        고등급 림프종으로 형질전환된 원발성 림프절 변연부 B-세포 림프종 -1예 보고-

        Primary nodal marginal zone B-cell lymphoma (MZBCL) is recognized as a rare and distinct entity. The rate of histologic transformation into diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) seems lower than the rate of transformation in follicular lymphoma. We herein report a rare case of nodal MZBCL showing transformation into DLBCL. The patient was a 73-year-old female with cervical lymphadenopathy. On the initial biopsy, the lymph node architecture was diffusely effaced with an extensive interfollicular and parafollicular infiltrate of monocytoid B-cells. There were scattered large blastic B-cells without formations of compact sheets. The diagnosis of nodal MZBCL was made. The patient did not receive chemotherapy and was treated with a conservatively supportive regimen. Forty two months later, the patient developed a new cervical lymphadenopathy and a biopsy was performed. Histologically, the lymph node revealed diffuse sheets of transformed large B-cells showing prominent nucleoli. The diagnosis of DLBCL transformed from nodal MZBCL was made. The patient was treated with 3 cycles of combined CHOP chemotherapy and she showed clinical improvement. These observations suggest that an untreated primary nodal MZBCL may undergo high-grade transformation.

        방사광 전파위상대조 동결미세단층촬영법을 활용한 3차원 조직학

        3D histology is a imaging system for the 3D structural information of cells or tissues. The synchrotron radiation propagation phase contrast micro-CT has been used in 3D imaging methods. However, the simple phase contrast micro-CT did not give sufficient micro-structural information when the specimen contains soft elements, as is the case with many biomedical tissue samples. The purpose of this study is to develop a new technique to enhance the phase contrast effect for soft tissue imaging. Experiments were performed at the imaging beam lines of Pohang Accelerator Laboratory (PAL). The biomedical tissue samples under frozen state was mounted on a computer-controlled precision stage and rotated in 0.18° increments through 180°. An X-ray shadow of a specimen was converted into a visual image on the surface of a CdWO4 scintillator that was magnified using a microscopic objective lens (X5 or X20) before being captured with a digital CCD camera. 3-dimensional volume images of the specimen were obtained by applying a filtered back-projection algorithm to the projection images using a software package OCTOPUS. Surface reconstruction and volume segmentation and rendering were performed were performed using Amira software. In this study, We found that synchrotron phase contrast imaging of frozen tissue samples has higher contrast power for soft tissue than that of non-frozen samples. In conclusion, synchrotron radiation propagation phase contrast cryo-microCT imaging offers a promising tool for non-destructive high resolution 3D histology. 조직표본의 실제적인 3차원 구조에 대한 정보를 3차원 조직학이라고 하였다. 무른 성분들이 섞여 있고, 물을 포함 하고 있는 조직 내부의 미세구조의 3차원적 분석을 위해 방사광의 X선을 광원으로 하는 위상대조 미세단층촬영이 활용되고 있다. 하지만, X선 위상대조영상 분석에서 물을 포함하고 있는 조직에서는 위상대조가 제대로 구현되지 않다는 것을 알게 되었다. 이러한 현상을 해결하기 위해 다양한 방법들을 적용하였으며, 표본을 얼렸을 때 위상대조가 강화된다는 사실을 확인하였다. 방사광 전파위상대조 동결미세단층촬영은 포항가속기연구소 X선 영상빔라인에서 수행하였다. 표본을 동결상태로 유지하면서 0.18° 간격으로 180° 회전하였으며, 표본을 통과한 X선에 의해 섬광기에 맺힌 영상을 광학렌즈로 확대하여 CCD카메라로 모았다. 각 표본 전체 투사영상을 OCTOPUS 소프트웨어로재구성하여 2차원 단면영상으로 만들고, Amira 소프트웨어를 이용하여 3차원 영상으로 재구성하였으며, 단면영상에서 각 구조에 대한 구역화와 랜더링 작업을 수행하였다. 물에 의한 위상대조 방해 영향을 줄이기 위해 표본을 얼렸을때 위상대조는 강화되었으나 동결팽창에 의한 조직변형이 관찰되었다. 표본을 막힌 공간에 넣고 주위를 포매제로 채워 급속냉동 동안 표본이 압박되도록 하였을 때 위상대조의 강화와 동결팽창에 의한 조직변형을 줄일 수 있었다. 결론적으로, 생체조직 내부 미세구조의 비파괴, 고해상도 3차원 영상분석에 있어 조직표본을 동결포매제로 포매 후 급속냉동하고, 방사광에서 방출되는 X선을 광원으로 하는 전파위상대조 동결미세단층촬영법은 효과적인 방법이 될 수있을 것으로 기대한다.

