심장이식 환자에서 Cyclosporine에 의한 중추신경독성 -1례 보고-

승모판막 폐쇄부전증으로 승모판막 치환술을 받은 45세 남자가 확장성 심근증으로 심장이식수술을 받았다. 환자는 수술전 면역억제를 위하여 cyclosporine 400 mg, Immuran 250 mg과 Solumedrol 500 mg을 투약하였 다 술후 cyclosporine을 2 mg/kg/day로 정주했는데 술후 8시간이 지나도 혼수상태가 지속되어 cyclosporine을 1 mg/kg/day로 감량하였다. 당시 혈장내 cyclosporine농도는 345$\mu\textrm{g}$/L, 크레아티닌 수치는 1.8 mg/dl였으며 마그 네슘 수치는 정상수준이 였다. 환자의 의식은 술후 31시간째 완전히 회복되었으나 술후 36시간경부터 전신근 력약화, 초조감, 환청 및 환각을 호소하였다. 신경증상들은 술후 4일째 정상으로 회복되었으며, 환자는 술후 28일째 퇴원하였고 12개월째 후유증은 보이지 않고 있다. A 45-year-old man underwent heart transplantation due to dilated cardiomyopathy. Cyclosporine, 2 mg/kg per day, was intravenously givell postoperatively. As central neurotoxicity signs that were included pin-point pupil, no light reflex, coma, were presented at 8 postoperative hours, cyclosporine was decreased to 1 mg/kg er day. At that time the cyclosporine level was 345 $\mu\textrm{g}$/L, the serum creatinine level was 1.8mg/dl and the serum magnesium level was within normal limit. He awaked at 31 postoperative hours and all sign of cyclosporine-induced central neurotoxicity was resolved after postoperative days. He was discharged without sequale at postoperative day 28.
집중하중을 받는 비합성.합성 생태아치구조물의 성능평가를 위한 수치해석 및 모형실험 연구

본 논문은 I형 강재와 프리캐스트 콘크리트 바닥판으로 구성된 비합성 합성아치 생태교량에 대한 해석 및 실험 연구이다. 범용유한 요소해석 프로그램 ABAQUS(2007)를 사용하여 단위거더, 단위합성거더, 3거더 아치, 3거더 합성아치 등 4종류의 해석모델이 검토되었으며, 해석 결과를 토대로 모델별 거동특성을 분석하고, 3거더 합성아치 모형실험체에 설치될 응력 및 변형률 게이지 위치를 결정하였다. 본 연구의 정적파괴 하중실험에 사용된 실험체는 3개의 I형강 거더와 14개의 PC패널로 구성되어 있다. 모형실험체 정적파괴실험결과로부터 강거더 하부플랜지가 항복응력에 도달하는 시기의 재하하중은 유한요소해석을 통해 얻어진 정적하중과 17%정도의 차이를 나타내고 있으며, 실험체 파괴하중은 1,961kN으로 AASHTO LRFD 교량설계기준 (2007)의 단면 소성모멘트를 이용한 작용가능하중은 1,380kN으로 본 실험체는 충분한 내하력을 나타내고 있다. 해석결과와 실험결과를 토대로 새로운 형식의 비합성 합성아치 교량의 안전성과 강도가 충분히 발휘됨을 확인할 수 있었다. In this study, noncomposite and composite eco-arch structures with I-beams and precast concrete(PC) decks were investigated. Four finite-element models(a steel-girder model, a steel-girder-and-several-PC-panels model, a three-steel-girder model, and a three-steel-girder-and-several-PC-panels model) using a general finite-element program, ABAQUS, were reviewed to predict the strength of the noncomposite and composite arch structures. Based on the results of the finite- element analysis, the behaviors of the four models were investigated, and deflection and strain gauges for the experimental specimen consisting of three steel girders and several PC panels were set up to obtain the ultimate strength. The ultimate strength of the specimen was estimated to be 1,961kN. The ultimate strength was much larger than the 1,380-kN load calculated using AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Specifications(2007). The noncomposite and composite arch bridges were found to have enough strength for safety.

This thesis is on the analogy existed in the criminal law of Chosun Dynasty, and is composed of four following chapters. I examined the relationship between the criminal law in the era of the Chosun dynasty and its mother law, The Ming code, and further, the relationship between the courtesy - the basic spirit of the Confucianism on which the thoughts of the era of the Chosun dynasty are based - and law. Through the examination on the relationship with the Ming code, I grasped the excutine system of the Criminal Law in the era of Chosun dynasty, and through the examination of the role of the courtesy then, intended to find out the combination with the principle of legality. Through the systematic examination of the rules of the principle of legality in the Criminal Law in the era if the Chosun dynasty and the particularity, Inyulbibu provisions (It means that if there was no right articce to apply to a case, the most similar articles could be applied.) a kind of quotation interpretation methods which were interpreted in some examples of the preceding era or the Ming code - , I intended to ascertain how efficiently the 'Inyulbibu' provisions took charge of the role for the protection of human rights at that times. It seemed to me that this combination, had made it possible for the principle of legality to practice a role for the protection of human right, central idea of that principle.

In steel-concrete composite Decks, shear connectors play the most important role in developing large bending rigidity according to a theory for composite action. However, no reasonable design methods of studs in a deck are not clarified yet. So, This author have entered upon the study on behavior and optimum arrangement of stud shear connectors in steel-concrete composite bridge decks.
