The author has studied the morphologic changes of the unfixed odontoblasts suspended is Hanks solution and diluted formcresol solution at interval 10, 30, and 60 minutes by the phase contrast microscope. The odontoblasts were taken from the lower incisors of the adult male rats. The results were as follows. 1. In Hanks solution, nuclear membrane were thickened and the contrast of chromatin were increased. Cytoplasmic granules of odontoblasts showed the gradual increase of the phase dark contrast and aggregation-like appearance. Vacuoles in the cytoplasm were presented clearly in the periphery of the nucleus, and no change in 30 minutes. 2. In 0.25% formcresol solution, nucleus revealed pyknosis immediately after dropping, but karyorrhexis also followed with time, and the contrast of chromatin wre decreased gradually. Cytoplasmic granules of odontoblasts revealed the increased contrast immediately after dropping and aggregation-like appearance. Vacuoles in the cytoplasm of odontoblasts were in the periphery of nucleus. 3. In 0.5% formcresol solution, the changes were resembled to the appearances of 0.25 formcresol solution, except for appearing the thick-rim appearance of the cytoplasmic granules and blister formation on the periphery of the cytoplasmic membrane. 4. In 1.0% formcresol solution, it showed the same appearance as the 0.5% formcresol solution, except for showing the compressing appearances of the nucleus by vacuoles formation. 5. In 2.0% formcresol solution, nucleus revealed the severe karyorrhexis. The cytoplasmic granules showed the thick-rim appearances. 6. In 3.0% formcresol solution, nucleus revealed the severe karyorrhexis immediately after dropping, but occassionally karyolysis. The cytoplasmic granules showed the prominant thick-rim appearance immediately after dropping.

MDS를 활용한 한국 스포츠 산업 인식 연구

The aim of this study was to investigate the perception level fo Korea sports industry. Five hundred participants who have high concern in sports industry completed the survey and data from 389 of them were analyzed. Multidimensional scaling, multiple response frequency, and ANOVA were used to understand how people perceive Korea sports industry. The MDS results showed that people think USA, UK, Germany, aFnrce, and Japan were higher than Korea in the level of sports industry advancement. In contrast, Taiwan and China were lower than Korea. Noteworthy, Korea was the lowest in global competiveness in sports industry. Additionally in open questionnaire response, Korea was in higher ranking in perception level of national power for sports industry, as compare with world marketing reports. The economic value is the highest and technological competiveness ability is the lowest in 3 different sub-factors of perception for Korea sports industry in ANOVA results. Last, long-range policy for developing global competiveness and strategies for future market needs are useful to create new economic value with sports industry for Korea.

스포츠 융·복합 산업 육성을 위한 유망 산업 분야 발굴 프로세스

본 논문에서는 핵심 스포츠산업 융·복합 기술개발 분야 도출을 위한 프로세스 구상을 목적으로 기존연구(1차 년도 연구결과)를 종합 검토하여 핵심 스포츠산업 융·복합 기술개발 분야를 선정하기 위한 시사점 및 기본방향을 제시한 후 이를 토대로 핵심 스포츠산업 융·복합 기술개발 분야 도출을 위한 프로세스를 구상하고 단계별 수행방안을 제안하였다. 최종적으로 제안한 프로세스를 통해 도출될 융·복합 기술개발 분야의 예상 모델을 제시한 후 이를 달성하기 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

실무적용을 통한 스포츠산업 융ㆍ복합 코디네이터 장애 및 실패 요인 탐색

본 연구는 스포츠 산업 융·복합 코디네이팅에서 발생 할 수 있는 방해 및 실패 요인을 탐색하고 이를 학계와 실무현장에 제공하기 위한 연구다. 연구를 위하여 3가지 실험사례로부터 일부 요인들을 발견하였다. 탐색된 요인들은 기업의 정체성 파악, 협업주체 간 신뢰, 협업 주체 간의 역할, 특허 관리, 역학적 관계, 기술력 파악, 사업화 방식 파악, 핵심 기술의 상용화 수준, 경쟁사 기술력 수준, 사업화 속단, 종목 특성 분석, 기술 특성 분석, 협업 컨택 포인트 선택, 주체들 요구 파악이었다. This study is designed to explore the factors influencing obstacles and failures in sports industry convergence, providing data for the enrichment of academic and practical fields. From this research, three factors were identified. 스포츠 산업 시장 예측 요인 탐색

