        듀이 경험론의 재고찰 : 구성주의 관점에 관련하여

        기회만 있으면 누구나 교육 이민을 생각할 정도로 중등교육 현장은 교실 붕괴를 방불케 한다. 이 상황의 중심에는 결국 대학 입학에서만 의미있게 기능하는 시험과 성적 위주의 교육 경험이 자리하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 교유적 경험에 생명력을 불어넣는 데 그 방안을 J. Dewey에서 되찾아 보자는 것이다. 무기력한 교육경험에 대한 문제의식의 골자는 첫째, 주도적 학습자 자신들이 간과될 뿐 아니라 둘째, 스스로가 구성해 갈 수 있는 경험도 간과된다는 것이다. 최근 주목받고 있는 구성주의(constructivism)가 대안으로 인식되고 있는데, J. Dewey의 인식론은 구성주의의 원 뿌리라 할 수 있다. 학습자 주도성하면, 곧 듀이라고 떠올릴 정도로 강력한 학습자 중심 경험론인 데다가 그의 '상호작용성', '반성적 사고', '계속성' 등의 아이디어는 그의 인식론의 '중요한 3요소'임에도 불구하고, 그간 평이하게 1차원적으로 접근함으로써 점차 효력을 상실했던 바, 연구자는 이를 강력한 '통일체적 3차원 모형'으로 재해석 도입해 보았다. 이는 '인지적 구성주의'와 '사회적 구성주의'의 두 갈래로 나누어져, 같은 구성주의라 할지라도 한편은 학습자와 지식의 '개체성'에, 또 다른 한 편은 '보편성'에 지나치게 경도 되는 것에서 통합적인 안목을 되살려 보는 시도라 할 수 있다. The aim of this study is to reperceive educational experience that explains how learning activity which is accomplished in schools attains the best effect. Especially, on the basis of John Dewey's epistemology, compared wits, the constructivism which is in the limelight recently, this study intends to acquire effective constructing method of educational experience from it. As a consequence of this study, effective educational experience is ; First, learning process must be constructed by practical doing of learner. Second, an interaction between learner's active experience and environment must be accomplished in real life. Third, reflective thinking must be included in the experience that learner undergoes. Finally, John Dewey's view of cognition can be considered to be a new idea again on the grounds that it can provide powerful, useful learning activities and harmonize the conflict between social/radical constructivism.

        상온감지 가능한 탄소나노튜브 방적사 기반의 수소 감지 센서

        We report the development of a room-temperature hydrogen (H2) gas sensor based on carbon nanotubes (CNT) yarn. To detect H2 gas in room temperature, a highly ordered CNT yarn was placed on a substrate from a spin-capable CNT forest, followed by the depo-sition of a platinum (Pt) layer on surface of the CNT yarn. To examine the effect of the Pt-layer on the response of the CNT sensor,a comparative sensing performance was characterized on both the Pt deposited and non-deposited CNT yarn at room temperature. ThePt-CNT yarn yielded high response, whereas the non-deposited CNT yarn showed negligible response for H2 detection at room tem- perature. Pt is a reliable and efficient catalyst that can substantially improve the detection of H2 gas by chemical sensitization via a “spill- over” effect. It can be efficiently utilized to increase the sensitivity and selectivity as well as to obtain fast response and recovery times.

        대학생들의 의견 조사를 통한 대학 수업 개선 영역 고찰

        본 연구는 좋은 수업에 대한 대학생들의 의견 조사를 통해 현재 대학 수업에서 개선 가능한 영역을 확인하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이 연구 목적을 위하여 본 연구에서는 대학 교수의 역할, 대학 수업에 관한 최근의 연구들을 이론적으로 고찰하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 좋은 수업에 대한 대학생들의 의견을 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 사용한 주요 연구 방법은 대학생들이 자유롭게 제시한 의견에 대한 내용분석 방법이다. 분석 결과를 토대로, 본 연구에서는 교과 내용의 이해를 위해 다양한 수업 방법을 계획하고 활용하는 교수학적 내용 지식, 교과 전문 내용 지식, 수업에 대한 교수님들의 관심과 열정, 학생들과의 좋은 인간관계 형성, 마지막으로 공정하고 다양한 평가 방법 및 교수의 자기 평가 등 다섯 영역을 제안하였다. The purpose of this study is to reveal what students perceive on good instruction in higher education, and to suggest the areas for teaching excellence in higher education. In this study 573 students were participated, wrote the essays on good instruction that they had in the university. For the first step of data processing, the data were categorized into sixteen areas. The data were reviewed for consistency by two researchers. Finally, five areas as characteristics of good instructions were selected from sixteen areas. In describing the results, the students' opinions were quoted extensively to help analyze the data objectively. The results showed that the major characteristics of good instruction were various teaching methods, content knowledge, enthusiasm and passion, good relationship, and good evaluation. By these facts, this study suggested five areas for teaching excellence in higher education; pedagogical content knowledge, subject matter content knowledge, professor's enthusiasm and passion, good relationship with student, and various evaluation method and self evaluation on the instruction.

