        수직면에서의 비등 열전달에 대한 실험적 연구

        An experimental study was carried out to identify the various regimes of natural convective pool boiling and to determine the boiling heat transfer curve and Critical Heat Flux(CHF) on a vertical square surface having a 70mm width and a 70mm height. The heater made of copper block with embedded cartridge heaters is submerged in a water tank at atmospheric pressure. As the heat flux increases from 100kW/㎡ to 1.2MW/㎡, the heat transfer regime migrates from the nucleate boiling to the film boiling. The boiling heat transfer data are fitted by Rohsenow type correlation. An explosive vapor generation on the heated surface, whose size and frequency are characterized by the heat flux, is visualized using a high speed digital imaging system.

        Nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2 활성화를 통한 해간전(解肝煎)의 간세포 보호 효능 및 분자기전을 활용한 해간전(解肝煎) 구성 약물의 최적화 연구

        Objectives : Present study investigated hepatoprotective effect of Haegan-jeon extract (HE) and tried to elucidate molecular mechanism involved. According to molecular mechanism, present study optimized herbal composition of HE (op-HE) and compared in vitro and in vivo hepatoprotective effects of op-HE to HE. Methods : For in vitro experiments, HepG2 cells were exposed to arachidonic acid (AA, $10{\mu}M$) and iron ($5{\mu}M$) for inducing oxidative stress. Cell viability, GSH contents, $H_2O_2$ production, mitochondrial membrane potential, immunoblot and reporter gene assay were performed to investigate cytoprotective effects and responsible molecular mechanisms. For in vivo experiments, hepatoprotective effect of HE and op-HE were assessed on $CCl_4-induced$ liver injury mice model. Results : HE pretreatment prevented AA+iron-mediated hepatocytes apoptosis. In addition, AA+iron-induced mitochondrial dysfunction, $H_2O_2$ production, glutathione depletion were reduced by HE pretreatment. In addition, nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2 (Nrf2) phosphorylation, antioxidant response element (ARE)-driven reporter gene activity, and antioxidant genes expression were increased by HE. Based on reporter gene and MTT assays, we found that op-HE consisting three medicinal herbs also significantly increased transactivation of Nrf2 and reduced the AA+iron-mediated cytotoxicity. Moreover, in $CCl_4-induced$ liver injury mice model, HE-op had an ability to ameliorate $CCl_4-mediated$ increases in serum alanine transferase and aspartate aminotransferase activity, hepatic degeneration, inflammatory cell infiltration, and collagen deposition. Hepatoprotective effects of op-HE were comparable to those of HE. Conclusions : Present study suggests that op-HE as well as HE exhibit hepatoprotective effect against oxidative stress-mediated liver injury via Nrf2 activation.

        방전 플라즈마 소결법을 이용한 8YSZ-$Al_2O_3$ 고체 산화물 연료전지 전해질 제조

        고체 산화물 연료전지 전해질 재료인 8YSZ(yttria stabilized zirconia)세라믹 소재의 전기 전도도와 기계적 특성을 동시에 향상시키기 위하여 첨가제로서 Al₂O₃를 사용하고, 방전 플라즈마 소결법을 적용하였다. 제조된 소결체는 1200℃의 소결 온도에서 96% 이상의 밀도를 보이며, 1 ㎛ 이하의 균일한 크기의 결정립들로 구성된 미세구조를 보여주고 있다. 첨가된 Al₂O₃는 순수한 8YSZ의 결정립성장을 억제하여 파괴인성 및 굽힘강도 등 기계적 물성을 향상시키고, 또한 결정립 내부 전도도는 일정하게 유지한 채, 결정립계 전도도를 향상시켜 전체 이온 전도도를 증가시킴을 확인하였다. 이는 방전플라즈마 소결법이 비교적 낮은 온도에서 소결이 가능하여 기존의 소결 방법에서 문제시 되었던 8YSZ내로 Al₂O₃가 용해되는 것이 억제 되었을 뿐 아니라, 결정립계에 존재하는 SiO₂가 Al₂O₃와 반응하여 Al/sub 2-x/Si/sub l-y/O/sub 5/상으로 결정화되면서 결정립계 전도도를 향상시킨 결과로 사료된다. In order to improve electrical conductivity and mechanical properties of 8YSZ SOFC electrolyte material, we used Al₂O₃ as an additive and applied the spark plasma sintering (SPS) method. The sintered bodies were densified above 96 % of theoretical density at 1200℃ and possessed microstructures composed of homogeneous grains less than 1 ㎛ in size. The addition of Al₂O₃ improved fracture toughness and bending strength by inhibiting grain growth of 8YSZ and increased total ionic conductivity because grain interior conductivity appeared to remain constant and grain boundary conductivity increased. It was assumed that the dissolution of Al₂O₃ into 8YSZ which was inevitable problem at commercial sintering method was effectively prohibited by the SPS technique with a relatively low sintering temperature and the reaction between Al₂O₃ and SiO₂ present at grain boundary to produce the crystalline Al/sub 2-x/Si/sub l-y/O/sub 5/ phase, resulting in the increase of grain boundary conductivity.

