해수 중 용존 아연의 화학적 존재 형태 연구 동향

해양 환경에서 용존 미량금속 원소 중 하나인 아연(Zn)은 식물플랑크톤의 성장에 필수적인 미량영양염으로 알려져 있다. 외양 표층에서 대부분의 용존 아연은 용존 유기배위자와 강하게 결합하여 아연-유기착화합물을 형성하게 되고 이로 인해 생물 가용한 자유이온 형태의 아연(Zn²⁺)의 농도는 총 아연 농도의 5% 이내로 존재하게 된다. 이 논문에서는 아연의 화학적 존재 형태에 대한 개념과 측정 방법에 대해 간단히 소개하고, 주요 연구 사례를 통하여 미량금속의 화학 종조성이 해양 생지화학에 미치는 영향 및 의미, 아연-유기착화합물이 아연의 생물가용성에 미치는 영향, 아연과 결합하여 유기착화합물을 형성하는 용존 유기배위자의 기원에 대해 기술하였다. Zinc (Zn) is known as an essential micronutrient for phytoplankton in the ocean. In surface waters, most of total dissolved Zn presents as organic complexes, and organic complexation dominates the speciation of Zn in seawater. Organic complexation reduces the bioavailable fraction of Zn, the free metal ion (Zn²⁺), which present less than 5% in surface waters. In this paper, a brief introduction on chemical speciation of dissolved Zn in seawater and analytical method for chemical speciation measurement is provided. Some representative studies were also introduced to describe the importance of chemical speciation of Zn (or other trace metals) on bioavailability and biogeochemistry in the ocean.

다중대표소송(상법 제406조의2)의 이해

현재 한국의 ‘실질적 의미의 기업집단법’의 근간을 이루는 두 축은 대규모기업집단에 관한 공정거래법에 따른 사전적, 행정적 규제와 기업집단 내 지원행위에 관한 업무상 배임죄를 통한 사후적, 형사적 제재라고 해도 과언이 아니다 (공정거래위원회와 검찰이야말로 가장 영향력있는 기관이다). 전자는 경제력 집중의 문제로, 후자는 이익충돌의 문제로 접근하고 있다. 그러나 사적 경제주체인 기업집단의 기본법은 이러한 규제법이 아니라 회사법이 되어야 한다. 회사법은 회사로 정당하게 귀속되어야 할 이익이 부당하게 지배회사 혹은 제3자에게 귀속되는 상황에서 발생하는 불이익을 조정하고 방지할 수 있도록 이해조정하는 역할을 담당해야 한다. 그 중에서도 다중대표소송제도는 주주에 의한 통제수단으로서 활용 여지가 크지만 현행 법규정만으로는 실제 다중대표소송을 제기하고자 할 때 명확하지 않은 부분이 많다. 다중대표소송 제도를 규정한 상법 제406조의2를 그 법문의 표현 하나하나에 매몰되어 교조적인 해석을 하면 제도 자체가 이상하게 운용될 수 있다. 다중대표소송를 규정한 법문의 취지를 정밀하게 검토하고, 개념적으로 분석하여 올바른 결론을 얻을 수 있도록 이해하는 작업이 반드시 필요하다. 앞서 본 것처럼 관련 법조문의 내용만으로는 명확하지 않은 부분이 있어 해석의 여지가 큰만큼, 상법의 체계 안에서 법적 논리일관성을 부여하면서도 주주 보호라는 입법의 취지를 살릴 수 있도록 조화로운 해석론을 수립해야 한다. There are the two pillars that form the basis of regulations for corporate group company structure, such as (i) administrative regulations under the Korea Fair Trade Act on large business groups and (ii) criminal sanctions under the Korea Criminal Act. Increasing use of a group company strucure gives rise to many legal issues. However, the basic law of a group company strucure should be the corporate law, not the regulatory law. The 2020 Amendment to the Korean Commercial Code has introduced multiple derivative actions. This paper delas with the pracitical issues in relation to the main provision (Article 406-2) of the multiple derivative actions and provides explanations and interpretations arising of the Amendment through in-depth analysis on such issues. The multiple derivative lawsuit system in Korea has a lot of rooms for use as a means of control by shareholders, and it needs discussions. It is essential to understand the purpose of the legislation that defines multiple derivative actions in order to find proper solution to solve very complicated situations including overlapping claims. Therefore, harmonious interpretation should be established to give legal logic consistency within the corproate law system as well as protecting minority shareholders’ interests.

고대영어의 〈a〉 ~ 〈o〉 음 변이 - 공시 및 통시적 접근

  West Germanic sound change from *a to *o before nasals is prevalent in all dialects of Old English from its early period. The sound change is interesting because in some literature it shows the complete change to 〈o〉 in all applicable environments, and then returned to 〈a〉 by the beginning of Middle English period. The study of sound change in Old English has limitations because the research is based on graphemes, not on sounds as it is in other dead languages. With the current availability of electronic resources, I will apply quantitative analysis to examine this sound change from both synchronic and diachronic perspectives. My aim in this paper is to determine the dialectal differences in sequential time periods and the phonemic environments which led to this sound change.

지뢰찾기 게임을 응용한 어깨너머 훔쳐보기 공격에 안전한 패스워드 인증 기법

스마트폰이 널리 보급되면서 사진, 금융정보 같은 중요한 정보를 저장하고 이를 활용한 다양한 서비스가 제공되고 있으며, 이러한 중요정보를 보호하기 위해 사용자인증의 중요성이 증대되고 있다. 하지만 일반적으로 많이 사용하는 4자리 PIN(Personal Identification Number)은 무작위 대입 공격 및 어깨너머 훔쳐보기 공격에 취약하다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 다양한 인증 기술들이 개발되고 있다. 본 논문은 지뢰찾기 게임을 이용하여 어깨너머 훔쳐보기 공격에 안전한 새로운 패스워드 기반 사용자 인증방식을 제안한다. 제안기술은 사용자가 쉽게 패스워드를 기억할 수 있으며 실제 패스워드를 직접 입력하는 것이 아닌 패스워드를 이용한 계산된 값을 입력하는 방식을 통해 어깨너머 훔쳐보기 공격에 안전성을 보장한다.

