시스템 다이내믹스를 이용한 건설 작업자의 불안전한 행동의 인지 과정 모델링

Finding causes of workers' unsafe behaviors is important to prevent construction accidents because 80 percent of accidents occur by workers' unsafe behaviors. In this regard, this research aims to investigate possible reasons of workers' unsafe behaviors based on workers' cognitive process model using System dynamics. This study is based on two ways of workers' cognitive process which are in relation to hazard perception and failure of hazard perception. Based on existing literature, causal loops for workers' cognitive process are developed to explain workers' habituation by staying out of accidents, safety learning by experience, failure of hazard perception, and attitude change by accidents. The interactions between the developed loops provide managerial insights to reduce workers' unsafe behaviors from a safety manager's perspective including increasing the probability of workers' hazard perception through knowledge management, maintaining workers' positive attitude toward safety, and controlling first-line supervisors to eliminate workers' unsafe behavior. The research allows us to better understand the causes and solutions of workers' unsafe behaviors in workers' cognitive perspectives. 건설재해의 직접적인 원인은 작업자의 불안전한 행동과 작업장의 불안전한 상태로 분류할 수 있다. 그러나 작업자의 불안전한 행동의 원인은 불안전한 상태에 비해 상대적으로 발견이 어렵다. 왜냐하면 불안전한 행동은 개인의 인지과정을 거쳐 순식간에 발생하기 때문이다. 따라서 작업자 인지과정모델을 통해 불안전한 행동의 원인을 밝히고 그 관리방안을 밝히는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 작업자의 인지과정모델을 개발하기 위해 피드백 관계를 규명하기에 알맞은 시스템 다이내믹스 방법론을 사용하였다. 개발된 인지과정모델은 작업자가 위험을 인식하지 못하는 그 상황 자체의 위험성에 대하여 강조하였으며 작업자가 위험을 인식 하였더라도 불안전한 행동을 할 수 있음을 나타냈다. 또한 불안전한 행동이 바로 사고로 이어지지 않는다는 습관은 작업자의 안전에 대한 부정적 태도인 태도로 이어진다는 점에 대해서도 규명하였다. 이러한 분석은 건설현장의 안전관리자가 작업자의 인지상태를 관리하는데 도움이 될 것이다.

In battery-operated systems, an isolated converter is used to interface the utility grid with the system to increase stability when charging and discharging batteries. Systems such as vehicle-to-grids (V2Gs), on-board chargers, and energy storage systems (ESSs) have recently become popular, and the roles of isolated converters have become important considerations in fabricating such devices. A fixed-frequency LLC converter, which is a type of isolated converter, presents the advantages of high efficiency and high power density by performing zero-voltage switching (ZVS) over wide frequency ranges. However, the magnetizing inductance of the LLC converter should be designed to enable ZVS in all switching devices. Therefore, in this study, the operating characteristics of the LLC circuit are analyzed, and an optimal design method for ZVS operation is established. Moreover, an 8 kW LLC high-efficiency and high-power-density resonant converter is designed and tested for ESS application. The LLC converter achieves 98% efficiency at rated power.
남성 패션모델의 자기관리와 모델몰입, 패션쇼 자신감과의 관계

본 연구는 여성패션모델이 인지한 주관적 신체상과 모델효능감, 직무만족도의 관계를 규명하고자 실시하였다. 국내 여성패 션모델 300명을 대상으로 진행하였으며, 표본추출은 비확률표집방법(non-probability sampling)중 하나인 편의표본표집법 (convenience sampling)을 사용하여 표본을 추출하였고, 자기평가기입법을 통해 설문지를 수집하였다. 자료처리는 빈도분석 (frequency analysis), 탐색적 요인분석(Exploatory Factory Anaysis: EFA), 신뢰도 분석, 다중회귀분석(multiple regression analysis)을 실시하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 여성패션모델의 주관적 신체상은 모델효능감에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 여성패션모델의 주관적 신체상은 직무만족도에 정적(+)인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 모델효능감이 직무만족도에 정적(+)인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구를 통해서 여성패션모델이 인지하는 주 관적 신체상은 모델로서 활동하는데 필요한 다양한 변인에 긍정적인 영향을 미친 다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 이 연구 를 통해 여성패션모델들이 긍정적인 신체상을 함양하고 유지할 수 있게 하는 여성패션모델 지도 방법, 교육과정 등의 논의 가 필요함을 알 수 있었다 The purpose of this study is to find theoretical basis that self-management of male fashion models can get self-confidence on doing fashion show by making them aware of the importance of self-management and be immersed on their job by studying how self-management has an effect on the model immersion and the confidence of the fashion show. To get to the purpose, the survey was conducted by male fashion models who have experienced domestic collection fashion show at Seoul and Gyeonggi area. 243 questionnaires were used for analysis excluding unreliable responses questionnaires. For hypothesis verification, the date was collected by Frequency Analysis, Correlation Analysis and Multiple Regression Analysis. The level of statistical significance for hypothesis verification was set up as α<.05 and the result came out as below. First, in the effect on model-immersion by self-management of male fashion models, generally mind-management, practice-management, and life-management except for physical-management as a subordinate factor of self-management were shown to have a positive (+) effect on model-immersion. Second of all, in the effect on fashion show confidence by self-management of male fashion models, mind-management and life-management except for training-management and physical-management as a subordinate factor of self-management were shown to have a positive (+) effect on social/environmental and physical/mental ability confidence as a subordinate factor of fashion show confidence. Finally, in the effect on fashion show confidence by model-immersion of male models, the model-immersion was shown to have a positive (+) effect on social/environmental and physical/mental ability confidence as a subordinate factor of fashion show confidence. It can be seen that steady self-management raise immersion in model's work and enhances self-confidence. Male fashion models' efforts toward self-improvement and improvement of capacity will have a positive impact on model performance improvement factors.
금속계와 유기계 마찰재의 분포에 따른 하이브리드 마찰재의 마찰 특성

Tribological properties of hybrid type friction materials were studied. Hybrid friction materials were produced by combining non-steel(NS) and low-steel(LS) type friction materials. The emphasis of the investigation was given to possible synergistic effects from the two different friction materials, in terms of friction stability at high temperatures and the amplitude of friction oscillation, also known as stick-slip at low sliding speeds. The high temperature friction test results showed that the friction effectiveness of the hybrid friction material was well sustained compared to LS and NS friction materials. Wear resistance of the hybrid type was similar to LS friction materials. Examination of the rubbing surfaces after tests revealed that the friction characteristics of the hybrid friction material were attributed to the wear debris produced from low-steel friction materials, which were migrated to the surface of the non-steel friction material, forming new contact plateaus. The stick-slip amplitude and its frequency were pronounced when non-steel friction material was tested, while hybrid and low-steel types showed relatively small stick-slip amplitudes. These results suggest possible improvement of tribological properties by designing a hybrid composite of low-steel and non-steel friction materials.
