This paper is about design for minimum flux leakage in microspeaker used for radiotelegraph. Response Surface Method (RSM) is applied as the optimization technique high magnetic force. Object function are magnetic force and flux leakage as three factors. Pole piece thickness, magnet grade and yoke thickness which are selected in design of experiment. Magnetic force and flux leakage are calculated for each condition and optimized by results evaluated with RSM. When those factors are the thickness of pole piece of 0.9㎜ magnet grade of N42H and the thickness of yoke of 0.75 ㎜. Magnetic force is satisfied and flux leakage is decreased to 11.8%.

This paper describes the controller for the improving speed control the AC servo motor. The microprocessor provides an output to the difference in command. The servo system improves the characteristics of speed control. When the motor is running at the same speed as set by the reference signal, the speed encoder also provides a signal of the same frequency. Thus, the microprocessor controlled digital techniques enable to realize the flexible performance and control which was possible with time constant. We can know that optimal speed of machining center is 75msec in 30000mm/min and actually, 75msec is using on machining center. Finally experimental results prove excellent performance of this control system. This can be reduced error with more exact measure of actual speed. The system can be adaptable to CNC machine.<br/>

The accuracy of micro-structure features can be determined by the size of burr in micromachining. This study deals with microgooving of micro end-milling using D200μm- end-mill cutting tool that is implemented on a 3-axis micro-stage. The measurement of the cutting force was conducted and the electron microscope(SEM) was used to investigate burr formation. The characteristics of micro-burr are evaluated by microgrooving conditions.

The metallic bond coating is important constituent of thermally sprayed thermal barrier coating(TBC) systems. It enhances the adhesion of ceramic thermal barrier layer to the substrate and also provides oxidation and corrosion protection to the substrate metal. However, most metallic bond coating layer peeling occurs easily due to the thermal fatigue and the low bonding strength between the substrate and coating layer. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the mechanical properties of the plasma spray coating layer depending on different coating method in TBC systems. The micro-hardness and Young's modulus are measured by nano-dindentation test for evaluation of mechanical characteristics. The critical fracture load(Pc) and interface toughness(Kc) of coating layers are computed from applied load and crack length.
