        2개의 형광 도판트를 적용한 단일발광층 유기발광소자의 광학적 특성 연구

        Organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) with single emissive layer structures using two fluorescent dopants were fabricated and the device was composed of ITO / NPB ($700{\AA}$) / MADN : C545T - 1.0% : DCJTB - 0.3% ($300{\AA}$) / Bphen ($300{\AA}$) / LiF ($10{\AA}$) /Al ($1,000{\AA}$). C545T and DCJTB were functioned as green fluorescent dye and red fluorescent dye under MADN as host material. Concentrations of C545T and DCJTB was changed in emissive layer of MADN. Optimized OLED device using two fluorescence dopants shows emission efficiency of 8.42 cd/A and luminescence of 3169 cd/$m^2$at 6 V with CIE color coordinate, (0.43, 0.50). Electroluminescence of optimized OLED showed two peak at 500 and 564 nm according to C545T and DCJTB. These results indicate that F$\ddot{o}$ster energy transfer energy transfer was from MADN to C545T and rather than to DCJTB continuously. 두 가지의 형광도판트를 이용하여 제작된 단일 발광층 유기발광다이오드(OLEDs)는 ITO / NPB ($700{\AA}$) / MADN : C545T - 1.0% : DCJTB - 0.3% ($300{\AA}$) / Bphen ($300{\AA}$>) / LiF ($10{\AA}$) / Al ($1,000{\AA}$)으로 구성되었다. C545T와 DCJTB는 각각 녹색과 적색 도판트로 사용되었고, 호스트 물질인 MADN에 대해서 각각 다른 농도로 도핑하였다. 이러한 두 가지 형광도 판트를 사용한 제적화된 OLED는 8.42 cd/A의 효율과 6 V에서 $3169 cd/m^2$의 발광 휘도와 (0.43, 0.50)의 색좌표를 가졌다. 이러한 OLED 구조의 electroluminescence는 각각 C545T와 DCJTB에 따라 500 nm와 564 nm의 피크를 가졌다. 이러한 결과는 MADN에서 C545T로 C545T에서 DCJTB로 포스터 에너지 전이가 일어났음을 설명할 수 있다.

        FASCAM을 이용한 적 진지 지역 화력 억제 분석 절차 연구

        FASCAM is a newly introduced mean against enemy fire power and supposed to be scattered on base areas in front of a tunnel so as to deter maneuver and shooting of enemy artilleries. However, for its characteristics different from conventional munitions, only a few studies have been undertaken on operations system using this new measure. In this research, we propose a procedure to describe and analyze mathematically an operation system for suppression of enemy fire power using FASCAM. Two suggested simulation methods, impact point generation and density integration, both can describe the actual operation rationally and each has advantages of its own respectively. Further, we demonstrated an example analysis to derive an optimal suppression plan based on the proposed procedure.

      • 목조문화재 보존을 위한 소방시설에 대한 고찰

        Wooden cultural heritages have many factors of fires and structural characteristics vulnerable to the fire extinguishing. Also, they are surrounded with forests and so remote from fire stations, which make it difficult to handle it quickly when fires break out. Wooden cultural heritages made of wood materials belong to the general fire in a Class A. Taking characteristics such as a smoldering and a backfire from the that fire of wooden materials into consideration, extinguishing the fire by the cooling system is the most effective. If the fire can't be put out at the early stage, it is almost impossible to protect wooden cultural heritages from the fire, because wooden structures can be destroyed in a high temperature and in a short time and it takes around average 7 minutes to reach its peak of flames in the process of a fire. According to the geographical and environmental situation of the cultural heritages, currently, the fire-prevention facilities such as the auto fire detector for the prompt detection, the water mist fire suppression system for the 1st early and urgent fire suppression and the outdoor fire hydrant and the water curtain etc. for the 2nd full-scale suppression and the prevention of the fire gaining force are being installed for the wooden cultural heritages.

