일과성(一過性) 전뇌(前腦) 허혈(虛血) 손상(損傷)에 대한 환도(環跳) (GB30) 전침자극(電鍼刺戟)의 효과(效果)

Acupuncture and herbal medicine have been used to prevent and treat the cerebrovascular accident, such as a stroke, and many studies of acupuncture and moxibustion concerning to the stroke have been undertaken in the human and various animals. However, it was not published the protective effect of the electroacupuncture (EA) of Huan-do (GB30) on the transient forebrain ischemia injury. The neuroprotective effects of EA (2 ms, 10 Hz, and 1-2 mA) of GB30 on the transient forebrain ischemia injury was investigated by western blot of nNOS and hematoxylin and eosin stain in Sprague-Dawley rats. The transient forebrain ischemia injury resulted in increased expression of nNOS in the brain for 6 hrs after ischemia, and EA decreased significantly expression of nNOS protein in brain increased by transient forebrain ischemia injury. The survived neuronal cell stained with hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) decreased in the hippocampus by the 7 days after ischemia comparing with the normal. Comparing with the normal, the survived neurons seriously decreased cell in the hippocampus after the injury. However, the proportion of survived neurons was increased in EA treatment. These results suggest that EA of GB30 have neuroprotective effects on transient forebrain ischemia injury.
環跳(GB30) 電鍼刺戟이 一過性 前腦虛血로 유발된 c-Fos 단백질 발현에 미치는 影響

(Objective) Acupuncture and herbal medicine have been used to prevent and treat the cerebrovascular accident, such as a stroke, and many studies of acupuncture and moxibustion concerning to the stroke have been undertaken in the human and various animals. However, it was not published the protective effect of the electroacupuncture (EA) of Huan-do (GB30) on the transient forebrain ischemia injury.(Methods) The neuroprotective effects of EA (2 ms, 10 Hz, and 1 - 2 mA) of GB30 on the transient forebrain ischemia injury were investigated by immunohistochemistry of c-Fos like protein in Sprague-Dawley rats. (Results) The transient forebrain ischemia injury resulted in increased expression of c-Fos like protein (cFL) in the dentate gyrus (DG) and CA1 for 6 hrs after ischemia, and EA increased significantly expression of cFL in the CA1 and DG. For 48 hrs after, there was delayed expression of cFL at the CA1 and DG, representing the sign of neuronal cell death, but EA decreased the delayed expression of cFL, significantly. (Conclusion) These results suggest that the neuroprotective effects of EA on transient forebrain ischemia injury may be related to excitatory regulation of cFL at the early stage and inhibitory regulation at the long term.

Until the latest date, in many operative procedures for the trigeminal neuralgia, the partial trigeminal rhizotomy using suboccipital approach was considered hazard, great risk, high mortality, clinical results- also seen net so satisfactory and more difficult technically than the temporal sensory root section. Nowaday, the suboccipital approach tried again by many other neurosurgeons and began comparison of the subtemporal and suboccipital rhizotomy. The suboccipital rhizotomy became recognized ease, safety of the method, excellent chance of lasting relief and least impairment. We got excellent clinical result and reported 2 cases of trigeminal neuralgia using Exum Walker and Kempe's method.

Loading tests were carried out for model geocell to study the reinforcing effect by variation of tensile strength, cell height, soil density and embedded depth of geocell. From the result, it could be seen that the ultimate bearing capacity of the geocell system was influenced rather by the connection strength than by the tensile strength of geocell material. Bearing capacity increased with the increase of height to width ratio of geocell for the same relative density, strength and embedded depth. And the bearing capacity ratio(BCR) was higher at low relative density of sand than that of high relative density. The increase of bearing capacity was higher at geocell with high tensile strength than that of low tensile strength. And the influence was clear at higher relative density. Also the BCR was higher at shallow embedded depth of geocell. Without consideration of tensile strength of material, the application of bearing capacity formula suggested by Koerner seems not suitable for the special case with low tensile strength of geocell material. 지오셀 시스템의 사질토 지반에서의 보강효과를 규명하기 위하여 높이 대 폭비(H/W), 상대밀도, 재료의 강도, 복토의 두께를 다르게 하여 모형 재하시험을 수행하였다. 연구 결과 지오셀 시스템은 지오셀의 인장강도보다는 연결부의 강도가 작게 나타나 더 중요한 인자로 판단되었다. 모래의 상대밀도, 재료의 강도와 복토두께가 동일한 경우 모형 지오셀의 극한지지력은 높이 대 폭비(H/W)가 클수록 증가하는 경향을 나타내었으며 복토두께 변화에 따른 지지력비(BCR)는 낮은 상대밀도에서 더 크게 나타났다. 또한 모래의 상대밀도, 높이 대 폭비(H/W)와 복토두께가 동일한 경우 모형 지오셀의 재료의 인장강도가 커짐에 따라 극한지지력은 증가하였으며 인장강도의 영향은 조밀한 모래에서 더 두드러진 것으로 나타났다. 또한 복토층의 두께가 작을수록 지지력비는 큰 값을 나타내었다. 재료의 인장강도가 작은 특별한 경우에 Koerner공식의 적용은 주의가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

국내 원자력발전소의 운영기술은 세계 최고수준이며 이러한 성과는 안전을 최우선으로 강조하는 발전소의 강한 조직문화를 근간으로 한다. 조직문화는 구성원들의 행동을 지배하는 비공식적 분위기로서 저절로 혹은 의도적으로 변화하면서 새롭게 형성되는데, 각기 다른 성격과 이해관계를 가진 사람들이 조직 안에서 공통된 신념과 이미지, 가치관 등을 만들어낸다. 이러한 조직문화에서 중요한 역할을 하는 것이 경영자의 관리스타일인데, 리더의 행동유형에서 가장 널리 알려진 모형으로는 블레이크와 머톤(Blake and Mouton)의 리더쉽 격자이론으로 이는 리더의 행동유형을 인간에 대한 관심과 생산에 대한 관심으로 분류하고 있다. 원자력발전소는 시운전 단계부터 형성된 고유의 조직문화를 가지고 있으며, 이들 각 발전소의 조직문화를 유추하기 위해 경영방침을 참고하였으며 리더 유형의 효율성을 살펴보기 위해 PSR의 안전문화 설문을 활용하였다. 각 발전소의 설문분석을 통해 리더유형과 안전문화 사이의 유의할 만한 상관관계를 제시한다.