This study aimed to find the factors which has impact on Sport Industrial Market as a first step of the research to predict the market changes. Three sectors macroeconomic, non- macroeconomic, and sports industry factors to predict Sport Industry Market Changes are find. Macroeconomic factors are Oil price, Exchange rate, Interest rate, Gold price, Stock price as global variables, and GDP, Inflation, Industrial Product, Trade balance, Money Supply, Consumption, Stock Index, Employment rate, and National bond as domestic variables. Non- macroeconomic factors are Political, Social, Cultural, Scientific and Industrial Technology, and Environmental with high impact mega event or issues. And sport industry factors are Financial variables of sport market, Trade-Distribution rate of sport product, Market consumption, Sport Industrial Technology, Technology Acceptance, Sport Companies variables, and Sport infra.

황련청심음(黃連淸心飮)의 항산화 및 AChE 억제 효과에 관한 연구

Objective: An water extract of the Hwang-Ryun-Chung-Sim-Um (HRC) was assessed to determine the mechanisms of its antioxidant activity. In addition, the HRC was examined in vitro for the inhibitory effect on the acetylcholinesterse (AChE). Methods: The HRC exhibited a concentration-treatment; scavenging α,α-diphenyl-β-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical, linoleic acid oxidation in a thiocyanate assay system, hydroxyl radical-induced DNA nicking. We investigated mRNA levels such as catalase activity, superoxide-dismutase and glutathione peroxidase. The water extract of HRC showed inhibitory effect on AChE activity. Result: The HRC extract showed dose-dependent free radical scavenging activity, including DPPH radicals and hydroxyl radicals, using different system. The HRC was also found to be effective in protecting plasmid DNA against the strand breakage induced by Hydroxyl radicals in Fenton`s reaction mixture. Futhermore, catalase mRNA expression levels increased, but SOD1 and MnSOD was not expressed. HRC in a various concentration-dependent decreased AChE mRNA levels and inhibitory effect showed AChE. Conclusion: According to the above results, it is supposed that HRC is applicable to the Dementia-type of Alzheimer clinically.

패키지상품의 선호도 분석에 근거한 태권도 공원 연계 한국 관광 패키지 개발방안

이 연구는 현재 개발 중인 태권도 공원을 중심으로 한 한국 태권도 관광 패키지 상품을 개발하여 태권도공원을 활용한 한국 관광산업의 발전 전략을 찾기 위한 것이다. 연구를 위해서 해외 여러 국가 중 태권도 인구가 가장 많은 미국의 태권도 단체인 ATA와 USAT가 주최하는 이벤트 두 곳에서 305명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 태권도 공원이 계획하고 있는 3 가지 유형의 이용자 프로그램 요소와 한국 관광 자원 5가지 요소, 그리고 가격 요소가 결합된 16개 패키지 상품을 디자인 한 후 이에 대한 선호도를 조사하고 순위 분석과 컨조인트 분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 태권도 관광의 잠재고객들은 3~4가지의 선호 유형으로 집단을 구분 할 수 있을 것이다. 둘째, 태권도 공원의 가격 정책은 고급화 고가 전략을 지양하고 대중적인 저가 가격 정책에 양질의 이용자 프로그램에 중점을 둔 마케팅 전략이 유효 할 것이다. 셋째, 최적의 패키지 상품은 지도자 양성과 순례 요소가 결합하고 전통문화 체험이 포함된 것으로 이를 위한 시설 개발 및 상품 개발 전략이 마련되어져야 한다. 넷째, 연구 결과 현재 개발 중인 태권도 공원과 그 이용자 프로그램은 실제 향후 한국 관광 산업 성장에 기여 할 수 것으로 기대된다. 다섯째, 태권도 이외의 한국 전통 무술들의 스포츠 관광 상품화 가능성을 발견하였다. The purpose of this study is to find optimal strategies to utilize the currently developing Taekwondo Park to offer a variety of Taekwondo tour packages in Korea and further expand its usage for the development of Korea’s tourism industry. For this study a total of 305 subjects were survey at two of the biggest Taekwondo events hosted by ATA and USAT in USA where is world biggest Taekwondo population. 16 packages were created from 3 types of service program elements planned by the Taekwondo Park, 5 tour resources of Korea and price element. A preference was measured on the 16 packages using ranking analysis and conjoint analysis. First, we found that potential Taekwondo tourists can be divided into 3 or 4 preference types. Second, Taekwondo Park’s pricing strategy should focus on the low-end pricing strategies with high quality service for mass appeal instead of high-end pricing. Third, we found that the optimal bundle of tour elements is combine master classes, pilgrimage, and spiritual, with cultural experiences during their stay in Korea. To accommodate their demand, facilities and packages should be developed accordingly. Fourth, the result prove that Taekwondo Park and main services program which is currently under development will be expect make a contribution to Korea tourism industrial growth. Fifth, the commercialization potential of other Korean martial arts for sport tourism has been identified.

