Toxicoproteomics in the Study of Aromatic Hydrocarbon Toxicity

The aromatic hydrocarbons (AHs), which include benzene, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, and dioxin, are important chemical and environmental contaminants in industry that usually cause various diseases. Over the years, numerous studies have described and evaluated the adverse health effects induced by AHs. Currently, “Omics” technologies, transcriptomics and proteomics, have been applied in AH toxicity studies. Proteomics has been used to identify molecular mechanisms and biomarkers associated with global chemical toxicity. It could enhance our ability to characterize chemical-induced toxicities and to identify noninvasive biomarkers. The proteomic approach (e.g. 2-dimensional electrophoresis [2-DE]), can be used to observe changes in protein expression during chemical exposure with high sensitivity and specificity. Matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization-time of flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF MS) and electrospray ionization-quadrupole (ESI-Q)-TOF MS/MS are recognized as the most important protein identification tools. This review describes proteomic technologies and their application in the proteomic analysis of AH toxicity.

본 론문에서는 중조번역에서의 반역(反譯)법 사용의 필요성을 규명하기 위하여 여러가지 례문을 통하여 중국어를 조선어로 번역하는 과정에서 사용할수 있는 반역방법을 4가지 측면에서 고찰하였다. 아울러 반역법을 사용하여 생기는 오역을 예방하기 위하여 반역방법으로 번역했을 경우 오역이 발생하는 경우도 살펴보았다.
Comparison of Search Engine Contributions in Protein Mass Fingerprinting for Protein Identification

Peptide mass fingerprinting (PMF) is a valuable method for rapid and high-throughput protein identification using the proteomics approach. Automated search engines, such as Ms-Fit, Mascot, ProFound, and PeptIdent, have facilitated protein identification through PMF. The potential to obtain a true MS protein identification result depends on the choice of algorithm as well as experimental factors that influence the information content in MS data. When mass spectral data are incomplete and/or have low mass accuracy, the “number of matches” approach may be inadequate for a useful identification. Several studies have evaluated factors influencing the quality of mass spectrometry (MS) experiments. Missed cleavages, post-translational modifications of peptides and contaminants (e.g., keratin) are important factors that can affect the results of MS analyses by influencing the identification process as well as the quality of the MS spectra. We compared search engines frequently used to identify proteins from Homo sapiens and Halobacterium salinarum by evaluating factors, including database and mass tolerance, to develop an improved search engine for PMF. This study may provide information to help develop a more effective algorithm for protein identification in each species through PMF.

學習外國語的過程當中詞匯處于十分重要的位置。 在韓國語敎學中,我們能遇到韓國語的水准越高在詞匯中出現的錯誤越多的現象。 尤其是使用近義詞過程中,大多數的學習者沒有掌握好近義詞的詞義差異而犯的錯誤比較多。 本論文就對"韓國語1-4”(民族出版社)中出現的一些近義詞, 比較仔細地分析了錯誤的原因幷揭示了詞義的差異, 령外初步指出了有效的敎學方法。 本文不僅將對韓國語學習者提供辨別近義詞詞義的基本方法, 而且對韓國語敎育者提供較有效的近義詞敎學方法。

련동구는 중국어문형중에서 비교적 중요한 동사서술형 문형으로, 이 문형내에서 동작은 련이어 발생한다. 조선어에는 중국어련동구에 대응되는 명명된 문형이 없지만 중국어련동구의 앞뒤 동사 혹은 동사형단어결합의 선후관계에 따라 조선어에서는 련결어미 “-아서”, “-고”, 조사 “로”, 련결어미 “-러/으러”, “-려고/으려고”, “-다가”, “-느라고”, 미래 규정형 “ㄹ/을” 등으로 그 문법적의미를 나타낼 수 있다.
