컨테이너 하역작업 시 갠트리 크레인의 유연다물체 동역학 모델링 및 윤하중 해석

This article describes the dynamic behaviors of a rubber tired gantry crane(RTGC) under typical load conditions which are used in the design of gantry cranes. In order to investigate the dynamic characteristics of an RTGC, we developed a finite element crane model for its huge structure. The finite element model was validated with the modal test results, e.g., natural frequencies and normal modes. And other components of RTGC were converted into detailed 3D CAD models and finally transformed to rigid body models in a dynamic simulation program ADAMS. The load conditions considered in this paper were a normal operating condition(OP1) and container hanging condition with no external loads. As a result, we could find there was large influence of crane's vibration owing to its structural stiffness and deformation. And the vibration of crane could made the movements of RTGC, which occurs crash or malfunction of crane works. 본 논문은 갠트리 크레인의 설계를 위해 컨테이너 하역작업 시 특정하중 조건하의 RTGC(Rubber Tired Gantry Crane)의 동적거동과 그에 따른 윤하중을 분석한 내용을 기술하고 있다. 먼저 RTGC의 동적거동을 살펴보기 위해 거대 구조물인 크레인의 유한요소 모델을 개발하고 고유진동수와 고유모드의 모달시험결과를 이용하여 유한요소모델을 검증하였다. RTGC의 기타 부속품은 3차원 CAD모델링을 통해 다물체 동역학해석 소프트웨어인 ADAMS에서 강체로 모델링하였다. 본 연구에서 하중 조건은 일반적인 컨테이너의 이송조건(OP1)과 외부부하조건 없이 단순히 트롤리를 이용하여 컨테이너를 하역하는 2가지 경우로 고려하였다. 해석 결과 RTGC의 컨테이너 작업 시 발생하는 크레인의 진동은 거대 구조물의 강성과 변형에 주로 기인함을 확인하였으며 이러한 크레인의 진동은 RTGC의 움직임을 발생시켜 컨테이너 하역작업 불능 등의 거동을 발생시킬 수 있음을 분석할 수 있었다.
기판 및 열처리 온도에 따른 SrWO<sub>4</sub>:Dy<sup>3+</sup>, Eu<sup>3+</sup> 형광체 박막의 특성

$Dy^{3+}$ and $Eu^{3+}$-codoped $SrWO_4$ phosphor thin films were deposited on sapphire substrates by radio frequency magnetron sputtering by changing the growth and thermal annealing temperatures. The results show that the structural and optical properties of the phosphor thin films depended on the growth and thermal annealing temperatures. All the phosphor thin films, irrespective of the growth or the thermal annealing temperatures, exhibited tetragonal structures with a dominant (112) diffraction peak. The thin films deposited at a growth temperature of $100^{\circ}C$ and a thermal annealing temperature of $650^{\circ}C$ showed average transmittances of 87.5% and 88.4% in the wavelength range of 500-1100 nm and band gap energy values of 4.00 and 4.20 eV, respectively. The excitation spectra of the phosphor thin films showed a broad charge transfer band that peaked at 234 nm, which is in the range of 200-270 nm. The emission spectra under ultraviolet excitation at 234 nm showed an intense emission peak at 572 nm and several weaker bands at 479, 612, 660, and 758 nm. These results suggest that the $SrWO_4$: $Dy^{3+}$, $Eu^{3+}$ thin films can be used as white light emitting materials suitable for applications in display and solid-state lighting.

This study presents the results from an auditory analysis of younger Korean speakers’ production of three different double consonant clusters, /lk, lm, lp/ in syllable-final position of 16 monosyllabic word stems. When coda simplification occurred conforming to the syllable structure of Korean, /lk/ and /lp/ were mostly realized as [l], the first liquid element (C1), whereas few [C2] tokens occurred. In addition, a substantial amount of [C1C2] realizations were identified, indicating the possibility of ongoing sound change towards either [C1] or [C1C2]. Importantly, the degree of [C1C2] realizations was conditioned by both the type of C2 and prosodic factors. Clusters were faithfully realized in the order of [lp], [lm], and [lk], suggesting that articulatory effectiveness and sonority serve as licensing conditions. As an effect of prosodic position, [lm] and [lk] clusters tended to be simplified to [l] phrase-initially, which we interpret as a syntagmatic effect. An effect of contrastive focus was also found for [lk], increasing the degree of [C1C2] realization. Implications for the relationship between variant choice and prosodic motivation are discussed.
볼개수에 따른 리니어가이드와 볼스크류의 이송정밀도 해석

In this paper, the dynamic characteristics of a linear-motion guide (linear guide) and a ball-screw, which are used for automatic transfer of the synchronizer in an automated manual transmission(AMT), are analyzed to be utilized in the design of related parts and transmission actuators. In particular, the size and transfer precision of the linear guide and ball-screw are important design factors that determine the shifting performance of the AMT, and it is necessary to analyze the feed accuracy according to the number of balls. To analyze the dynamics of the linear guide and ball- screw, the actual product was disassembled and reverse-engineered to develop a 3D CAD model, and the ball behavior was simulated using a dynamic analysis software: ADAMS. Through the dynamic simulation, the design criteria for selecting the number of balls that can minimize the material cost while securing the feed accuracy have been investigated based on the analysis of the performance of the linear guide and the ball-screw according to the number of balls.
초소형 전기차 변속기용 래치클러치의 설계와 유연다물체 해석

In this study, 3D CAD model and flexible multi-body dynamics analysis model of each part of the transmission has been developed to analyze the strength of the latch clutch, a major component of the 3-speed transmission proposed for the transmission of a micro electric vehicle. The latch clutch is designed by using a worm gear and a worm wheel in order to respond to the large torque acting on the transmission output shaft. And through dynamic simulation of each component, the three-speed shifting performance is validated according to the operation of the latch clutch. First, by analyzing the structure of the proposed three-speed transmission for micro electric vehicles, the operating principle of each stage and the driving conditions of components has been identified. After that, 3D CAD models of the major components of the transmission has been developed. A dynamic analysis model is developed based on this, and the transmission performance has been analyzed through simulations. Finally, the maximum stress and stress distribution acting on the weak part and the coupling part has been studied through the finite element analysis of the latch clutch.

수치해석을 이용하여 형상 및 운전 조건에 따른 금속공기전지의 전기화학적 성능 변화를 조사하였다. 저전류밀도 영역에서의 전지 성능은 농도손실에 의한 영향이 미미하므로 활성화 손실과 저항손실만을 고려한 수치해서 모델을 적용하였다. 지배방정식은 전기전도식을 이용하였으며 전극 표면의 활성화손실을 모사하기위해 아연극(음극)에는 butler-volmer식을, 공기극(양극)에는 tafel식을 적용하였다. 실험결과와의 비교/분석을 통하여 수치해석 모델의 타당성을 검증하였다. 또한, 아연극과 공기극 사이의 간격과 전해질 농도 변화에 따른 아연공기전지 내부에서의 전류밀도분포를 조사하였으며, 분극곡선을 통해 전기화학적 성능을 평가하였다.
