It usually affects cervicofacial, thoracic and abdominal tissue. Cervicofacial type has the highest percentage of occurrence with 50%. Actinomycosis frequently occurs following dental extraction, jaw surgery, chronic infection or poor oral hygiene. It may also be considered as an opportunistic infection in immunocompromised patients such as malignancy, human immunodeficiency virus infection, diabetes mellitus, steroid usage or alcoholism. But, actinomycosis rarely occurs in adults with normal immunity and rare in the esophagus. We report an unusual case of esophageal actinomycosis which was developed in a patient with normal immunity and improved by therapy with intravenous penicillin G followed oral amoxicillin, and we also reviewed the associated literature.
BIM기반 자동화 데이터 수집기술을 활용한 위험지역 식별 모델

건설 산업의 재해 중 상당 부분은 작업자의 이동 중 발생한다. 건설 현장의 안전관리는 작업을 중심으로 수행되며, 이는 이동 경로에 존재하는 위험원에 대한 안전관리 수준을 상대적으로 낮게 만든다. 많은 연구자들이 위험원을 인지하는 것이 안전관리의 기본임을 제시하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 자동화 데이터 수집기술(Automated Data Collection)을 이용하여 작업자의 이동경로에 존재하는 위험원에 대한 안전관리자의 인지를 지원하는 모델을 개발하였다. 모델은 실시간 위치추적기술 기반의 작업자의 위치정보와 BIM을 통한 최적이동 동선의 비교를 통해 일차적으로 위험 가능 지역을 찾는다. 그리고 기존 위험지역과 작업지역을 필터링함으로써 위험 가능 지역을 폭을 좁힌다. 이를 바탕으로 안전 관리자는 위험원이 존재할 가능성이 높은 지역에 대한 정보를 제공받고, 현장의 상황에 맞는 안전관리대책을 수립할 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서 제시된 모델을 통해 발견하지 못한 채 남을 수 있는 위험지역을 인지함으로써 안전관리 프로세스 범위에 속하지 않는 위험원을 줄일 수 있으며, 이를 통해 건설 현장의 안전 향상에 도움을 줄 것이라 예상된다. A considerable number of construction disasters occurs on pathway. A safety management in construction sites is usually performed to prevent accidents in activity areas. This means that safety management level of hazards on pathway is relatively minified. Many researchers have introduced that a hazard identification is fundamental of safety management. Thus, algorithms for helping safety managers' hazardous area identification is developed using automated data collection technology. These algorithms primarily search potential hazardous area by comparing workers' location logs based on real-time locating system and optimal routes based on BIM. And potential hazardous areas is filtered by identified hazardous areas and activity areas. After that, safety managers are provided with information about potential hazardous areas and can establish proper safety countermeasures. This can help improving safety in construction sites.
Rat periodontal ligament cell에서의 RANKL mRNA의 발현

As the periodontal ligament cells show similar phenotype with osteoblasts, periodontal ligament cells are thought to play an important role in alveolar bone remodeling. According to recent studies, receptor activation of nuclear factor $^{\kappa}B$ ligand (RANKL) and osteoprotegerin (OPG) are expressed in periodontal ligament cells during tooth movement. Also periodontal ligament cells is known to play an important role in the progression of periodontal disease. This study was designed how the expression of RANKL and OPG in periodontal ligament cells was regulated by IL-1 ${\beta}in$ the concentration of $0.01{\sim}10$ ng/ml. The results are as follows; 1. Periodontal ligament cells which stimulated by 1L-1 ${\beta}$ increased soluble RANKL synthesis by dose-dependent pattern in the concentration of $0.01{\sim}10$ ng/ml. 2. 1L-1 ${\beta}$ induced mRANKL expression in dose-dependent manner in the concentration of $0.01{\sim}5$ ng/ml. 3. mOPG expression was not to be influenced by 1L-1 ${\beta}$. These results suggested that rat periodontal ligament cells could regulate osteoclastogenesis by stimulation of production of RANKL.
LiNi<sub>1/3</sub>Mn<sub>1/3</sub>Co<sub>1/3</sub>O<sub>2</sub>계 정극활물질을 적용한 전극 제조조건 최적화 연구

A fabrication condition of the cathode electrode was optimized in a lithium secondary battery. The $LiNi_{1/3}Mn_{1/3}Co_{1/3}O_2$ powders were used as a cathode material. The $LiNi_{1/3}Mn_{1/3}Co_{1/3}O_2$/Li cells were prepared with a certain formulation and their cycleability and rate-capability were evaluated. Optimum electrode composition simulated from the evaluated value was 86.3: 5.6: 8.1 in mass $\%$ of active material: binder: conducting material. Discharge capacity decreased markedly as the press ratio exceeded $30\%$ during preparation of the electrode. Discharge performance at a high current rate deteriorated abruptly as the electrode thickness was over $120{\mu}m$.