        간 실질세포주에서 니호채(泥胡菜) 분획물이 liver X receptor α 의존적 지방 생성 유전자의 발현에 미치는 효과

        Objectives : Hemistepta lyrata Bunge (Bunge) is a wild herb that has been used for managing fever and wound in Korean Traditional Medicine. The present study explored the effects of H. lyrata extract on liver X receptor (LXR) α-dependent lipogenic genes in hepatocyte-derived cells. Methods : After HepG2 cells or Huh7 cells were pre-treated with 1-10 ㎍/mL of H. lyrata extract or its fractionated extract for 0.5 h, the cells were subsequently exposed to LXR ligand for 6-24 h. Cell viability, LXR response element (LXRE)-driven luciferase activity, sterol regulatory element binding protein-response element (SREBP-RE)-driven luciferase activity, SREBP-1c expression, and mRNA levels of LXRα and its-dependent target genes were determined. In addition, LC-MS/MS analysis was conducted to explore major compounds in H. lyrata-chloroform fractionated extract #4 (HL-CF4). Results : Of various H. lyrata extracts tested, chloroform extract and its fractionated extract #4, HL-CF4, significantly decreased T0901317-mediated SREBP-1c expression. In addition, HL-CF4 significantly reduced LXRE atransactivation and LXRα mRNA expression without any cytotoxicity. Moreover, HL-CF4 prevented the SREBP-RE-driven luciferase activity and mRNA levels of fatty acid synthase and stearoyl-CoA desaturase-1 induced by T0901317. Results from LC-MS/MS analysis at positive/negative mode indicated that HL-CF4 contained several compounds showing m/z 197.1176 (C<sub>11</sub>H<sub>17</sub>O<sub>3</sub>), 693.2913/227.1069 (C<sub>38</sub>H<sub>45</sub>O<sub>12</sub>/C<sub>15</sub>H<sub>15</sub>O<sub>2</sub>), 203.1797 (C<sub>15</sub>H<sub>23</sub>), 181.1225 (C<sub>11</sub>H<sub>17</sub>O<sub>2</sub>), 591.2957 (C<sub>35</sub>H<sub>43</sub>O<sub>8</sub>), 379.1040 (C<sub>18</sub>H<sub>19</sub>O<sub>9</sub>), 409.1509 (C<sub>20</sub>H<sub>25</sub>O<sub>9</sub>), 309.1348 (C<sub>16</sub>H<sub>21</sub>O<sub>6</sub>), 391.1404 (C<sub>20</sub>H<sub>23</sub>O<sub>8</sub>), and 669.2924/389.1248 (C<sub>36</sub>H<sub>45</sub>O<sub>12</sub>/C<sub>20</sub>H<sub>21</sub>O<sub>8</sub>). Conclusion : Based on its inhibition of the LXRα-dependent signaling pathway, H. lyrata chloroform extract and HL-CF4 have prophylactic potentials for managing non-alcoholic fatty liver.