여가로서의 스포츠관광 연구경향 분석: 국내 석박사 학위 논문을 중심으로

본 연구는 여가로써의 스포츠관광에 대한 최근의 연구 경향을 조사하여 그 수준과 문제를 알아보기 위한 연구이다. 이를 위하여 국내에서 발표된 학위 논문들 중 국회도서관과 한국교육학술정보원에서 ‘스포츠 관광’의 키워드로 전자 검색한 후 연구 목적에 부합되는 131편의 학위 논문을 대상으로 발표연도, 분야, 연구 주제, 연구종목, 연구 방법에 대한 외형적 분석을 하였다. 또한 Weed(2006)의 연구를 분석 기초로 하여 국내 연구경향의 수준과 문제점을 찾아보았다. 첫째, 해외와 국내 학계 간 여가의 독립적 학문으로서의 지위와 인식, 그리고 스포츠관광과의 관계의 차이가 구조적 측면에서 나타났으며, 스포츠관광은 단순히 스포츠와 관광이라는 두 개념의 결합을 넘어서 보다 여가 측면에서의 다양한 접근이 필요하다. 둘째, 국내 연구가 마케팅적 특성에 더욱 강하게 집중하고 있는 현상을 발견하였는데, 장기적 측면에서는 보다 여가 활동으로서 스포츠관광의 원리적이고 본질적인 요인에 대한 연구가 더욱 활발하게 이루어질 필요가 있다. 셋째, 종목과 관련하여 우리만의 고유한 자산으로써 ‘태권도’의 가치와 가능성을 발견하였다. 넷째, 연구 주제와 연구 문제, 사용된 방법, 결과, 결론이 이질적으로 기술되는 사례 지나친 비약, 비적절한 방법 사용이 여럿 발견되었다. 이는 개념 이해의 부재, 논리적 체계성의 부족 등에 기인한다. 다섯째, 연구 방법이 실증적 사례, 현상 기술 연구에 집중되어 있다. 방법적, 기술적 측면에서도 기존의 안정된 방법에 치중하고 있어 균형적인 발전을 위한 도전적이고, 다각적인 연구 방법이 수행되어야 한다. This study seeks to identify areas of academic research in Korea that have developed over the past decade with regard to sport tourism as a leisure and to provide meta-evaluation of that body of research. An electronic-search of theses written by master's degree and doctoral students was conducted using the key words "sport tourism" on the National Assembly Library and KERIS Internet sites. A total of 131 theses were found and then analyzed using a process of meta-evaluation with regard to dates of study, areas, topics and activities. Findings were then analyzed with research trends of international journal were relate to sport tourism. Five outcomes were found. First, the structural differs with international and Korean research field for Leisure study is remaining and the research should be conducted by variety access from aspect of Leisure. Second, Korean research need to more concentrate on study aspect of leisure activities. Third, Tae Kwon Do is valued as a potential product for sport tourism, exclusive to Korea. Fourth, the logic employed by many Korean studies is inconsistent. Fifth, the method used by most studies relies too heavily on positive and descriptive approaches. Until now, scant theoretical and interpretative research has been undertaken.
