        디지털 홀로그래픽 프린팅 기술 시장 및 저작권 보호 기술 동향에 관한 연구

        Although the three-dimensional content market has recently grown rapidly, existing technologies have the disadvantage of requiring users to wear separate devices to identify 3D images. This inevitably leads to a problem that hinders the distribution of three-dimensional content. On the other hand, digital holographic technology has the advantage of being able to identify a three-dimensional image without wearing a separate device. This inevitably leads to a problem that hinders the distribution of 3D content. On the other hand, digital holographic technology has the advantage of being able to identify a 3D image without the need for a user to wear a separate device. Therefore, it is emerging as a very suitable technology for distributing three-dimensional content. However, digital holographic technology and digital holographic printing technology are currently being distributed slowly. This is interpreted as the reason for the lack of technology that smoothly connects supply and demand essential for content distribution. This study examines the current market situation to identify the current state and problems facing the digital holographic printing market, and examines the research direction and expected effects of solving copyright problems facing the digital holographic printing market in the future.

        계획된 행동이론(TPB)을 이용한 소비자의 대체육 구매의도에 관한 연구

        Based on the theory of planned behavior, this study aims to examine the structural equation model among consumers' concerns and purchase intentions for alternative meats. Data were collected from 300 adults living in Kyeonggi Province. Results show that animal welfare, environmental concern, and health concern all have a direct and significant effect on purchase intention of alternative meat, and the mediation effect is also significant, indicating a partial mediation effect. The image of a company as caring about animal welfare and contributing to public causes can help sell alternative meats. Media publicity focusing on animal welfare for alternative meats can improve the attitudes of domestic consumers as well as their intention to purchase alternative meat products.

        Let’s Make an Artificial Learner to Analyze Learners’ Language!

        This study aims to employ Artificial Intelligence (AI) to make an artificial learner for the efficient analysis of English learners’ use of prepositions. For this purpose, BERT (Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers) was fine-tuned on the ICNALE (International Corpus Network of Asian Learners of English) and the way the fine-tuned BERT uses four English prepositions (at, for, in, on) was analyzed. Specifically, this study investigated whether there is a difference between the fine-tuned BERT and native English speakers in the use of the four prepositions. The results showed no significant difference. To validate these results, collocation analysis (CA) and principal component analysis (PCA) were conducted. Both the validation methods demonstrated similar findings. The similarity in results among the fine-tuned BERT, CA, and PCA suggests that the results from the fine-tuned BERT are reliable and confirms that the fine-tuned BERT can function as an artificial English learner. This study discusses the pedagogical implications of AI on learners’ language research. The new analysis method using BERT is expected to find wide-ranging applications in exploring various aspects of learners’ language.

        How can Artificial Intelligence be Employed for Semantic Prosody Analysis?

        This study presents how long short-term memory (LSTM), an artificial neural network in deep learning, is employed for the analysis of the semantic prosody of the Korean neologism kay-. The neologism kay- is mainly attached to negative words. However, its combinations with positive words are frequently observed today. In light of this phenomenon, this study probed words where kay- was attached to determine whether there has been a change in its semantic prosody. Specifically, Korean tweets including kay from 2010 to 2019 were scraped, and ten yearly Twitter corpora were constructed based on the scraped tweets. After words with kay- were extracted from each corpus, they were sorted into positive and negative categories using LSTM trained to classify words by sentiment. The token frequencies of every positive word were counted and added up for each year. The same process was repeated for negative words. The analysis of token frequencies from the ten corpora indicated that the use of positive words has gradually increased. The result demonstrates that the semantic prosody of kay- is shifting from negative toward positive. This study showed for the first time how artificial intelligence (AI) could be applied to semantic prosody research and confirmed the possibility of AI as a new method for semantic prosody analysis.

