본 논문에서는 고부가가치를 가진 MEMS의 의료 응용 분야 중 Lab on a chip의 핵심 기술이 되는 micropump 적용을 목적으로 기존의 구동 방식과 다른 자성 유체를 이용한 고리형 연동식 micropump를 제안하였다. 마이크로 펌프의 개발을 위해 자성유체를 이용한 초소형 구동기 실험이 선행 되었으며 그 결과를 바탕으로 연동펌프를 설계하였다. 이 연동 펌프는 고리형 미소 채널에 들어있는 자성유체를 자력으로 제어하여 미소 채널을 덮고 있는 실리콘 러버 박막을 변형시킴으로써 유체가 들어있는 또 다른 채널에 구동력을 발생시킨다. 펌프는 웨이퍼를 양면 얼라인 하여 박막을 생성하는 간단한 공정으로 희생층의 공정 없이 쉽게 제작 되었다. 따라서 복잡한 기계적인 구동 부분이 없으며 자성유체를 이용하므로 고체 구조물을 통해 구동력을 얻는 다른 방식에 비해 신뢰성 및 내구성을 보장할 수 있다. 또한 여러 개의 cavity의 시퀀스 구동인 기존의 연동펌프와는 다른 연속식 연동 구동으로써 더 뛰어난 정류효율을 얻을 수 있다. 자성유체의 제어를 위해 초소형 영구자석과 스테핑모터를 이용하므로 펌프의 유동량 및 속도를 제어할 수 있으며 저전력으로 구동이 가능하고 열의 발생이 적다는 장점이 있다. 자성유체에 의해 변형된 박막의 밸브 역할 수행이 가능하다는 실험 결과가 나왔으며 유체 이송 실험 결과 스테핑 모터의 회전속도가 4rpm 에서 2.8㎕/min 의 이송 능력을 8rpm에서는 3.8㎕/min의 이송 능력을 보였다. 이송 효율은 예상에 미치지 못했으나 새로운 형태로 고안되어 최초로 제작한 마이크로 펌프로 유체 이송이 가능했다는 점에 큰 가치를 둘 수 있을 것이다. This paper proposes a new design of peristaltic MF micropump for the purpose of applications of 'Lab on a chip' which is the core technology of the medical & biological fields. In this device magnetic fluids are gathered in the round-shaped channels by magnetic force, which is applied by the external permanent magnet. The concentrated MF lump can deform the silicone rubber diaphragm and then deformed diaphragm pushed the fluids in the other microchannel. The Micropump was fabricated by general ICP RIE process on the both side of Silicon substrate without sacrificial layer. It has no complicated moving-part and uses fluids as a driving source, so we can guarantee more reliability and durability than the other style micropumps. The driving method of our 'continuous peristaltic' micropump is different from those using cavity sequence and brings out significant improvements in the performance. Furthermore, it can not only pump in forward and backward directions, but also can control flow rate by adjusting the external permanent magnet. This MF lump also serves as valves if the stepping motor of micropump is stopped. From the result of experiments, the maximum flow rate was 2.8㎕/min at 4rpm and 3.8㎕/min at 8rpm.

