        임파워링 리더십이 대기업 근로자의 재직 의도에 미치는 영향: 잡 크래프팅의 매개효과와 지각된 과잉자격의 조절된 매개효과

        본 연구는 임파워링 리더십과 조직 구성원의 재직 의도의 관계에서 잡 크래프팅(과업 크래프팅, 인지 크래프팅, 관계 크래프팅)의 매개효과와 지각된 과잉자격의 조절된 매개효과를 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 국내 대기업 재직자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 총 325개의 자료를 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 임파워링 리더십은 조직 구성원의 재직 의도와 정(+)적 관계가 있었다. 둘째, 인지 크래프팅은 임파워링 리더십과 재직 의도의 관계를 매개하였다. 셋째, 지각된 과잉자격은 임파워링 리더십과 재직 의도 간의 관계를 조절하였다. 넷째, 임파워링 리더십과 재직 의도의 관계에서 과업 크래프팅과 관계 크래프팅의 매개효과는 지각된 과잉자격에 의해 조절되었다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 조직 구성원의 재직 의도를 향상시켜 줄 수 있는 조직 내 방안 및 정책에 관한 시사점을 제시하였고, 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다

        민항 조종사의 불확실성 회피와 안전행동의 관계: 권력거리로 조절된 지각된 손익의 매개효과

        Pilots’ safety behaviors are affected by both situational and personal factors. Considering that the situation of an organization, such as airline policies and regulations, applies similarly to all pilots, the safety behaviors of individual pilots are heavily varied by personal factors. Among individual factors, the tendency to avoid uncertainty is known to be closely related to safety behavior, indicating how people differ on the amount of tolerance they have of uncertainty. The high tendency to avoid uncertainty is expected to have a positive effect on safety behavior, which can be achieved through gains and losses perceived by pilots in dangerous situations. In addition, this mediating effect can be moderated by individual power distance, which refers to the extent to which employees belongings to a specific organization accept the hierarchy of power. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between uncertainty avoidance and safety behavior of commercial airline pilots and to verify the mediating effect of perceived gain and loss and the moderating effect of power distance in the relationship. For this purpose, a survey was conducted on pilots working in domestic commercial airlines. A total of 171 copies of the collected 182 copies were used for analysis except for the data containing insincere responses or missing values. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, uncertainty avoidance was found to have a significant positive effect on safety behavior. That is, pilots with high uncertainty avoidance tend to behave according to manuals, such as checking equipment before operation and following safety rules when operating, because they prefer to be standardized and specified. Second, the mediating effect in the relationship between uncertainty avoidance and safety behavior did not appear in perceived losses and was found only in perceived gains. In other words, it can be said that pilots with a high tendency to avoid uncertainty in a situation where they have to decide to go-around are largely perceive of the benefits when they go-around according to the manual. Third, power distance moderated the relationship between uncertainty avoidance and perceived gain. Specifically, among pilots with a high power distance, the perceived gain for go-around was high only when the pilot’s uncertainty avoidance was high, and pilots with a low power distance perceived the gain high regardless of the level of uncertainty avoidance. Fourth, the mediating effect of perceived gain in the relationship between uncertainty avoidance and safety behavior was controlled by power distance. Finally, the significance and limitations of this study and suggestions for future studies were discussed based on the above results. 조종사의 안전행동에는 상황적 요인과 개인적 요인 모두가 영향을 미친다. 항공사의 정책이나 규정등 조직이라는 상황적 요인은 모든 조종사에게 비교적 유사하게 적용된다는 점을 고려해 볼 때, 조종사 개인의 안전행동은 개인적 요인에 의해 많은 영향을 받게 된다. 개인적 요인 중 안전행동과 밀접한관계가 있는 것은 성격, 특히 불확실한 상황을 얼마나 회피하려는 성향이 있는지를 나타내는 불확실성회피 성향을 들 수 있다. 불확실성 회피성향이 높은 것은 안전행동에 정적인 영향을 미칠 것으로 보이는데, 이러한 경로는 위험상황 시 조종사가 지각하는 이득과 손실을 통하여 이루어질 수 있다. 또한이러한 매개효과는 개인이 조직 내 비대칭적 권력 혹은 위계질서를 얼마나 수용하는지를 의미하는 권력거리 성향에 의해 조절될 수 있다. 본 연구는 민간 항공 조종사의 불확실성 회피와 안전행동의 관계를 확인하고, 그 관계에서 지각된손익의 매개효과와 권력거리의 조절효과를 검증하는 데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 국내 민간 항공사에근무하는 조종사들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 182부의 자료 중 불성실 응답 또는 결측치가 포함된 자료를 제외하고 총 171부의 자료가 분석에 사용되었으며, 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 불확실성 회피는 안전행동에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 즉, 불확실성 회피성향이 높은 조종사는 정형화되고 구체적으로 명시된 것을 선호하기 때문에 운항 이전에는 장비를 점검하고 운항 시에는 안전수칙을 따르는 등 주로 매뉴얼에 따라 행동한다는 것을 뜻한다. 둘째, 불확실성 회피와 안전행동 간 관계에서의 매개효과는 지각된 손실에서는 나타나지 않았으며 지각된 이득에서만 발견되었다. 다시 말해, 복행을 결정해야 하는 상황에서 불확실성 회피 성향이 높은 조종사는 매뉴얼대로 복행을 할 때 이득을 크게 지각한다고 할 수 있다. 셋째, 권력거리는 불확실성 회피와 지각된이득의 관계를 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로, 권력거리가 높은 조종사 중에서는 불확실성 회피도 높아야만 복행 시 이득을 높게 지각하였으며 권력거리가 낮은 조종사는 불확실성 회피 수준과관계없이 복행 시 이득을 높게 지각하였다. 넷째, 불확실성 회피와 안전행동의 관계에서 지각된 이득의 매개효과는 권력거리에 의해 조절되었다. 끝에는 상기 결과들을 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점, 그리고 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다.

