        한반도 동해안 석호의 관속식물상

        동해안 석호는 해수와 담수가 섞인 독특한 형태의 기수호이며, 수변식생이 발달되어 생물다양성이 풍부한 지역이다. 본 연구는 국내에 분포하는 17개소의 석호에 대한 식물상과 식물 종조성 등의 조사를 통하여 석호 식생에 대한 안정적인 보전계획 수립을 위한 기초자료를 제시하고자 한다. 17개소의 석호에 대한 식물상 조사결과, 관속식물은 118과 378속 655종 13아종 46변종 6교잡종, 총 720분류군이 확인되었다. 이중에서 한반도 고유종이 11분류군, 멸종우려 식물이 18분류군, 식물구계학적 특정식물인 IV-V등급 식물이 23분류 군이었다. 남방계식물은 4분류군, 북방계식물은 8분류군으로 조사되었고, 특히 남한 내 희귀식물인 갯활량나물(Thermopsis lupinoides), 기름당귀(Ligusticum hultenii), 벼룩아재비(Mitrasacme alsinoides), 통발(Utricularia australis), 검정납작골풀(Juncus fauriei), 새방울사초(Carex vesicaria), 천도미꾸리광이(Puccinellia kurilensis) 등이 동해안 석호에서 생육하고 있었다. 외래식물은 96분류군이 발견되었다. 한반도 석호는 식물다양성이 풍부하고, 희귀식물 및 식물지리학적 중요한 식물이 관찰된다. 석호의 효과적인 관리와 생물다양성 보전을 위해 체계적인 사항들이 논의되었다. Eastern coastal lagoons are a particular type of estuarine systems where seawater mixes with fresh water from their catchments. With the development of aquatic vegetation, this area shows high level of biodiversity. The purpose of this study is to produce a strategy for the comprehensive conservation of the vegetation of coastal lagoons through studies of the floristics and plant species compositions in 17 eastern coastal lagoons in Korea. Vascular plants were collected 109 times, from June of 2010 to November of 2014. The results showed that there were 720 taxa in total, including 118 families, 378 genera, 655 species, 13 subspecies, 46 varieties, and 6 hybrids. Korean endemic species numbered 11 taxa, and vascular plants listed in the red list according to the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) numbered 18 taxa. Indicator species of fourth (IV) and fifth (V) degree, as specified by floristic subregions, numbered 23 taxa. Among the species investigated in this survey, there were 4 taxa of plants of southern origin and 8 taxa of plants of northern originin the Korean peninsula. Several rare plants, Thermopsis lupinoides, Ligusticum hultenii, Mitrasacme alsinoides, Utricularia australis, Juncus fauriei, Carex vesicaria, and Puccinellia kurilensis, were distributed in eastern coastal lagoons. In all, 96 alien plants were recorded in the investigated area. The coastal lagoons on the eastern coast of Korea showed high plant diversity with many rare plants and phytogeographically important plants. Conservation strategies to ensure biodiversity and effective management of coastal lagoons are discussed in detail.

        발거치에 나타난 부착상실의 양상에 대한 연구

        The factors influencing long-term prognosis of teeth must be carefully considered. Among these, attachment level is strongly associated with tooth loss. The purpose of the present study was to estimate pattern of attachment loss based on attachment area in extracted teeth. 197 satisfied the criteria for assessment after staining. The protocol described by Waerhaug(l975) was performed. An indir ect method, based on digital image abstracted from digital camera and digital imaging software program, was used to calculate the root surface area and the attachment loss area. The data were analysed using SPSS. Except maxillary central incisior and mandibular canine, no statistical significant differences between each root surfaces were observed in anterior teeth. In posterior teeth, statistical significant differences in palatal surface of maxillary molar and mandibular molar compared with others were observed. Statistical significant difference in buccal surface compared with others was lowly observed in single and multi rooted. This study did not reveal progressive loss pattern of attachment area in each root surface but clarified root surface that has relative high loss rate of attachment area at extraction. Thus understanding this pattern of attachment loss is helpful for dentist to treat the periodontitis.

        한반도 미기록 외래식물: 해란초아재비

        An alien plant of unrecoreded Kickxia (Plantaginaceae) was found in Korea. K. eltine (L.) Dumort. was distirbuted in Yangju-si, Gyoenggi-do and Yeongcheon-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do. This species can be distinguished from the other related genera by having stems that trail along the groud without putting down roots, and the leaves are sagittate, or shaped like arrowheads with longer, narrower, pointed lobes opposite the shorter tip. The new Korean names is given, as ‘Hae-ran-cho-a-jae-bi’ to Kickxia elatine (L.) Dumort. Here, we provide precise description, illustrations, photographs and taxonomic key to related genera and species.

