시큐리티 종사자의 직무환경이 서비스품질에 미치는 영향

This study aims to try examining the affection on service quality by the job environment of security employee. And on the basis of the results, this study is to propose the fundamental analysis results that elevate the degree of satisfation of employee to improve the service quality and satisfy a external customer. Firstly, the trial to analyze according to the population-sociological traits. Secondly, the trial to examine the difference according to the duty environment and service quality. Thirdly, the trial to examine the difference according to the age, school career, social position, and duty years. Forthly, the analysis on interrelation among the each variation. Therefore, on the basis of this results, this study analyzed the affection on service quality by the duty environment of service employee. 현대인들의 안전욕구는 날로 중대되고 있으며, 이는 시큐리티 요원의 수요를 증대시키는 요인으로 작용하고 있다. 시큐리티 요원은 외부의 침입으로부터 개인의 안전과 유·무형의 재산 등을 보호해 주는 주체로서 시큐리티 산업에서 매우 중요한 역할을 담당하는 핵심적 요소라 할 수 있다(김평수 외 3:2009). 시큐리티 요원의 직무는 다른 직업에 비해 상대적으로 불규칙한 근무패턴과 외향적 활동의 특성을 가지고 있으며 범죄 예방올 위한 공·사적 치안 업무를 담당하는 특수성을 내포하고 있다. 특히, 시큐리티 요원은 고객의 생명과 신체, 그리고 재산에 대한 보호 등의 주요업무를 담당하고 있으며,상태적 긴장속에서 근무해야 하는 특성올 가지고 있다. 이는 열악한 근무환경 을 확산시키고 상사·동료 등과의 대인관계,직업에 대한 사회적 편견 등으로 인한 사기 저하를 가져오는 결과로 작용하고 있다. 또한,낮은 임금과 복지수준,그리고 처우는 직무환경의 악영향을 끼치기도 하고 직무불만족의 원인으로 작용하면서 결국 이것이 고객에 대한 서비스의 품질 저하로 영향을 미치게 된다(김평수 외 3:2009). 산업화 시대에서 서비스품질 시대로 전환되고 있는 시점에서 볼 때 서비스품질이 중요해짐에 따라 시큐리티 직무환경에 대한 중요성이 증가하게 되었다. 또한 지향적 서비스 종사 자는 고객이 받는 품질에 결정적인 역할을 하게 되므로 시큐리티 회사 외부의 고객인 수요자들에게 양질의 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 서비스 지향적 종사자를 육성하고 유지할 수 있는 시큐리티 종사자의 만족에 관한 노력과 활동이 필요할 것이다(원주순 :2008).서비스 품질을 제공함에 있어서 가장 중요한 것은 수요자 즉,고객이지만 그 고객을 만족 시키는 것은 바로 종사자임을 감안할 때, 서비스 종사자들이 어떠한 마인드로 제공하느냐에 따라 시큐리티 회사의 운명이 좌우된다고 해도 과언이 아닐 것이다. 따라서, 시큐리티 회사를 운영함에 있어 종사자의 만족은 중요한 영향력을 가지며 서비스 품질을 결정짓는 중요한 요소가 된다. 또한, 시큐리티 회사의 운영에 있어서 서비스 종사자의 만족의 영향력과 역할에 대해서 연구하는 것은 매우 흥미롭고 중요한 영역이라 할 수 있다.

