        유연성 높은 캔틸레버 제작을 위한 스프레이 코팅 방법 연구

        This work presents a detailed study of several parameters on the spray coating method for fabricating a flexible cantilever. Conventionally, spin coating method have been widely used in the microelectromechanical system (MEMS) fabrication process. However, the major drawback of this method is the difficulties in protecting various topography with photoresist film, particularly when the device is manufactured in high aspect ratio. It is also a challenging process to form a small pattern in the etched area. On the other hand, the commercial spray coating systems are not advantageous from an economic perspective and the technique is also providing less efficient. In order to solve these issues, we have developed a manual spray coating system which can be efficiently used by combining the accessories available in the laboratory. The developed spray coating system consists of a spin-coater, motorized stage, a spray gun with the capable of controlling centrifugal force, injection amount, injection angle, and spray range. The major advantage of the proposed spray coating system is its reasonable fabrication cost. Secondly, the system can be easily disassembled after finishing the coating experiment. Owing to the mentioned advantages, we sincerely believe that the proposed spray coating system can be effectively used in many related applications.

        칼코겐유리를 활용한 회절비구면렌즈 압축성형

        This study explores the compression molding of diffractive-aspheric lenses using GeSbSe chalcogenide glasses. A mold core with diffractive structure was prepared and a chalcogenide glass lens was molded at various temperatures using the corresponding core. The effect of molding temperature on the transcription characteristics of diffractive structure was examined, by measuring and comparing the diffractive structure between the mold core and the molded chalcogenide glass lens using a microscope and a white light interferometer. In addition, the applicability of the molded lens for thermal imaging was evaluated, by measuring the form error.

        In vitro Anti-proliferative Characteristics of Flavonoids and Diazepam on MDA-MB-231 Breast Cancer Cells

        Flavonoid류와 진정제의 시험관 내 암세포증식억제효과를 관찰하기 위하여, 암세포의 말초형 benzodiazepine 수용체(이하 PBR로 약함) 활성도와 포도당 활용도에 대한 효과를 유방암 세포를 대상으로 검색하였다. 동시에 이미 항암활성이 잘 알려진 flavonoid류와의 상호작용도 관찰하였다. Fisetin (3,7,3',4'-tetrahydroxyflavone)과 diazepam의 암세포 증식 억제 효과는 악성도가 높은 MDA-MB-231 유방암 세포에서 MCF-7 유방암세포보다 저명하게 관찰되었다. MDA-MB-231 유방암세포에서, Apigenin (4',5,7-Trihydroxyflavone)과 fisetin 같은 flavonoid류처럼, 10?? M 농도의 dazepam을 3일간 처치하였을 때 암세포 증식 억제효과를 나타내었으며, 이는 PBR 배위자들의 암세포 증식 증진효과와는 차이를 나타낸 것이다. Flavonoid류처럼, MDA-MB-231 유방암세포에서, 10?? M dazepam의 3일간 처치는 암세포의 PBR mRNA 발현에 큰 영향을 미치지 않았다. 10?? M diazepam의 6 일간 처치는 암세포의 증식억제 효과가 증가되어 나타났으며, 암세포의 PBR mRNA 발현도 억제되었다. MDA-MB-231 유방암 세포에서, apigenin, fisetin과 diazepam은 포도당 유용도를 억제하였으며, 인슐린에 의한 포도당 유용도 증강효과도 억압하였다. Apigenin은 diazepam의 암세포 증식 억제 효과를 부가적으로 증강시켰다. 요약하면, 본 연구결과는 flavonoid류와 진정제의 시험관내 암세포 증식 억제효과와 부가적인 상호작용을 보여주고 있다. 결론적으로, 본 연구는 향후 좀더 진척된 시험을 위한 실험적인 기반 정보이다. The beneficial use of sedatives is often required for medically ill patients. This study examined the effect of plant flavonoids and diazepam peripheral-type benzodiazepine receptor (PBR) activation and glucose utilization in breast cancer cells, along with their interactions. In estrogen receptor negative MDA-MB-231 cells, the anti-proliferative activity of fisetin (3,7,3',4'-tetrahydroxyflavone) and diazepam was more prominent than in estrogen receptor positive MCF-7 cells. Unlike PBR ligands, treatment with 10?? M concentration of diazepam for 3 days exhibited anti-proliferative effects, while similar to apigenin (4',5,7-Trihydroxyflavone) and fisetin, diazepam hardly affected the PBR mRNA expression by MDA-MB-231 cells. Treatment with 10?? M concentration of flavonoids and diazepam for 3 days inhibited the glucose utilization of MDA-MB-231 cells. Treatment with 10?? M concentration of flavonoids and diazepam for 6 days showed increased cytotoxicity and reduced the PBR mRNA expression of the MDA-MB-231 cells. Apigenin enhanced diazepam-induced anti-proliferative effects on the MDA-MB-231 cells as well. All together, this study showed the in vitro anti-proliferative activity of flavonoids and diazepam on MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells, plus additive enhancements. In conclusion, this study provides experimental basis for advanced trials in the future.

