자동차의 디자인이 시장에서 중요한 요소로 자리 잡고 있는 최근, 차량 외부 스타일을 좌우하는 요소 중 하나인 휠은 디자인 완성도를 높여주는데 있어서 그 중요도가 크다. 그러므로 자동차 디자인의 감성요인을 분석하여 자동차 디자이너가 일반적인 소비자의 인식을 조사하는 것은 발전적이고 창조적인 디자인을 위해 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 SUV 휠의 디자인 요소와 이미지와의 상관성을 분석하고 휠 디자인에 있어 인간의 감성이 반영된 디자인을 하기위한 방법을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 진행은 휠에 대한 이론적 고찰, 현황의 제품 특성 분석, 그리고 현황의 제품들을 평가변인(조형, 색채, 재질)에 따라 분류하여 감성평가를 실시·분석하는 수순으로 진행하였다. 감성평가 결과, 휠의 선호 디자인 요건 충족을 위해서는 특히 디스크 부위의 디자인 요소가 적절해야 하며 재질, 색상의 ‘고급감’, 조형의 ‘무게감’과 ‘속도감’이 적절히 반영 되었는가, 조형, 재질, 색상의 ‘조화로움’ 을 바탕으로 하였는가에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 또한 5스포크 형식을 바탕으로 디자인 되었을 때 보편적 선호도가 높으며 여기에 차량 컨셉과 맞는 조형, 재질, 색상 각 요소를 적절히 활용한 디자인이 요구된다. 이러한 결과는 향후 SUV 휠의 디자인 개발에 적용될 수 있을 것이다. Recently, design is an important element of the car market. The wheel is the important component of a car. Furthermore, the wheel help car designers to create better one. According to these background, the analysis of customer sensitivity for the car component is needed. The aim of this study is to suggest the way of design that reflects the sense of customer in the car wheel design for SUV. The proposal of design was based on the sensitivity evaluation and analysis. The processes of this study are as follows. 1) Investigation of the component and categorization of car wheel design were carried out. 2) Current wheel design of the market was analyzed. 3) Through the sensitivity evaluation, characteristics of the car wheel design were found. As a result, popular wheels in our questionary sheet have proper use in disk shape, material and color than non popularity wheels. They also have high quality material and color. Proper weight feeling and speed feeling were existed in popular SUV wheels` sculpture. Universal design sculpture elements were used. Typical design ingredients are needed when we design new wheels such as the 5 spokes type. We think that the results of this research would be used as a reference for the future design of SUV wheels.

삶의 질이 향상되면서, 최근 여가활동에 대한 수요가 증가하고 있으며 특히 캠핑에 대한 관심도가 높게 나타나고 있다. 캠핑에서의 여러 가지 작업에 필수적인 도구, 장비도 다양한 종류가 출시되고 있다. 소비자는 많은 제품을 비교하면서 구매 기준이 높아지고 이를 충족시키는 상품을 요구하고 있다. 따라서 캠핑용 해머의 디자인에 대한 조사 분석 및 발전방향을 탐구 할 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 해머에 대한 이론적 고찰을 하고 시판중인 국내외 캠핑해머의 디자인 성향을 분석하였다. 그리고 디자인에 대한 선호도를 조사?분석하여 조형, 색채, 재질에서 비롯되는 선호 원인을 분석, 향후 캠핑해머 디자인에 활용 할 수 있도록 하였다. 디자인 성향 분석에서 국내 캠핑해머는 스포티, 모던디자인을 강조하는 성향을 보였다. 화려한 컬러와 점잖은 컬러가 공존하며 높은 채도를 부분적으로 적용, 강조 포인트를 주는 경우가 많았다. 국외 캠핑해머는 유선형, 동적인 형태가 주류를 이루었으며 국내제품에 비해 높은 채도의 과감한 사용으로 더욱 경쾌한 느낌을 주고 있었다. 국내외 대부분 제품에서 높은 채도의 컬러를 부분적으로 적용시켜 제품을 강조하였다. 평균적으로 국내 제품보다 국외 제품이 좀 더 화려했다. 디자인 선호도 평가에서 나타난 선호요인에 의하면 캠핑 해머를 디자인 시 헤드와 바디는 유기적 연결 형태로 디자인 되어야 하며 헤드와 바디의 금속, 그립의 고무로 구성된 재질을 추구해야 한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 색채 면에서 헤드와 바디는 실버, 손잡이는 블랙에 유채색 포인트 컬러를 사용하여 디자인 하는 것이 좋다. 부위별로 보면 헤드의 경우 타격부위와 바디 연결부위, 팩 제거부위가 기능적으로 구분된 형태의 실버 컬러로 디자인 하는 것이 좋으며 금속 재질 이외의 표면재질은 사용하지 않는 것이 좋다. 바디의 경우 헤드와 일체형의 디자인이거나 분리형이지만 유기적 연결성을 가진 형태로 디자인 되어야 한다. 그리고 스틸 표면재질을 바탕으로 제품 레이블이 각인, 마킹된 형식으로 가는 것이 좋다. 그립의 경우 파지 위치가 표현된 형태 및 아래쪽 끝 부분을 크게 처리한 형태로 처리하는 것이 좋다. 고무재질을 바탕으로 블랙 베이스 컬러에 유채색 포인트가 들어간 그립을 갖도록 해야 한다. 이와 같은 디자인 트렌드 및 선호요인에 따른 디자인 방향은 향후 캠핑해머 개발에 참고할 사항이 될 것이며 캠핑해머의 사용성에서 요구되는 사용자 환경 디자인의 추가적 연구가 뒷받침된다면 미관과 사용성이 겸비된 캠핑해머 디자인을 도출하는 데에 도움이 될 수 있을 것이다. When the people"s life quality enhanced, various wants on recreation appear. Recently, the interest in camping is rising. Many essential tools for the work during the camping are launching in these days. Consumers compare a lot of products when they buy something. And they want to buy the product which fulfills their high standard. So, we were aware of the needs to investigate and analyse on camping hammer design. And decided to explore the way to improve their design. In this thesis, consideration on the camping hammer"s characters had been conducted. And the propensity of camping hammer design had been analysed. After that, evaluated and analysed on their design and found popular factors on sculpture, color and material in order to utilize for the camping hammer design from now on. In the analysis on design propensity, domestic camping hammers have sporty or modern design tendency. Showy color and decent color were coexisted. Many of them had accent color with high chroma. Many of the exotic hammers had curved and dynamic shape. And their bold chroma made breezy feeling. Both most domestic and exotic products had been emphasized with accent color by high chroma. Averagely, exotic products were more showy than domestic products. Following our result of evaluation on design sensitivity, when we design a camping hammer, head and body should designed in connected shape. Metal should be used for head and body"s material. And rubber material should be used for the grip part. In the part of color, Silver color are recommended on the head and body. Chromatic color needed partially based on the Black color for the grip. Partially, in case of the head, compartmental shape such as striking part - body connection part - pack removal part is proper in Silver metallic color. In case of body, integral or organic connectivity shape of body and head is required. And based on the steel material finish, the imprint is needed about the brand. In case of the grip, embossed shape is proper for grip sensation. Such design trend report and design method in sculpture, color and material are would be a reference for further camping hammer design. If additional research added which is on usability for camping hammer, we think better camping hammer can be made which has beauty and usability.
