        본 연구는 인천항으로 유입되는 휴대농산물의 안전성 확보를 위하여 휴대량 초과로 인천본부세관에 유치되는 농산물 등을 검사하였다. 수거 검체는 건고추절편 또는 고춧가루, 곡류, 종실류, 콩류, 견과류, 한약재원료, 참기름 등 총 293건을 대양으로, 품목별로 잔류농약, 곰팡이수, 타르색소, 수단색소 Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ, 아플라톡신, 납, 카드뮴, 수은, 비소, 잔류이산화황 분석을 실시하였다. 1. 건고추절편 또는 고춧가루는 잔류농약동시다성분분석, 곰팡이수, 타르색소, 수단색소 Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ 검사를 실시하였고 이중 곰팡이수와 타르색소에서 부적합이 있었다. 2. 종실류는 타르색소 검사에서 불검출이었고, 콩류와 견과류의 아플라톡신 검사결과도 불검출이었다. 3. 곡류는 납, 카드뮴, 수은의 중금속 검사와 흑미의 경우 타르색소 검사를 추가하였고, 쌀 2건, 찹쌀, 율무, 조에서 각 1건씩 납 기준을 초과하였다. 4. 한약재 원료는 납, 카드뮴, 수은, 비소, 잔류이산화황 검사에서 대추 2건과 건강 3건에서 잔류이산화황이 기준을 초과하였고, 건강 1건에서 카드뮴이 부접합하였다. 5. 추석 전에 대거 유입된 참기름의 규격검사 결과는 모두 적합한 것으로 나타냈다. 6. 총 293건의 휴대농산물 가운데 건고추절편 또는 고춧가루 78건, 곡류 5건, 한약재 5건 등 88건에서 규격기준을 초과하여 30% 부적합율을 나타내었다, 시험항목 중에서는 곰팡이수 부적합 76건, 타르색소 1건, 곰팡이수와 타르색소 동시부적합 1건, 납 5건, 잔류이산화황 4건, 잔류이산화황과 카드뮴 동시부적합 1건으로 나타냈다. 7. 중금속 측정결과는 곡류에서 Pb 0.000~0.740㎎/㎏(0.191±0.209), Cd 0.000~0.108㎎/㎏(0.007±0.020), Hg 0.000~4,201㎎/㎏(0.162±0.319)으로 나타났으며, 한약재원료에서는 Pb 0.000~ 2.480㎎/㎏(1.130±0.730), Cd 0.000~0.761㎎/㎏(0.044±0.122), Hg 0.000~0.157㎎/㎏(0.022±0.033), As 0.000~0.560㎎/㎏(0.040±0.082), 잔류이산화황은 2.0~1459.4ppm(303.1±324.2)으로 나타났다. This study was investigated hazardous substances in agricultural products of baggage by Incheon Port from chinese. We tested 293 kinds of dried red pepper, cereal, sesame, bean, nut, herbal medicine and sesame oil for pesticides residue, mold, tar color, sudan Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ, aflatoxin, Pb, Cd, Hg, As and sulfur dioxide residues. Violated samples over standard limits by Korean Food and Drug Administartion (KFDA) were 76 dried red pepper over the number of mold and 1 dried red pepper detected red 102 tar color and 1 dried red pepper over the number of mold and detected red 102 tar color simultaneously. And 2 rice, 1 sticky rice, 1 adlay and 1 millet were over lead. Violated herbal medicine were 2 Zizyphi Furctus and 2 Zingiberis Rhizoma over sulfur dioxide residue and 1 Zingiberis Rhizoma over sulfur dioxide residue and cadmium simultaneously. The contents of heavy metals in cereal were as follow; Pb 0.000~0.740㎎/㎏(0.19±0.209), Cd 0.000~0.761㎎/㎏(0.044±0.122), Hg 0.000~0.157㎎/㎏(0.022±0.033), As 0.000~0.560㎎/㎏(0.040±0.082). Contents of SO₂ ranged 2.0~1459.4ppm(303.1±324.2).

