진부와 신생아에서 혈청 Thyroxine/Thyroxine-Binding Globulin 비

To evaluate the diagnostic value of the ratio of serum thyroxine(T4) /thyroxine-binding globulin(TBG) for the thyroid status in pregnancy and newborn serum thyroxine, TBG, triiodothyronine, and free thyroxine levels were radioimmunoassayed in normal pregnant women at each of the trimesters, and the calculated serum T4/TBG ratios were compared with other parameters such as T3/TBG ratio and free T4/TBG ratio and free T4/TBG ratio. Serum T4 levels were elevated with the propotionate increase in TBG levels during pregnancy, leading to the nearly constant value of serum T4/TBG ratios as in normal non-pregnant controls. In contrast, serum T3/TBG and free T4/TBG ratios varied considerably during pregnancy. In newborn, T4 levels were nearly not changed with compared non-pregnant control value and TBG levels were elevated. The results indicate that serum T4/TBG ratio is a better parameter than others in evaluating the thyroid status during pregnancy and but newborn is a no better.

현 정부가 출범하면서 추구하였던 대표적인 국정운영 방침은 정부 3.0으로 표현되는 개방·공유·소통과 협력이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 시민의 행정에 대한 신뢰 및 공직자의 행정 윤리와 책임성에 관하여 고찰하고자 하였으며, 실증적 사례로 대한민국 국민이라면 누구나 한번은 통과해야 할 의례라 할 수 있는 주민등록증 발급과 관련된 일련의 절차적 문제를 공무원의 적극행정 측면에서 탐색하고 레드테이프에 대한 실현 가능한 대안늘 제시함으로써 국가경쟁력을 강화하려는데 주 목적을 두고 작성되었다.

Serum concentrations of T4,, T3, and free T4 were measured by radioimmunoassay in normal pregnant women at trimesters, in postpartum women, and cord blood of neonate. Total T4 were increased during pregnancy, remarkably high in the first trimester, and also somewhat increased in postpartum, and normal in neonate. Total T3 were in normal range during pregnancy, but increased in postpartum, whereas decreased in neonate. Free T4 were decreased in 2nd and 3rd trimesters of pregnancy, however normal in postpartum and neonate.

To investigate the mechanism of cyanate-induced apoptosis in kidney mesangial cells, mesangial cells were treated with 0.01-40 mmol/L cyanate. There was a dose-dependent decrease in cell viability by cyanate. Substantial morphological changes were observed in mesangial cells when they were treated with cyanate. Mesangial cells were detached and floated to the top of the culture dish and monolayer was not formed. Although cyanate had no effect on the DNA fragmentation, cyanate induced PARB fragmentation, and activation of caspase-3 and caspase-8 And cyanate induced the decrease of Bcl-2 and cIAP expression under the Western blot analysis. These results suggest that cyanate can induce apoptosis by activating pro-apoptotic signals. Apoptosis in kidney mesangial cells induced by cyanate may play a role pathogenesis of renal diseases. According to these results, cyanate form urea must be viewed as a strong uremic toxin, rather than a surrogate. Early targeting dialysis doses specifically to cyanate and urea concentrations may be more important in patients with renal diseases.
방사선면역법에 의한 유방암세포내의 Extrogen 과 Progesterone 수용체의 측정

The estrogen and progesterone receptors which are bound to the cytoplasmic protein of cancer cells were measured in 20 patients with the early breast cancer by means of radioimmunoassay using charcoal. 1) The patients with estrogen receptor positive were 13(65%) of 20 cases and with progestrone receptor positive were 7 cases(35%) in the early breast cancer. 2) Coexistence of estrogen and progesterone receptor positive was noted in 7 cases(35%). The cases of estrogen receptor positive and progesterone receptor negative were 6 cases(33.3%), while there were no cases of estrogen receptor negative with progesterone receptor positive. 3) Coincidence of estrogen and progesterone negative was notied in 7 cases(35%). Conclusively it is considered that the measurement of estrogen and progesterone receptors has relevance as predictive value, in the response to hormonal manipulations and chemotherapy for breast cancer patients.
