Wi-Fi 기반 차량 네트워크에서의 인터넷 처리율 분석

최근 무선 통신의 발달과 무선 접속 기기의 등장으로 인하여 언제, 어디서든 인터넷을 접속하여 다양한 응용 프로그램을 사용할 수 있게 되었다. 특히, 차량 네트워크의 발달로 이동 중인 차량에서도 인터넷 접속이 가능하게 되었다. 또한, 차량 네트워크와 관련된 다양한 연구들이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 실제로 쓰이는 다양한 차량 네트워크의 구조를 살펴보고, 각 구조에서 차량 내에서의 Wi-Fi와 외부의 네트워크를 종합적으로 고려하여 성능 측정을 하였다. 성능 측정 결과를 통해서 현재 사용되고 있는 차량 네트워크의 유용성을 판단하였다. Due to advances in wireless communications and portable terminals, any-time, any-where, and any-device Internet access is possible. In particular, Internet access in moving vehicles is an emerging and challenging issue. Even though a variety studies have been conduced for vehicular networks, little attention is paid to vehicular Wi-Fi networks where a Wi-Fi access point (AP) is installed at the vehicle and the AP is connected to an external base station (BS). In this paper, we conduct a measurement study on the uplink and downlink throughput for Internet access in vehicular Wi-Fi networks. We consider diverse network environments: high-speed train, car, and subway. Measurement results demonstrate that current Internet access in vehicular Wi-Fi networks are not satisfactory for interactive multimedia applications. Therefore, in-depth study on resource management in vehicular Wi-Fi networks is strongly required.

실업계고등학교 컴퓨터교과에서 협동학습이 학습동기 및 학습성취도에 미치는 효과

본 연구는 실업계 고등학교 컴퓨터교육에서 협동학습방법의 적용 가능성을 검증하기 위해 협동학습 교수 학습 지도안을 설계하여 실험집단에 적용한 후, 전통학습을 적용한 통제집단과의 학습동기와 학습성취도 효과를 비교 분석하여 실업계 고등학교 컴퓨터교육에 바람직한 교수 학습방법을 마련하고 학생중심 교육과정에 알맞은 학습구조를 제안하는데 목적이 있다. 연구의 결과, 협동학습 프로그램을 적용한 실험집단이 학습동기 및 학습성취도에 대한 평균점수의 검증결과 가장 높게 나타났으며, 통계적으로도 p<.001 수준에서 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this paper is to compare and analyze on the result of academic motivation and achievement between two groups in order to certify the application possibility of the cooperative learning method in computer education, and on these research results this paper is to propose the profitable learning and teaching method to the teachers in the class of the computer department and to contribute the improvement of the academic motivation and achievement in computer education of the vocational high school's students. As a result, the post-test average score of academic motivation and achievement in experimental group appeared to be significantly higher than that of the comparative group. And that result is accepted as statistical in significance level p<.001

동적 IP Address를 사용하는 인터넷 서버 구축을 위한 게이트웨이

현재 대부분의 가정이나 소규모 기업에서는 인터넷 서비스를 이용하기 위하여 ADSL(Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line)나 케이블모뎀을 사용한다. 4바이트로 구성되는 현재의 인터넷 IP 주소체계(IPv4)에서는 할당 가능한 IP 주소가 부족하여, 동적으로 공인(Public) IP 주소를 할당하는 방식을 사용하고 있다. 이러한 동적인 IP 주소를 할당받는 시스템은 모든 인터넷 서비스를 이용하는 데에는 아무런 제약이 없지만, 자신이 각종 인터넷 서버 기능을 수행하는 데는 많은 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 동적으로 변하는 IP 주소를 가진 시스템에서 인터넷 서버 서비스(Telnet, FTP, HTTP, Mail 등)가 가능하도록 하는 게이트웨이(Gate-D)를 설계하였으며, 실험적으로 Gate-D를 이용한 Telnet 서버의 구축을 통하여 유용성을 확인하였다. The number of Internet IP Address in current Internet IP Address System(IPv4) that is consisted of 4byte is almost empty, so generally the IP Address assigned dynamically is used. This way is just OK in general uses, but not OK in Internet Servers operation. This paper designed the gateway(Gate-D) system which is enable any system that get IP Address assigned dynamically to serve Internet Server Services(Telnet, FTP, HTTP, Mail, etc …), and made sure the worth by using Telnet Server.

