As degenerate versions of Fubini and two variable Fubini poly- nomials, we introduce the degenerate Fubini and the two variable degen- erate Fubini polynomials. We investigate their properties, recurrence rela- tions and explicit formulas for those polynomials.

4차 산업혁명의 핵심 기술들이 럭셔리호텔에 도입되면서 호텔 이용자에게 새로운 제품과 서비스를 제공하고 새로운 경험을 할 수 있는 문화적, 체험적 공간으로 도약하고 있다. 따라서, 이 연구는 스마트기술이 도입된 럭셔리호텔, 즉 스마트호텔을 중심으로 기술 어메니티 서비스를 사용한 경험에 대한 호텔 이용자의 인식이 호텔의 신뢰와 만족도에 미치는 영향을 조사하여 향후 지속적 경쟁우위와 개선점을 끌어낼 수 있는 스마트호텔의 본질적인 요인들을 파악하였다. 또한, 고객 만족도를 극대화함으로써 해당 스마트호텔을 재방문할 수 있는 효과적인 호텔 마케팅 전략과 방안을 모색하는데 연구 목적을 두었다. 연구가설 검증을 위해 최근 2년 이내 스마트호텔에서 기술 어메니티를 이용한 경험이 있는 호텔 이용자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과 의인화와 기술 어메니티 사용의도, 그리고 지각된 성능기대치와 스마트호텔 만족도 간의 관계를 제외한 모든 가설이 채택됨을 확인하였다. 이러한 연구 결과를 토대로 이 논문에서는 이론적 시사점과 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다. 스마트호텔은 다양한 스마트기술을 도입하며 빠르게 변모하고 있다. 따라서 지속적인 경쟁우위를 확보하고, 차별화된 호텔경영과 마케팅 전략을 수립하는데 있어 의미 있는 자료가 될 것이다 As the core technologies of the 4th Industrial Revolution are introduced into luxury hotels, they are taking off as cultural and experiential spaces that provide new products and services to hotel users and new experiences. Therefore, this study investigated the effect of hotel users' perception of the experience of using technological amenity services on their trust and satisfaction, focusing on luxury hotels as smart hotel to identify the essential factors of smart hotels that can lead to continuous competitive advantage and improvements in the future. In addition, the study aimed to find an effective hotel marketing strategy and plan to satisfaction the smart hotel by maximizing customer satisfaction. To verify the research hypothesis, a survey was conducted targeting hotel users with experience using technological amenities in smart hotels within the last two years. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that all hypotheses were adopted except for the relationship between personification, intention to use technical amenities, and perceived performance expectations and satisfaction with smart hotels. Based on these research results, this paper presents theoretical and practical implications. Smart hotels are rapidly changing by introducing various smart technologies. Therefore, it will be meaningful data for securing a sustainable competitive advantage and establishing differentiated hotel management and marketing strategies.

Recently, several authors have studied Bell numbers and poly- nomials, also called Tochard polynomials or exponential polynomials, by using and without using umbral calculus. In this paper, as a degenerate ver- sion of ordinary Bell numbers and polynomials, we introduce the partially degenerate Bell numbers and polynomials and give some new identities for those numbers and polynomials related with Stirling numbers of the rst and second kind.

시진핑 정부의 아시아 신안보관(亚洲新安全观)과 동북아 주변외교 전략

지난 2016년 1월 6일 북한의 4차 핵실험과 연이은 2월 7일 장거리 로켓 발사로 한반도를 중심으로 하는 동북아 정세는 매우 복잡한 국면에 처해 있다. 특히 중국은 이번 한반도 핵문제와 관련하여 역내 주도권 경쟁에서 미국에 밀리지 않기 위해 보다 빠르고 강력한 대응 조치들을 취하고 있다. 이것은 현 시진핑(习近平) 정부가 이전 후진타오(胡锦涛) 정부의 외교 노선과 달리 강대국으로서의 지위를 외부에 확실히 인식시키고, 국제사회에서 책임감을 높임으로서 미국과 동등한 위치를 차지하기 위한 모습이라고 볼 수 있다. 현재 국제사회에서 중국의 지위와 발언권에 대해 부정하는 집단은 아무도 없다. 중국은 이미 대국으로의 굴기를 마치고 세계무대에서 책임 있는 대국으로서 새로운 세계질서를 만들어 가고자 하는 입장에 서있다. 이를 종합해 보면 중국은 자국의 외교 안보 영역에서 이미 구체적인 노선과 전략 체계를 가지고 있으며, 이를 바탕으로 국제사회에서 그 지위를 인정받고 있다고 할 수 있다. 그 중 대(对) 아시아 외교 안보 노선이 바로 본 논문의 주된 키워드인 아시아 신안보관(亚洲新安全观)이다. 본 논문의 목적은 시진핑 정부의 아시아 신안보관이 현재 동북아 지역의 정세와 맞물려 어떠한 방향으로 실천되고 있는가를 찾아 보는데에 있다. 이를 위해서 Ⅱ장 안보관에 대한 이론적 검토를 시작으로 Ⅲ장에서는 아시안 신안보관의 제창 배경과 그 주요 내용 및 특징에 대한 분석을 진행하고 이를 바탕으로 Ⅳ장에서는 동북아 지역의 현 정세와 중국의 아시아 신안보관의 실천 방향에 대한 분석을 진행하고자 한다. 마지막으로 결론부분에서는 중국의 아시아 신안보관 실천과 현 동북아 정세 속에서 한국 정부의 외교 방향에 대한 간략한 제언으로 마무리 하고자 한다. A series of the fourth nuclear test by North Korea on January 6th, 2016 and a launch of long-range rocket have made the situation of Northeast Asia around Korea very complicated. In particular, China has taken prompt and strong steps so as not to be crowded out by the United States in terms of a hegemony competition regarding nuclear problem in Korea within the area. China already has a concrete line and strategic system in terms of foreign affairs and national security and has been recognized its position based on this. That diplomacy and security line is the new security concepts on Asia, one of the main keywords of this paper. The purpose of this paper is to examine which direction the security concepts on Asia of the Xi government is taken interlocking with the current situation of Northeast Asia. To do this, on Chapter Ⅱ, its security concepts will be theoretically reviewed while on Chapter Ⅲ, the backgrounds of advocating new security concepts on Asia, its main details and characteristics will be analyzed. And based on this, current situation in Northeast Asia and directions of practicing China's new security concepts on Asia on Chapter Ⅳ will be analyzed. Lastly, in the conclusion, the author tries to suggest a simple proposal on practicing China's current new security concepts on Asia and diplomatic directions of the Korean government in the current status of Northeast Asia.

