        국화(Chrysanthemum morifolium)꽃으로부터 Flavonoid의 분리 및 동정

        국화(C. morifolium)의 꽃을 80 % MeOH 수용액으로 추출한뒤, 감압농축한 추출물을 EtOAc, n-butyl alcohol 및 물분획으로 나누었다. EtOAc 분획과 n-butyl alcohol 분획에 대하여SiO2 및 ODS column chromatography를 반복 실시하여 4종의 flavonoid를 분리, 정제하였다. Nuclear magnetic resonance, infrared spectrometry 및 FAB-MS data를 해석하여, 화합물 1-4를 각각 apigenin, acacetin, cosmetin (apigenin-7-O-β-Dglucopyranoside), acacetin-7-O-β-D-glucoside으로 구조 동정 하였다. Chrysanthemum morifolium flowers were extracted with 80 % aqueous MeOH, and the concentrated extract was partitioned into EtOAc, n-butyl alcohol (n-BuOH), and water fractions. The repeated silica gel and octadecyl silica gel column chromatographies for the EtOAc and n-BuOH fractions led to isolation of four flavonoids. The chemical structures of the compounds were determined as acacetin (1), apigenin (2), apigenin- 7-O-β-D-glucopyanoside (3), acacetin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (4) based on spectroscopic data analyses including nuclear magnetic resonance, mass spectrometry, and infrared spectrometry.

        마태복음 6:33의 τὴν δικαιοσύνην αὐτοῡ 다시보기

        This paper attempts to investigate the meaning of His righteousness in Matthew 6:33 focusing on the usages of the verbs ζητέω and ἐπιζητέω in the Synoptic Gospels. In general, on the interpretation of δικαιοσύνη in Matthew scholars' opinions are categorized into three, ① God's gift (or vindication), ② God's demand, and ③ both of them. It seems very unlikely to detach the meaning of 'God's demand' from His righteousness in Matthew 6:33 on the grounds of the following considerations: (1) the meaning and interrelationship of five occurrences of δικαιοσύνη in Matthew 5-6, (2) the structure and context of Matthew 5-6 which describe 'seeking His righteousness' (6:33) and 'being perfect as your Father in heaven' (5:48) respectively as the vertical and the horizontal concept of 'the superior righteousness'(5:20). In addition, it seems very unlikely to assign the meaning of 'God's gift' to His righteousness in 6:33 on the grounds of the following considerations: (1) In Matthew 6 there is no reference to the persecution and hardships of the disciples though it has admonition about unostentatious pieties (vv. 1- 18) and warning of accumulation of wealth and worry of earthly needs (vv. 19-32). (2) The kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things (= 'what to eat, what to drink, what to wear', 6:31) in 6:32-33, which are accompanied respectively by the imperative ζητεῑτε and by the passive προστεθήσεταί, are construed respectively as an object that the disciples are to seek and as what is to be added to by the heavenly Father. A survey of the usages of ζητέω and ἐπιζητέω in the Synoptic Gospels leads us to a better understanding of His righteousness in Matthew 6:33. It is clear that in Matthew there is a difference between the usage of ζητέω and that of ἐπιζητέω, whereas there is no difference between the usages in Mark and Luke as well as in the LXX. In Matthew the verb ζητέω being accompanied by only the active of εὑρίσκω seems to accentuate the constant action of the subject to seek the object until he/she finds it, whereas the verb ἐπιζητέω being accompanied not by εὑρίσκω but by only the passive verb (προστεθήσεται and δοθήσεται) seems to mean that the subject is to be given the object by God. According to the difference between the usages of ζητέω and ἐπιζητέω in Matthew, the kingdom of God and His righteousness (6:33) which is object of the verb ζητέω and the active of εὑρίσκω is what the disciples are to seek until they find, whereas all these things (6:32-33) which is object of the verb ἐπιζητέω and the passive προστεθήσεται is what is to be given by God. All our considerations thus far lead to the conclusion that His righteousness in Matthew 6:33 may refer to 'God's demand', that is, God's will that one is to pursue and fulfill incessantly. By God added to the disciples who seek to do God's will are their needs.

