Objectives Seborrheic dermatitis is a chronic superficial eczematous dermatitis characterized by the redness and dry or greasy squama. This case study was designed to assess the effect of Shi Wei Ba Du-San gamibang (Jeongan-tang) for seborrheic dermatitis by retrospective methods. Methods From June 1, 2016 to January 31, 2020, 5 patients with seborrheic dermatitis were treated with Jeongan-tang for 3 months at Oriental Medicine Clinic. We analyzed information and body conditions of 5 patients. Redness, squama, and skin discomfort such as itching were assessed in 5 patients by using VAS (Visual Analogue Scale) score. We evaluated the symptom change by photographs and VAS score before and after the treatment. Results At first, the frequency of flushing and redness was decreased. Secondly, the scaly skin was change to normal state and itching sensation was lessened. After the treatment, the total VAS score was decreased. Conclusions Jeongan-tang can be effective in seborrheic dermatitis, and it also can be helpful to regenerate the skin condition as well.

조선회화를 활용한 치유적 미술관 활동의 가능성 탐색: 단원미술관 檀園雅會-200년만의 외출 展에서 김홍도 작품을 중심으로

본 연구는 조선 회화 특히, 18C 조선의 문예부흥을 이끌었던 화가 김홍도의 작품을 활용하여 치유적 미술관 활동의 가능성을 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 오늘날의 미술관은 교육 기관으로써의 기능을 넘어서 현대인의 마음과 몸을 건강하게 돌볼 수 있는 치유적 공간으로 가능성을 열어가고 있다. 김홍도는 주로 풍속화가로 잘 알려져 있지만, 산수화 뿐 아니라 초상화, 영모화, 화조화, 도석인물화에 이르는 거의 모든 화목에서 뛰어난 화가로 새로운 접근이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 안산에 소재한 단원 미술관에서 2019년 10월에 개최한 檀園雅會-200년만의 외출展에 출품된 김홍도의 산수화 및 도석인물화를 중심으로 현대인의 몸과 마음을 돌볼 수 있는 치유적 미술관 활동을 개발하고 그것을 성인 및 청소년과 아동에게 적용하여 그 활용 가능성을 탐색 하였다. 이를 위해 먼저 조선회화의 특징과 미술관의 치유적 잠재력을 선행연구를 통해 살펴보았으며, ‘檀園雅會-200 년만의 외출 展’과 연계한 치유적 미술관 활동,‘선비가 되어 그림 속을 노니다’를 개발하였다. 이를 성인 및 청소년, 아동을 대상으로 직접 적용해 보고 대상별 공통점과 차이점을 분석하여 그 가능성을 탐색하였다. 본 연구는 조선회화 특히 김홍도의 작품을 활용해 아동과 청소년, 성인에 이르기 까지 미술관에서 자기를 발견하여 더 건강한 삶을 살 수 있도록 도울 수 있는 가능성을 탐색하는 구체적인 예시가 될 것으로 기대한다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the possibilities of therapeutic art museum programs by using the works of Hongdo Kim, who led the Renaissance of the paintings of the Joseon Dynasty, especially during the 18th century. Currently, art museums act not only as a n educational institution, but also as a therapeutic location for the modern people to care for the health of their body and mind. Although Kim is well known as a folk artist, there should be a new approach to study his works as he was also a great artist in not only landscapes, but also portraits, Yeongmohwa and flower and bird paintings. This study developed therapeutic art museum programs for the mind and body of the modern people based on the landscape and the Taoist figure paintings by Kim that were exhibited during the 檀園雅會 – Excursion after 200 Years Exhibition of Danwon Art Museum in Ansan, held in October 2019, and investigated the possibilities of the programs by testing them on adults, youth and children. The study first identified the potential therapeutic effects of art museums and the characteristics of paintings of the Joseon Dynasty with prior studies, and then developed the therapeutic art museum program called “Wandering within the Paintings as Scholars” connected to the 檀園雅會 – Excursion after 200 Years Exhibition. The program was applied to adults, youth and children and the study investigated the possibilities of the program by analyzing the common points and the differences by the type of participants. It is expected that this study will become a new opportunity to explore the possibilities of paintings during the Joseon Dynasty, in particular, the artwork by Hongdo Kim, for children, youths and adults to find themselves within the art museum and lead healthier lives. elementary and middle school students as well as adults, so that they can discover their inner selves and live a healthier life.

