적인 학습을 위해 한국어 파닉스 체계를 세우고 그것의 실제 교수-학습을 설계하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 한국어 표기법과 발음의 특징이 반영된 새로운 발음 교수-학습 방법으로 한국어 파닉스를 제안하고 그것의 실제 교수-학습 방안을 제시하였다. 파닉스는 소리와 철자의 관계의 원칙을 통해 정확한 발음을 하고, 듣고 쓰도록 하는 것이다. 이를 통해 차후 말하기, 듣기, 읽기, 쓰기의 바탕을 형성하는 것으로, 한국어 발음 교육에서 파닉스가 필요한 이유는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성인 학습자가 대다수인 한국어 교육에서 발음의 본질은 표기에 대응하는 음성형으로, 1차적으로는 표기된 것의 발음을 아는 것이고, 그 다음에 이것을 기억하여 발음하여 말을 하는 것이라는 점이다. 둘째, 한국어는 음절과 음절의 경계에서의 소리 변동이 많고 복잡하며, 표기는 소리 변동이 일어나기 전의 형태를 밝혀 씀으로써 표기와 발음이 일치하지 않다는 점이다. 셋째, 날로 다양해지고 있는 한국어 학습자 상황을 볼 때, 그동안 학습자 언어권별로 이루어진 대조언어학적 발음 교육에 대한 접근법은 새로운 전환이 필요하게 되었으므로, 여러 학습자의 언어권을 아우르면서 한국어 발음의 특성이 반영된 교수-학습 방안이 마련되어야 한다는 점이다. 이러한 이유로 본 논문에서는 체계화된 한국어의 파닉스를 외국인 학습자들에게 제공함으로써, 발음과 철자의 불일치에 대한 혼란을 극복하고 정확하고 유창한 한국어를 배우는 데 도움을 줄 수 있도록 하였다. This study aims to propose a method of the Korean pronunciation education to improve the pronouncing ability of the foreigners who learn Korean language. The education of pronunciation rules, through a learning of pronunciation principles, allows foreign learners to predict and pronounce correct sounds which correspond to Korean spelling. In terms of an effective method of pronunciation education, it was suggested to go beyond an educational method grounded in comparative or contrasting linguistics for each language domain of a learner, and to approach an educational method based on the characteristics of Korean pronunciation which can encompass a variety of language domains of Korean learners who came from diverse areas. More specifically, in order to teach Korean pronunciation rules, the Phonics is claimed as principles to focus on the relation between spelling and pronunciation so as to correctly pronounce words by looking at their spellings and to write words by listening to accurate pronunciations.

개발에 따른 기반시설부담비용의 적정배분에 관한 연구

Land use and development drive the demand for infrastructure and infrastructure can have a significant influence on the ways in which land is developed and used. Infrastructure rolling system to be enforced from 2003 has something to do with the relationship between land use and development and infrastructure. This study reports the simulation of designation of infrastructure bearing zone, the choice of location and building/land use weights, and computation of development impact fee as an actual enforcement way of infrastructure rolling system. Appropriate distribution of development impact fee depends on the situation indigenous to the corresponding region, balance of development impact fee between central and neighbouring regions, and financial capability of the local self-government. A planning support system for infrastructure rolling system needs to be built in order to generate and manipulate the infrastructure bearing plan.