미국의 불심검문 판례동향에 관한 연구

미국의 불심검문은 형사상의 정식 수사절차가 진행되기 이전에 사전에 현장에서 혐의가 있는 자에 대하여 정지시켜 신체수색과 질문을 하는 것을 총칭적으로 내포하고 있다. 경찰관은 거동이 수상한 경우 정지시켜놓고 질문을 하고, 신체를 수색하는 행위로 이루어지고 있다. 미국 경찰의 불심검문 즉 stop and frisk는 경찰 법집행작용으로 중요한 부분을 이루고 있다. 이러한 불심검문에 대하여 테리(Terry)사건 이전에는 미연방수정헌법 제4조를 침해한다고 하여 이를 인정하지 않았다. 그러나 테리(Terry)사건이후 미연방대법원은 경찰의 불심검문에 대하여 인정하기 시작하였고, 그 후 대법원의 태도는 많은 변화를 가져왔다. 현재 미연방대법원은 불심검문(stop and frisk)에 대하여 경찰의 합리적인 판단이 있는 경우 이를 광범위적으로 인정하고 있으며, 그 이유는 경찰의 보호와 사회의 보호가 우선시된다는 태도를 보이고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 미연방대법원의 불심검문에 대한 태도가 어떠한 방향으로 전개되는 가에 대하여 최근의 판례를 통하여 검토하고 그 특성을 분석하였다. 이러한 연구는 향후 한국의 불심검문에 대한 법률구성과 함께 법원의 판단에 도움을 줄 것으로 기대한다. The police law in the U.S. do not have same married codes of laws. What is representative as the police law of the U.S. is ‘Stop and Frisk’. Among enforcements of the police law, particularly what could be discussed comparing with the U.S. is ‘Stop and Frisk’ of the Fourth Amendment of the police official enforcement law. Therefore, this study insighted into ‘Stop and Frisk’ the Supreme Court's in the United States. With a different law system each other, the two nations also don’t have same grounds on law enforcement. They depend on where grounds place on. The stop and frisk of the U.S Police consists a major part as an law enforcement of the police. It was not admitted before the Terry case because it violated the fourth Amendment of the Federal Constitution. But since the Terry case the federal supreme court have began to admit the stop and frisk, and its attitude have brought about many changes. Especially, a court of justice usually has a power to decide ‘Stop and Frisk’ according to a period and society of a country. The Supreme court of the U.S. has the last word on ‘Stop and Frisk’, so it considers the enforcements of the police as being fair, or it restraints them. the judges of the Supreme Court have showed active attitudes in accordance with transforming era, while courts perform inactive judgment within the minimum category and the police enforce their officials by using those judges as a consented admission that is limitative, rather than using them as their legal basis. Thus, judgment made by law courts of South Korea are not similar with those of the U.S. because law courts in South Korea have only a right to decide whether present law enforcement is legal or illegal. They uncover inactive and limited attitudes. Supreme court’s law enforcement must be done to protect basic rights of the people.

It is the required of high precision and high efficiency machining process for most of the mechanical and electronic parts along with the rapid development of modern industry. Necessity of efficient R-curve processing is rising in the machine and parts industry of electronics industry and troy industry field. In machining experimentation the results of R-curve, When spindle speed 25,000 rpm and feed rate 2,000mm/min and depth of cut 0.lmm, it was shown the best result as surface roughness. also, When R-curve machining, it is analyzed that it is affected in tool wear in increase of spindle speed and Cutting force and depth of cut.

지방자치단체장의 승진임용 직권취소의 적법성

공무원의 단체행동권이 보장되고 있지 않은 시대적 상황에 공무원들이 중앙정부가 불법 총파업으로 정한 파업에 참가하여 그들의 권리를 보호받으려 하고 있다. 국가와 지방자치단체는 소속 공무원에 대한 감독권을 가지고 이들에 대하여 정당한 명령권을 행사하여 오고 있다. 본 사건에서 중앙정부가 불법으로 정한 파업에 참여한 기초자치단체의 소속 공무원에 대하여 광역자치단체장은 파업에 참가하지 못하게 기초자치단체에 공문을 발송하였으며, 또한 파업에 참가한 기초자치단체 소속의 공무원에 대하여 징계의결요구를 지시하였다. 파업에 참여한 기초자치단체 소속의 공무원에 대하여 기초자치단체장은 징계의결요구를 무시하고 파업에 참여한 소속 공무원에 대하여 승진임명처분을 하였다. 이에 대하여 광역자치단체장은 지방자치법 제169조 제1항을 들어 승진임용처분을 취소하였다. 광역자치단체장의 승진임용처분취소권이 정당한 가에 대하여 대법원의 다수견해는 광역지방자치단체장은 상급관청으로서의 지위를 가지며 지방자치법 제169조의 감독권을 행사하는 지위에 있는 것으로 보아 이를 정당한 행위로 보았다. 따라서 본 연구는 지방자치법 제169조 제1항의 법령위반 의 개념을 어디까지로 보아야 하는가에 대하여 제한적이고 소극적으로 보았으며, 광역자치단체장이 기초자치단체장에 행한 승진임용취소처분에 대하여 판례를 고찰하였다. In the situation where public servant s collective right of act is not guaranteed, public employee are trying to protect their rights who are involved in illegal general strike determined by central government. The government and its self-government director have the right to supervise and just order the public servants who belong to them. An officer of Broad-area self-government director, sent an official document to self-government director not to allow the officials to participate in the strike. Also, he ordered that the self-government director should request decision- making of punishing those for attending to the illegal strike. the officer of the self-government director, however, ignored the order and promoted those who are involved in unlawful strike. About this , the officer of broad area self-governing canceled the promotion on the basis of Article 169, clause 1of local self-governing law. General opinions of the Grand Court about whether the officer s right to cancel the promotion is fair or not are following : officers of broad-area self-governing ,as an upper agency, have rights to supervise in clause 제169조. Thus the Grand Court decided that the promotion cancel is proper. This paper, therefore, stands on inactive and limited positions about to where the conceptions of violation of laws and ordinances are applied, and studied precedents about the promotion cancel enforced by a officer of broad-area self-governing against his lower agency officer who promoted officials that were engaged in illegal strike.