미·중 관계와 남중국해 분쟁

South China Sea conflict initially refers to a dispute over authority of attribution and delimitation of maritime boundaries between China, Taiwan, Vietnam, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia and Brunei for islands located in South China Sea. In other words, South China Sea conflict was a matter between countries directly concerned initially but not a matter between US and China. After Obama government inaugurated, US began to intervene in a matter of South China Sea conflict actively with implementation of strategy of ‘Pivot to Asia’ and worsened the conflict by explicitly supporting Vietnam and Philippines that are countries directly concerned. Conflict between China's aspiration to expand its influence on the islands located in South China Sea and US's strategy to check the expansion of influence of China underlies such dispute. There has been a conflict between US and China in the islands located in South China Sea recently. It is not too much say that a solution for the conflict depends on relations between US and China. This paper views the cause of military tension between US and China that appears in South China Sea as competition for having upper hand between US and China not simple military competition. This paper foresees the direction of South China Sea conflict by analyzing position and goal of policy on South China Sea stated by US and China and by analyzing a change in the nature of South China Sea conflict depending on a change in relations between US and China. 본래 남중국해 분쟁은 간단히 표현해 남중국해 주변 국가들(6국 7방, 중국, 대만, 베트남, 필리핀, 말레이시아, 인도네시아, 브루나이)이 남중국해 해역의 도서들에 대한 귀속권 주장과 해양 경계선 획정상에서 존재하는 분쟁을 지칭하여 왔다. 즉, 남중국해 분쟁은 미국과 중국 양 강대국 간의 직접적인 관계의 문제는 아니었다. 그러나 오바마 정부 집권 이후 ‘아시아 회기(Pivot to Asia)’ 전략의 실시와 함께 미국은 남중국해 문제에 적극적으로 개입하기 시작하였다. 최근 남중국해 지역의 정세를 보면 사실상 미·중 관계의 한 부분으로 양국이 직접적으로 맞닥뜨리고 있는 양상으로 나타나고 있으며, 그 해결방안 역시 큰 틀로 보면 양국관계의 향방에 걸려 있다 해도 과언이 아니다. 본 논문은 최근 남중국해 지역에서 나타나고 있는 미·중 양국 간의 군사적 긴장감 조성의 원인을 단순한 군사력 경쟁이 아닌 역내 주도권 경쟁에서 비롯된 세계 패권전략에 있다고 보고 있다. 이러한 관점을 바탕으로 미·중 관계의 변화에 따른 남중국해 분쟁의 성격 변화에 대한 분석을 진행하고, 미·중 양국이 주장하는 남중국해 정책에 대한 입장과 목표에 대한 분석을 통해 향후 남중국해 분쟁의 향방에 대한 전망을 해보고자 한다.

Extended stirling polynomials of the second kind and extended Bell polynomials

Recently, several authors have studied the Stirling numbers of the second kind and Bell polynomials. In this paper, we study the extended Stirling polynomials of the second kind and the extended Bell polynomials associated with the Stirling numbers of the second kind. In addition, we note that the extended Bell polynomials can be expressed in terms of the moments of the Poisson random variable with parameter λ > 0.

SOME FORMULAS OF ORDERED BELL NUMBERS AND POLYNOMIALS ARISING FROM UMBRAL CALCULUS

In this paper, we study the ordered Bell numbers and polynomials and investigate some interesting properties of these numbers and polynomials arising from umbral calculus. In particular, we derive several formulas for the ordered Bell numbers and polynomials, and express well known family of polynomials in terms of the ordered Bell polynomials.
