고소설의 설화소재 수용에 관한 고찰

우리 고소설의 본격적인 출발은 조선시대 초기부터인데, 그 이전 수세기부터 많은 설화가 기술되어 왔다. 이렇게 설화 기 술을 해오는 동안이 바로 고소설의 수련 기간이었으며, 이 기간 에 중국 소설문학은 눈부신 발전을 거듭했다. 그런데 이때는 우리말을 기록할 문자 수단이 중국의 한자뿐이었으므로, 중국 소설의 발전은 곧 고소설 발전에 지대한 영향을 끼쳤다. 중국 소설 발전에서 한 가지 특징은 이미 있던 이야기에서 제재나 소재를 얻어 演義확대시켜 새로운 이야기를 재구성해 왔다는 사실이다. 이점은 중국 정통학문인 儒學에서 공자가 ‘述 而不作’이라고 피력한 학문풍토와 깊은 관계가 있다. 이 학풍은 역시 유학을 학문바탕으로 삼아왔던 우리나라에도 큰 영향을 끼쳐, 우리 고소설도 많은 작품이 이미 있던 이야기에서 소재를 얻어 새로운 작품을 생구성하고 있음을 보게 된다. 이 점에 유의하여 본 연구는 먼저 설화문학에서 연의 확대발 전하여 새로운 작품이 만들어지는 예를 고찰해보고, 나아가 몇 편의 고소설 작품에서 설화소재를 어떻게 이용하고 있는가 하 는 점을 살펴보려는 것이다. 먼저 문헌설화에서의 예를 보면 다음과 같다. (1) 무미건조한 이야기를 확대 연의하여 재미있게 재구성하 고 있는데, 중국의 ‘不識鏡’ 이야기를 예로 들어 고찰했다. (2) 주제를 다르게 바꾼 경우를 볼 수 있는데, 건망증 심한 관장에 관한 설화와 방귀 이야기를 대상으로 살펴보았다. (3) 여러 설화를 모아 재구성한 경우가 있는데, 조선 태조의 조상들인 목조.익조.도조 관련 이야기가 조선 중기에 하나의 설화로 합쳐진 예를 제시하여 고찰했다. (4) 사건의 진전에 따라 새로운 이야기를 계속 이어가는 경 우가 있으니, 인평대군 이야기를 예로 들어 고찰하였다. 다음은 고소설에서 이미 있던 설화소재가 어떻게 이용되고 있는가 하는 점을 고찰했는데, 널리 알려진 4작품을 고찰 대상 으로 삼았다. (1) .최고운전.에서는 중국 이야기인 맹수탈처소재를 이용하 고 있는데, 흰털원숭이를 황금색돼지로 바꾸고 그 처치과정을 달리해 새롭게 구성한 내용을 고찰했다. (2) .운영전.의 惡奴特은, 중국의 崑崙奴磨勒이라는 忠奴 이야기를 소재로 이용한 것으로, 그 개변 이용된 양상을 고찰하 였다. (3) .이춘풍전.에서 주인공이 기생집에 들어가 재물을 다 잃 고 기생집 종살이를 한다는 소재는 우리 문헌설화에 기술되어 있는 이야기를 일부만 이용했다는 사실을 지적했다. (4) .장화홍련전.에서의 원귀신원소재는 문헌설화에 실려 있 는 원귀신원 이야기를 어떤 점에 중점을 두고 이용한 것인지를 밝히었다.

The purpose of this research is to find out as first, upon what values for practical usage people use food delivery applications. Second, what relationship is there between the usefulness and the easiness users recognize while using the applications. Third, what makes the users intend to keep using the applications in future. With the results, this research aims to provide with basic data one can utilize to help develop and manage further contents for future dining market. As a results, First, among the recognized values, the functional value, the economic value and the informational value have regardful positive (+) influential power to the recognized easiness. Accordingly, hypothesis 1 is partially adopted. Second, among the recognized values, the economic value has the regardful positive (+) influential power to the recognized usefulness. Accordingly, hypothesis 2 is partially adopted. Third, the recognized easiness is found to have regardful positive (+) influenced. Accordingly, hypothesis 3 is adopted. Forth, the recognized easiness and the recognized usefulness have regardful positive (+) influential power to the intention for use. Accordingly, hypothesis 4 is adopted.

壬亂期의 構成設話考 : 「於于野潭」 설화를 중심으로

Imjin-lan(壬辰亂), the war against Japanese changed the then Chosen(朝鮮) society in many aspects. The then tales also had been given many changes. I. Before the war, book of tales were collections of stories. But after the war many creative tales were written. This means that those authors rejected previous works and they had strong will to create new ones. 2. In then created tales were many stories about departed souls. It seems that it was because of little time of consoling departed souls had died in the war. So many tales were written, in those departed souls said their sad, regrettable, and mortifying stories. 3. Many tales in which Taoist magic or Taoist hermit appeared were written. It was because of lots of discontent to real life and of idealism to solve problems can not be easily done in life. 4. In those days many authors dealt with such stories of denying morals and, of refusing to obey the rule. Many tales which could have not been written only some years before, were written. A stoy in that a servant escape and succed in his life, or a story in that a mistress of a house makes love affair with her parmour, e.g. 5. Lampooned tales were appeared. Tales which give criticism and warning on those society filled with irrationality, unlawfulness, lak of morality, and unreasonableness by satire, were written.

