        외식기업의 회복 공정성과 회복만족, 고객감정 재방문의도 간의 관계

        The purpose of this study is to study the fairness of recovery, satisfaction of recovery, customer sentiment, and intention of revisit to consumers who have experience in recovering products and services of restaurant companies. From February 1 to March 1, 2020, the survey was conducted through the Google Online Survey. A total of 280 copies were used for the study for the results. As a result, Hypothesis 1 shows that "procedural fairness and interaction fairness will have a positive effect on recovery satisfaction." Thus, hypothesis 1 was partially adopted. For Hypothesis 2, it was shown that "distributional fairness and interaction fairness will have a positive effect on customer sentiment." Thus, Hypothesis 2 was partially adopted. For Hypothesis 3, the hypothesis was adopted that "Recovery satisfaction will have a positive effect on customer sentiment." In the case of Hypothesis 4, the hypothesis was adopted that "Recovery satisfaction will have an effect of positive on the intention of re-visiting." For Hypothesis 5, the hypothesis that "customer sentiment will have a positive effect on the intention of the revisit" was adopted. Accordingly, we understood customer needs. Therefore, we strengthen the theory of consumers' behavioral rationale for service failures. It also presents suggestions for seeking practical measures for restaurant businesses.

        백스캐터 네트워크의 물리 계층 특징 기반 UHF RFID 태그 식별 기법

        Radio-frequency identification (RFID) 시스템은 비용과 에너지 측면의 효율성으로 인해 사물인터넷 네트워크 기술의 핵심 구성 요소로 각광받고 있다. 특히, ultra high frequency (UHF) RFID 시스템에서는 다수의 태그가 수동적인 방법으로 통신하기 때문에 개별 태그를 식별하는 과정이 필수적이다. 하지만, 기존의 태그 식별자는 태그의 연산 자원 및 메모리의 한계로 인해 쉽게 복제되거나 예측될 수 있어 보안상 취약하다는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 위조가 어려운 태그 고유의 물리적 특성 정보를 추출하여 태그 식별에 활용하는 기술을 제안한다. 제안한 기술은 태그의 백스캐터 신호를 분석하여 물리 계층 특징 중 시간 간격 오차와 위상을 추출하는 알고리즘과 이를 지문으로 활용하여 태그를 식별하는 알고리즘으로 구성된다. 본 논문에서는 제안 기술의 성능 평가를 위해 각 태그의 백스캐터 신호를 모델링하고 신호 대 잡음비에 따른 식별 정확도를 분석한다. Radio-frequency identification (RFID) systems are becoming essential components in Internet of Things (IoT) networks by virtue of their cost and energy efficiency. Especially, in ultra high frequency (UHF) RFID systems, the process of identifying individual tags is crucial because different tags communicate in a passive manner. However, the tag identifiers used in existing systems are vulnerable to be replicated or predicted due to limited tag operation resources and memory, which leads to severe security threats. In this paper, we propose a technology to extract the unique physical-layer characteristics, which are difficult to be forged, and utilize them for tag identification. The proposed method consists of a fingerprint extraction algorithm to obtain the physical-layer features of time interval error and phase by analyzing the backscatter signals of the tags, and a tag identification algorithm to distinguish tags based on their extracted fingerprints. We provide a model of backscatter signals and analyze the identification accuracy of the proposed method with varying signal-to-noise ratios.

