본 논문은 독일 Hamburg대학에서 필자가 수행한 연구 프로젝트인 DFN(Deutsches Forschungsnetz)-Application over ISDN의 일부로서 분산된 Resource의 공유를 위해 ISPBX(ISDN능력을 가진 PABX)를 이용한 근거리 ISDN-PC-Network(ISPBX-LAN)과 이것을 효율적 활용을 위한 단기접속모드(Short Hold Mode)를 소개하고, ISPBX-LAN의 성능을 사용자의 입장에서 기존의 LAN(Ethernet, Token-Ring)과 비교분석하였다.
Heating Mat 광개시제에 의한 PVC Leather의 내광성 평가 및 영향에 관한 연구

Recently, automobile industry has adopted several convenient options to meet the customer needs. Seat heating mat system is one of the general options used for customer needs, and widely considered to apply to all vehicle segment. Film type heating mat is generally coated with paint and dried under the UV dry process in production. The reason to use UV dry is because there is a merit to get physical property without film deformation, however photoinitiator is essential chemical in paint that helps to react polymerization with UV light. Because of photoactive characteristic, the influence of colorfastness between PVC leather and heating mat should be evaluated. In this paper, we tried to evaluate the colorfastness of PVC leather for seat covering on heating mat and study the influence on PVC leather when the remains of photoinitiator meet UV light on part assembly condition. Several types of seat assembly conditions are tested and analyzed what influence factors affected to PVC leather.

Interior parts of automotive are made of many kinds of material types. Most of them, plastics like a PP, ABS, PC, PC/ABS and textiles like a PVC, Nylon, Polyester, make up the majority of interior parts. These interior parts have the specific colors and harmonized with adjacence parts to give inspiration and aesthetic feeling to customer. There are some kinds of dye technology to color on a part surface, such as solution dye and piece dye technology. Especially, in textile materials such as the fabric, nylon, polyester, both dye technologies are used. According to application area or design intention, the dye method can be selected. In this paper, dye technologies are introduced which is applied to carpet materials, and tested the colorfastness resistance property in a various radiant exposure conditions to find colorfastness characteristics of both dye technologies and guide applying which dye technology is suitable for parts. The test was conducted on carpet materials and compared the dye technology.
Nonwoven 트림소재의 내구성에 관한 연구 및 평가

As the average life span of a car is prolonged and the number of automobile camping group is increasing on loading the bicycle, camping utensil,etc to trunk trim area in recent years, it is expected that automobile companies will improve materials and components durability of a car. In this study, we tried to improve the abrasion property of nonwoven trim material and evaluate the appearance. We analyzed test results using DFSS robust accessment and optimization tools, and got the optimized nonwoven material. The main factor was LM fiber(Low melting fiber) to improve the abrasion property. It was important to select the LM fiber contents in nonwoven material to improve the abrasion property . Also we additionally introduced the bearding abrasion test method as the customer mode.