        공관전승과 요한전승의 연결 가능성 재고 : 요한 특수 공동체 가설에 대한 재검증에 근거해

        Among present debates on the New Testament studies, the consensus on the relationship between the Synoptic tradition and Johannine traditions is either having no correlation or being independent of each other. This status quo resulted from the existence of hypothetical Johannine Sectarianism, which assumes the recipients of the Johannine tradition as the group of exclusive audience and the people who have their unique interests. This view was once a dominant consensus but is now increasingly challenged by oppositions that suggest the universality of the message of the Fourth Gospel and the broader range of audience of John's gospel. The present article's primary purpose is to evaluate the supporting research on the Johannine Sectarianism and recent objections to this hypothesis. In this process, 1) combining Keith's competitive textualization and Klink's relational community model to explain the communicability between the Jesus tradition; 2) synthesizing recent studies of biography and oral tradition in brief manner; and 3) presenting the ideological agreements between the synoptic and Johannine traditions, will be demonstrated. Therefore, by taking all the previous steps together, the final goal of this paper is to present a more probable possibility of transmission of Jesus tradition which supports the broader and continuous connection between the synoptic tradition and Johannine tradition than that of the assumption of the present scholarship. 기존 신약학의 논의에서 공관전승과 요한전승의 관계는 단절되거나 상호 독립적인 것이라는 것이 주요 합의이다. 이 합의는 요한전승의 수신인이 배타적이고 특수한 정황을 가진 요한공동체(Johannine Sectarianism) 가설을 기반으로 하고 있다. 이 견해는 한때는 주류학설이었지만, 지금은 이 가설에 반하여 요한복음의 메시지의 보편성과 더 넓은 요한복음의 청중의 범위를 제시하는 반론들이 점점 거세어지고 있다. 본 논문은 요한 공동체를 지지하는 연구사와 최근이에 대한 반론을 평가하는데 일차적 목적이 있다. 그리고 이에 기반해 공관전승과 요한전승이 연결될 수 있음을 지지하는 최근 학설들간 결합을 통한 가능성을 설명하고자 한다. 이 과정에서 키스의 경쟁적 문서화 개념과 클링크의 관계적 공동체 모델을 종합한 예수 전승의 전달 가능성 설명, 복음서에 대한 구술, 전기의 최신 연구들의 간략한 종합, 공관전승과 요한전승의 관념적 일치점 등을 제시할 것이다. 결론적으로 이 작업들을 통해, 기존 가정보다는 더 폭넓게, 더연결성이 있게 교류되었을 수 있는 예수전승 간의 관계 가능성을 개연성 있게 제시하는 것이 본 논문의 최종적 목표이다.

      • 2P-425 Organic acid-assisted chemical transformation of SnSe bulk crystals and their thermoelectric behaviours

        Se nanowires are one of the chalcogenide-based nanostructures that have attracted interest in various research fields of research because of their unique characteristics. Herein, we report on the fabrication of Se nanowires from bulk SnSe crystals throughby an organic acid- assisted chemical transformation process. During the reaction process, tThe concentration of the organic acid iwas found to be critical to control the morphology of the final products. Se nanowires with the diameter of ~40 nm diameter and length of ~1 μm length are obtained after the transformation, and we suggestThe reaction mechanism for the chemical transformation is proposed of SnSe. Moreover, Tthe effect of the Se nanoparticles in SnSe on theits thermoelectric behaviours in SnSe is also investigated and discussed. The Se nanowires and Se/SnSe composites reported in this study will open up new possibilities tofor various applications with excellent performances.

