감전사고 방지를 위한 물놀이.입욕시설의 조명설비 시설기준 개선방안 연구

A person's body resistance in the waterpark, public bath and similar places is much lower than any other places due to effect of water. So low voltage may create a shock hazard for the human body in case of leakage or fault currents from lighting unit etc. We researched the related regulations which are internal standards, NEC, IEC and investigated the actual conditions for the prevention of electric shock due to lighting units in the waterpark, public bath and similar places. As a results internal standard is obscure as compared with NEC, IEC which is the limit of application and distinction of environment condition. And then internal standard's using voltage is higher than NEC, IEC in filed of water. Studies show that internal standard should be revision that raise the installation height of lighting unit, mark IP level surface of lighting unit and limit using voltage to line-to-line voltage 물놀이 입욕시설 내에서 입욕자는 물의 영향으로 인하여 인체의 피부저항이 다른 어느 장소보다도 현저히 낮은 상태에 있게 된다. 따라서 조명기구 등에 누전이 발생할 경우 미약한 전압에서도 치명적인 감전재해의 우려가 있다. 본 연구는 물놀이 입욕시설 내에서의 조명기구에 의한 감전사고를 방지하기 위하여 국내 외 관련규정을 비교 분석하였으며 또한, 국내 시설실태를 파악하였다. 그 결과 국내의 규정은 외국기준에 비해 적용범위가 불명확하고 환경조건의 구별이 불투명하고 사용전압이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 국내의 규정도 조명시설의 설치높이를 상향조정하고 조명기기의 외함에는 방수등급의 표기, 선간전압으로의 사용전압을 제한하는 등의 개정이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

십전대보탕가감방을 투여한 간세포암종 환자에서 범혈구감소증 호전 및 간수치 상승 증례

Objectives : To observe the therapeutic effects of an oriental herbal prescription in a hepatocellular carcinoma patient with splenomegaly and pancytopenia. Methods : Modified Sipjeondaebo-tang was prescribed three times a day to a hepatocellular carcinoma patient with splenomegaly and pancytopenia. Laboratory tests were carried out regularly to observe the therapeutic effects of the oriental herbal prescription for pancytopenia. Results : When treated with modified Sipjeondaebo-tang including Cinnamomi Cortex, the levels of white blood cells, red blood cells, hemoglobin, and hematocrit increased. However, aspartate transaminase, alanine transaminase, alkaline phosphatase, gamma-glutamic transpeptidase, total bilirubin, direct bilirubin levels also increased. Conclusions : Administering modified Sipjeondaebo-tang with Cinnamomi Cortex showed effect in improving pancytopenia but an increase in liver enzyme levels was also observed.

췌장암의 외과적 절제술 후 항암플러스로 항전이 및 재발 방지 중인 환자 증례보고

Objective : To investigate the anti-metastasis and preventing relapses of HangAm-Plus (HAP) on pancreatic cancer patient. Methods : A 49 year old male patient diagnosed with pancreatic cancer (T3N0M0) was admitted to EWCC (East-West Cancer Center) on Jul. 21st 2008. He had operated pylorus preserving pancreatoduodenectomy (PPPD) and came to the anti-metastasis and preventing relapses on pancreatic cancer patient. The patient was treated with HangAm-Plus (HAP) (3,000 mg/day) for the period of 33 months from Jul. 21st, 2008 to Apr. 7th, 2011. Tumor markers (CEA and CA19-9) were used to evaluate the disease progression of the patient. Positron Emission Tomography (PET) and Computed Tomography (CT) were also followed up. Results : HAP treatment was well tolerated by the patient. Patient has shown 33 months of disease free survival until now. Conclusion : This case study supports HAP's potential efficacy in the anti-metastasis and preventing relapses of pancreatic cancer patient.

Battery is one of the emergency power and its reliability is a very important to keep up the minimum of building capabilities in case of interruption of electric power. This paper, a comparison was made between three different types of instrument on 30 valve regulated lead acid(VRLA) TYPE 12[V]/100[AH] batteries, and then their indicated measured values(impedance/conductance) were compared with the measured capacity of the battery. As a result, Measured value of instrument is strongly related to battery's capacity in the same group battery and Impedance/Conductance guide line for diagnosis of lead-acid battery's state of health(SOH) is a different from each battery guoup.