        승마산(경기도)의 관속식물상

        본 연구는 승마산의 관속식물상을 밝히고 주요 식물을 조사하였다. 2011년 3월부터 10월까지 총 13회에 걸쳐 수행되었다. 그 결과 관속식물은 94과 260속 340종 5아종 37변종 2품종으로 총 384분류군이 확인되었다. 한국 고유종은 외대으아리, 진달래, 개나리, 오동나무 등 9분류군이 확인되었다. IUCN 평가기준에 따른 희귀식물은 멸종위기종(CR)인 왕벚나무, 취약종(VU)인 삼지구엽초, 약관심종(LC)인 모새달이 조사되었다. 식물구계학적 특정식물종은 Ⅴ등급 2분류군, Ⅲ등급 2분류군, Ⅱ등급 1분류군, Ⅰ등급 10분류군 등 15분류군이 발견되었다. 생활형조성은 일년생식물(28.3%), 반지중식물(23.0%), 수생식물(14.3%)등이 높게 나타났다. 귀화식물은 43분류군으로 확인되었으며, 귀화율은 11.2%로 나타났다. 조사지역의 식생은 양호하나 최근 들어 인위적인 간섭에 의한 훼손이 증가되고 있다. 따라서 장기적인 모니터링을 통한 식생변화와 동태파악이 이루어져야 할 것으로 판단된다. This study was carried out to investigate the flora of Mt. Seoungma (Gyeonggi-do). The vascular plant were collected 13 times (from March to October 2011), and 384taxa in total were identified, including 94 families, 260 genera, 340 species, 5 subspecies, 37 varieties and 2 forms. Korean endemic plants of this area were nine taxa; Clematis brachyura, Rhododendron mucronulatum, Forsythia koreana, Paulownia coreana, etc. Rare plants (IUCN) by the Korean Forest Service and Korean National Arboretum three taxa were recorded; one Critically Endangered species (CR), Prunus yedoensis, one Vulnerable species (VU), Epimedium koreanum, one Least Concemed species (LC), Phacelurus latifolius. The floristic regional indicator plants found in this area were 15taxa comprising two taxa of gradeⅤ and Ⅲ, one taxa of grade Ⅱ, 10taxa of grade Ⅰ. Furthermore, therophytes (28.3%), hemicryptophytes (23.0%), hydrophytes (14.3%) showed high proportional ratio in life form spectrum. The naturalized plants were identified as 43taxa and the percent of naturalized index (NI) was 11.2% of total 384taxa vascular plants. The vegetation status of investigated area was comparatively well conserved, but the degree of damage was increasing rapidly by the disturbances of human beings. Therefore, a long-term monitoring of vegetation changes and movement grasp must become accomplished.

        안동 사문암지대의 식물다양성

        본 연구는 안동 사문암지대의 관속식물상, 현존식생 및 토양특성에 대한 조사를 수행하였다. 2014년 4월부터 10월까지 총 7회에 걸쳐 현지조사를 실시한 결과 관속식물은 88과 239속 311종 6아종 33변종 6품종 3교잡종으로 총 359분류군이 확인되었으며, 본 연구에서 249분류군의 분포가 새로이 밝혀졌다. 안동 사문암지역은 식물구계학상 온대중부지역에 속하고 낙엽활엽수와 침엽수의 혼합림으로 구성된다. 한반도 고유종은 외대으아리, 은사시나무, 오동나무, 벌개미취가 확인되었다. IUCN 평가기준에 따른 적색목록식물은 7분류군으로 준위협종(NT)에 채고추나물, 원지, 쑥방망이, 관심대상종(LC)에 낙지다리, 솜양지꽃, 창포, 미평가종(NE)으로 멱쇠채가 조사되었다. 식물구계학적 특정식물은 Ⅳ등급 2분류군, Ⅲ등급 5분류군, Ⅱ등급 4분류군, Ⅰ등급 7분류군 등 19분류군이 발견되었다. 귀화식물은 34분류군으로 확인되었으며, 귀화율 9.5%, 도시화지수 10.6%로 나타났다. 연구지역의 산림토양은 표층~20㎝에서 양토와 미사질양토, 20㎝~40㎝에서 양토와 미사질점토인 것으로 분석되었다. 토양 내 중금속은 Ni과 Cd의 함량이 높은 것으로 나타났다. This study was carried out to investigate the flora, vegetation and soil properties of serpentine area in Andong, Korea. The vascular plants identified during the seven-round field surveys were a total of 359 taxa: 88 families, 239 genera, 311 species, 6 subspecies, 33 varieties, 6 forms and 3 hybrids. 249 taxa were newly discovered in this region. The plant composition of serpentine area is the deciduous broad-leaved and conifer-mixed forest which is the common one in the middle part of the Korean peninsula. Four taxa of Korean endemic plants such as Clematis brachyura, Populus × tomentiglandulosa, Paulownia coreana and Aster koraiensis were collected. The vascular plants on the red list according to IUCN evaluation basis were found to be seven taxa: Near Threatened (NT) species of Hypericum attenuatum, Polygala tenuifolia and Senecio argunensis, Least Concern (LC) species of Penthorum chinense, Potentilla discolor and Acorus calamus, and Not Evaluate (NE) species of Scorzonera austriaca ssp. glabra. The floristic regional indicator plants found in this area were 19 taxa comprising two taxa of grade IV, five taxa of grade III, four taxa of grade II, and nine taxa of grade I. The naturalized plants were identified as 34 taxa and the percentage of naturalized index (NI) was 9.5 %, and urbanization index (UI) was 10.6 %. Forest soils contained high content of nickel and cadmium. The soil layer consists of loam and silt loam from the surface to a depth of 20 ㎝and loam and silt clay from a depth of 20 ㎝to 40 ㎝.

