This study was carried out to investigate the effect of microstructure on the damping capacity of martensite heat-resistant steel with ferrite phase. In case of the specimen with martensite plus ferrite phase, the volume faction of ferrite phases was under 5%. The damping capacity was decreased with the increase of solution treatment temperature and time. With the increase of tempering temperature and time damping capacity was increased. The damping capacity was higher in case of specimen with martensite single phase than the specimen with martensite phase contained the ferrite phases.

A kimchi refrigerator is a household electric product to develop with the wholly domestic technology for maturing and keeping kimchi. The principle of keeping is not yet revealed obviously. Therefore, inquiry into the fundamentals of things is a way to improve performance effective through experiments and numerical analysis. The flow and heat transfer characteristics in the kimchi refrigerator are investigated in this study.

A refrigerator is popular used among the rest with the spread of home. Although freezing generation problem defies solution at the freezing compartment of the refrigerator. Therefore, this research was carried out internal flow and a major cause for frost at the freezing compartment of side by side refrigerator sale at a market. Internal flow simulation was carried out by using CFD software. And the cause for frost were conduct conformed with a fixed condition, finally we have done a comparative analysis Internal flow simulation and result of the experiment for investigation of freezing in the freezing compartment.

The effect of Austempering and sub zero treatment on the dmping capacity in austempered ductile cast iron was investigated. Damping capacity of austempered ductile cast iron was rapidly increased by austempering treatment ,but austempering temperature and time had no effect on Damping capacity of austempered ductile cast iron. Austenite transformed to martensite by subzero treatment, and with decrease in subzero treatment temperature, volume fraction of martensite increased. Damping capacity of austempered ductile cast iron was increased by subzero treatment, with decreasing of subzero treatment temperature, damping capacity increased. With decrease in subzero treatment time, damping capacity rapidly increasing up to 30min. and then slowly increased. With increase in volume fraction of martensite, damping capacityra pidly increased up to 5% and then slowly increase.

Stand type kimchi refrigerator has been popular model and also will predict wide rise of the growth but studies of stand type kimchi refrigerator are not enough. Propose of this study is solution of time and economic problem caused by complicated and hard test by analysing flow characteristics and temperature distribution in stand type kimchi refrigerator. Analysis program is CFX-11.0 and used force convection generated by fan revolution. Result of analysis, there are different parts between left flow and right flow and this fact causes difference of temperature distribution in kimchi refrigerator.
항정자 항체 검출을 위한 CIA 및 ELISA 개발을 위한 기초 연구

항정자항체를 검사할 수 있는 면역분석법개발을 위하여 immunoaffinity chromatography로 분리 정제한 정자표현항원을 microtiter plate에 고정화 시킨것과 효소와 화학발광체로 표지된 2차항체를 사용하여 ELISA법과 CIA법을 개발하고 이 방법의 이용 가능성을 검토하기 위하여 기존 방법인 Kibrick test법으로 임상소견이 다른 남성혈청을 분석 비교하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 인간정자 표면항원을 분리하기 위한 immunoaffinity column을 제작키 위하여 인간정자를 토끼에 주사하여 정자에 대한 항혈청을 생산하였으며 이를 Protein A-Sepharose column으로 분리 정제하여 CNBr activated Sepharose-4B에 coupling시켜 immunoaffinity column을 제작하였다. 이 column에 균질화된 정자를 반응시키고 SDS를 넣은 Tris-HCI buffer로 용출시켰을때 60KD정도의 분자량을 갖는 분획을 얻었다. 2. 분리 정제된 human IgG를 microtier plate에 농도를 달리하여 고정화 시키고 ELISA용 Goat anti-human IgG-HRP conjugate와 CIA용 Rabbit anti-human IgG-ABEI-H conjugate와 반응시켜 그 활성도를 측정하였던 바 농도에 따라 반응의 정도가 감소하였다. 3. ELISA법으로 양성혈청의 희석곡선을 작성하였을때 경사가 완만한 것과 급한 것의 두 종류의 경향을 띈 곡선으로 대별되었으며 완만한 경사를 나타내는 것에서 1:160 희석치에서 O.D가가 0.1이하를 음성, 0.1이상 0.2이하를 약양성(weak positive) 그리고 0.2이상을 양성으로 판별하였다. 4. ELISA, CIA 그리고 Kibrick test로 동일시료를 분석 비교하였던바 ELISA와 CIA는 거의 동일한 상관관계를 보였으나 Kibrick test와는 50% 수준만 일치함을 보였다. New immunoassay systems for the detection of anti-sperm antibodies were developed. For this, sperm surface protein was purified by the immunoaffinity column prepared by the coupling of rabbit anti-human IgG antibodies to Sepharose-4B. Fraction eluted by tris-HCI buffer containing SDS showed a single band having molecular weight of about 60KD on electrophoresis. Enzyme HRP labelled goat anti-human IgG and chemiluminescence aminobutylethyl-isoluminol(ABEI) labelled rabbit anti-human IgG were used for ELISA and CIA, respectively. These two labelled conjugate bound well with human IgG. When serum dilution curves were made to titrate positive serums, two kinds of curves with steep and sluggish slopes were obtained Serum samples were categorized into 3 groups: positive, weak positive and negative based on slope of curve and O.D. values at 1:160 dilution of serum. When ELISA and CIA were compared to conventional method Kibrick test by the determinations of 62 male serums with different diagnosis, the results of ELISA and CIA agreed well, but both disagreed with that of Kibrick test. This study showed that purified sperm surface antigen can be used to develope solid-phase immunoassay systems such as ELISA and CIA which may eliminate the problems encounted the immobilization of living sperm in other tests.

Hydroformed parts have higher dimensional accuracy, structural strength, and dimensional repeatability. Particularly in the automotive industry, manufacturing of parts with complex shapes from tubular materials sometimes requires one or more pre-forming operations such as bending before the hydroforming process. The pre-bending process is an important factor for successful hydroforming in the case where the perimeter of the blank is nearly the same as that of final product. The bendability of a tube depends on the parameters such as the bending radius, variation of the diameter, thickness, hardness. This study shows the analysis of bending through the stainless steel tubes bent to rotary draw bending machine.