In this study, the $LiCoO_2/LiNi_{1/3}Mn_{1/3}Co_{1/3}O_2$ mixed cathode electrodes were prepared and their electrochemical performances were measured in a high cut-off voltage. As the content of $LiNi_{1/3}Mn_{1/3}Co_{1/3}O_2$ increased in a mixed cathode, the reversible specific capacity and cycleability of the electrode enhanced, but the rate capability was deteriorated. On the contrary the rate capability of the cathode enhanced, but the reversible specific capacity and cycleability were deteriorated, increasing the content of $LiCoO_2$ in the mixed cathode. The cell of $LiCoO_2/LiNi_{1/3}Mn_{1/3}Co_{1/3}O_2$ ($50:50 wt\%$) mixed cathode delivered a discharge capacity of ca. 168 mAh/g at a 0.2 C rate. The capacity of the cell decreased with the current rate and a useful capacity of ca. 152 mAh/g was obtained at a 2.0 C rate. However, the cell showed very stable cycleability: the discharge capacity of the cell after 20th charge/discharge cycling maintains ca. 163 mAh/g.

Indium tin oxide (ITO) films were prepared using radio frequency (RF) magnetron sputtering method, magnets were equipped near the target in the sputter to bring the plasma near the target. The effect of magnetic field that brings the plasma near the substrate was compared with that of substrate heating. The effect of substrate heating on the grain size of the ITO thin film was larger than that of the magnetic field. However, the grain size of the ITO thin film was larger when the magnetic field was applied near the substrate during the sputtering process than when the substrate was not heated and the magnetic field was not applied. If stronger magnetic field is applied near the substrate during sputtering, it can be expected that the ITO thin film with good electrical conductivity and high transparency is obtained at low substrate temperature. When magnetic field of 90 Gauss was applied near the substrate during sputtering, the mobility of the ITO thin film increased from 15.2 $cm^2/V.s$ to 23.3 $cm^2/V.s$, whereas the sheet resistivity decreased from 7.68 ${\Omega}{\cdot}cm$ to 5.11 ${\Omega}{\cdot}cm$.

메모리 사용에 관련한 오류는 해당 프로그램뿐 아니라 시스템의 오작동을 유발할 수 있다. 특히 발생 빈도가 매우 낮은 일부 메모리 오류의 경우 제대로 된 동작 테스트를 할 수 없어, 오류에 대한 파악 및 수정이 힘들다. 이에 본 논문에서는 실행 프로그램을 역어셈블(Dis-Assemble)하여 만들어진 어셈블리어 코드를 구문 분석하여 명령어 전이도를 도출하고 이에 기반을 두어 메모리 사용 오류 가능성을 검출하는 방법을 제안하였다. 몇 가지 프로그램을 검사대상으로 선정하여 Local Memory Return Error, Null Pointer Access Error, Uninitialized Pointer Access Error를 검출하였으며 그 중 오픈 소스 프로젝트(Open Source Project)인 아파치 웹 서버와 PHP 스크립트 해석기에서도 메모리 사용 오류의 가능성이 있는 코드가 검출되었다. Memory errors can cause not only program malfunctions but also even unexpected system halt. Though a programmer checks memory errors, some memory errors with low occurrence frequency are missed to detect. In this paper, we propose a method for effectively detecting such memory errors using instruction transition diagrams through analyzing assembly codes obtained by disassembling an executable file. Out of various memory errors, local memory return errors, null pointer access errors and uninitialized pointer access errors are targeted for detection. When applying the proposed method to various programs including well-known open source programs such as Apache web server and PHP script interpreter, some potential memory errors are detected.

Urethane acrylate oligomer was synthesized and used in a gel polymer electrolyte (GPE) and then its electrochemical performances were evaluated. $LiCoO_2/GPE/graphite$ cells were prepared and their performances depending on discharge currents and temperatures were evaluated. The precursor containing $5 vol\%$ curable mixture had a low viscosity relatively. ionic conductivity of the gel polymer electrolyte at room temperature and $-20^{\circ}C$ was ca. $5.9\times10^{-3}S{\cdot}cm^{-1}\;and\;1.4times10^{-3}S{\cdot}cm^{-1}$, respectively. GPE showed good electrochemical stability up to potential of 4.5V vs. RLi/Li^+.\;LiCoO_2/GPE/graphite$ cell showed a good high-rate and low-temperature performance.

목적 :본 연구는 collagenase로 유도된 흰쥐의 골관절염 모델에서 진범약침자극이 흰쥐 dorsolateral periaqueductal gray (DL-PAG)에서 NOS 및 nNOS 발현에 미치는 영향을 관찰하였다. 방법 : 흰쥐의 관절강내로 collagenase 용액을 주사하여 골관절염 모델을 만들고 정상군, 대조군 및 진범약침군으로 실험군을 분류한 후, nNOS(neuronal NOS)와 NOS에 대하여 미치는 영향을 nNOS immunohistochemistry와 nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate-diaphorase(NADPH-d) 검사법을 통하여 조사하였다. 결과 : 골관절염이 유발된 흰쥐의 DL-PAG 영역에서 nNOS와 NOS의 발현억제가 관찰되었으며, 진범약침군이 collagenase로 유도된 골관절염에서 감소된 nNOS와 NOS의 발현이 증가되었다. 결론 : 본 연구를 통하여 진범약침자극은 골관절염이 유발된 흰쥐의 DL-PAG에서의 nNOS와 NOS의발현에 영향을 미친다는 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.
