        전해 도금을 이용한 높은 접착 특성을 갖는 섬유 기반 웨어러블 디바이스 제작

        In order to produce wearable displays with high adhesion while maintaining flexible characteristics, the adhesive method using electro plating method was carried out. Laser lift-off (LLO) transcription was also used to remove sapphire substrates from LEDs bonded to fibers. Afterwards, the SEM and EDS data of the sample, which conducted the adhesion method using electro plating, confirmed that copper actually grows through the lattice of the fiber fabric to secure the light source and fiber. The adhesion characteristics of copper were checked using Universal testing machine (UTM). After plating adhesion, the characteristics of the LLO transcription process completed and the LED without the transcription process were compared using probe station. The electroluminescence (EL) according to the enhanced current was measured to check the characteristics of the light source after the process. As the current increases, the temperature rises and the bandgap decreases, so it was confirmed that the spectrum shifted. In addition, the change in the electrical characteristics of the samples according to the radius change is confirmed using probe station. The radius strain also had mechanical strength that copper could withstand bending stress, so the Vf variation was measured below 6%. Based on these results, it is expected that it will be applied to batteries, catalysts, and solar cells that require flexibility as well as wearable displays, contributing to the development of wearable devices. 유연한 특성을 유지하면서 높은 접착력을 가진 웨어러블 디스플레이를 제작하기 위하여 전해도금법을 이용한 접착법을 진행하였다. 또한 섬유에 접착된 LED의 사파이어 기판을 제거하기 위하여 LLO 전사법을 이용하였다. 그 후 전해도금을 이용한 접착법을 진행한 샘플의 SEM, EDS 데이터를 통하여 실제로 구리가 섬유직물의 격자사이를 관통하여 성장하며 광원과 섬유를 고정시켜주는 것을 확인하였다. 구리의 접착특성을 확인하기 위하여 Universal testing machine (UTM)을 이용하여 측정하였다. 도금 접착 후 laser lift-off (LLO) 전사공정을 완료한 샘플과 전사공정을 진행하지 않은 LED의 특성을 probe station을 이용하여 비교하였다. 공정 이후의 광원의 특성을 확인하기 위하여 인가 전류에 따른 electroluminescence (EL)을 측정하였다. 전류가 증가할수록 온도가 상승하여 Bandgap이 감소하기 때문에 spectrum이 천이하는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 radius 변화에 따른 샘플의 전기적 특성 변화를 probe station을 이용하여 확인하였다. Radius 변형에도 구리가 bending stress를 견딜 수 있는 기계적 강도를 가지고 있어 Vf 변화는 6% 이하로 측정되었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 웨어러블 디스플레이 뿐만 아니라 유연성이 필요한 배터리, 촉매, 태양전지 등에 적용되어 웨어러블 디바이스의 발전에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

        고등학교 체육수업에서 모험교육에 대한 학생들의 식 및 경험 분석

        본 연구는 고등학교 체육수업에 모험교육을 적용하여 이에 대한 학생들의 인식 및 경험을 분석하는 것이 목적이다. 연구 참여자는 연구자가 가르치는 체육담당학급 1개반(남: 35명)을 선정하였으며, 심층면담의 대상자는 체육수행능력 상, 중, 하 수준의 각 2명씩 총 6명으로 하였다. 모험교육 프로그램의 내용은 Project Adventure프로그램과 학교 실정에 맞추어 총 16차시로 구성하였으며, 실내에서 활동 가능한 내용으로 선정하였다. 자료 수집은 모험교육 수업의 참여관찰, 심층면담과 교사수업일지, 학생수업일지 등의 자료를 이용하였다. 자료 분석은 원자료 전사, 주제별 약호화, 주제의 의미생성의 세 단계 절차로 구분하여 귀납적 방법으로 내용 분석을 하였다. 실행결과 학생들은 모험교육을 새로운 도전으로 즐거운 수업, 어려움을 극복하면서 자신감을 키우는 수업, 친구들과 협력하며 함께하는 수업으로 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 학생들은 공동으로 부과된 과제를 협동심, 극기심, 인내력, 도전감 등을 동원하여 역동적으로 해결해 나가면서, 자신의 부족한 점을 발견하였고 이 과정에서 신체적 경험, 사회·정서적 경쟁, 협동, 팀워크를 경험하면서 집단문제의 해결, 신뢰, 상호작용, 위험의 극복, 개인적인 자신감을 배웠고, 이를 통해 자기 자신을 다시 한 번 돌아보는 계기와 함께 자아를 긍정적으로 바라보는 의미 있는 시사점을 제공하였다. 학교체육수업에서 모험교육수업이 정착되기 위해서는 학교현실에 적합한 교육과정의 변화와 개선이 필요하며 이를 위해서 학교현장 교사들의 모험교육수업에 대한 더 많은 관심과 노력, 연구가 절실히 요구된다. The purpose of this study was to analysis on recognition and experience of students on adventure education in high school physical education class. Participant consisted of 35 male students in one class of the grade in which the researcher taught physical education, while 6 students were chosen for in-depth interviews. Research procedure was composed of establishment of research plan, development of adventure education program, and execution of adventure education program. The content of adventure education program was composed of a total of 16 lessons with beginner, intermediate, and advanced adventure physical activity. Data were collected using participant observation, in-depth interviews before and after class, teacher`s course journal, student`s course observation journal, class diary. Data analysis was executed as inductive category by classifying into 3 phases of transcribing, topic coding, and meaning formation. Results indicated that it was a meaningful process for improving class methods as the execution of adventure education program in physical education class was a big challenge for both teacher and student. Students perceived adventure education program as the class they achieve enjoyment, enhance confidence, and cooperate with friends. Second, students dynamically solved commonly imposed projects by using cooperation, spirit of self-denial, patience, and challenging spirit to discover their insufficient aspects and experience physical experience. For adventure education program to settle in schools, change and improvement regarding curriculum for school reality are required.