성차 인식에 기초한 결혼만족 프로그램 개발 및 효과 분석
본 연구는 현재 부부 생활을 하고 있는 기혼자를 대상으로 남녀의 성차를 반영하여 결혼만족 프로그램을 개발하고 그 효과를 분석하였다. 결혼 만족도 향상을 위한 접근 방법으로서 남녀의 성차의 인식에 기초하였다. 이를 위하여 부부 관계 이론적 기초와 부부관계 향상을 위한 프로그램 내용에 필요한 성별 차이에 관한 문헌과 국내외의 다양한 부부관계 향상을 위한 선행연구를 고찰 분석하였다. 프로그램 구성은 주1회 8회기로 구성하였으며 실험집단 12명과 통제집단 13명을 합하여 25명을 대상으로 하였다. 프로그램 구성 내용은 신체, 감정, 가치관, 욕구, 말하기, 듣기, 갈등의 성차를 인식하여 부부의 결혼 만족도를 높이는데 목적을 두었다. 측정도구로는 권정혜와 채규만(1998)의 결혼만족도검사를 수정하여 기혼부부 50명을 대상으로 예비조사를 실시하여 문항 양호도를 분석한 결과 7개 영역 총 67개 문항이 최종 선정되었다. 실험집단과 통제집단의 동질성을 확인하기 위해 각 종속변인별로 사전검사 점수를 가지고 t검증을 실시하여 동질성을 검증하였다. 또한 프로그램의 효과 분석을 위해 사후 검사 점수를 가지고 변량분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 성차 인식에 기초한 결혼만족 프로그램은 배우자 만족. 정서적 의사소통 만족, 성생활만족, 경제생활 만족의 영역에서 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 성차에 대한 인식을 증진함으로써 결혼 생활의 하위 영역 중에서 배우자, 정서적 의사소통, 성생활, 경제생활에 있어서 만족도의 증가를 가져온 반면 배우자의 가족, 문제해결 의사소통, 자녀양육에 있어서는 의미 있는 향상을 나타내지 않았다. 또한 성생활의 경우는 결혼기간과의 상호작용 효과가 나타났는데 결혼기간이 20년 미만인 부부집단이 20년 이상의 부부집단에 비해 더 큰 만족도 향상을 가져왔다. 이는 결혼 기간이 짧은 부부집단이 성생활에 대한 더 많은 관심에 기인하는 것으로 판단된다. The purpose of this study was developing a marital satisfaction program in recognition of gender differences and analyzing of it's effects. The program focused on the differences in perception and attitude between men and women. To analyze it's effects, 25 adults were sampled : 12 experimental group, 13 control group. To the experimental group 8 program sessions were held. Martial Satisfaction Inventory was administered to all members in experimental and control group before and after the experimentation. It was composed of 7 sub-scales which were spouse satisfaction, emotional communication satisfaction, problem-solving communication satisfaction, sexual life satisfaction, economic satisfaction, spouse's family satisfaction, child-rearing satisfaction. The collected data were analyzed by MANCOVA and ANOVA with the use of SPSSWIN 18.0. Research results were as follows : The marital satisfaction program appeared to be effective in improving spouse satisfaction, emotional communication satisfaction, sexual life satisfaction, economic satisfaction. But the program appeared to be not effective in improving spouse's family satisfaction, problem-solving communication satisfaction, and child-rearing satisfaction. Especially, in the sexual life satisfaction, the program had an interaction effect with marital period. Further studies are needed to analyze the lasting effects of the marital satisfaction program.

기타연주에 의한 실시간 멀티미디어음악 제작 연구 : 멀티미디어음악작품『동굴 속 황제』를 중심으로
In the performance of this multimedia music work_'The emperor in cave', performer on the stage moves the body of his guitar back and forth to one of the two distance sensors slowly. Then the audience can feel the wideness of stereo image from the sound that was heard as mono originally. At once the darkened image on the screen turn to bright. When the performer stimulate the sensor during his playing a electric guitar, the signals of audio and sensor would input into computer in realtime. Then by using of certain object in Max/MSP, the sound processing software and Jitter, the image processing software, performer can control the sound and image effect more variously and precisely. In this way I tried to maximize and variate the artistic character and the way of expression of individual. This study is to invent a new type of sound and image effect and apply it into existing live music concert. For this study I saw the great chance to the field of interactive multimedia music. I couldn't realize everything that I expected before I designed this performance, 'The emperor in cave', which was composed on the basis of this study, because of my lack of experience in interactive multimedia music. Thus I think I have a lot of things to study about this field. Owing to this study I could expand the way to express the musical idea and it will be the priceless treasure for my creative activity in the future.
