OFDM 시스템에서 CP-ICA 기법을 이용한 새로운 주파수 옵셋 추정

The carrier frequency offset causes loss of orthogonality between sub-carriers, thus leads to inter-carrier interference (ICI) in the OFDM symbol. This ICI causes severe degradation of the BER performance of the OFDM receiver. In this paper, we propose a new ICI cancellation algorithm which estimates frequency offset at the time-domain by using CP-ICA method to the received sub-carriers phase rotation. This algorithm is based on a statistical blind estimation method, which mainly utilizes the EVD, rotating phase and the $4^{th}-cumulants$. Since our scheme does not need any training and pilot symbol in estimation, we can expect enhanced bandwidth efficiency in OFDM systems. Simulation results show that the proposed frequency offset estimator is more accurate than the other estimators in $0.0<\varepsilon<1.0$. 반송파 주파수 옵셋은 OFDM(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) 신호의 부채널간 간섭(ICI)을 유발하며, 수신 신호의 진폭과 위상을 왜곡시켜 전체적인 시스템 성능에 심각한 영향을 미친다. 본 논문에서는 OFDM 시스템에서 주파수 옵셋을 추정하는 새로운 기법을 제한한다. 이 기법은 주파수 옵셋으로 인해 위상이 회전 되어 왜곡된 OFDM 심볼의 CP와 유효 OFDM 심볼에 대해 통계적 독립 성분 분석(ICA - Independent Component Analysis)을 EVD(Eigenvalue Decomposition), 회전 페이저, 그리고 $4^{th}-cumulants$를 이용하여 시간영역에서 추정하여 보상하는 기법이다. 어떤 훈련 심볼열이나 파일럿 심볼을 필요하지 않기 때문에 대역폭 효율의 저하가 없다. 모의실험 결과, 제안된 CP-ICA 기법이 주파수 옵셋의 범위가 $0.0<\varepsilon<1.0$에서 기존의 제안된 주파수 옵셋 추정기보다 매우 좋은 BER 성능 결과를 보여준다.

MIMO-OFDM 시스템에서 Modified ICA를 이용한 채널 추정 기법

If channel coefficients errors exist in MIMO-OFDM systems, the performance degradation of systems will occurs. In order to improve the performance of MIMO-OFDM systems, the technique of obtaining accurate channel estimation in multipath fading channel is necessary. In this paper, we introduce and propose new channel estimation-modified ICA algorithm. Simulation results shows from BER and SER curves which compare the proposed algorithm under time-varying Rayleigh fading with perfect known channel. The result of channel estimation by the proposed algorithm in this simulation, it shows that PDF(amplitude of channel) are close to the case with perfect known channel at the receiver with respect to uncoded QPSK/16-QAM/64-QAM modulation. Also, we can see that BER and SER curves are very close to the case with perfect known channel. Therefore, we see that the proposed algorithm have a good performance in MIMO-OFDM systems. MIMO-OFDM 방식에서 추정된 채널 계수에 추정 오차가 있다면, 시스템의 성능 저하가 발생하게 된다. MIMO-OFDM 방식의 성능을 향상시키기 위해서는 무엇보다도 다중 경로 페이딩 환경에서 정확하게 채널을 추정 할 수 있는 기술이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 다중 경로 시변 페이딩 채널하에서의 modified ICA (Independent Component Analysis)을 이용하여 수신된 신호로부터 각 송신 안테나의 송신 신호를 분리한 후, 채널을 추정하여 검파하는 새로운 채널 추정 방식인 Modified ICA 알고리즘을 소개하고, 제안하고자 한다. 본 논문에서 제안된 Modified ICA를 이용한 MIMO-OFDM 시스템에서의 채널 추정에 대한 모의실험 결과, perfect hewn channel 대해 Uncoded QPSK,16-QAM, 64-QAM의 SER과 BER 성능 비교 곡선이 매우 근접함을 알 수 있다. 따라서 제안된 알고리즘이 MIMO-OFDM 시스템에서 우수한 성능을 지니고 있음을 보여 주고 있다.