      • 성견 치근이개부 병소에서 흡수성 차폐막의 치주조직재생에 미치는 영향에 대한 조직병리학적 연구

        The present study evaluated the effects of guided tissue regeneration using xenograft material(deproteinated bovine bone powder), with and without biodegradable membrane in beagle dogs. Contralateral fenestration defects (6 ${\times}$ 4mm) were created 4 mm apical to the buccal alveolar crest of maxillary premolar teeth in 5 beagle dogs. Deproteinated bovine bone powders were implanted into fenestration defect and one randomly covered biodegradable membrane (experimental group). Biodegradable membrane was used to provide GTR. Tissue blocks including defects with soft tissues which were harvested following four & eight weeks healing interval, prepared for histo-phathologic analysis. The results of this study were as follows. 1. In control group, at 4 weeks after surgery, new bony trabecular contacted with interstitial tissue and osteocytes like cell were arranged in new bony trabecule. Bony lamellation was not observed. 2. In control gruop, at 8 weeks after surgery, scar-like interstitial tissue was filled defect and bony trabecule form lamellation. New bony trabecular was contacted with interstitial tissue but defect was not filled yet. 3. In experimental group, at 4 weeks after surgery, new bony trabecular partially recovered around damaged bone. But new bony trabecular was observed as irregularity and lower density. 4. In experimental group, at 8 weeks after surgery, lamella bone trabecular developed around bone cavity and damaged tissue was replaced with dense interstitial tissue. In conclusion, new bone formation regenerated more in experimental than control groups and there was seen observe more regular bony trabecular in experimental than control groups at 4 weeks after surgery. In control group, at 8 weeks after surgery, the defects was filled with scar-like interstitial tissue but, in experimental group, the defects was connected with new bone. Therefore xenograft material had osteoconduction but could not fill the defects. We thought that the effective regeneration of periodontal tissue, could be achieved using GTR with biodegradable membrane.

        졸-겔법에 의해 제조된 LiMPO<sub>4</sub>(M = Fe, Mn) 양극 활물질의 전기화학적 특성

        리튬이차전지의 양극 활물질로 카본 코팅된 $LiFePO_4$와 $LiMn_{0.4}Fe_{0.6}PO_4$를 졸-겔방법으로 합성하였다. 제조된 양극 활물질을 X-선 회절분석과 주사전자현미경을 통하여 불순물이 존재하지 않으며 기공이 잘 발달되어 있다는 것을 확인하였다. 액체전해질을 사용하여 0.1 C-rate의 전류밀도에서 충방전하였을 경우 $LiFePO_4$는 132 mAH/g, $LiMn_{0.4}Fe_{0.6}PO_4$는 145 mAh/g의 방전용량을 각각 나타내었다. 전기방사에 의해 만들어진 겔 고분자 전해질을 사용하였을 경우에 $LiFePO_4$와 $LiMn_{0.4}Fe_{0.6}PO_4$는 각각 114, 130 mAh/g의 우수한 방전용량을 나타내었다. Carbon-coated $LiFePO_4$ and $LiMn_{0.4}Fe_{0.6}PO_4$ cathode materials for lithium batteries were synthesized by a sol-gel method. X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy data showed that the cathode materials are pure crystalline and are surrounded by porous carbon. The initial discharge capacities of $LiFePO_4$ and $LiMn_{0.4}Fe_{0.6}PO_4$ with the liquid electrolyte of 1M $LiPF_6$ in EC/DMC are 132 mAh/g and 145 mAh/g, respectively, at current density of 0.1 C-rate. $LiFePO_4$ and $LiMn_{0.4}Fe_{0.6}PO_4$ with an electrospun polymer-based electrolyte exhibit initial discharge capacities of 114 and 130 mAh/g at 0.1 C-rate at room temperature, respectively.