        김정은 체제의 당ㆍ군 관계 변화

        이 글에서는 김정은이 안정적인 정권교체를 이루어 내기 위하여 당군관계를 활용하였다고 가정하고 있다. 북한의 당군 관계에 대한 연구는 단순히 북한의 정치상황 뿐 아니라 지도자의 정권 운영 방향을 예측할 수 있다는 점에서 중요한 요소로 자리매김하고 있다. 이러한 북한의 당군 관계를 분석하는 방법에는 여러 가지가 있겠지만 이 논문에서는 특히 당ㆍ군 소속의 주요 인물들을 중심으로 살펴보고 있다. 김정일은 동구권의 몰락, 경제난과 사회적 동요 등의 대내외적 위기를 군에 의지하여 극복하고자 하였다. 당시 고난의 행군으로 불렸던 식량난은 체제를 위협하였고 김정일에게 가장 절실한 문제는 체제의 존속과 후계권력을 공고히 하는 것으로서 이를 위해 군대의 물리력을 절대적으로 필요로 하였다. 김정일이 대내외적 위기 상황을 극복하기 위하여 추진한 선군정치는 군의 정치적 위상과 영향력의 증대로 인해 상대적으로 당의 위축을 가져 왔다. 그러나 김정은은 군부의 세력을 감소시키면서 당의 위상을 높여주는 등 당-군 관계의 변화를 활용하며 안정적인 정권 교체를 이루고 체제를 공고화 하고 있다. 북한은 3, 4차 당대표자회를 통해 정권안정화를 위한 토대를 마련하였고 당의 조직을 정비하였다. 또한 군사적으로 과거 국방위원회의 기능과 권한이 조선로동당 중앙군사위원회로 이양되고 있는 조치들이 가시화 되고 있다. 이와 함께 김정은은 군부 세력을 교체하거나 강등과 복권 등의 인사조치를 반복하면서 군부를 장악하고 세력견제를 통해 안정적으로 체제를 유지하고자 하는 노력을 가속화하고 있다. 군부에 대한 강도 높은 문책은 군부의 기강을 확립하고 군부를 안정적으로 장악하기 위해 실시하는 것으로 보인다. 김정은은 이 같은 확고부동한 군부 통제력을 기반으로 당에 힘을 실어주면서 당에 의한 안정적인 국정운영 체제를 확립하고 있는 것 같다. 또한 김정은이 추진하고 있는 ‘강등 후 복권’ 방식도 팽창되어 있는 군부의 세력을 견제하고 자신에게 충성을 유도하는 전략을 구사하고 있는 것으로 볼 수 있다. This essay assumes that Kim Jeong Un has used the Party-Military relation in order to accomplish a stable transition of the regime. A research on the nK' s Party-Military relation is significant as it not only provides an insight on its political structure, but also on the leadership's direction of his management. There can be several methods for analysing nK Party-Military relations, however this particular essay focuses on the analysis through influential military elites within the nK' s political party and military branches. Kim Jeong Il, with the collapse of Soviet Union and its comrades, economic crisis, and instability of his society, has intended to overcome nK' s internal and external cnses through the fortification of its military. Furthermore, in the face of extreme food shortage, posing a vivid threat to his regime's very existence, Kim Jeong Il desperately needed a physical strength of the military to secure his regime's survival and that of his successor. The 'military-first policy' developed by Kim Jeong Il's greed to hold his regime, has strengthened the military's influence over political arena, and weakened the Party. However, Kim Jeong Un, unlike his father, is shrinking the influence of military and granting the Party with more power and influence. Through this manipulation of Party-Military relation, Kim Jeong Un is gradually stabilizing his newly established regime. Through the 3rd and 4th Conference of party delegates, Kim Jeong Un has reinforced the foundation of his regime and shifted the structure of his Party accordingly. Moreover, in the military sense, major functions and authorities, which once lied with National Defense Commission, have now been transferred to the Central Military Committee of the nKorea Workers' Party. Along such changes, Kim Jeong Un has newly appointed number of important military positions, and repeatedly demoted and promoted the pre-existing military generals to eliminate potential threats to guarantee a safe path for his emerging regime. This fierce discipline by Kim Jeong Un is being implemented in order to reorganize the fundamental principles of military branch, and safely claim his control at the same time. KJU's firm grip of the military, which allows the Party for expansion of its authority, can be seen as his attempt to prevent dysfunctions within the governments, and thus stably maintain the regime. Also, his strategic 'demotion and promotions' of high ranking officers in the military is an another method of control the military, and inducing his military elite to promise everlasting loyalty to the young leader.