        연잎-연근 복합 발효물이 흰쥐의 내당능 및 지질대사 관련 유전자 발현에 미치는 영향

        ObjectivesThis study was performed to evaluate the effects of fermented lotus extracts on prediabetes and hyperlipidemia in high fructose diet rats. MethodsExtracts of lotus leaf and lotus root were fermented using 4 different probiotics separately, including Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Bifidobacterium breve, and Bifidobacterium longum. Expressions of adipogenic transcription factors includ-ing Adiponectin, GLUT-4, Leptin, PPAR gamma, Resistin and Visfatin were analyzed by Real time PCR and Western blotting analysis. ResultsFermented lotus extracts reduced blood glucose. Fermented lotus extracts in-hibited adipogenic transcription factors by inhibiting preadipocytes differentiation. The level of gene expression of Adiponectin, GLUT-4, Leptin, PPAR gamma, Resistin and Visfatin in relation to that of GAPDH were increase or decrease significantly with the Fermented lotus formulation group. ConclusionsFermented lotus extracts showed hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic effects by inhibiting preadipocyte differentiation and controlling insulin sensitivity in high fructose di-et rats.         교량 건전도 평가 시 연직처짐은 가장 중요한 계측항목 중 하나이나, 교량이 바다, 하천 또는 산지를 횡단하거나 형하고가 높은 경우는 기존의 접촉식 계측방법 사용이 매우 제한적이다. 본 연구는 교량과 이격된 위치에서 비접촉식으로 교량 변위를 측정할 수 있는 LDV에 레이저 표적없이 여러 위치를 반복측정하고 무선으로 데이터를 송신하여 상시 모니터링이 가능한 장치를 개발 적용하였다. 실제 공용 중인 도로와 철도 교량을 대상으로 변위를 측정하여 기존 접촉식 방법과 비교한 결과, 허용범위 이내에서 상당히 유사한 변위결과를 획득하여 개발된 LDV 계측장치의 적용성을 확인할 수 있었다.

      • 산삼비만약침의 약동학 연구

        Objectives: A pharmacokinetic study to evaluate wild ginseng pharmacopuncture solution was performed to rats. Urine and blood samples were collected and analyzed in HPLC. Methods: Rats were injected 1ml of solution of wild ginseng pharmacopuncture(SGP) intraperitoneally and blood samples were collected from tail vein and urine samples were acquired in individual metabolic cages. The ingredients of wild ginseng, bear gallbladder, musk, and ox bezoar were analyzed separately as well as mixed solution for standard. Results: 1. Most ingredients of SGP solution standard were shown in the retention time 12-30 miutes. 2. Serum samples did not show significant peaks in the same retention time with standard SGP solution. 3. Urine samples showed peaks with same retention time with standard SGP from 12 hour especially eminent after 48 hours. 4. These results may be interpreted as SGP was not accumulated in the serum but excreted as urine.