        가중치 보정 추정량에 대한 일반적인 분산 추정법 연구

        Linear estimator, a weighted sum of the sample observation, is commonly adopted to estimate the finite population parameters such as population totals in survey sampling. The weight for a sampled unit is often constructed by multiplying the base weight, which is the inverse of the first-order inclusion probability, by an adjustment term that takes into account of the auxiliary information obtained throughout the population. The linear estimator using the weight adjustment is often more efficient than the one using only the bare weight, but its valiance estimation is more complicated. We discuss variance estimation for a general class of weight-adjusted estimator. By identifying that the weight-adjusted estimator can be viewed as a function of estimated nuisance parameters, where the nuisance parameters were used to incorporate the auxiliary information, we derive a linearization of the weight-adjusted estimator using a Taylor expansion. The method proposed here is quite general and can be applied to wide class of the weight-adjusted estimators. Some examples and results from a simulation study are presented. 유한 모집단에서 총계 추정에는 표본의 각 관측값으로 만들어지는 선형 추정량이 사용되는데 이때 사용되는 가중치는 표본 추출 확률의 역수를 사용한 기본 가중치를 모집단 전체에서 얻어지는 보조 정보를 이용하여 보정한 형태로 종종 사용된다. 이렇게 보정된 가중치를 사용한 추정량은 그렇지 않은 추정량보다 효율이 더 좋아질 수 있는 장점이 있으나 이러한 경우 분산 추정은 더 어려워지게 된다. 본 연구에서는 보정된 가중치를 사용한 추정량의 분산 추정을 다룬다. 가중치 보정의 일반적인 형태를 밝히고 이 경우 가중치 보정항은 유한개의 장애 모수(nuisance parameter)의 함수로 나타낼 수 있으므로 이 장애 모수에 대한 테일러 전개를 사용한 분산 추정식을 구한다. 이렇게 구현된 분산 추정식은 기존의 가중치 보정 추정량뿐만 아니라 보다 일반적인 경우에서도 적용될 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 몇가지 응용 사례와 모의 실험 결과를 소개한다.

        임대주택법 일부개정법률안의 문제

        The bill, a partial amendment to the Housing Act, is submitted to the Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs Committee of the National Assembly at Congressman Kim Tae-ho’s proposal, with major support of tenants in Kim-hae area. It is argued that the amendment is written for the tenants. The amendment includes some new provisions and other partially amended provisions. The main contents are comprised of provisions regarding the recovery of the full amount of the National Housing Fund, the criteria for appraisal prices relating to the conversion of rental housing for sale and the upper limit, retrospective application of the criteria, approval by the head of a Si, the head of Gun, or the head of Gu of rental conditions, and relevant penal provisions. Those provisions are for lowering the appraisal prices relating to the conversion of rental housing for sale by changing the criteria and ultimately for promoting tenants who reside in public rental housing to own a home. The main point is to retrospectively apply the same criteria for appraisal prices relating to the conversion of rental housing for sale to ten-year public rental housing units, as applied to five-year public rental housing units. Because the appraisal prices relating to the conversion of rental housing for sale directly affects interests between a landlord and a tenant after the tenancy is terminated, it is necessary to analyze the criteria for appraisal prices relating to the conversion of rental housing units for sale, the upper limit, and the timing for the application of the appraisal prices, in terms of the objectives of policies for rental housing and impartiality between landlords and tenants. Especially, after the simulation of the upper limit of appraisal prices relating to the conversion of rental housing for sale in an area such as Pan-gyo where housing prices had dramatically risen, the result turned out that the real prices relating to the conversion of rental housing for sale, if the conversion is made after the termination of ten year rental period, is projected to range from 160 percent to 200 percent of the housing prices (construction cost) at the time of the recruitment of occupants. In cases of ten year rental housing units, since the profits of rental business operators are guaranteed for a rental period by law, the housing prices seems to rise higher. The more housing prices rise in the relevant area, the prices for the conversion of rental housing for sale seems to rise higher. Thus, it turned out that such increase deprived tenants of the opportunity to own a home. Also, the deprivation was against the objectives of the policies for rental housing. 이 논문의 분석대상이 된 임대주택법의 일부개정법률안은 김해지역의 임차인들이 주축이 되어 김태호의원의 대표발의로 국회의 국토해양위원회에 제출되었던 법률안이다. 그래서 임차인들을 위한 개정안이라고 주장하며, 그 주요내용을 보면, 국민주택기금의 전액 환수, 분양전환가격의 산정기준과 상한선 및 소급적 적용, 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장의 임대조건 승인, 임대조건의 승인 및 그 벌칙에 관한 것을 일부 신설ㆍ개정하는 것이다. 주요내용들 중에서 분양전환가격을 산정하는 방식의 변경을 통해 분양전환가격의 인하를 유도하고, 궁극적으로 공공임대주택에서 거주하는 임차인들의 내집마련을 도모하고자하는 것이라고 볼 수 있다. 그 핵심적인 내용은 현재 5년 임대주택에 적용되는 분양전환가격의 산정기준과 상한선을 10년 임대주택에 대하여 동일하게 적용하되, 소급적으로 적용하려는 것이 특징이다. 임대기간 만료 후 분양전환을 할 때 산정되는 분양전환가격의 크기는 임차인과 임대인간의 이해관계에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 사항이기 때문에 분양전환가격의 산정기준과상한선 및 그 적용시기를 임대주택정책의 목적 및 임차인과 임대인 간의 형평성 등의 관점에서 분석할 필요가 있다. 특히 주택가격이 크게 상승한 (판교)지역에 대한 분양전환가격의 상한선을 시뮬레이션을 해본 결과, 10년 임대기간 만료 후 분양전환이 될 경우 예상되는 실질 분양전환가격은 최초 입주자 모집당시의 주택가격(건설원가)의 160%~200%에 달하는 것으로 나타났다. 10년 임대주택의 경우, 임대기간 중 임대사업자의 이윤까지 보전해주면서 해당 지역에서 주택가격이 상승하면 상승할수록 실질 분양전환가격의 크기는 더욱더 크게 증가함으로써 사실상 임차인들의 내집마련 기회가 박탈되고, 이것은 결국 임대주택정책의 목적에 반하는 것으로 나타났다.

