고유수용성신경근촉진법 복부강화훈련이 만성허리통증환자의 균형능력과 통증에 미치는 영향

Purpose: This study attempts to identify the effects of abdominal strength training using proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) on the balance ability and pain level of patients with chronic lower back pain. Methods: A total of 30 patients with chronic lower back pain were randomly divided into either experimental group I (n=10), who received abdominal strength training using PNF, experimental group II (n=10), who received abdominal strengthening training, or the control group (n=10), who received conventional physiotherapy. The interventions were applied three times a week for six weeks. We measured Berg's balance scale (BBS) in order to investigate the change in balance ability, while we measured the visible analogue scale (VAS) to determine the severity of pain. We conducted a paired t-test to compare the within-group change before and after the intervention. For the comparison of the between-group difference, we used a one-way ANOVA test. Tukey's test was used as a post hoc test. The statistical significance level was set at ${\alpha}=0.05$ for all the variables. Results: Experimental group I and experimental group II showed a significant within-group change in BBS (p<0.01). A statistically significant between-group difference was observed in terms of the change in BBS (p<0.01). According to the results of the post hoc Tukey test, experimental group I and experimental group II showed a more effective change in BBS than the control group. Experimental group I, experimental group II, and the control group all showed a significant within-group change in the VAS (p<0.01). There was a statistically significant between-group difference in terms of the change in the VAS (p<0.01). According to the results of the post hoc Tukey test, the change in the VAS was more effective in experimental group I than in experimental group II and the control group. Conclusion: In this study, the application of abdominal strength training using PNF for subjects who complained of chronic lower back pain proved effective in improving their balance ability and reducing pain. We therefore believe that this training method could be applied as a useful program for patients with chronic lower back pain.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) wrist taping, after the application of a rhythmic stabilization (RS) technique, on the decrease of pain and the increase of grip strength in physical therapists who complained of wrist pain and to provide basic data on interventions for wrist pain patients. Methods: The subjects were 15 peoples in their 20s who complained of pain with a visual analogue scale (VAS) at five points or higher due to overuse of their wrists. They were randomly assigned to a control group, to which PNF wrist taping was applied after stretching (n=7), or to an experimental group (n=8), to which PNF wrist taping was applied after application of the RS technique of PNF. The experiment was conducted for four weeks, five times per week. VAS was measured in order to measure pain decrease, and grip strength (GS) was measured using a dynamometer. In order to compare within-group differences before and after the intervention, a paired t-test was performed, and in order to compare differences between the two groups, the analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) was used. All statistically significant levels were set at ${\alpha}=0.05$. Results: There were significant differences in changes of VAS and GS within each group before and after the intervention (p<0.01), but there was no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: This study applied PNF wrist taping after the application of stretching or PNF RS to patients who complained of pain beyond a sense of discomfort; these interventions resulted in a decrease in pain and an increase in the grip strength of the subjects. Taping and therapeutic techniques using PNF are considered to be usefully applied as one of the programs to improve wrist pain patients' pain and grip strength.