        기후변화 지표종 구상나무(Abies koreana E. H. Wilson)의 생태학적 반응

        기후변화조건에서 구상나무의 생태적 변화를 파악하기 위해 5년 동안 대조구(야외)와 RCP 4.5에 근접하게 온도 및CO2를 상승시킨 기후변화처리구에서 생육 및 생리적 반응을 분석하였다. 그 결과, 기후변화처리구에서 구상나무의년생별 가지 길이는 시간이 지날수록 증가하는 경향이 나타났다. 그리고 기후변화 조건은 구상나무 잎의 형태적 차이에는 큰 영향을 주지 않지만, 잎의 생물량에는 영향을 주어, 기후변화가 진행될수록 구상나무의 잎 생산성이 저하될것으로 예상되었다. 한편, 기후변화 조건에서 구상나무의 엽록소 함량은 기후변화처리구에서 높은 반면, 광합성률, 기공전도도, 증산율, 그리고 수분이용효율은 대조구가 더 높게 나타났다. 이는 온도와 CO2가 상승된 환경이 기공밀도증가에 영향을 줄 수 있으나, 광합성 반응에는 부정적 영향을 주는 것으로 예상된다. 향후 이를 확인하기 위해 각각의환경 처리에서 기공 밀도에 대한 추가적인 연구가 필요할 것으로 판단된다. 한편, 본 연구에서는 잎의 생물량 변화만관찰하였기 때문에 기후변화 조건 하에서 구상나무의 생물량 변화에 대한 추가적인 실증 연구가 고려되어야 할 것으로 사료된다. 결과적으로 장기간 상승된 온도와 CO2에서 구상나무의 환경 적응력은 약화될 것으로 판단된다. To assess the ecological changes of Korean fir (Abies koreana E. H. Wilson) under climate change conditions, growth and physiological responses were analyzed over a 5-year period in a control group (outdoors) and in a treatment group where the temperature and CO2 levels were elevated to closely resemble RCP 4.5 conditions. The results showed an increasing trend in annual branch length of A.koreana in the climate change treatment group over time. While climate change conditions did not significantly impact the morphological differences of A.koreana leaves, they did influence the biomass of the leaves, suggesting that as climate change progresses, the productivity of A.koreana leaves may decline. On the other hand, the chlorophyll content in A.koreana under climate change conditions was higher in the climate change treatment group, whereas the photosynthesis rate, transpiration rate, water use efficiency and stomatal conductance was higher in the control group. This suggests that an environment with elevated temperature and CO2 could influence an increase in stomatal density, but having a negative impact on photosynthetic reactions. Further research on stomatal density under each environmental treatment will be required to confirm this hypothesis. Additionally, as this study only observed changes in leaf biomass, further empirical research should be considered to understand the changes in biomass of A.koreana under climate change conditions. In conclusion, the environmental adaptability of A.koreana is expected to weaken in the long term under elevated temperatures and CO2.

        베이커리 카페 종사원의 비언어적 커뮤니케이션과 관계품질과 충성도 간의 관계

        This study is a study on the relationship between relationship quality and loyalty of nonverbal communication of bakery cafe’ employees. When providing services to consumers, we tried to present the importance of non-verbal communication that positively affects relationship quality and loyalty. The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for business strategies and related academic education. Survey is a random sampling method among non-probability sampling methods. It was conducted using a Google questionnaire to consumers who have visited bakery cafes from May 1 to June 1, 2020. A total of 275 copies were collected and all 275 copies were used as data. As a result, hypothesis 1, the physical appearance and body language of the bakery cafe’ employees had a positive (+) effect on the relationship quality. Hypothesis 2, trust and satisfaction were found to have a positive (+) effect on loyalty. Hypothesis 3, physical appearance and body language were found to have a positive (+) effect on loyalty through relationship quality as a partial mediation. This study has theoretical and practical implications for nonverbal communication among bakery cafe’ employees.

        ‘제도비판’의 의미 확장에 관한 연구

        The paper explores the work of American artist Michael Asher (b. 1943-2012) in order to outline the larger context in which the shift in the meaning of Institutional Critique came about. This paper attempts to shed new light on the meaning of Institutional Critique by analyzing the work of Asher for the following reasons. Firstly, Asher continued his practice from the late 1960s, establishment of Institutional Critique, thereby providing a gateway into the entire development of Institutional Critique. If the existing studies analyzed the first generation Institutional Critique artists-such as Daniel Buren, Marcel Broodthaers, Michael Asher and Hans Haacke-as a unified group, this paper discusses Asher’s work from his earliest to more recent ones in order to expand the meaning of Institutional Critique and synthesize the previously scattered analyses of Asher’ project. Secondly, the work of Asher effectively reveals the strengths and strategies of Institutional Art. His attitude towards art takes on the meaning of “orking”rather than “rt work.”If an art work as a physical entity is independent from the situation in which it exists, art work is merely made up of materials, or exists as the situation as such. In this paper, the term “roject”shares similarity with “orking”but at the same time signifies “art practice” of Institutional Critique. Such understanding of “project” highlights that the methods of “roject”are linked to the questioning, and subverting, the operating logic of art. Ultimately the work of Asher springs from the critical reflection on author-based art, and operates as a question of “what can we call as art” rather than replicating the existing definition of “art work.” In this way, Asher seeks to locate various possibilities of art that can only come to the surface when the structure in which art work remains as a byproduct is subverted. By exploring the work of Asher, this paper redefines the systemic function of institution and the role of art, even when the work of art does not reveal the artist or the institution or is not recognized as “rt work.”Through the works of Institutional Critique that Asher has made for the past forty years, this paper ultimately emphasizes--the processes by which the issues brought forward by art have changed and expanded, while interacting within social contexts, revealing that what art can do is none other than provide an opportunity to ‘critically reflect’ on our everyday life.