        경기북부특별자치도 추진의 법적 과제와 전략

        이 글은 경기북부특별자치도 추진의 법적 과제와 전략에 대해 살펴본 것이다. 제2장에서는 국가균형발전과 경기북부 지역의 법적 상황을 고찰하였다. 먼저 국가균형발전의 사각지대로서의 경기북부 지역을 살펴보았고, 다음으로 경기북부 지역의 중첩 규제와 주민근거리행정의 불능에 따른 법적 문제를 검토하였다. 제3장에서는 종래의 경기북도, 평화통일특별도 및 경기북부특별자치도 설치방안을 검토하였다. 먼저 경기북도 신설방안으로는 더불어민주당 김민철의원이 대표발의한 「경기북도 설치 등에 관한 법률안」과 국민의힘 김성원의원이 대표발의한 「경기북도 설치 등에 관한 법률안」을 살펴보았고, 다음으로 경기북부 특별자치도 설치방안인 문희상 전 국회의장의 평화통일특별도 설치방안, 학계의 평화통일특별자치도 설치방안, 김동연 경기도지사의 경기북부특별자치도 설치방안 등을 살펴보았다. 이 중에서 경기북부특별자치도 설치방안은 김동연 경기도지사 당선인의 선거공약으로 제안되었다. ① ‘중첩 규제 해제’와 ② ‘고도의 자치권 보장’을 기본적으로 내용으로 하고 있으며 ① ‘국가균형발전’과 ② ‘남북 평화공존’을 입법의 목표로 제시하고 있다. 제4장에서는 지방자치단체 폐치·분합의 법리에 대해 살펴보았다. 먼저 지방자치법 제5조 제1항은 지방자치단체를 폐지하거나 설치하거나 나누거나 합칠 때에는 법률로 정한다고 규정하고 있는데, 지방자치단체의 구역을 변경할 때 “법률로 정한다”는 것은 법률 자체로 그 변경을 결정한다는 의미로 해석하는 것이 타당하다는 점을 언급하였다. 다음으로 지방자치단체를 폐지하거나 설치하거나 나누거나 합칠 때에는 새로 그 지역을 관할하게 된 지방자치단체가 그 사무와 재산을 승계한다는 점과 지역으로 지방자치단체의 사무와 재산을 구분하기 곤란하면 시ㆍ도에서는 행정안전부장관이 그 사무와 재산의 한계 및 승계할 지방자치단체를 지정한다는 법규정을 검토하였다. 제5장에서는 경기북부특별자치도의 법적 과제와 전략에 대해 살펴보았다. 먼저 입법형식으로서의 ‘특별자치도’의 법적 과제와 전략에서는 우리나라의 특별자치제 현황을 서울특별시, 세종특별자치시, 제주특별자치도, 강원특별자치도 사례를 통해 살펴보았다. 다음으로 지방의회 의견 수렴과 주민투표와 관련한 법적 과제와 전략에 대해 살펴보았다. 경기북부 접경지역은 그동안 분단의 피해를 가장 많이 본 지역이다. 수도권 규제에 묶이고, 상수원보호구역 규제, 군사시설보호구역 등 중첩 규제에 묶여 개발이 제한되면서 특별한 희생을 감내해온 지역이다. 인구증가에 따른 행정수요는 폭발적으로 증가하는 추세이나 경기도의 지리적 여건 상 남과 북이 분리되어 있어 신속한 행정서비스는 제대로 공급되지 않고 있는 상황이어서 지방분권시대에 걸맞는 실효성 있는 대민행정서비스와 주민 생활 편익증진을 기하여 경기북부 특성에 맞는 독자적 발전이 필요하다. 이러한 문제를 본질적으로 해결하기 위해 경기북부특별자치도를 설치할 필요가 있다. This study examined the legal tasks and strategies for the promotion of the Northern Gyeonggi Province. Chapter 2 examined balanced national development and the legal situation in the northern Gyeonggi region. we reviewed the Northern Gyeonggi region as a blind spot for balanced national development, and then the overlapping regulations in the Northern Gyeonggi region and legal problems caused by the inability of local administration. Chapter 3 reviewed the existing plans for establishing the Northern Gyeonggi Province(Northern Gyeonggibuk-do), the Special Province for Peaceful Unification, and the Northern Gyeonggi Special Self-Governing Province. We examined plans for: ⅰ) the establishment of North Gyeongsang Province including “Bill on the establishment of Northern Gyeonggibuk-do, etc.”, which was initiated by Min-cheol Kim of the Democratic Party of Korea, ⅱ) the “Bill on the establishment of Northern Gyeonggi-do, etc.”, which was proposed by representative Kim Seong-won of the People's Power, ⅲ) the establishment of a special province for peaceful reunification by former National Assembly Speaker Moon Hee-sang, ⅳ) establishing a special self-governing province for peaceful reunification in academic circles, and ⅴ) establishing a special self-governing province in the northern part