쇼펜하우어 성의지의 슬픈 사연들에 대하여

A pessimistic philosopher, Schopenhauer is known to have opposed the optimistic ideas emphasized by the German idealists of the 19th century such as Fichte, Shelling, and Hegel. His approach was different from the tradition of the metaphysics of reason that had been more prevalent since Kant`s The Critique of Pure Reason because he suggested that the will-to-live should be substituted for reason, corresponding to Kant`s thing-in-itself or Plato`s form. Especially sexual will, to his eyes, reveals the innermost essence of everything in nature as one of the most strengthened instincts, whose causal nature is not etiologically explicable, creating not a little hostility among intellectuals. Given this, we draw a distinction between reason and sexual will by referring to Schopenhauer`s philosophical theory and illuminate what aspects sexual will shows to reason by observing Robinson Jeffers`s "Roan Stallion" and John Steinbeck`s four short stories "The Snake," "The Chrysanthemums," "The White Quail," and "The Harness." This analysis shows how, in "Roan Stallion," the heroine California experiences an initiation process where she finds her real sexual will by an act of bestiality. Meanwhile, "The Snake" and "The Chrysanthemums" depict situations where sexual will bursts forth in the space controlled by reason in the name of cold practicality and science. Also, "The White Quail" and "The Harness" show the appearance that sexual will repressed by the power of reason gives the characters suffering and agony. Lastly, Schopenhauer`s theory of sexual will is found to account for irrational human acts behind reason and to emphasize a sort of asceticism by acknowledging and looking to its destructive power.

의미그룹을 이용한 단어 중의성 해소

본 연구에서는 기계 가독형 사전 정보를 이용하여 중의어 의미 태깅을 위한 학습에 사용될 양질의 의미부착 데이터를 자동 생성하여 중의어 태깅 정확도를 향상시키는 방법을 제안한다. 또한 중의어의 의미별로 특징있는 주변 단어를 원소로 갖는 의미그룹을 생성하고, 의미그룹내 중요 자질의 가중치 선정에 집중도 개념을 도입하여 태깅 정확도를 높인다. SENSEVAL-2 데이터를 사용하여 태깅 정확도를 평가한 결과 본 연구에서 제안한 방법이 기존의 방법보다 정확도를 향상시킨 것으로 나타났다. This paper proposes the method that increases the accuracy for tagging word meaning by creating sense tagged data automatically using machine readable dictionaries. The concept of meaning group is applied here, where the meaning group for each meaning of a target word consists of neighbor words of the target word. To enhance the tagging accuracy, the notion of concentration is used for the weight of each word in a meaning group. The tagging result in SENSEVAL-2 data shows that accuracy of the proposed method is better than that of existing ones.

Juvenile xanthogranuloma is a benign histiocytic proliferative disorder. It typically presents as a solitary, benign, rapidly growing cutaneous tumor that may regress spontaneously. Most of juvenile xanthogranuloma occur in infants and young children. We had experienced a case of juvenile xanthogranuloma in a fetus which involves multiple systemic organs. On prenatal ultrasonography, the fetus presented with pulmonary, perineal and hepatic nodules. The neonate was diagnosed with juvenile xanthogranuloma by the cutaneous and perineal nodule biopsy after birth. The neonate outpatient follow-up shows spontaneous regression without specific treatment. So we report a case with a brief review of the literature.