        R&D projects for railway transportation in Korea have public nature and have been planned and motivated by government. Though a variety of previous studies on this topic covered different issues such as performance evaluation and policy suggestion, there is vacancy in methodologies to manage ongoing R&D projects for successful commercialization. In this study, a checklist to promote commercialization of R&D for Railway transportation and a procedure for its application are proposed. We developed the extant checklist by analyzing and restructuring it and utilized AHP to obtain weights for each checklist item and each stage of commercialization. The proposed checklist and its application procedure are expected to contribute to review and management of ongoing R&D projects.

        장사정포 요격체계 구성요소 배치에 따른 효과 분석

        Development of a long-range artillery intercept system to counter the threat of enemy long-range artillery is in progress. This intercept system is a complex combination of several components. In addition, the ability to engage simultaneously is emphasized due to the characteristic of having to respond to numerous enemy bullets. In this study, the performance according to the arrangement of the detection asset and missile launchers, which are key components of the system, is analyzed. A simulation experiment was performed assuming the enemy attack at various azimuth and launch angles. As a result of the analysis, the radar seems to provide sufficient detection capability in any situation, but in the case of the launcher, the effect of the enemy s launch angle can be critical. It is recommended to place both radar and launchers behind the protection target.

        한국과 미국에 있어 영화 수익관련 통계량과 확산 현상의 비교분석

        Motion picture industry in Korea has been growing constantly and aroused various kinds of research attention. Particularly, the introduction of official box-office database service brought quantitative studies. However, approaches based on diffusion models have been rarely found with domestic film markets. In addition to the fundamental statistical review on Korea and US film markets, we applied a diffusion model to daily box-office revenue. Unlike conventional preference of Gamma distribution on the film markets, estimation results proved that BMIC can also explain the trend of daily revenue successfully. The comparison with BMIC showed that there is a distinctive difference in diffusion patterns of Korea and US film markets. Generally, word-of-mouth effect appeared more significant in Korea.

        농촌마을종합개발사업의 협력적 계획과정과 계획효과의 영향구조 분석

        This study aims to analyze the affecting factors-construction of collaborative planning process and effect on Comprehensive Rural Village Development Project. To this end, targeting the 36 districts which were selected for 2004 Comprehensive Rural Village Development Project and completed their 2010 5-year projects, components of collaborative planning process and planning effect will be drawn and the affecting factors-construction of collaborative planning and effect on Comprehensive Rural Village Development Project will be analyzed below. According to the results of this study, the affecting factors of collaborative planning process of Comprehensive Rural Village Development Project on planning effect, The level of effect of individual component on endogenous variable appeared greatest mostly in the upper groups. In terms of the level of individual component effect, social learning process and interaction among participants affected greatest. The process of Comprehensive Rural Village Development Project is evaluated that it reflected collaborative planning theory of Healey enough. Therefore, in the course of Comprehensive Rural Village Development Project progress, collaborative planning model must pass social learning process and interaction among participants which are the most important components out of collaborative planning process as we saw in the upper groups. And in order to maximize the performance and results of Comprehensive Rural Village Development Project, the following sequential affecting factors model as Figure 7 must be suggested as optimal collaborative planning models of Comprehensive Rural Village Development Project. Based on the results of the study, the policy implication was drawn as follows. First, systematic supplementations in the form of a consultative body are required to perform Comprehensive Rural Village Development Project efficiently. Second, network needs to be built among different participants in Comprehensive Rural Village Development Project process. Third, systematic mechanism is required to improve social learning among different participants. Fourth, systematic rearrangement is required to guarantee the residents` realistic participation in the course of Comprehensive Rural Village Development Project process.
