Information technology and tourism seem to be very unlikely parterners. In so far as the technologies are concerned, it is not telephone or computers or videotext that are being diffused, but a whole system of information technologies. Indeed information and the technologies for their manipulation, are vital cement of the tourist trade. The objective of this study is to aggregate and analyze the development and theoretical constructs which could offer a more profound understanding of the diffusion and impact of information technology in the tourism marketing strategies. Such an approach could help to alleviate some commonly-held misconceptions about information technology and tourism industry.
대나무 추출액과 죽력의 혼합물이 국소 뇌혈류량 및 평균 혈압에 미치는 영향

This Study was designed to investigate the effects of Mixture of Bambusae Caulis in Liquamen and Bamboo Extract on the change of regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF) and mean arterial blood pressure (MABP) in normal and cerebral ischemic rats. Experimental materials were as follows ; BE- 1 was Bamboo Extract (BE) extracted with 70% ethyl alcohol, BE-11 was BE extracted with distilled water at $121^{\circ}C$ for 30 min, BE-111 was BE extracted with distilled water at $121^{\circ}C$ for 3 hrs, MLC was mixture of Bambusae Caulis in Liquamen (BCL) and BE-111 mixed at the ratio of 1 to 100 (MLC100), 1 to 50 (MLC50), 1 to 20 (MLC20), 1 to 10 (MLC10), 1 to 5 (MLC5). The results were as follows , The Changes of BE- 1 on the rCBF and MABP in normal rats were not showed, BE- 11 significantly decreased rCBF in a dose-dependent manner Dut increased MABP in a dose-dependent manner. BE-111 increased rCBF in a dose-dependent manner, MLC significantly increased rCBF in a dose-dependent manner and increased MABP in a dose-dependent manner. rCBF was significantly and stably increased by MLC5 (1 mg/kg, i.p.) during the period of cerebral reperfusion, which contrasted with the findings of rapid and marked increase in control group. As results above ; The present author thought that BE- 111 and MLC increased rCBF by dilating pial arterial diameter.
관광정보기술 적용에 관한 연구 : 호텔정보시스템을 중심으로

In this article, I have a purpose to research the applied condition of hotel information system in Korea to see how IT(Information Technology) which is required to process tourism information precisely and efficiently is applied to tourism industry and then suggest the direction of development of hotel information system application. The survey was practiced on 13 first class hotel in Seoul, Korea, from September 27 to October 7 by mainly fax and telephone. As a result of this research, I think that the hotels in Korea still have many things to do, applying information technology. Especially IT should be applied for the work connection among departments in front office and in back office as well as between front office and back office to achieve an entire harmony.
관성항법장치 위치 측위 기법 및 측위 위치정보 이용 칼만 필터 기반 자체정렬 성능 분석

This paper presents indirect and direct positioning methods that acquire the initial position information necessary for self-alignment using an INS (Inertial Navigation System) in an environment where positioning information is not available and external interfacing to the INS is not possible. The performance analysis results of the self-alignment based on Kalman filter using the positioning information obtained by the proposed methods are also presented. The proposed positioning methods and self-aligned performance analysis results are verified through simulation and test. The verification confirms that the direct positioning method has excellent accuracy while undergoing external angular motion, and that the alignment performance is not significantly reduced, even when the positioning information is used for self-alignment. Therefore, if the INS is operated using the method presented in this paper, we expect that the operability of the vehicles equipped with the INS will be greatly improved. .
레이저 관성항법장치에서 링레이저 자이로 디더 운동에 의한 가속도계 공진이 자체 정렬/항법 성능에 미치는 영향 분석

In this paper, we theoretically analyzed the self-alignment/navigation performance in the accelerometer resonance state generated by dither motion of ring laser gyroscope in LINS and verified it through simulation. As a result of analysis, it is confirmed that the amplitude of the accelerometer measurement amplified in the accelerometer resonance state is decreased in the process of sampling per the navigation calculation period and that frequency is changed by the aliasing effect too. It was also analysed that the attitude error in self-alignment is determined by the amplitude/frequency of the accelerometer measurement, the gain of the self-alignment loop, and the velocity and position error in the navigation is determined by the amplitude/frequency/phase error of the accelerometer measurement. This analysis and simulation results show that the self-alignment and navigation performance is not be degraded only when the amplification factor of the accelerometer measurement in the accelerometer resonance state is 3 or less

Economic activity of traditional market is developing as the type of EC(electronic commerce) with marketing activity through Internet In tourism industry the recognition about EC is raised and most tourism sectors are extending their boundary to virtual area. Comparing to the other industry, tourism industry is better position for the success of EC. Internet EC cost about distribution is less than that of general EC because Internet EC sells digital product. Even though now EC of tourism industry in Korea has a good system like developed countries, there are many problems in consumer satisfaction which is the same in traditional market. The reason is that system introduction was prior than consumex satisfaction. I investigated the state of general and tourism EC and researched about consurrer satisfaction. The result of this research showed that most consurrers were satisfied with EC system but EC operation. For the EC activation of tourism industry the consumer dissatisfaction of traditional market is to be removed and new basis of economic activity has to be constructed through marketing strategy and government support.
디더 운동 측정치 모델 기반 링레이저 자이로 스트리핑 방법

There are trapping and stripping methods as the technique to remove the dither motion from RLG(Ring Laser Gyro) output. V/F converter output of angular sensor to measure the dither motion is used in stripping method. But bias and scale factor error is always included in V/F converter output and is a critical limiting factor for the wide application of stripping method to RLG. Therefore there have been many researches to solve this problem. The method to accurately estimate the bias and scale factor error of V/F converter using measurements of the angular sensor acquired at data sampling rate of INS is presented in this paper. To this end, stripping technique based on model of dither motion is newly applied.