초등학생 도움 네트워크 측정 및 분석 : 도움 네트워크가 행복감에 미치는 영향을 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 초등학생 도움 네트워크를 측정하여 실태를 파악하고 도움 네트워크가 초등학생의 행복감에 미치는 영향을 탐색하는 것이다. 이에 첫째, 경기도 소재 초등학교 1개 4·5·6학년을 전수 조사(273명)하여 도움 네트워크를 측정하고 사회 네트워크 분석의 기법을 사용하여 중심성을 분석하였다. 또한 도움 네트워크를 시각화한 소시오그램 분석과 담임교사와의 면담을 통하여 도움활동의 관계성을 심층적으로 분석하였다. 둘째, 사회영향 통계모형을 이용하여 성격 5요인을 통제한 상태에서 도움 네트워크가 행복감에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 초등학생들의 도움 네트워크 정도는 친구문제, 교과수업, 이성문제, 금전문제, 진로문제의 순으로 나타났고, 학년이 올라갈수록 교과수업에 대한 도움의 비율은 줄고, 친구문제나 이성문제에 대한 도움활동의 비율은 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 초등학생의 도움 네트워크가 행복감에 미치는 영향의 탐색에 있어, 초등학생의 도움 네트워크 중 교과수업 내향연결중심성과 진로문제 내향연결중심성이 행복감과 관련이 있었다. 구체적으로 교과수업 내향연결중심성이 높을수록 높은 삶의 만족감을 나타낸 반면, 진로문제 내향연결중심성이 높을수록 낮은 삶의 만족감을 나타냈다. 또한 친구문제와 진로문제의 내향연결중심성과 이성문제 외향연결중심성이 높을수록 부정정서 정도가 높게 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to measure elementary school students' help networks and to analyze the effects of help networks on elementary school students' happiness. Specifically, we analyzed the centrality of 273 elementary school students' help networks from the fourth to sixth grade level in Gyeonggi-do and presented sociograms with explanation based on teacher interviews. Second, we analyzed the effects of help networks on elementary school students' happiness after controlling for the Big Five Personality traits using social influence models. The measurement results of the help networks indicated that elementary school students formed help networks for the problems with friends, class lessons, love, money, and career. As students advanced through school, help networks about class lessons decreased while help networks about friends and love increased. The results of social influence models indicated that indegree centrality of help networks about class lessons were statistically significant and positively related to elementary school students' happiness and life satisfaction, while indegree centrality of help networks about career were negatively related to their happiness and life satisfaction. Additionally, indegree centrality of help networks about friends and career and outdegree centrality of help networks about love were statistically significant and positively related to elementary school students' negative emotions.

Melanoacanthoma is an extremely rare pigmented benign mixed epithelial tumor of both melanocytes and keratinocytes. A 52-year-old female presented an asymptomatic, slightly elevated, 1. 2 cm x 0. 8 cm, dark black-colored plaque on her right buttock of 2 years' duration. Histopathologic finding of the plaque shows hyperkeratosis, focal parakeratosis, follicular plugging, acanthosih, papillomatosis and pseudo-horn cyst in the epidermis. The tumor is composed of basaloid and squarnous cells with many foci of clusters and whorls of melanin pigment-laden cells. Electron microscopic finding reveals many scattered melanocytes in the entire epidermis. Melanin granules are found mostly in the melanocytes but can also be found in a few keratinocytes.

초등학교 교육복지우선지원사업 효과 분석: 4학년생의 행복과 자존감에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 PLS-MGA를 적용하여 초등학교 교육복지우선지원사업이 4학년의 행복과 자존감에 미치는 효과를 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 성별과 사업참여정도를 통제한 상태에서 교복우사업의 우선지원 효과가 있는지 살펴보았다. 연구결과, 첫째, 성별과 사업참여정도를 통제한 상태에서 우선지원학생 여부는 프로그램 만족도에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 프로그램 만족도는 행복과 자존감에 모두 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 우선지원 학생과 우선지원 외 학생의 각 집단에서 프로그램 만족도가 행복과 자존감에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 하지만 집단에 따른 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 또한, 우선지원여부는 프로그램 만족도를 매개로 행복과 자존감에 간접적인 영향을 미치고 있었다. 본 연구모형은 행복 분산의 21%, 자존감 분산의 18%를 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of education welfare priority support programs (EWPSP) on the happiness and self-esteem of fourth-grade elementary students. Specifically, after controlling for gender and the number of program participation, we investigated the differences in the programs` effects on priority support students (n=212) and non-priority support students (n=170) in elementary schools (n=44) nationwide using partial least squares-multigroup analysis (PLS-MGA). The results of structural equation modeling showed a statistically significant positive relationship between program participation and program satisfaction and statistically significant positive effects of program satisfaction on the happiness and self-esteem of fourth-grade elementary students. Additionally, the results of multigroup analysis indicated that there was no difference in programs` effects between priority support students and non-priority support students, which indicates statistically significant positive effects of program satisfaction regardless of group. Program participation do have indirect effects on the happiness and self-esteem with mediation effects of program satisfaction. Our final models explained 21% of variance in happiness and 18% of variance in self-esteem of fourth-grade elementary students.

Cooper at al and Mills et al asserted that the essential pathologic finding of pyogenic granuloma (PG) is a unique lobular organization of capillaries. This pathologic pattern is present not only in conventional cutaneous PG, oral-nasal PG but also rarely in intradermal PG, subcutaneous PG and intravenous PG. A 32-year-old man presented with a two-day history of an asymptomatic, movable, pea-sized nodule on his left forearm. Excision biopsy revealed a pink, oval, cyst-like nodule within the vein of the subcutaneous tissue of the medio-lateral aspect of the forearm. Histopathologic finding of the nodule showed rnultiple lobules of capillaries and the lumens of the capillaries were lined by normal endothelial cells. The nodule was connected with the venous wall by a thin stalk. Each lobule was separated and surrounded by fibrous stroma. There was no evidence of thrombi.