IPv6 기본 개념 및 관련 기술의 이해

본 튜토리얼 논문에서는 최근 들어 다양한 형태의 스마트 기기 보급 확산으로 인한 모바일인터넷은 물론 사물인터넷 시대의 도래로 급격히 증가하는 인터넷 주소 수요로 인해 도입의 필요성이 대두되고 있으며 국내·외적으로 적용 확산을 위한 시도가 활발하게 진행되고 있는 IPv6(IP version 6)의 기본 개념과 관련 기술을 표준화 및 논문연구를 중심으로 알기 쉽게 이해시키고자 한다. 첫 번째로, 현재 사용되고 있는 인터넷 프로토콜 IPv4(IP version 4)와의 특징 비교와 주소 및 헤더를 통해 IPv6의 기본 개념을 자세하게 설명한다. 두 번째로, IPv4와 IPv6의 공존과정에서 IPv6의 연착륙을 위해 필요한 다양한 전환기술을 접근 방식과 세대별 분류를 통해 설명한다. 세번째로, 다양한 무선 환경에서의 이동단말의 연속적인 인터넷 서비스를 위한 IPv6 이동성 기술을 중앙 집중형 및 분산형 관리 기반으로 나누어 소개한다. 네 번째로, IPv6 보안측면에서의 이슈를 다루고, 다섯 번째로로, 4세대 이동통신망(4G) 대비 10~1,000배의 연결 디바이스를 고려하고 있는 5세대 이동통신망(5G) 네트워크 환경에서 중요한 서비스로 간주되고 있는 사물인터넷 서비스에서의 IPv6의 역할을 다룬다. 마지막으로, 국내외에서 진행된 대표적인 IPv6 상용서비스 사례를 제시한다.

IPv4/IPv6 전환기술 비교 분석

본 논문에서는 IPv4 주소 자원 공유 기술을 포함하여 IPv4/IPv6 전환(Transition) 기술에 대해서 연구 시기를 기준으로 ‘1세대’와 ‘2세대’로 나누어 연구 동향을 살펴보고 이를 비교 분석하고자한다. 첫 번째로, 1세대, 즉 IPv6 기본 기술과 관련 기술의 연구 개발이 본격적으로 진행되었던 1990년대 후반부터 2000년대 초반에 연구 개발된 IPv4/IPv6 전환 기술을 듀얼스택(Dual-stack) 기술, 터널링(Tunneling) 기술, 주소변환(Translation)로 분류하여 분석한다. 두 번째로, 2세대, 즉 최근 2010년 전후로 유ㆍ무선 통합 서비스 제공, 스마트 기기 보급 확산 등에 따른 무선 인터넷 서비스 활성화로 전 세계적으로 IP 주소 수요는 급격하게 증가하였고, 이와 맞물려 ICANN은 물론 APNIC이 주소 고갈을 선언하면서 IPv6 도입에 대한 필요성이 다시금 대두되게 되었다. 즉, 1세대에서 기 연구 개발된 세 가지 기술을 개선하고자 최근 연구 개발된 IPv4/IPv6 전환 기술은 물론 IPv4 주소 부족을 해결하기 위해 개선된 주소 자원 공유 기술에 대해서 다룬다. 마지막으로, 2세대에서 연구 개발된 전환 기술에 대해서 다양한 측면에서 비교분석을 수행한다.

12.5규획으로 본 중국의 국가전략과 문화산업정책

With the announcement of 12.5 Plan(the 12nd 5-Year Economic Development Plan) in 2011, Chinese government laid down policies containing cultural industry development strategies. The 6th Plenary Session of 17th Central Committee demonstrates the fact that China is making cultural industry policies as agendas for discussion as future strategies. At this session, the Chinese government adopted ≪The Resolution regarding Grave Issues to Deepen Reform of Cultural System and to Promote Prodigious Development and Prosperity of Socialist Culture≫ which is an important document associated with reform of cultural industry, consisting of fully 17,000 letters, and it was the first time in Chinese history to take cultural development as the main agenda at the plenary session of the Chinese Communists. Actually, Chinese government announced they selected the cultural industry as the pillar industry for new growth of China. In addition to these support policies, they also preannounced establishment of regulation policies on the internet. This study considered the keynote of Chinese cultural industry policies in the 12.5 Plan and especially, diagnosed the direction and implication of these policies, by analyzing the resolution of the 6th Plenary Session of 17th Central Committee. 2011년 12.5 규획의 발표와 함께 중국 정부는 문화산업발전전략을 담은 각종 지원정책을 내놓았다. 중국이 과거와는 달리 미래전략으로서 문화산업정책을 의제화해가고 있음은 17기6중전회의 정책발표를 통해 확인된다. 이 회의에서 ≪문화체제 개혁을 심화하고 사회주의 문화 대발전과 번영을 촉진하는 중대 문제에 대한 결의≫를 채택했는데 이는 무려 1만 7000여 자에 달하는 문화산업개혁과 관련한 중요 문건이며 중국 역사상 처음으로 중국 공산당 전체회의에서 문화건설을 주요 의제로 삼은 역사적인 일이다. 이 회의에서 2015년까지 문화산업을 GDP의 5%를 차지하는 주요산업으로 육성하겠다고 발표했다. 사실상 문화산업을 중국의 신성장 지주(支柱)산업으로 지정하는 결정을 내린 것이다. 지원정책뿐만 아니라 저질 콘텐츠와 인터넷에 대한 규제정책도 예고하였다. 이러한 중국 문화산업정책의 변화와 그 영향은 한국정부는 물론 중국진출 기업들은 반드시 검토해야 할 내용이다. 이 연구에서는 12.5규획에 나타난 중국문화산업정책의 기조에 대해 검토하고 특히 17기6중전회 결정문 분석을 통해 중국의 문화산업정책의 방향과 그 함의를 진단해본다.