        이미지 평가 기법을 활용한 철재 시편의 디지털 방사선 영상시스템(Computed Radiography) 이미지 해석 연구

        In the non-destructive radiographic testing methods used for specimens with cultural heritage, analog film radiography is being replaced with digital radiography by the introduction of an imaging plate computed radiography system. Adoption of the computed radiography system has helped standardize digital image quality. This study analyzed the X-ray transmission characteristics and evaluated image quality according to image developing time for iron, the most important metal in cultural heritage. Computed radiography images were acquired. The transmittance of the images was determined based on Gray Scale and Duplex-wire Image Quality Indicator data. In addition, the change in images with the image developing time was compared and analyzed using the Structural Similarity Index Measure, mean square error, and peak signal-to-noise ratio.

      • 일부 치과위생사의 주관적 근무환경과 부위별 통증 자각증상

        The purpose of this study is to understand relations between dental hygienists’ subjective work environment and subjective pain symptoms in different regions and improve the environment of their treatment room and help them reduce pain in different areas. The subjects of this study are 250 dental hygienists. Data were collected from March until April, 2015 through a survey with self-administered questionnaire sheets, and the results of analysis are as written below. 1. Concerning the subjects’ general characteristics, 98.4% were females. About their age, 64.0% were ‘from 20 to 29’, and about years of service, ‘many years of service (over 6 years)’ formed 4.08%. About types of hospitals they worked for, ‘dental clinic’ formed the most as 7.08%, and about the department they worked for, ‘operative and prosthetic dentistry’ formed the biggest part as 30.4%. 2. About the subjects’ subjective health conditions, ‘I am healthy’ formed the biggest part as 39.6%, and about the areas of subjective pain, pain was felt the most in their neck as 19.4%, shoulders as 19.0%, waist as 17.5%, and legs as 16.3% in order. About ways to prevent or cure pain, ‘resting’ formed 33.2% and ‘no experience of being treated’ formed 21.6%, and about the degree of resting while working, ‘I rest sometimes’ formed 62.0%. 3. Regarding their subjective work environment, ‘physical environment’ received a low point as 2.89±0.51. About detailed items, they regarded their physical environment to be not very favorable giving low points to ‘There is little noise.’, ‘The treatment room is quite well equipped with ventilation facilities (windows or ventilators).’, and ‘An extra chair is equipped to each of the chair on the treatment room.’ in order. 4. Concerning their subjective pain symptoms in different regions, muscle symptoms received the lowest point as 2.40±0.78. About detailed items, ‘My shoulders are painful or uncomfortable.’ gained 2.20±0.92 points, and ‘My lower limbs (legs, knees, or feet) are painful or uncomfortable.’ received 2.37±1.00 points, and ‘My lumbar region (waist or back) is painful or uncomfortable.’ gained a low point as 2.38±0.97. 5. Regarding their subjective work environment and subjective pain symptoms in relation to general characteristics, there was no significant difference by years of service. About types of hospitals they worked for, dental clinics gained low points in ‘physical environment’, ‘the job system and environment’, and ‘muscle symptoms’, which indicated significant difference (p<0.05). About the degree of resting while working, ‘I hardly rest.’ was found to be low in ‘job environment and duties’, ‘skin symptoms’, ‘muscle symptoms’, and ‘psychological symptoms’, which indicated significant difference (p<0.05).

        산소 환원 반응을 위한 탄소기반 Pt-Cu 합금의 높은 전기적 촉매 활성

        Electrocatalysis of oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) using Pt nanoparticles or bimetal on carabon was studied. Currently, the best catalyst is platinum, which is a limited resource and expensive to commercialize. In this paper, we investigated the cheaper and more active electrocatalysts by making Pt nanoparticles and adding 3D transition metal such as copper. Electrocatalysts were obtained by chemical reduction based on ethylene glycol solutions. Elemental analysis and particle size were confirmed by XRD and TEM. The electrochemical surface area (ECSA) and activity of the catalyst were determined by electrochemical techniques such as cyclic voltammetry and linear sweep voltammetry method. The commercialized Pt support on carbon (Pt/C, JM), synthesis Pt/C and synthesis Pt3Cu1 alloy nanoparticles supported on carbon were compared. We confirmed that the synthesized Pt3-Cu1/C has high electrochemical performance than commercial Pt/C. It is expected to develop an electrocatalyst with high activity at low price by increasing the oxygen reduction reaction rate of the fuel cell.