        상악동에 발생한 골수외 형질세포종:

        Plasmacytoma is a rare malignant neoplasm in the head and neck region and comprises approximately 3% of all plasma cell tumors. This lesion is a unifocal, monoclonal, neoplastic proliferation of plasma cells that usually arises within the bone. Infrequently, it is observed in soft tissue, in which case, the term extramedullary plasmacytoma is used. Approximately 80-90% of extramedullary plasmacytomas involve the mucos-Associated- Lymphoid Tissue of the upper airways with 75% of these involving the nasal and paranasal regions. The plasmacytoma is usually detected in adult males, with an average age at diagnosis of 55 years. The male-to-female ratio is 3:1.Radiographically, the lesion may be seen as a well-defined, unilocularradioluceny with no evidence of a sclerotic border. Some investigators believe that this lesion represents the least aggressive part of the spectrum of plasma cell neoplasms that extend to multiple myeloma.Therefore, plasma cytoma is believed to have clinical importance. We report a case of extramedullary plasmacytoma in the right maxillary sinus of a 59-year-old male with review of the relevant literature.

        요한계시록 ‘천상의 경배’와 디오니소스 제의 비교를 통한 기독교 숭배의 원형 연구

        본 연구는 구교(카톨릭과 정교회)의 희생 제의적 성격의 미사에서 신교의 엔터테인먼트식 예배에 이르기까지 신 숭배 예전에 있어 나타나는 기독교 종파 간 현격한 차이들에 문제를 제기하여 성서가 제시하는 신 숭배의 본질 및 원형을 찾고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 요한계시록 4장과 5장의 ‘천상의 경배’가 기독교 신 숭배의 원형을 담고 있다는 점에 주목하여 먼저 계시록 4장과 5장에 대한 주해 및 서사 분석을 통해 4장의 ‘보좌 경배’와 5장의 ‘어린양 경배’를 비교 분석한다. 그리고 두 경배에 대한 분석으로 부각된 여러 의문점을 고대 그리스의 디오니소스 제의와 천상의 경배의 비교 분석을 통해 해소함으로써 ‘천상의 경배’에 관한 올바른 이해를 도모한다. 주인공의 고통과 몰락이 희열과 창조의 동력으로, 영웅의 절망과 죽음이 희망과 부활을 희구하는 동인으로 승화하는 비극적 요소를 디오니소스 제의와 공유하는 천상의 경배는 그러나 주인공의 죽음의 성격, 적대자에 대한 보복성 유무, 주인공의 신격화 여부, 제의의 윤리성 등의 측면에서 디오니소스 제의와 유의미한 차이를 보인다. 디오니소스 제의와의 비교를 통한 천상의 경배에 대한 분석 결과 신 숭배의 본질이 ‘드림’이 아니라 ‘버림’과 ‘따름’이라는 점, 어린양 경배가 구약성서의 유일신관과 충돌하지 않는다는 점이 규명된다. 이러한 분석 결과를 토대로 본 연구는 천상의 경배에 나타난 신 숭배의 본질을 구현하는 기독교 숭배 예전의 개혁 및 종파 간 교류와 협력을 촉구한다. This article, raising the issue of the remarkable differences shown among Christian sects in the liturgical worship of God ranging from the sacrificial mass of the Catholic Church to the entertainment-style worship of the Protestant Church, aims to find the essence and archetype of the worship of God which are presented by the Bible. To this end, the study, focusing on that the so-called ‘the heavenly worship’ in the book of Revelation contains the archetype of worship ritual, investigates the worship of throne in Rev. 4 and the worship of the lamb in Rev. 5 by means of exegesis and narrative analysis. Accordingly, several questions which have been disclosed by the investigation into the two worships are to be resolved through the comparative analysis of the Dionysus cult in the ancient Greece and the heavenly worship in Rev. 4-5, which help us understand the heavenly worship. This study shows that the heavenly worship in Revelation shares with the Dionysus cult the dramatic feature which in tragedy the protagonist’s suffering and downfall is to be sublimated into the power of joy and creation, and the hero’s despair and death into the driving force for hope and resurrection. Furthermore, it is also shown that the heavenly worship has significant differences from the Dionysus cult in terms of the nature of protagonist’s death, the presence of retaliation against antagonist, deification of protagonist, and ethics of ritual. The investigation into the heavenly worship in comparison with the Dionysus cult thus far lead to a conclusion that the essence of biblical worship is not ‘to offer’ but ‘to abandon’ and ‘to follow’, and the worship of the lamb in Rev. 5 does not collide with the monotheism of the Old Testament. Based on the results of the study, this article calls not only for reform of Christian worship rites that embody the essence of the worship of God shown in heavenly worship in Revelation, but also for inter-sectarian exchanges and cooperation.