This study aims to know what a ideal guard-secretary is, and he must have special knowledge, prudence, discretion, good sense and fast, accurate originality and judgement. moreover he must grasp silently the psychological affairs of VIP, assist his works and execute besides the simple affairs-support and a guidance level of secretary and the guard works for personal protection. therefore concretely his roles are as follows; firstly it is the role as a manager of the affairs, secondly the role as a manager of education training, thirdly the role as a information manager. fourthly the role as a client manager, fifthly the role as a facilitator, sixthly the role as a health manager, seventhly the role as a security manager etc.

This study aims to present implications to the basic directions according to organization's own objectives, roles, physiology and changes, etc for private security being activated. The change in organization can lead to foster the foundation for coping with sharp social environmental changes. The fundamental factors leading organizational changes should include intentional, planned and future-oriented activities. This is because organizational changes can be achieved by organizational learning. Besides, organizational learning is indeed important in terms of improvement in business methods and security services, but it should be also much more examined than in any other organization, since business particularity lies in getting in most sensitive contact with customers on the spot. Therefore, this study aims to propose the developmental directions of organizational learning by positively exploring the basic learning directions according to the influences of organizational learning, focusing the organizational efficientization strategies coping with environmental changes on the organizational learning.

An Architecture for Home-Oriented IPTV Service Platform on Residential Gateway

In order for end-users in home networks to receive opportunities for useful services that go beyond legacy Internet Protocol TV (IPTV) services, this paper proposes a service platform that resides on the residential gateway (RG) for interworking between the home network and IPTV. This proposed service platform is called the home-oriented IPTV service platform (HISP) on the RG (HISP-RG). The proposed HISP-RG provides open architecture and functionalities to enable 3rd party IPTV service providers to locally and directly deliver home-oriented IPTV services to end-users in home networks. The HISP-RG can be an “add-on” and not a “built-in” solution for the existing standard RG. This paper introduces several home-oriented IPTV services that can be executed and delivered locally through the HISP-RG. Then, the open architecture and functionalities of the HISP-RG are defined and their requirements are specified. Finally, use cases of the HISP-RG for home-oriented IPTV services are presented.

안전한 웹사이트 접속을 위한 IETF 표준 기술 동향 분석

본 고에서는 안전한 웹사이트 접속을 위한 Internet Engineer Task Force(IETF) 표준 기술 동향을 분석한다. 첫 번째로, 웹사이트 접속을 위해 필수적인 프로토콜인 Domain Name System(DNS)와 Hypertext Transfer Protocol(HTTP)를 간략히 소개하고 보안 측면에서의 이슈를 살펴본다. 두 번째로, 안전한 웹사이트 접속을 위해 IETF Transport Layer Security Working Group (TLS WG)에서 논의 중인 Server Name Indication(SNI) 암호화 기술과 DNS PRIVate Exchange(DPRIVE) WG과 DNS Over HTTPS(DOH) WG에서 DNS 통신 암호화 기반 표준으로 제정된 DNS-over-TLS 기술과 DNS-over-HTTPS 기술을 자세하게 설명한다. 또한, 이러한 암호화 기술들에 대해서 보안(Security) 측면과 가시성(Visibility) 측면에서 벌어지는 논쟁을 소개한다.
