In this study, we design and Implement the 20kVA TCSC(Thyrister Controlled Series Compensator) simulator It was tested on the KERI simulator. The KERI simulator is a analog simulator for power system at the KERI power system division lab It consist of many power system components, which are a 380V 5kVA generators, scale-downed transmission line modules, transformers, switches, FACTS(Flexible AC Transmission System) devices.^[1][2][3]<br/> In this paper, we present the design and implementation of 20kVA TCSC simulator and Its basic test results.

전공식 콘트롤 밸브 Positioner 용 Magnet Unit의 해석

유량을 정밀조정하는 콘트롤 밸브의 핵심 부품인 magnet unit를 해석하였다. 유한요소법을 이용하여 자석과 요크가 이루는 자기회로를 분석하여 공극에 흐르는 자속과 코일이 받는 힘을 계산하고 이를 측정치와 비교하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과 공극자장은 3~5 kOe, 추력상수는 27.5 N/A, 퍼미언스 계수는 22.1 이었으며 측정치와 잘 일치하였다. 또한 시뮬레이션을 통하여 reluctance factor는 1.1, fringing factor 는 1.4 임을 알 수 있었다. We analyzed an important part of control valve, magnet unit, which is used to control the fluid. Magnetic circuit which is composed of magnet and yoke is analyzed using finite element method. Then, flux density and coil force were calculated and compared with those of measured. According to the simulation results, the gap field, force constant, and permeance coefficient were 3~5 kG, 27.5 N/A, 22.1, respectively, which corresponded resonably well with the measured values. We also obtained reluctance factor of 1.1 and fringing factor of 1.4 by simulation.