        Autoencoder 기법을 활용한 부동산 가격 이상치 분석

        부동산 가격은 국가, 기업, 가계에 영향을 미치며 최근 급등하는 부동산 가격에 부동산 버블에 관한 연구가 많이 시행되고 있다. 하지만 부동산 버블 예측에서 단순히 부동산 가격만을 비교하거나, 부동산 매매에서 핵심적인 심리적 변수를 반영하지 못한다면 버블 예측 모형의 정확성이 떨어진다 판단할 수 있다. 본 연구는 오토인코더 기법을 사용하여 지역별 부동산 버블 상황을 설명할 수 있는 예측 모형을 설계하는 것이 목적이다. 기존의 부동산 버블 분석 연구들이 가격에 영향을 미치는 다양한 종류의 변수를 설정하지 못하였고 주로 선형 모형을 기반으로 연구를 진행했다는 부분에서, 본 연구는 기존 부동산 버블 연구에 사용되지 않았던 기법과 변수들의 도입 가능성을 시사한다. Real estate prices affect countries, businesses, and households, and many studies have been conducted on the real estate bubble in recent soaring real estate prices. However, if the real estate bubble prediction simply compares the real estate price, or if it does not reflect key psychological variables in real estate sales, it can be judged that the accuracy of the bubble prediction model is poor. The purpose of this study is to design a predictive model that can explain the real estate bubble situation by region using the autoencoder technique. Existing real estate bubble analysis studies failed to set various types of variables that affect prices, and most of them were conducted based on linear models. Thus, this study suggests the possibility of introducing techniques and variables that have not been used in existing real estate bubble studies.

        한국 서·남해안 연안생태계의 염생식물군락과 염생식물상의 특성에 관한 연구

        한국은 삼면이 바다로 되어 있어 염습지와 이에 인접한 해안사구가 발달되어 있다. 본 연구는 한국 서·남해안의 염습지와 사구에서 나타나는 염생식물의 군집과 식물상의 특성을 48개 지소의 571 식분에서 조사하고, 분석하여 연안 생태계의 특성을 밝히고자 시도하였다. 그 결과, 염습지에 분포하는 식물군락은 39개이었으며, 갈대군락의 분포면적이 가장 넓었고, 버들명아주군락이 가장좁았다. 나문재군락이 해안선으로부터 가장 근접하여 분포하였고, 해홍나물군락이 해양쪽으로 가장 멀리까지 분포하였다. 해안사구에 분포하는 식물군락은 29개이었으며, 갯그령군락의 분포면적이 가장 넓었고, 수송나물군락이 가장좁았고, 갯메꽃군락이 해안선으로부터 가장 근접하여 분포하였고, 해당화군락이 내륙쪽으로 가장 멀리까지 분포하였다. 염습지의 식물상은 6과 14속 17종 1변종 18분류군 이였으며(식물구계학적 점수; 16점), 해안사구는 11과 18속20종 1변종 21분류군(식물구계학적 점수; 34점)으로 해안사구가 염습지 보다 약간 높게 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 한국 서남해의 연안에서는 해안사구가 염습지보다 해수의 영향을 간접적으로 받기 때문에 염도에 약한 식물도 생육할수 있기 때문으로 해석된다. Korea is surrounded by the sea on three sides, salt marshes and coastal sand dunes adjacent to them are developed. This study attempted to reveal the characteristics of the coastal ecosystem by investigating and analyzing the characteristics of plant communities and flora of 571stands of 48 sites in the salt marshes and coastal sand dunes on the western and southern coasts of Korea..As a result, in the salt marshes, 39 vegetation units appeared, with Phragmites australis community having the widest area and Chenopodium virgatum community having the narrowest area. Suaeda glauca community was distributed closest to the coastline, while Suaeda maritima community extended the farthest seaward. In the coastal sand dunes, 29 vegetation units were distributed with Elymus mollis community having the widest area and Salsola komarovii community having the narrowest area. Calystegia soldanella community was showed closest to the coastline, while Rosa rugosa community extended the farthest landward. The flora of the salt marshes consisted of 6 families, 14 genera, 17 species, 1 variant, and 18 taxa (floristic regional indicator score; 16) and the coastal sand dunes consisted of 11 families, 18 genera, 20 species, 1 variant, and 21 taxa (floristic regional indicator score; 34) appeared slightly higher than that of salt marshes. This result is interpreted that halophyte that are sensitive to salinity can grow on the coast of the west-south coast of Korea because coastal sand dunes are more indirectly affected by sea than salt marshes.