영구적 난연성기를 함유한 에폭시 수지를 얻기 위하여, 본 연구에서는 디하이드록시를 함유한 인 화합물[10-(2,5-dihydroxyphenyl)-9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phospha phenanthrene-10-oxide, DOPO-HQ]과 디하이드록시를 함유한 실리콘 화합물(polydimethylsiloxane, hydroxyl terminated, PDMS)를 경화하지 않은 에폭시 프리폴리머(diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A, DGEBA)와 반응시킨 다음, 경화제(4,4-diaminodiphenylmethane, DDM)를 사용하여 경화반응 시킨 에폭시 수지를 제조하였다. 제조된 에폭시 수지의 각종 특성을 적외선 분광분석기(FTIR), 시차주사열량기(DSC), 열중량 분석기(TGA), 한계산소지수(LOI)/수직 연소 시험(UL94-V test), 인장 및 충격 시험을 이용하여 분석하였다. 그리고 사용한 인 및 실리콘 화합물의 함량이 에폭시 경화물의 열적/기계적 성질 및 난연성에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 인 및 실리콘 성분이 함유된 에폭시 수지의 열적 및 기계적 물성이 단순 에폭시 수지의 물성에 비교하여 크게 향상되었다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 인 및 실리콘을 함유한 모든 에폭시 수지는 29.9 ~ 31.8%의 LOI 및 V-0 수준의 UL 94-V로 난연성 기준(LOI: 30% 이상, UL 94-V: V-0)을 통과한 반면, 단순 에폭시 수지는 LOI: 21.4% 및 UL 94-V: no rating으로 난연성 기준에 크게 못 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. To obtain epoxy resin with permanently attached flame-retardant groups, phosphorus compound containing di-hydroxyl group [10-(2,5-dihydroxyphenyl)-9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phospha phenanthrene-10-oxide, DOPO-HQ] and silicone compound containing di-hydroxyl group (polydimethylsiloxane, hydroxyl terminated, PDMS) were reacted with uncured epoxy prepolymer (diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A, DGEBA) and then cured using 4,4-diaminodiphenylmethane (DDM) as a crosslinking agent. The properties of the resulting epoxy materials were characterized using Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectrometer, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), limiting oxygen index (LOI) test/vertical burning test (UL 94-V test), tensile properties test and impact test. This study examined the effect of phosphorus/silicone compound contents on the thermal/mechanical properties and flame retardancy of cured epoxy resins containing phosphorus and silicone compounds. It was found that the thermal/mechanical properties of epoxy resins containing phosphorus and silicone components were higher than those of simple epoxy resin. The flame-retardancy (LOI: 29.9 ~ 31.8% and UL 94-V: V-0) of all samples containing phosphorus compound and phosphrous compound/silicone compound was found to be passed the flame-retardant requirements (LOI: > 30%, UL 94-V: V-0) of LOI and vertical burning tests. However, the flame-retardancy (LOI: 21.4% and UL 94-V: no rating) of simple epoxy resin was found to be failed the flame-retardant requirements.
ICF 도구를 적용한 앞십자인대 재건술 환자의 고유수용성신경근촉진법 중재전략의 증례

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to use an ICF tool in an intervention for anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR) patients to examine and evaluate the patients' functional problems, measure the results of the intervention, and present the process of preparing proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) intervention strategies, thereby contributing to changes in and development of relevant future clinical practices. Methods: A PNF rehabilitation exercise program using an ICF tool was applied to ACLR patients five times per week for four weeks. To measure the resulting changes, the ICF evaluation display, the visual analog scale (VAS), the manual muscle test (MMT), the range of motion (ROM) test, the Lysholm knee score (LKS), and the muscle endurance test (MET) were used. Results: After the intervention was applied to the ACLR patients, improvements were achieved in all the tests: ICF evaluation display, VAS, MMT, ROM, LKS, and MET. Conclusion: Utilizing the ICF tool, this study identified functional problems of ACLR patients. When the intervention was applied, physical functions improved, and structural damage was reduced, leading to enhanced levels of functional activities such as postural changes, posture maintenance, gait, movements, and movements between different places. The patients were able to complete the teacher training, which was their goal.
파노라마 모자익에서의 정확한 초점거리 복원을 위한 접합 신뢰도 측정방법

본 논문은 파노라마 모자익의 접합 질을 판단하기 위해 접합 신뢰도라는 수량적 기준을 제시한다. 또한, 파노라마의 자동 생성과 따른 시각화를 위해 필요한 초점거리 측정에 접합 신뢰도가 유용함을 보인다. 이미지로부터 초점거리를 복원하는 기존 방법은 일반적인 파노라마 모자익에서 나타나는 잘못 접합된 부분을 초점거리 계산에 포함하기 때문에 부정확하다는 단점이 있다. 제안 방법은 높은 접합 신뢰도를 가진 일정 개수의 이미지를 선별할 수 있기 때문에 초점거리를 따르고 정확하게 자동 측정한다. 접합의 신뢰도를 계산하기 위해, 제안 방법은 카메라 회전 움직임 제약조건의 만족 여부를 판단할 수 있는 특징점을 정의하고, 이 특징점의 이상적인 위치와 실제 위치의 차이를 계산한다. 본 논문에서 제시한 제약조건은 카메라의 자유 회전 움직임에서 항상 만족하고, 이는 수학적으로 증명된다. 마지막으로, 실험을 통해 제안 방법이 기존 방법보다 초점거리의 편차가 작다는 것을 보이고, 파노라마 모자익의 접합 질을 높인다는 것을 보인다.
요통환자에 대한 ICF Tool을 적용한 중재전략의 증례

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to describe the Intervention strategy applied ICF Tool on patient with low back pain. Methods : The data was collected by low back pain patient. We applied the ICF Tool for low back pain patient. Parameters of result were collected for using the VAS, 6 minute walk test and ICF assessment sheet. Results : Significant differences were observed the low back pain patient for VAS, 6 minute walk test and ICF assessment sheet. low back pain patient improved all test. Conclusion : ICF Tool applied Intervention about low back pain patient is very useful and effective. It is effective in clinical practice.