        강원도 홍천군 지역의 관속식물상 -계방산, 공작산, 대룡산, 매화산, 응봉산, 침석봉을 중심으로-

        본 연구는 강원도 홍천군 지역의 관속식물상을 밝히고 주요 식물들의 분포를 조사하였다. 2008년 4월부터 2009년 5월까지 총 13회에 걸쳐 조사하였다. 그 결과 관속식물은 43목 118과 443속 903종 6아종 125변종 18품종 3교잡종으로 총 1,055분류군이 확인되었다. 그 중 한반도 특산식물은 37분류군이며, 산림청 지정 희귀 및 멸종위기식물이 35분류군이었고 국외반출 승인대상 식물에는 61분류군이 조사되었다. 또한 환경부 지정 법정 보호식물은 4분류군, 식물구계학적 특정식물종은 224분류군으로 집계되었다. 한편 귀화식물은 45분류군으로 확인되었으며, 귀화율은 4.3%, 도시화지수는 16.1%로 나타났다. 조사된 1,055분류군의 유용도는 식용이 359분류군(34%), 약용 293분류군(27.7%), 목초용 166분류군(15.7%), 관상용 143분류군(13.5%), 목재용 41분류군(3.9%), 섬유용 25분류군(2.3%) 그리고 공업용이 3분류군(0.2%)으로 나타났다. This study was carried out to investigate the vascular flora of the Hongcheon-gun area in Gangwon Province. The vascular plants were collected 13 times(from April 2008 to May 2009), and 1,055 taxa in total were identified, including 43 orders, 118 families, 443 genera, 903 species, 6 subspecies, 125 varieties, 18 form and 3 hybrids. Among them, 37 taxa of Korean endemic plants and the Office of Forestry-designated rare & endangered plants were identified as 35 taxa. Based on the list of plants which have been approved for overseas delivery, 61 taxa were recorded in the investigated area. The Ministry of Environment-designated plants, which should be protected by the wildlife protection law, were identified as four taxa and 224 taxa of specially designated plants by the Ministry of Environment. The naturalized plants were identified as 45 taxa, and their naturalization ratio and urban index were found to be 4.3%, and 16.1% respectively. 1,055 taxa listed consistsof 359 taxa(34%) of edible plants, 293 taxa(27.7%) of medicinal plants, 166 taxa(15.7%) of pasture plants, 143 taxa(13.5%) of ornamental plants, 41 taxa(3.9%) of timber plants, 25 taxa(2.3%) of fiber plants and 3 taxa(0.2%) of industrial plants.

        덕 적군도 내 무인도서의 관속식물상 연구

        This study was carried out to investigate the flora of uninhabited Island in the Deokjeok Archipelago. The vascular plants which were collected in 5 times (from Jun. 2009 to Apr. 2010) were identified as 350 taxa in total, including 89 families, 231genera, 309 species, 5 subspecies, 31 varieties, and 5 forms. There were many useful plants such as 2 taxa of Korean endemics and 2 taxa of rare plants which were proposed by the Korea Forest Service. The specially determined plants which were categorized as 5 degrees in all by the Ministry of Environment appeared as 49 taxa; Degree Ⅴ was one taxon; Senecio nemorensis and Ⅳ was one taxon; Apocynum lancifolium and Ⅲ was 2 taxa; Stauntonia hexaphylla, Hylotelephium spectabile and Ⅰ was 45 taxa; Machilus thunbergii, Neolitsea sericea, Hedera rhombea, etc. Based on the plants which were approval objects when transfer overseas were 5 taxa, and 21 taxa of evergreen plants were recorded in the investigated area. The naturalized plants were identified as 15 taxa, and their naturalization ratio were found to be 4.2% respectively.