        이하선에서 발견된 유표피낭: 증례 보고

        Epidermoid cysts presents as a nodular and fluctuant subcutaneous lesion beneath the skin and are most common in acne-prone areas of the head, neck and back. This cyst often arises after localized inflammation of the hair follicle and occasionally after the implantation of epithelium following trauma and surgery including a biopsy procedure. It is often associated with Gardner syndrome, particularly before puberty. The lesion is normally treated by a surgical excision or enucleation, and recurrence is uncommon. A 27 year old woman complained of a swelling of the left parotid gland when she visited our clinic. A cystic lesion was found in the left parotid gland from the high signal intensity on the MR images. Ultrasonography showed that the cystic lesion was heterogeneous echogenic. Six months earlier, botulinum toxin was injected in her left masseter muscles six months earlier and progressive swelling of the left parotid area was noticed four months after treatment. The lesion was surgically removed. It was encapsulated by a thin wall and filled mainly with keratin. The final diagnosis was an epidermoid cyst.

      • ATP 민감성 칼륨통로의 약물결합 특성

        We examined the compertition of [³H]glibenclamide ([³H]GBC) with several K - ATP(ATP-sensitive po-tassium channel) blockers (PCB) of different chemical structure in rat, guinea pig and human cortex me-mbranes. [³H]GBC was chosen as a probe because it possesses both benzoic acid and sulfonylurea. In both rat and guinea pig cortex, analysis of competition curves indicated a single population of [³H]GBC binding sites. There are 2 kinds of binding site in human cerbral cortex membranes, one is high affinity with smaller binding capacity, and the other is low affinity with larger binding capacity. Glipizide, another hypoglycemic agent structurally similar to GBC, sensitively, but not as much as GBC, inhibited [³H]GBC binding to rat, guinea pig and human cerebral cortex membranes with different Ki values. Meglitinide, an hypoglycemic drug derived from benzoic acid, inhibited [³H]GBC binding in preparations from all the spe-cies tested with much lower Ki values. Tolbutamide, a sulfonylurea derivative, also inhibited [³H]GBC bin-ding to cortex membranes of those species with larger Ki values than that of meglitinide. The rank of po-tency of inhibition of [³H]GBC binding is well correlated with therapeutic doses in man. These results suggest that there are species differences in characteristics of receptor binding and sulfon-ylurea and benzoic acid are needed to ensure higher receptor binding ability.       • 인간 대뇌피질에서 고칼륨에 의한 [^3H] Norepinephrine 유리의 특성

        It has been reported that norepinephrine(NE) and Υ-aminobutyric acid(GABA) play important roles in epileptic seizure. IN human central nervous system, however, characteristics of NE release and the influe-nce of GABA have not been elucidated yet. In this study, the mechanism of autoregulation [^3H]NE release evoked by high-potassium and the influence of GABAergic drugs were investigated in epileptic human ce-rebral cortex slices. Potassium stimulated [^3H]NE release in a dose-dependent manner. High potassium(15mM)-evoked release of [^3H]NE was abolished by removal of calcium from incubation media. Tetrodotoxin(TTX), also, profoundly inhibited [^3H]NE release. Clonidine and oxymetazoline, agonists for α_2-adrenocep-tor, inhibited the potassium-evoked release of [^3H]NE in a dose-dependent manner, respectively. Yohim-bine, an antagonist for α_2-adrenoceptor, potentiated [^3H]NE release in a dose-dependent manner. The inhi-bitory effect of clonidine on [^3H]NE release was antagonized by 0.1 μM of yohimibine. however, phenyle-phrine and methoxamine, agonists for α_1-adrenoceptor, did not inhibit the potassium-stmulaed release of [^3H]NE Desipramine, a NE transporter blocker, potentiated [^3H]NE release in a dose-dependent manner. Baclofen, a GABA_B agonist, inhibited the potassium-stimulated [^3H]NE release. The inhibitory effect of bac-lofen was antagonized by 5-aminovaleric acid(5-AV), a GABA_B antagonist. Neither, muscimol, a GABA_A ago-nist, nor bicuculline, a GABA_A antagonist, influenced on the potassium-stimulaed [^3H]NE release. These results suggest that high potassium-stimulated release of NE is autoregulated by α_2-adrenoceptor, and released NE is removed by Ne transporter from synaptic cleft, that the potassium-stimulated release of NE can be regulated by GABA receptors, not GABA_A but GABA_B, in human cerebral cortex.