        유통 건고추 및 고춧가루의 아플라톡신 B<sub>1</sub>과 오크라톡신 A 오염도 조사

        2012년 2월부터 11월까지 인천 지역에서 유통된 건고추 및 고춧가루 193건을 대상으로 아플라톡신 $B_1$과 오크라톡신 A의 오염도를 조사하였다. Immunoaffinity column 및 HPLC를 이용한 시험법은 모두 80% 이상의 회수율을 보였고, 아플라톡신 $B_1$ 및 오크라톡신 A의 검출한계는 각각 0.13 ${\mu}g/kg$, $0.30{\mu}g/kg$였다. 오염도 조사를 한 결과 아플라톡신 $B_1$은 17.1%의 검출율을 보였고 오크라톡신 A는 20.7%의 검출율을 보였으며, 아플라톡신 $B_1$의 검출농도는 0.14~9.67 ${\mu}g/kg$였고, 오크라톡신 A의 검출 농도는 0.31~3.31 ${\mu}g/kg$였다. 이는 우리나라 식품공전 상의 기준인 10 ${\mu}g/kg$(아플라톡신 $B_1$), 7 ${\mu}g/kg$(오크라톡신 A)보다는 낮은 수치로 비교적 안전한 수준이었다. A survey of aflatoxin $B_1$ and ochratoxin A was conducted on dried red pepper and red pepper powder. Total number of 193 samples were collected from local markets in Incheon. The presence of aflatoxin $B_1$ and ochratoxin A was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with fluorescence detector using immunoaffinity column clean-up. The recovery rate of aflatoxin $B_1$ and ochratoxin A were more than 80% and the limits of quantification were 0.13 ${\mu}g/kg$ for aflatoxin $B_1$ and 0.30 ${\mu}g/kg$ for ochratoxin A. Aflatoxin $B_1$ was detected in 33 samples (17.1%) with a range of 0.14~9.67 ${\mu}g/kg$ and ochratoxin A was detected in 40 samples (20.7%) with a range of 0.31~3.31 ${\mu}g/kg$. These results show that the occurrence of aflatoxin $B_1$ and ochratoxin A in dried red pepper and red pepper powder tested in this study is low compared with the standard in Korea Food Code (10 ${\mu}g/kg$ as aflatoxin $B_1$ and 7 ${\mu}g/kg$ as ochratoxin A).

        아로니아, 비트, 백년초 분말 첨가 순무 물김치의 품질특성 및 항산화 활성 비교

        Purpose: This study examined the effects of aronia, beet and prickly pear powder on the properties of mul-kimchi made of turnip. Methods: Each turnip mul-kimchi was made by adding 0.2% aronia, beet or prickly pear powder. After a 24 hour fermentation process at $25^{\circ}C$, it was stored at $4^{\circ}C$. The antioxidant activities and quality characteristics of turnip mul-kimchi during 34 days of storage at $4^{\circ}C$ were compared. The antioxidant activities were evaluated using DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-1-picryl-hydrazyl-hydrate) and ABTS (2,2'-azinobis-3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulphonic acid) radical scavenging methods, as well as FRAP (ferric reducing antioxidant power) assays and the total polyphenol content. Results: The antioxidant activity of aronia-added turnip mul-kimchi was higher than that of the control and others. The vitamin C content was the highest on day 6, with the following levels: aronia-added turnip mul-kimchi (182.36 mg/kg), beet-added turnip mul-kimchi (171.80 mg/kg), prickly pear-added turnip mul-kimchi (163.80 mg/kg) and control group (158.85 mg/kg). Conclusion: The addition of aronia powder can improve the quality characteristics and antioxidant activities of turnip mul-kimchi.