이상의 논술을 토대로 다음과 같은 점을 주장하는 바이다. 첫째로, 「이생규장전」이 「전등신화」의 「연방수기」와 「애경전」의 영향을 입어 구성되었다는 것은 모든 면에서 증명되는, 움직일 수 없는 사실이다. 하지만, 작자가 「전등신화」의 위 두 편을 읽고 감명을 받은 나머지, 이들을 연결시켜 한 편의 소설을 구성해 보겠다는 의도에서 「이생규장전」을 엮었다고는 도저히 볼 수 없다. 이는 작품을 주의 깊게 읽어보면 「연방수기」나 「애경전」의 분위기 속에 있지 않다는 점을 느낄 수 있음으로써 증명이 된다. 분명히 위 중국 소설들을 구성 단계에서 영향을 입혔을 뿐, 기본 바탕이 아니라는 것을 강조하고자 한다. 둘째로, 안륜과 정현조 노녀 사이의 애정담은 당시 사회에서 크게 문제의식을 가지고 있었고, 널리 관심거리였음에는 틀림없었다고 본다. 먼저, 안륜이란 실존인물과 정현조의 사회적인 위치가 매우 비중이 컸었으며, 또 이를 설화를 기술한 세 분의 영향력이 당대를 움직일 만한 인물이었다는 점이 이를 대변해 준다. 나아가 순수 애정의 표현이 너무나 절실하고, 사랑을 위해 남녀가 목숨을 걸었다는 사실이 그 시대에서는 결코 흔하게 등장되는 일이 아니었기에 더욱 관심이 컸으리라고 생각한다. 아마도 당대를 크게 진동시킨 이야기였음에 틀림없다고 본다. 혼신의 출현도 커다란 화젯거리가 되고도 남을 만한 사건이었다. 셋째, 「이생규장전」의 내용과 이 이야기의 사실이 거의 일치되어 있다. 중국의 두 편 소설은 이어 붙여야만 되는데, 이이야기는 그것으로써 모든 내용을 다 가지고 있다. 그러니까, 이 이야기를 듣고서 감명을 받은 나머지 작품화해 보려고 한 충동이 생겼고, 그 구성 단계에서 비슷한 부분을 갖고 있는 중국 소설 두 편이 도움을 준 것이라 확신한다. 물론 시기적으로 보아 위에서 설명한 세 분의 기록 그 자체가 김시습에게 이 내용을 알게 했다고는 볼 수 없고, 김시습은 나름대로 들어서 사실을 알았을 것이라 본다. 분명히 「이생규장전」의 모체가 된 것은 의심없이 위 정현조노녀 설화임을 밝히는 바이다. 넷째, 김시습은 「금오신화」의 다섯 편 소설을 창작하면서, 나름대로 민족의식이 매우 강했다는 것을 강조하고자 한다. 그는 국가의 역사와 관련 된 역대 고도를 배경으로 삼았고, 우리 역사상의 사실에서 깊은 감명을 받아 그것을 작품화해 보려 하였다. 평양의 기자조선, 경주의 옛날이야기, 대방 고도 남경에서의 왜적에게 희생당한 우리의 부녀들, 민족의 생명선인 강우신 박연용궁, 그리고 고려 고도 송도의 홍건적에게 함락당해 짓밟힌 우리 여성들의 정조 등을 의식적으로 작품화하고 있다. 이들을 소설로 구성하는 과정에서 중국의 소설들을 이용하였고 보조 자료로 삼아 표현의 다양화를 꾀하였다. 「금오신화」를 논의함에 있어서, 이 민족정신을 빼고 구성요소만 대비시켜 영향관계를 논의하는 것은 앞으로는 반성의 여지가 있다고 생각한다.

The purpose of this study is to present the importance of human, material and systematic service by analyzing the job stress of employees who work as food service industry employees in Daejeon and Chungjeong area. The effect of job stress and commitment on customer orientation, which is the final dependent variable, was studied in terms of employees of restaurant industry. A total of 322 employees of the food service industry in Daejeon and Chungcheong provinces were surveyed. The results of this study showed that job exhaustion has the most influence on job stress. The results of the study are as follows. First, job stress is higher as role stress, relationship stress, and compensation stress are factors of job stress. Conversely, job stress management of organizational members has the effect of lowering job exhaustion of the members of the organization. Second, it is necessary to systematically support the organizational culture and manage the emotions of the leaders so as to strengthen the awareness of the personal emotions of the leaders in order to eliminate the overload of the stress that negatively affects the job stress.

호텔조리사의 업무역량이 직무만족에 미치는 영향 연구: 통제위치의 조절효과를 중심으로

This paper described and presented an empirical verification of the effects of work ability perceived by hotel cooks on their job satisfaction. In addition, this paper empirically verified the moderating effect of hotel cooks’ locus of control on the effect of their work ability on their job satisfaction, thereby providing meaningful suggestions to the hotel industry and the academic world. The results of the empirical analyses are summarized as follows: First, according to the empirical analysis of the effects of hotel cooks’ work ability factors on their job satisfaction, only their qualifications affected their job satisfaction. The factors of their awareness of the importance of cooking, enterprising will for growth, and menu development/communication with customers did not influence their job satisfaction. Second, according to the results of moderated regression analysis aimed at verifying the moderating effect of hotel cooks’ locus of control on the effect of their work ability factors on their job satisfaction, only the factor of their awareness of the importance of cooking had a moderating effect. The factors of their qualifications, enterprising will for growth, and menu development/communication with customers did not have a moderating effect.
