        ICT R&D 투자의 경제적 파급효과 분석

        R&D is an important factor in supporting a sustainable economic growth as it increases productivity with the technical development. In 2010, the amount of R&D in the ICT industry reaches to more than seventeen trillion won, which is 53% of the total R&D amount in Korea. ICT R&D is likely to have the spillover effect on the growth of not only its industry but also the other industry because the role of ICT has been strengthened as the infrastructure of the entire economy. For an analysis of R&D investment’s productivity, panel database was established based on nine year data in 24 industries. The results show that R&D investment in ICT sector makes a big contribution to the growth of the industry through capital deepening and increased total factor productivity. In particular, R&D investment in ICT sector contributes to its growth more than that in other sectors. 우리경제에서 ICT 산업은 GDP 비중이 8%에 달하는 주요 산업이다. 특히 ICT 산업의 R&D는 2010년 기준 전체 R&D 투자 32조 8천억원의 53%인 17조 3천억원을 차지하고 있다. 지속가능한 성장을 위해 R&D의 역할은 매우 중요하다. ICT는 지식경제의 진전에 따라 경제 전반의 인프라적 특성을 강화하고 있다. 이러한 측면에서 ICT 산업의 R&D 투자는 ICT 산업뿐만 아니라 타 산업에까지 파급효과를 미칠 수 있다. 이 경우 ICT 산업의 R&D 투자는 지속적인 경제성장을 담보하기 위해 의미가 크다. 본 논문에서는 2000-2009년까지 10년간 시계열 자료와 25개 산업의 횡단면 자료를 결합한 패널 데이터를 구축했다. 그리고 성장회계 접근법과 생산함수 추정 방법론을 통해 ICT 산업 R&D 자본의 성장 기여를 추정했다. 추정 결과 산업별 R&D 투자는 각 산업의 부가가치를 투입물로서 증가시키고, ICT 산업의 R&D 투자는 총요소생산성 향상을 통해서 부가가치를 향상시키는 파급효과도 존재한다는 결과를 도출했다.

        우리나라 재난응급의료 대응체계 구축현황

        Disasters have frequently been a problem in Korea. Many initiatives have been carried out to mitigate this problem and to respond to disasters properly. The National Medical Emergency Center organized the Disaster Medical Response Center, which operates 24 hours a day. Regional emergency medical centers were designated as hospitals that receive disaster victims. Along with the designated disaster hospitals, the Ministry of Health and Welfare, city and district governments, and community health centers were all assigned standard roles to carry out in case of disasters. Disaster medical assistance teams were developed to respond to disaster events in their regions. This system has enabled a more rapid and systematic response to disaster events, and has standardized disaster-related medical equipment and vehicles to ensure the proper treatment of disaster victims. Although many valuable systems have been developed to respond to disasters, practical training within each institution and community-wide team training are still lacking; therefore, the government needs to further develop and support such programs.

        홍예교 성능저하 원인에 따른 보수방안 고찰 - 선암사 승선교·송광사 극락교를 중심으로 -

        This study considers the proper repair techniques by examining the most representative repair cases of the Korean arch bridges and proposes the constructional manual which can apply similar occasions. The cases are Seonamsa Seungseongyo and Songgwangsa Geukrockgyo where this researcher had taken part in the repair works. This Study proposes the maintenance construction manual about the performance degradation drew by performance degradation of the both Korean arch bridges in the maintenance process. First, arch bridge maintenance should be carried out in the dry season, when water is impermeable in the bottom surface of the bridge. Moreover, risk factors of the maintenance should be excluded to secure the water vally flow, the bypass and the temporary bridge. Second, prior to repair, it has to precede (1)3D shooting (2)formal examination (3)structure safety test (4)geological and lithic surveys (5)arch curvature establishment and makeshift frame settlement before transformation (6)relationship expert comments. Third, if the baduk and the foundation stones are inevitable to replace due to performance degradation on the foundation, it should use the high quality stones and secure greater stress by extending the standard range. The foundation on irregular rock needs to be flattened and underside on the replaced materials require Grengyijil to deliver the equal loads. Fourth, In the process of dismantling the stones of the arched bridge, it could make heavy weathering degree and not reuse the materials. Charge should converge the expert advices to choose the reuseable, the conservate and the alternative materials, and increase the reutilization of the raw materials by preservation and reinforcement treatments. Fifth, the side wall should be repaired by the rubble work technique which is not able to pile compost satiety, so it must use long depth of masonary stones for reinforcement. It is considered to reinforce the stone wall in shore as much as possible and protect the abutment and the side wall on the upstream for the arch bridge maintenance works.

        The offset voltage in silicon Hall plates is mainly caused by stress and strain in package, and by alignment in process. The offset voltage is appeared random for condition change with time in the factory, is non-linearly changed with temperature. In this paper proposed new method of design of Hall IC, and methematicaly proved relation layout of chip of 90$^{\circ}$-shift-current Hall plate pair is matched with "Differentail to single ended Conversion amplifier." In the experiment, the offset voltage is reduced about 1/100 time than the original offset voltage.

      • 精神科 行旅病者에 對한 臨床的 硏究

        This epidemiological investigation of the mental disorders was based on study of 461 cases of psychiatric charity patients, who had been hospitalized between Oct. 1981 and Feb. 1982 at the Seoul Municipal Hospital and Chungryang Ri Hospital. The purpose of this study was to gain basic data and information of these charity patients, which would be helpful to clinical practice and public health administration in general. The following results were obtained; 1. Two hundred thirty four cases of the subject were male and 227 cases were female. Male to Female ratio of all cases was 1.1:1. 2. In diagnostic classification, 60.5% of the subject were schizophrenic disorder and 10.2% were affective disorder. Other clinical entities were epilepsy(6.1%), organic mental disorder(5.6%), alcoholic psychosis(5.4%), paranoid disorder(4.1%), mental retardation and so forth. 3. In the age distribution, those group with age ranged from 21 to 30 years old, were predominated. 4. Many of the subject had relatively poor academic achievement, and were unemployed. 5. 53.4% of all cases were in unmarried, and 13.2% were in divorced. Unmarried cases were seen predominantly in epilepsy(67.9%), personality disorder(61.5%), schizophrenia (58.8%) and affective disorder(53.2%). 6. 75.5% of all cases were chronic illed (over 1 year duration), and 72.3% had history of readmission. 7. 74.8% of the subject were referred by police, because of nonmedical causes rather than medical ones. Direct events for referral were wandering on road(44.5%), visiting governor's office(21.5%), and social welfare and discipline(19.5%) in order of frequency. 8. In the hospital days, 33.2% of all cases were between 7-14 days and 30.8% were between 15-30 days.