      • 道德的 意識에 영향을 미치는 原因에 關한 硏究

        The present study is an attempt to clarify the primary factor in moral awareness of primary school students. To find out this relationship, the study was conducted using bibliographical survey, theoretical and empirical studies. This study was intended to identify the influence of the environment and academic achievement upon moral awareness of students. Specifically, the writer had several questions to be addressed as follows; There are any different effects of moral awareness according to intermediate factors, such as school career of parents, student's academic achievement or I.Q, the order of Birth in a family, socio-economic status, Religion etc. The writer established the seven hypotheses to determine whether the following factors have a significant relation to Moral awareness; 1. academic Background of parents 2. academic achievement in Ethics 3. intelligence quotient of children 4. academic achievement in all curriculum 5. the birth order of children 6. socio-economic status 7. religion To test the above hypotheses, a questionaire method considered suitable for this purpose was first determined by the writer. The questionnaire so developed was proved to have considerably high confidence degree. This questionaire was distributed to the students of-J-primary school in the suburbs of Seoul during the first semester of 1985. The procedures were as follows: Firstly the children's scores of moral awareness were measured by the writer's developed questionaire. Secondly, the writer calculated Chi-square (X^2) "Pearson" r and t-test for each hypothesis. The results of the test ascertain the validity of the hypothesis that moral awareness is affected by the various factors are as follows: 1. Academic background for parents was supported at any significant level. X^2 =0.197 Df=l P>0.05 2. Moral subject achievement was significantly influential X^2 =5.547 Df=l P<0.05 3. Intelligence quotients of the chidlren weree shown to affect the hypothesis significantly. X^2 =8.277 Df= 1 P<0.01 4. Academic achievements of children was positively influential. X^2=5.368 Df=l P<0.05 5. The birth order of children was not significantly related. X^2= 0.433 Df = 1 P>0.05 6. Both sexes showed the same results to the hypothesis test indicating that this factor is no way critical. X^2=1.414 Df=l P>0.05 7. Religion did not appear to be a significant factor. X^2= 0.027 Df=l P>0.05 Based on the above results the following conclusion were drawn. 1. The relationship between the moral awareness of a child and moral subject achievement yield a high correlation coefficient. r = 0.7947 t = 7.786 p<0.001 2. The relationship between the moral awareness of a child and academic achievement yield a middle correlation coefficient. r = 0.6987 t = 6.846 p<0.001 3. The relationship between the moral awareness of a child and intelligence quotient yield a high correlation coefficient. r=0.8013 t = 7.851 p<0.001

        The purpose of this study is not only to identity and analize the practical aspects of students served by two differential typed of Gerneral high schools and vocational high schools, but also to attenpt to discover the relation of curriculum tracking with the students, and the Attitudes toward Social Inequality. The major methods and findings of this study can be summarized as followed : Methods The data for this study were collected from a questionaise survey. The sample comprised 8 clause from 4 schools. A total of 434 student' respondes were analyzed in this study. The data were analyzed try utilizing crosstabulation, x² and person Regression. Findings 1. The academic performance Level in middle schools in attribution to the selecting and placement of the general high and the vocational high schools. 2. Their family's backgrounds and social classes are more attribution to the selecting and placement of differential high school programs their acadamic performances. 3. Students in the vocational high schools and there with poor family backgrounds in the general high schools expressed negative attitudes in accepting social systems. 4. The differential of a high school system as a educational mecanism seems to inference their socialization, yielding different results.

      • 금융인의 스포츠활동 참여가 직무만족 및 조직몰입에 미치는 영향

        Purpose of this paper was to research affection of participation in sports activities of bankers in job satisfaction and organizational commitment. To reach the purpose, 220 persons who lives in Deagu·Kyungbuk were sampled as subjects. Results of the analysis could be summarized as following. First, there were significant differences in such participation in sports activities by the general characteristics(sex, age, career) of the subject. Second, there were significant differences by participation in sports activities had a significant effect on job satisfaction. Third, there were significant differences in such organizational commitment by job satisfaction.