        국내 유통 알부틴 함유 미백 기능성화장품 중 히드로퀴논 및 살균보존제 안전성 조사

        미백 성분으로 사용되는 알부틴은 피부질환 및 발암물질로 알려진 히드로퀴논을 생성할 수 있으며, 살균보존제는 화장품을 장기간 보관 및 사용 중 미생물의 오염을 방지하기 위해 필수적이기는 하지만 독성 및 피부 자극 등 안전성의 문제가 제기되고 있다. 이번 연구에서는 온·오프라인으로 판매되는 알부틴 함유 미백 기능성화장품 40건을 대상으로 히드로퀴논과 살균보존제 21종에 대하여 함량 및 사용실태를 조사하였다. 그 결과, 히드로퀴논은 9건이 검출 되었으며, 이 중 7건에서 0.3 ∼ 0.9 ppm으로 식품의약품안전처에서 설정한 기준에 적합하였으나, 2건에서는 8.4 ppm, 50.5 ppm으로 검출이 되어 기준을 초과하였다. 살균보존제는 40건 중 20건에서 검출되었으며, 검출 항목 및 범위는 페녹시에탄올 0.1 ∼ 0.7% (15건), 메틸파라벤 0.19 ∼ 0.21% (2건), 클로르페네신 0.13% (1건), 클로르헥시딘 0.006%(1건), 프로필파라벤 0.06% (1건) 로 모두 기준 이내로 검출되었다. 또한 화장품 중 기능성 화장품의 경우 화장품법에 의하여 1차 또는 2차 포장에 기능성 화장품이라는 단어를 표기해야 하지만 40건 중 1건에서 표기가 되어 있지 않았다. 실험 결과 살균보존제는 안전하게 관리 되는 것으로 판단되지만, 히드로퀴논이 검출된 제품은 알부틴이 분해되어 생성되었다고 사료 되어 알부틴의 분해에 대한 추가적 연구 및 품질관리의 개선이 요구된다. Arbutin, which is used as a whitening ingredient, can produce hydroquinone, known as causing skin disease and carcinogen. Preservatives are essential to prevent microbial contamination during long-term storage and use of cosmetics, but safety issues such as toxicity and skin irritation are being raised. This study was conducted to determine hydroquinone and 21 preservatives levels in 40 arbutin-containing whitening functional cosmetics sold on-line and off-line. Result showed that 9 products contained hydroquinone. The concentrations in 7 products were ranged from 0.3 to 0.9 ppm, which were within the maximum allowed amount established by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety. However, 2 products were 8.4 and 50.5 ppm and exceeded the allowed amount. Preservatives were detected 20 products. Detected items and ranges were phenoxy ethanol 0.1 ∼ 0.7% (N = 15), Methyl paraben 0.19 ∼ 0.21% (N = 2), Chlorphenesin 0.13% (N = 1), chlorhexidine 0.006% (N = 1), Propyl paraben 0.06% (N = 1), which were within maximum allowed amount established by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety. Also, in cases of functional cosmetics the phrase "functional cosmetics" should be expressed on the primary or secondary package of cosmetics by cosmetics act. However, 1 product did not state the phrase as functional cosmetics. This study suggest that preservatives were safely managed. However, hydroquinone in hydroquinone-detected products could be produced by the decomposition of arbutin. Thus, further studies on the decomposition of arbutin are required to improve the quality control of the cosmetics.

        인천지역 유통 과일 중 잔류농약 모니터링 및 위해성 평가

        BACKGROUND: This study was conducted to investigate the levels of pesticide residues in fruits and to assess their METHODS AND RESULTS: Monitoring of 215 samples of fruits collected from local markets in incheon during 2013 was performed. 259 pesticides were analyzed by multi-residue method and Quick, Easy, Cheap, Effective, Rugged, and safe/Mass/Mass(QuEChERS/MS/MS) method using Gas Chromatography-Electron Capture Detector/Nitrogen Phosphorus Detector(GC-ECD/NPD), GC-MS, LC(Liquid Chromatography-Mass/Mass(LC-MS/MS) and High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Photodiode Array/ Fluorescence Detector(HPLC-PDA/FLD). In 56.3% of the samples detected pesticide residues and were not found to exceed Maximum Residue Limits(MRL). The highest detected samples were found in citrus fruits(83.9%). Among the detected compounds, carbendazim(13.1%), imazalil (11.7%), thiabendazole(10.7%) and fludioxonil(9.8%) were frequently found in fruits. A risk assessment of pesticide residues in fruits was performed by calculating Estimated Daily Intake(EDI) and Acceptable Daily Intake(ADI). Also, we were evaluated removal efficiency of pesticide residues by washing and peeling. The removal efficiency of pesticide residues in citrus and tropical fruits by peeling processes were 91.6%. After the washing process, the removal rates were 43.1%(Cherry, Grape, Blueberry). CONCLUSION: The level of pesticide residues in fruits was within the MRL. The range of %ADI values was from 0.00011 to 0.98795%. The process of washing or peeling reduces the level of pesticide residues. The results of this research concluded that the detected pesticides are not harmful to human being.

        이환된 열 수에 따른 선천성 중족골 단축증의 수술적 치료

        Purpose: To present our treatment protocol and surgical outcome for patients with congenital brachymetatarsia in which treatment was decided according to the number of affected rays. Materials and Methods: Sixty-nine metatarsals in 44 patients with single or multiple congenital brachymetatarsia were included in the study. When a single ray was affected in a foot, we performed a one-stage lengthening using an intercalary autogenous iliac bone graft. We overcame excessively short rays by the double level lengthening at the metatarsal and proximal phalanx as one stage. When multiple rays were affected in one foot, we performed a one-stage combined shortening and lengthening procedure without an iliac bone graft. Results: All patients were satisfied with the cosmetic and functional results. The average length gain by one-stage lengthening in 56 metatarsals of 38 patients was 14 (6-21) mm. Six patients with a combined shortening and lengthening procedure regained a nearly normal parabola of the involved foot. Neurovascular complication was not identified. Conclusion: Satisfactory results were achieved for the treatment of patients with congenital brachymetatarsia, by individualizing the surgical options according to the number of affected rays and general foot appearance.