대학생 불안정애착과 정서, 정서조절곤란의 관계에서 마음챙김의 매개효과

본 연구는 대학생의 불안정애착이 정서와 정서조절곤란에 어떠한 영향을 미치며, 마음챙김이 이들 관계를 매개하는지 탐색하고자 하였다. 이에 교양강좌 수강생 217명(남 93명, 여 124명)의 대학생을 대상으로 자료를 수집하고 구조방정식모형을 통해 이를 분석하였다. 선행연구들을 토대로, 불안정애착이 마음챙김을 매개로 정서와 정서조절곤란에 이르는 연구모형을 설정하고 이들 간의 관계를 검증하였는데 본 연구를 통해 확인된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 불안정애착을 나타내는 애착불안과 애착회피는 모두 부적정서, 정서조절곤란과 유의한 정적 상관을 보이고 마음챙김, 정적정서와는 유의한 부적 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 불안정애착이 마음챙김을 매개로 정서와 정서조절곤란에 영향을 미칠 것이라 가정한 본 연구의 연구모형은 우수한 적합도를 나타내었다. 셋째, 마음챙김은 애착불안과 정서조절곤란의 관계를 부분매개하고, 애착회피와 정서조절곤란의 관계를 완전매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과는 첫째, 마음챙김이 불안정애착과 정서, 정서조절곤란의 관계에서 중요한 역할을 하고 있음을 시사해주며, 둘째, 같은 불안정애착이라 할지라도 애착불안과 애착회피에 대한 개입이 달리 이루어져야 함을 시사한다. 셋째, 마음챙김의 상태가 어렵고 복잡한 전문 수련에 의해서만 가능한 것이 아님을 함의함으로써 대학생을 위한 접근 용이한 마음챙김 프로그램을 개발하고자 할 때 그 필요성의 근거를 제시해 준다. This study investigated the effects of insecure attachment on emotions and emotion dysregulation among university students and whether mindfulness mediated the relationships between insecure attachment, emotions and emotion dysregulation. Data was collected from 217 university students (M: 93, F: 124) studying liberal arts. Data was analyzed through the structural equation model. Based on previous studies, the research model was designed for the process from insecure attachment to emotions and emotion dysregulation. The relationship between insecure attachment and emotion dysregulation was testified using the mindfulness as a means of mediating by this model. Findings showed that both attachment anxiety and attachment avoidance belonging to insecure attachment were positively correlated with negative emotion and emotion dysregulation. On the contrary, they were negatively correlated with mindfulness and positive emotion. In addition, it was found that the research model with the hypothesis that insecure attachment would influence emotions and emotion dysregulation through the mediation of mindfulness was fit for the study. Mindfulness partially mediated the relationship between attachment anxiety and emotion dysregulation but fully mediated the relationship between attachment avoidance and emotion dysregulation. Based on these findings, the implications and suggestions of this study were discussed.

디지털 전환 시대 미래 혁신 융합기술에 대한 탐색적 연구

2019년 전 세계를 강타한 코로나19 발생 이후 포스크 코로나 시대를 준비하면서 디지털 전환(Digital Transformation)에 대한 요구가 과학기술 영역 뿐만 아니라 사회 전체로 급격하게 확산되고 있다. 본 연구는 디지털 전환을 위해 요구되는 혁신 기술 분석을 위해 국가R&D사업을 대상으로 네트워크 분석을 수행하였다. 연구 결과는 향후 디지털 전환의 성공적 이행을 위한 정부 정책과 R&D 추진 전략 수립에 있어 주요한 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. After the outbreak of COVID-19 that hit the world in 2019, the demand for digital transformation is rapidly spreading not only in the field of science and technology, but also in society to prepare for the era of Post Corona. This study explores technical keywords about digital transformation through the analysis for national R&D programs. It is expected that it will be able to provide important implications for the establishment of policies and R&D strategies for the successful implementation of digital transformation.

이동통신 기술의 발전에 따라 기하급수적으로 증가하는 트래픽을 지원하기 위해 수많은 종류의 기지국이 증설되고 있으며, 이에 따라 에너지/비용 효율적으로 네트워크 트래픽을 지원하는 기술이 매우 중요하다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 에너지 효율적으로 더 많은 사용자에게 통신 연결성을 제공하기 위해, 3차원 이기종 네트워크에서 계층적 다중 에이전트 큐러닝을 사용하여 다양한 종류의 기지국들이 소모하는 전송전력을 최소화하고, 무인 항공기 기지국의 위치를 최적화하고자 한다.