        토끼 적출 위 평활근의 운동성에 대한 transmural stimulation의 효과

        To elucidate the action of the cholinergic and adrenergic nerve on isolated gastric fundus smooth muscle of rabbit, the effects of electrical transmural stimulation were investigated in the presence of atropine, cholinergic receptor blocker; phentolamine, nonselective ${\alpha}$-adrenergic receptor blocker; propranolol, nonselective ${\beta}$-adrenergic receptor blocker and L-arginine from the isometric contraction of physiological recording system. 1. The contractile response induced by electrical transmural stimulation was increased as the frequency(1~32Hz)-dependent manner on the isolated gastric fundus smooth muscle. 2. The contractile response induced by electrical transmural stimulation was markedly inhibited by the pretreatment of atropine($1{\mu}M$). 3. The contractile response induecd by electrical transmutal stimulation was inhibited by the pretreatment of phentolamine($1{\mu}M$). 4. The relaxative response induced by electrical transmural stimulation on presence of atropine ($1{\mu}M$) was inhibited by the pretreatment of propranolol($1{\mu}M$). 5. The relaxative responses on precontraction induced by histamine($10{\mu}M$) with guanethidine ($50{\mu}M$) and atropine($1{\mu}M$) by electrical transmural stimulation were increased by L-arginine (1mM). These findings suggest that it was the excitatory action of cholinergic and ${\alpha}$-adrenergic nerve, and the inhibitory action of ${\beta}$-adrenergic nerve and nonadrenergic noncholinergic nerve on the isolated gastric fundus smooth muscle of rabbit.

        A Case of Giant Colonic Muco-submucosal Elongated Polyps Associated with Intussusception

        Colonic muco-submucosal elongated polyp (CMSEP), a newly categorized non-neoplastic colorectal polyp, is a pedunculated and elongated polyp composed of normal mucosal and submucosal layers without any proper muscle layer. We herein report a giant variant of CMSEP associated with intussusception in the rectosigmoid colon, with a review of the literature. A 48-yearold woman underwent a laparoscopic low anterior resection due to multiple large submucosal polypoid masses associated with intussusception. Grossly, the colonic masses were multiple pedunculated polyps with a long stalk and branches ranging in size from a few millimeters to 14.0 cm in length. Microscopically, there was no evidence of hyperplasia, atypia, or active inflammation in the mucosa. The submucosal layers were composed of edematous and fibrotic stroma with fat tissue, dilated vessels, and lymphoid follicles.

        Purinergic innervation on the isolated renal artery of rabbit

        가토 적출 신동맥에 있어서 purinergic 신경 분포를 perivascular nerve stimulation을 통해서 확인하였다. 1. 가토 적출 신동맥은 perivascular nerve stimulation에 의해 수축성 반응을 나타내었다. 2. Perivascular nerve stimulation에 의한 수축현상은 자극의 크기와 자극의 빈도에 의존적이었으며, 내피세포의 유무에는 영향을 받지 않았다. 3. Perivascular nerve stimulation에 의한 수축현상은 prazosin$(1{\mu}M)$에 의해 강하게 억제되어졌으며, tetrodotoxin$(1{\mu}M)$ 또는 ${\alpha},{\beta}-methylene$ATP$(10{\mu}M)$에 의한 $P_{2x}-purinoceptor $ desensitization에 의해 완전히 수축현상이 사라졌다. 이와같은 결과는 가토 신동맥에는 purinergic신경이 분포되어 있으며, perivascular nerve stimulation에 의해 purinergic 신경전달물질이 norepinephrine과 함께 유리되어지는 것을 시사하고 있다.