of Gyeonggi Province by Governor Kim Dong-yeon. Among them, the plan to establish a special self-governing province in northern Gyeonggi by Gyeonggi Governor-elect Kim Dong-yeon was proposed as an election pledge. He suggested ① ‘Release of overlapping regulations’ and ② ‘Securing a high degree of autonomy’ as basic contents, and ① ‘Balanced national development’ and ② ‘Peaceful coexistence of the two Koreas’ as legislative goals. Chapter 4 looked at the legal principles of abolition and division of local governments. We reviewed provisions below : ⅰ) that it should be interpreted as the law itself determines the change, because article 5(1) of the Local Autonomy Act stipulates that the abolition, establishment, division, or merger of a local government shall be prescribed by law, ⅱ) that the local government newly having jurisdiction over the area succeeds the affairs and property, when a local government is abolished, established, divided, or merged, and ⅲ) that the Minister of the Interior and Safety designates the limits of his duties and assets, in the province, if it is difficult to distinguish the affairs and property of the local government by region. Chapter 5 looked at the legal tasks and strategies of the Northern Gyeonggi Province. We examined ⅰ) the current state of Korea’s special self-governing system was examined through the cases of Seoul Metropolitan City, Sejong Special Self-Governing City, Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, and Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province from the perspective of the legal task and strategy of ‘Special Self-Governing Province’ as a legislative form, and ⅱ) the legal tasks and strategies related to the gathering of opinions from local councils and referendums. The border region of northern Gyeonggi Province has suffered the most damage from national division so far. Also, it has endured special sacrifices with restricting the development due to overlapping regulations of metropolitan area, water source protection zone, and military facility protection zone. Recently, the population of northern Gyeonggi-do is increasing and the demand for administrative services is rapidly increasing. However, it is not easy to provide prompt administrative services required properly, since Gyeonggi-do is geographically separated into north and south. Therefor, it is necessary to promote independent development suitable for the characteristics of northern Gyeonggi Province in order to provide effective public administration services suitable for the era of decentralization and to improve the living convenience of residents.

        이 논문에서는 스트림 암호시스템의 키 스트림 발생기로 사용하기 위해서, 혼돈2진 발생회로를 설계하였다. 결과로써 혼돈함수의 새로운 수학적 모델과, 설계된 디지털회로로부터 발생하는 혼돈2진 수열들의 순환들을 제시하였다.