        Emission regulation for an SI engine is becoming stricter continuously. If blow-by gas, which contains oil mist, recirculates in a cylinder, it cause severe harmful emissions and engine problems. Thus an SI engine also needs the oil separator to separate oil mist in blow-by gas. Comparing SI engine with CI engine, SI engine has a small quantity of blow-by gas, so it needs highly efficient oil separator. Baffle plate is very easy to produce and it has low back pressure among the many kind of oil separators. In this paper, a model was developed that adopted baffle plate and porous plate. Flow characteristics, oil separation performance and back pressure with various position and shape of baffle plate was calculated by CFD. As results, the more flow that faced to baffle plate cause increase of efficiency. And modified oil separator can have low back pressure and high oil separation efficiency.

        Hybrid passenger vehicle already came in to the market. And hybrid heavy duty vehicles developing actively. Seoul city has a plan to city bus change to hybrid until 2018 year. But we have no driving cycle to evaluate the heavy duty vehicles performance and fuel efficiency. So we need to develop the driving cycle from real world driving data can evaluate the heavy duty vehicles. In this study using by 3 method, called india method, 4 mode analysis, statics analysis, make a driving cycles to evaluate fuel efficiency and emissions of the seoul city bus. During 6 month, driving data in Seoul city have collected and analyzed the driving specifications for make a driving cycles. As a result, 3 driving cycles developed and compared with other driving cycles for heavy duty vehicles.

        상심자와 건조상심자 추출물의 항산화 효과 및 전지방세포 분화억제 효과에 관한 연구

        ObjectivesThis study was to investigate the antioxidative capacity, antiobesity effect and anti-diabetes effects of Mori Fructus and dried Mori Fructus in Raw 264.7 cells and 3T3-L1 cells.Methods3 different types of Mori Fructus extracts (water 100%, ethanol 30%, ethanol 100%) were used in this study. And 3 different types of dried Mori Fructus extracts (water 100%, ethanol 30%, ethanol 100%) were used in this study. Total polyphenol compund, total favonoid compound, DPPH radical scavenging, ROS activity, NO, cell proliferation were measured in the experiment. Expressions of adipogenic transcription factors including C/EBP-α, C/EBP-β, PPAR-α, PPAR-γ, AMPK-α were analyzed by Real time PCR. ResultsMori Fructus extracts measurements are higher than dried Mori Fructus extracts measurements at Total flavonoid compound and total flavonoid compound. Mori Fructusextracts measurements are lower than dried Mori Fructus extracts measurements at DPPH radical scavenging, ROS activity, NO. In RT-PCR analysis, there is a tendency that dried Mori Fructus extracts inhibit the expression of C/EBP-α, C/EBP-β genes. In RT-PCR analysis, there is a tendency that dried Mori Fructus extracts promote the expression of PPAR-α, PPAR-γ, AMPK-α genes. ConclusionsMori Fructus is effective on inhibiting the oxidation and dried Mori Fructus is effective on inhibiting the obesity and diabetes. (J Korean Med Rehab 2014;24(4):1-13)

        RAW 264.7 세포에서 Metformin과 병행투여 시 상승효과를 나타내는 한약재의 선별 연구

        This study was performed to evaluate the effects of Metformin and Lonicerae Flos, Agrobacterium Rhizogenes, Coptidis Rhizoma, Atractylodis Rhizoma Alba, Houttuyniae Herba extracs combinations on hypoglycemia in RAW 264.7 cells. Methods: Expressions of Sirt1, p-adenosine monophosphate-activated kinase (p-AMPK), AMPK- alpha, peroxisome proliferator activated receptor (PPAR)-alpha, PPAR-gamma, X-box binding protein 1 (XBP-1), tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-alpha and interleukin (IL)-6 were analyzed by real time polymerase chain reaction and Western blotting analysis. Results: The level of gene expression of Sirt1, p-AMPK, AMPK-alpha, PPAR-alpha and XBP-1 in relation to that of beta-actin were increased or decreased significantly with the Metformin and Lonicerae Flos, Agrobacterium Rhizogenes extracts combination groups. The level of gene expression of TNF-alpha and IL-6 were increased significantly with the Metformin and Houttuyniae Herba, Coptidis Rhizoma extracts combination groups. Conclusions: Metformin and Lonicerae Flos, Agrobacterium Rhizogenes extracts combination groups showed synergistic hypoglycemic effects by increasing AMPK and PPAR gene expression in RAW 264.7 cells.