        메타버스 환경에서 사용되는 디지털 에셋의 n차 창작물 유사도 판별을 위한 데이터 중복성 판별 기술

        최근 메타버스 환경이 빠르게 확산됨에 따라 메타버스 환경의 특징을 활용하여 가상세계에서 공연을 수행하는 사례가 증가하고 있다. 이렇게 가상세계에서 수행하는 공연을 가상공연이라 부른다. 가상공연은 현실세계의 공간에 제약받지 않고도 어디에서든 참여가 가능하기 때문에 공간에 제약을 받는 감염병 팬데믹, 물리적 거리로 인해 참여할 수 없는 해외 콘서트 등을 대체할 수 있는 수단으로 여겨지고 있다. 이러한 가상공연은 디지털 에셋이라고 부르는 여러 디지털 요소를 복합적으로 사용하여 하나의 콘텐츠를 구성한다. 따라서디지털 데이터의 특징인 복제 및 재사용의 용이성을 그대로 활용할 수 있다. 하지만 이러한 특징을 악용하여무단 복제, 재사용, 변형하는 등의 저작권을 침해하는 사례가 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제를해결하기 위해 디지털 데이터의 중복성 판별 및 유사도 판별기술을 제안한다. 이 기술은 저작자가 디지털 에셋 마켓에 새로운 디지털 에셋을 등록하려 할 때, 기존에 등록된 디지털 에셋과 동일한 데이터인지, 더 나아가서는 일부 변형된 데이터인지를 판별하는 기술이다. 이를 통해 본 연구에서는 디지털 에셋 데이터를 블록화하여 여러 조각으로 나누고, 해당 블록이 기존에 등록된 디지털 에셋과의 일치 여부를 분석하는 식으로 디지털 에셋의 중복성 및 유사도 판단을 수행한다. 이를 통해 권리 침해자에 의해 무단으로 복제 및 변형된 디지털 에셋이 무단으로 등록되는 것을 사전에 차단할 수 있다. In recent times, with the rapid proliferation of the metaverse environment, there has been a notable upswing in instances of performance within virtual realms, capitalizing on the inherent characteristics of this environment. These performances, conducted within virtual settings, are commonly referred to as virtual performances. The distinctive advantage of these virtual performances lies in their unrestricted accessibility, transcending the spatial confines of the physical world. As such, they are emerging as a viable substitution for overseas concerts that might be impeded by spatial constraints brought about by infectious disease pandemics or geographical remoteness. These virtual performances integrate a myriad of digital components, termed digital assets, to coalesce into a singular content. Consequently, the inherent trait of digital data, characterized by its ease of duplication and reuse, can be directly leveraged. Nevertheless, there is a concurrent rise in instances of copyright infringement, stemming from the unauthorized replication, reuse, and manipulation of these features. In this study, we propose technologies centered around redundancy and similarity determination for digital data, aiming to address these issues. This technology is employed to ascertain whether a given dataset corresponds to a previously registered digital asset or if it has undergone partial modifications when an author endeavors to register a new digital asset within the digital asset market. Through this, this study blocks digital asset data, divides it into several pieces, and determines the redundancy and similarity of digital assets by analyzing whether the blocks match existing registered digital assets. Through this, it is possible to prevent unauthorized registration of digital assets that have been copied or modified by rights infringers in advance.

        Optimum boundaries for maximum load-carrying capacity in water-lubricated composite journal bearings incorporating turbulences and inertial effects based on elastohydrodynamic analysis

        The application of polymer-based composite materials as bearing liner materials in eco-friendly water lubrication has received considerable attention owing to their superior tribological behaviors, corrosion resistance, and high damping characteristics, and their design flexibility can improve the bearing performances in response to the distribution of lubricant film pressure based on the regulation of elastic constants. However, the low viscosity and high density of water essentially cause thin-filmed lubrication accompanied by a low load-carrying capacity. Particularly, a high rotational speed enhancing the wedge effect induces turbulence and considerable inertial effect. Moreover, substantial elastic deformation of the composite bearing liners alters the formation of the lubricant film. In this study, we analyze a water-lubricated composite journal bearing system incorporating the turbulence, inertial effect, and elastic deformation of the bearing liner. Reynolds equation was modified considering the turbulence and inertial effect. The elastic deformation of the composite bearing liner was determined by solving the constitutive equation. The Reynolds equation and the constitutive equation were solved via the finite difference method and finite element method, respectively. In addition, the analytical relation for the elastic deformation was derived that suitably eliminated the requirement of solving the constitutive equation. With the introduction of the primary parameters, Sommerfeld number, Reynolds number, and deformation coefficient, the relation of the normalized minimum film thickness with respect to the parameters was modeled based on the Gaussian regression model. Accordingly, we proposed the new optimal maximum load-carrying capacity boundaries that narrowed down the operating region compared to conventional boundaries.