        지능형 로봇 하드웨어 특허동향 분석

          This research relates to the patent application tendency about the hardware platform of the intelligent robot among the robotics industry in which the market is more and more expanded. The patent about the hardware field of intelligent robot was analyzed from not only Korea but also U.S., Japanese and Europe which is called as the 3 pole of patent. By this research the government which supervises the nation’s research policy can obtain the objective information of the industrial tendency, so it can establish the investment policy of national research and development. And the researchers can set up the research direction for evasion from patent infringement trouble by obtaining the patent application information. This also shows whether their research can be competitive or not.

        군인의 역할로 본 군형법 제92조의 6

        본 연구는 군형법 제92조의 6에 대한 위헌성 논란과 관련하여 군인의 역할과 임무를 바탕으로 그 찬반 논쟁 및 헌재의 입장을 확인하고 군대 내에서의 동성간 성 접촉행위에 대하여 그 법적 보호가치 여부를 살펴보고자 한다. 헌법 제36조 제1항은 "혼인과 가족생활은 개인의 존엄과 양성의 평등을 기초로 성립되고 유지되어야 하며, 국가는 이를 보장한다"고 규정하고 있다. 또한 대법원은 헌법 및 민법상 이성간의 혼인만 허용되고 동성 간 혼인은 허용하지 않는다는 법리를 명백히 선언하고 있고, 헌법재판소도 군형법 동성애 금지조항을 합헌으로 판단하고 있다. 이는 우리나라는 성적 자기 결정권을 인정하면서도 성과 관련된 사회적 책임을 고려하여 동성애 성행위는 객관적으로 혐오감을 유발하고 선량한 성도덕 관념에 반하는 성행위라는 것이다. 헌법 제39조 제1항에 의해 대한민국의 건장한 남성들은 군복무 의무가 있으며, 이에따라 남자 병사들은 상명하복관계 하에 폐쇄적 공간에서 장기적인 공동생활을 하게 되어있어 정상적인 방법을 통해서는 성적 욕구를 해소할 수 있는 기회가 극히 제한되어 있다. 그렇다고 성 소수자 보호 내지 평등권 보장이라는 이유로 남성 군인간의 성적 행위를 허용한다면, 상급자의 하급자에 대한 추행이 행해질 경우가 많은 영내에서 동성 간의 성 접촉행위가 군의 기강해이는 물론, 다른 장병들에게도 사기에 악영향을 미쳐 군의 전투력손실을 가져올 것은 너무도 자명하다. 따라서 남성 군인간의 성적 행위를 처벌하는 규정인 현행 군형법 제92조의 6의 입법 목적은 정당하다 할 것이다.         주요 ICT 산업분야별 소프트웨어 테스팅 수요에 관한 연구

        Major industries in Gyeongnam area include robot and automobile manufacturing, shipbuilding, and aviation. According to the research, the mechanical part of the products has been advanced, but awareness over the improvement of quality of the software still lacks. The quality performance test presently conducted by the companies in Gyeongnam is mostly the manual performance test performed by the program manager. In order to systematize this and extend the range of using software testing tools, the current study intends to suggest the necessity for conducting a survey on demand to improve performance and securing testing tools such as measured data analysis. Accordingly, this study is going to investigate 33 companies in Gyeongnam related with software in each of the major business areas centering around the actual field and examine activities related to software quality. And after figuring out the current status of retaining testing tools, the study will suggest the ways to enhance recognition over software quality and propose ultimate solutions to solve the problems on the current stage by finding out how to share information as much as possible in order to lay the foundation for extending the range of activity for the sake of software quality.

        Polygalacturonase를 검출하기 위한 종이 기반의 효소결합 면역반응 센서 제작

        In this paper, we describe the fabrication of a paper-based enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to detect polygalacturonase (PG), which is used as a biomarker to determine whether a plant is infected with a disease. The proposed paper-based ELISA can analyze the concentration of PG in a short time using a small sample compared to the traditional ELISA, which is generally performed using a well plate. To increase the resolution of the sensor, we optimized the dilution ratio of the HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody and the dilution ratio of the anti-PG and HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG antibodies. Furthermore, for quantitative analysis of PG concentration, Delta RGB analysis was conducted to detect color changes in the sensing window displayed by the PG samples at various concentrations. Based on the experiment, the fabricated paper-based ELISA could measure at least 0.25 μg of PG and the measurement range was 0.25-2 μg. Therefore, the paper-based ELISA for detecting PG is expected to be able to determine the presence or absence of disease in crops at the infection stage in the future.