주식신탁 사례연구 : 상사신탁･민사신탁의 경계를 넘어 신탁법과 회사법의 교차

신탁업계에서 금전신탁과 부동산신탁이 주류라면, 주식신탁은 그야말로 비주류다. 특히 주식신탁은 신탁업자가 아무리 활성화하고 싶어도 주식의 취득과 의결권 행사에 법률상 제한이 있어 원활하게 설계하거나 널리 이용되지 못하였다. 따라서 주식취득제한과 의결권행사를 제한한 부분은 향후 개정될 필요가 있다. 이러한 문제의식을 바탕으로 실제 발생한 일본의 주식신탁 분쟁 사례(일본, 동경고등재판소의 2016년 판결)를 살펴보았다. 대상 사건의 1심 판결은 본건 유언신탁이 신탁재산 부존재로 인해 신탁의 효력이 발생하지 않았다고 본 데 비하여, 2심 판결은 유언신탁이 일단 발효하였으나 목적달성 불능으로 인해 종료하였다고 보았다. 관련된 쟁점으로는 주식양도시 이사회 승인을 요하는 정관규정의 적용과 신탁의 성립, 이사의 충실의무 위반 여부, 주주권의 귀속문제 등을 본문에서 검토하였다. 그 밖에도 이 글에서는 일반론으로서, 상사신탁과 민사신탁의 준별론을 주장하는 견해를 비판적으로 검토하였다. 개별 신탁유형마다 각 신탁의 특성에 맞추어 유연하게 대응하면 되고 그 과정에서 약간의 수정이 가해질 수는 있지만 종래의 민사신탁 법리로부터 독립된 별도의 상사신탁 법리를 창설할 필요까지는 없을 것이다. 마지막으로 활용가능한 주식신탁의 사례 및 관련하여 쟁점사항을 다루었다. In the Korean trust business market, a stock trust is not common comparing with monetary trust and real estate trust. Particularly, the main reason that the stock trust is not widely used is the regulatory restrictions to trust companies in terms of share acquisition and voting right, which the trust business is currently strictly regulated by the Korean Capital Market Act. This paper does not examines the regulatory issue or try to propose any idea for amendment to the relevant laws or refining financial policies. With critical awareness of these regulatory restrictions, this paper mainly examines the virtual dispute in connection with stock trust in 2016 (which happened in Japan) and provides in depth analysis on legal issues focusing on corporate law, such as the requirement of share transfer crossing over trust law.

This article provides the rationale for the need to conduct a study of ethnic (national) minority festivals in the Russian Arctic as a phenomenon of blue culture in the Republic of Korea. If earlier the Arctic was difficult to develop due to natural and environmental factors, now it is becoming a space for economic growth. South Korea also reiterated the importance of the North Pole for its economic development and put forward various proposals under the new policy of the Northern Government. Among them, we recognize the importance of the Arctic in projects such as Blue Growth and Blue Economy that focus on the economic use of the oceans. However, the development of resources in the Russian Arctic is causing the destruction of indigenous people s urbanization, the destruction of their living spaces, and the disappearance of traditional culture due to the influx of new populations. Since cultural diversity and preservation of ethnic minority cultures are also important to humanity, it can be said that it is very important to study the archetypes and religious systems of ethnic minorities living in the Russian Arctic Circle and to study festivals. In particular, the study of cultural festivals that support the ethnic identity of the region may be related to the tourism industry along the Arctic route, and its value may be high.

그래프 기반 음악 추천을 위한 소리 데이터를 통한 태그 자동 분류

콘텐츠 산업의 꾸준한 성장에 따라 수많은 콘텐츠 중에서 개인의 취향에 적합한 콘텐츠를 자동으로 추천하는 연구의 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 콘텐츠 자동 추천의 정확도를 향상시키기 위해서는 콘텐츠에 대한 사용자의 선호 이력을 바탕으로 하는 기존 추천 기법과 더불어 콘텐츠의 메타 데이터 및 콘텐츠 자체에서 추출할 수 있는 특징을 융합한 추천 기법이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 음악의 소리 데이터로부터 태그 정보를 분류하는 LSTM 기반의 모델을 학습하고 분류된 태그 정보를 음악의 메타 데이터로 추가하여, 그래프 임베딩 시 콘텐츠의 특징까지 고려할 수 있는 KPRN 기반의 새로운 콘텐츠 추천 방법을 제안한다. 카카오 아레나 데이터 기반 실험 결과, 본 연구의 제안 방법은 기존의 임베딩 기반 추천 방법보다 우수한 추천 정확도를 보였다. With the steady growth of the content industry, the need for research that automatically recommending content suitable for individual tastes is increasing. In order to improve the accuracy of automatic content recommendation, it is needed to fuse existing recommendation techniques using users' preference history for contents along with recommendation techniques using content metadata or features extracted from the content itself. In this work, we propose a new graph-based music recommendation method which learns an LSTM-based classification model to automatically extract appropriate tagging words from sound data and apply the extracted tagging words together with the users’ preferred music lists and music metadata to graph-based music recommendation. Experimental results show that the proposed method outperforms existing recommendation methods in terms of the recommendation accuracy.