행정서비스가 투자기업 입주만족도에 미치는 영향 - 인천경제자유구역 공무원 직무열의 매개효과를 중심으로 -

본 연구는 IFEZ의 행정 서비스 품질, 공무원들의 직무열의, 그리고 투자기업의 입주만족도 사이의 관계를 중심으로 분석을 시도하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 IFEZ의 행정적 효율성과 투자기업의 만족도 간의 연결성을 탐색하고, 이를 통해 구역의 발전 방향과 미래 정책을 수립하는 데 필요한 핵심 정보를 제공하는 것이다. 특히, IFEZ의 행정 서비스가 투자기업의 입주만족도에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지, 그리고 이 관계에서 공무원의 직무열의가 어떤 매개 역할을 하는지에 대한 깊은 이해를 목표로 하였다. 선행연구를 바탕으로 세 가지 주요 변수 사이의 관계를 구성하였고, 이를 검증하기 위해 설문조사를 시행하였다. 설문조사의 결과, IFEZ의 행정서비스는 투자기업의 입주만족도에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 행정서비스는 공무원의 직무열의에도 긍정적인 영향을 주었고, 이 두 관계 사이에서 공무원의 직무열의가 중요한 매개 역할을 하는 것으로 판명되었다. 효과적인 행정서비스 제공을 위해서는 상위 공무원이 투자기업의 의견을 주의 깊게 수렴하고 반영해야 한다. 방안으로는 정책의견 수렴 체계의 강화, 행정서비스의 효율성 평가, 투자기업의 필요에 따른 행정서비스 지원 범위 및 절차의 간소화 및 확대, 그리고 큰 정책 변경 전의 시범 운영을 통한 효과 검증이 중요하다. 이렇게 구성된 방안은 IFEZ의 행정서비스 품질 향상과 투자기업 만족도 상승에 기여할 것으로 보인다. This study attempted to analyze the relationship between IFEZs administrative service quality, public officials’ job enthusiasm, and investment companies’ occupancy satisfaction. The objective of this research was to explore the connection between the administrative efficiency of IFEZ and the satisfaction of the investing companies. This would provide essential information for shaping the zone’s future direction and policy-making. Specifically, the study aimed to understand deeply how administrative services in IFEZ influence investor company satisfaction and the mediating role work engagement of civil servants plays in this relationship. Building on previous research, relationships among the three main variables were constructed and validated through surveys. The results indicated that the administrative services of IFEZ positively impact the satisfaction of investor companies. Additionally, these services positively influenced the work engagement of civil servants, who played a pivotal mediating role between the two. For the effective provision of administrative services, senior officials should attentively consider and incorporate feedback from investor companies. Strengthening the policy feedback mechanism, evaluating administrative service efficiency, tailoring administrative services based on investor needs, simplifying and expanding administrative support, and piloting new policies for impact verification are proposed as solutions. Implementing such measures is anticipated to enhance the quality of IFEZ’s administrative services and increase investor company satisfaction.

Since the 9.11 terror in 2001, logistics security to promote the trade facilitation and strengthen the border security is the key challenge of customs administration. Accordingly, the top priority about the exported & imported goods to move among countries, mainly WCO, the United States, and EU is not the existing rapid clearance way but to protect countries and the company’s logistics against terrorism and organized crime. In this study, to research the logistics security trends in China and to suggest the appropriate countermeasures are the basic starting point to investigate. Especially, China as the first trading partner to Korea has imposed AEO in April 2008. So it is needed to present the implications and to suggest the utilizations of China’s execution of AEO. This study showed the following implications and utilizations; joining the china’s AEO, mutual recognizing of AEO, understanding China’s customs system, and utilizing AEO enforceability.

전통한옥 문화컨텐츠를 활용한 숙박시설의 사례분석

최근 들어 부동산의 차별화가 절실히 요구되는 상항에서 우리 고유의 전통문화를 활용한 콘텐츠가 요구되고 있다. 이에 우리 전통한옥 건축물의 우수성을 전 세계에 알리고 계승 발전시켜 대한민국의 또 다른 하나의 문화 콘텐츠가 되도록 하여야 한다. 본 논문은 인천 송도 신도시에 등장한 한옥 숙박단지 경원재를 중심으로 전통한옥 숙박단지의 특성을 분석하고, 한옥 건축물의 문제점과 개선방향을 제시하여, 외국인들이 우리의 문화를 이해하고 즐길 수 있도록 하여 지금까지 부족하였던 전통문화 콘텐츠 사업을 발전시켜 나가야 한다. 전통한옥 건축물은 특유의 아름다움과 편안함을 안겨주지만 불편함이나 단점들도 많이 내포되어 있다. 이러한 불편 함이나 단점들을 해결하는 것이 본 논문의 중요한 목적이 될 것이며 전통한옥 건축물을 토대로 우리도 우리만의 특유한 전통문화 컨텐츠를 개발하여 우수하고 아름다움을 전 세계에 알리고 관광문화 산업으로 육성 발전시켜 나가야 할 것이다. Recently, contents of our traditional culture are being requested to use our own traditional culture in the midst of a desperate need for real estate differentiation.Therefore, it should be developed and developed by the Korean traditional culture of traditional Korean heritage to become another cultural content of the Republic of Korea. It is important to develop a traditional culture of traditional Korean culture by analyzing the characteristics of the traditional hanok complexes in the new town of gyeongwonjae, which is located in Songdo, New Songdo City, and suggesting the problems and improvements of the Korean traditional houses. Traditional Korean-style buildings provide unique beauty and comfort, but they also contain a lot of inconvenience or drawbacks.Solving these inconveniences and drawbacks will be an important objective of this thesis, and we should develop our own unique cultural contents based on the traditional Korean heritage of traditional Korean heritage and nurture them to promote excellence and beauty to the world.
