본 논문에서는 임의의 형상을 가진 유전체 안테나에 대한 새로운 해석 방법을 기술한다. 이 방법에서는 분극 전류 및 뇌하 밀도의 개념을 종래의 Stratton-Chu 형식에 도입하고 산란 원칙에 따라 유전체 내의 전계강도에 대해 적분 방정식을 세웠다. 이 적분 방정식을 수치 계산법으로 풀기 위해 유전체의 체적을 세분하고 작은 구로서 등가적으로 표시한다. 따라서 이 방법에 의해서는 임의의 형상의 유전체 안테나의 해석이 가능하다. 이와같이 해서 유전체 내의 전계강도를 구하고 그 강도에 입각해서 안테나의 복사특성, 입력 임피이단스 및 유전체 손실들을 산출했다. All improved method of analysis is developed to determine the chsrateristics of a dielectric antenna of arbitrary shape. The analysis is based on scattering principles. The concept of polariaztion current and charge densities is incorporated into the Stratton-Chu formula and un integral equation is established for the electric field intensities in the dielectric. A new technique involving an equivalent spherical cell is developed to solve the integral equatioil numerically. The radiation characterstics of an omnidirectional dielectric antellna are determined based on the near field obtained by this volume cell technique.

In order to get the basic data of primary productivity. the distribution of chlorophyll-a and phytoplankton in the vicinity of Chulpo sea area were carried out from April to December 1996. The concentration of chlorophyll-a was in the range of 1.54 - 3.95 mg/ m'(2.39 mg/ m L It was relatively lower than the other west sea area. A total of 93 phytoplankton taxa including 80 diatoms were identified from all samples collected. The dominant species of diatoms were Chaetoceros costatus, Coscinodiscus asteromphalus, Nitzshia pacifica, Thalassiosira exentrica, 1'. pacifica in the spring, C. costatus, Thalassionema nitzschioides, T. exentrica, T. pacifica, Thalassiothrix frauenfeldii in the summer, C. ajfinis, C. compressus, C. asteromphalus, Skeletonema costatum, T. nitzschioides, T. subtilis, T. frauenfeldii in the autumn and C. compress us, C. asteromphalus, Rhizosolenia stolterforthii, T. nitzschioides, T. pacifica, T. frauenfeldii in the winter. The total standing crop of phytoplankton samples was 438,280-986,940 cells/f in the spring, 326,760-896,250 cells/f in the summer, 398,740-945,560 cells/f in the autumn and 238,940-681,390 cells/f in the winter.

In order to get the basic data of primary productivity, the distribution of chlorophyll-a and phytoplankton in the vicinity of Daesan sea area were carried out from April to October 1996. The concentration of chlorophyll-a was in the range of 1.82-3.97 mg/m¹(2.44 mg/m¹). It was relatively lower than the other west sea area. A total of 90 phytoplankton taxa induding 77 diatoms were identified from all samples collected. The dominant species of diatoms were Asterionella japonicus, Cmetoceros affinis, Coscinodiscus asterompfrJius, Skeletonema costatum in the spring, Asterionella gracia/is, Cmetoceros affinis, Coscinodiscus radiatus, C. radiatus, Skeletonema costatum in the summer, Coscinodiscus centra/is, Skeletonema costatum in the autumn. The total standing crop of phytoplankton samples was 267,150-684,250 cells/ℓ (528,715 cells/ℓ) 1n the spring, 293,860-663,720 cells/ℓ(479,246 cells/ℓ) in the summer, 276,370-672,370 cells/ℓ(498,589 cells/ℓ) in the autumn.
