        식물기반 치료용 항체생산

        Antibodies are powerful and versatile tools to play a critical role in the diagnosis and treatment of many diseases. Their application has been enhanced significantly with the advanced recombinant DNA and heterologonous expression technologies, allowing to produce immunotherapeutic proteins with improved biofunctional properties. However, with currently available technologies, mammalian cell-based therapeutic antibody production, as an alternative for production in humans and animals, is often not plentiful for passive immunotherapeutics in treatment of many diseases. Recently, plant expression systems for therapeutic antibodies have become well-established. Thus, plants have been considered to provide an attractive alternative production system for therapeutic antibodies, as plants have several advantages such as the lack of human pathogens, and low cost of upstream production and flexible scale-up of highly valuable recombinant glycoproteins. Recent advances in modification of posttranslational processing for human-like glycosylation in transgenic plants will make it possible that plant can become a suitable protein expression system over the animal cellbased current production system. This review will discuss recent advances in plant expression technology and issues for their application to therapeutic antibody production.

        시간영역 광 간섭 단층촬영 시스템의 소형 엔도스코프 제작 및 영상구현

        We fabricated and characterized a compact endoscopic catheter for optical coherence tomography. The optical delay line (ODL), composed of a cylindrical piezoelectric transducer (PZT) and an optical fiber, was operated with a 1 kHz sinusoidal driving wave in the time-domain. When the ODL was driven with a sinusoidal wave function, the axial scanning speed was 6 m/s and the axial acquisition rate was 2000 line/s at a depth of about 3 mm. Endoscopic OCT images of a human finger and earhole were successfully obtained with an image rate of ten frames per second. 광 간섭 단층촬영 시스템(OCT)을 위한 소형의 광섬유 도관형 주사장치인 엔도스코프(endoscope catheter)를 제작하였다. 깊이방향 주사장치인 원통형 압전소자(PZT)를 이용한 광경로 지연기는 정현파 1 kHz로 구동하여 시간영역에서 엔도스코프 OCT 영상을 구현하였다. 정현파로 구동한 광경로 지연기의 속도는 6 m/s 이고, 깊이방향 스캐닝의 데이터 획득은 3 mm 기준에서 초당 2000 라인이다. 제작한 엔도스코프로 사람의 손가락 및 귀에 대한 초당 10프레임의 OCT 영상을 성공적으로 획득하였다.

        정현파로 구동되는 PZT 광경로 지연기를 이용한 광 간섭 단층촬영시스템

        We fabricated and characterized an optical delay line for optical coherence tomography (OCT). The delay line was composed of a cylindrical piezoelectric transduce (PZT) and a single mode optical fiber. The OCT system used a duplex scanning optical delay line which was symmetrically driven in the reference and sample arms. We showed that the sinusoidal-wave was superior to a triangular-wave for driving the optical delay line for scanning depth and repeatability. 광간섭 단층촬영(OCT)용으로 원통형 압전소자(PZT)와 단일모드 광섬유를 이용한 광경로 지연기를 제작하여 정현파로 구동하고 특성을 분석하였다. 제작한 OCT 시스템은 검침단과 기준단을 대칭 구동하는 이중 광경로 지연방식을 사용하였다. 정현파 구동을 통한 PZT 광경로 지연 방식은 삼각파 구동과 비교하여 입력파형의 첨두 부분에서의 비선형현상을 제거하여 높은 반복성을 나타냄을 보였고, 삼각파 구동으로는 불가능했던 부분을 영상화 할 수 있었다.

        광간섭 단층촬영(OCT)용 PZT 광경로 지연기에서의 편광모드 분산 및 열요동 보상

        광간섭 단층촬영(OCT)용으로 원통형 압전소자(PZT)와 단일모드 광섬유를 이용한 광경로 지연기를 제작하여 그 특성을 분석하였다. 광경로 지연기에서 발생하는 편광모드 분산은 편광조절기로 조절하였고, 열요동을 2중 광경로 지연기를 구성하여 최소화하였다. 이중 광경로 지연기는 단일 광경로 지연기에 비해 2배의 측정 깊이와 속도를 구현하여 $18.6\pm0.5{\mu}m$의 해상도. 측정 깊이 1.68 mm, 측정 녹도 360.4 mm/s를 각각 얻었다. We have fabricated and characterized optical delay lines for optical coherence tomography, which is composed of cylindrical PZT(piezoelectric transducer) and single mode optical fiber. The polarization mode dispersion from the optical delay lines was compensated by the polarization controllers. By applying the duplex optical delay line, we minimized the thermal drift due to optical delay lines and obtained the scan range of 2 times that of a single optical delay line. The OCT system showed resolution of $18.6\pm0.5{\mu}m$, scanning range of 1.68mm, and scanning speed of 360.4mm/s.

        비스테로이드성 소염제에 의한 급성 위점막손상에 있어서 Helicobacter pylori 감염증의 영향

        N/A Background/Aims: A multitude of factors are responsible for the pathogenesis of NSAID (nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drug)-induced gastropathy. Gastritis by Helicobacter pylori(H. pylori) and NSAID-induced gastropathy have several characteristics in common. H. pylori might therefore be a risk factor of NSAID-induced gastropathy. The aim of this study is to determine whether H. pylori infection influences the severity of acute NSAID-induced gastropathy. Methods: We evaluated the severity of acute mucosal injury and H. pylori status in 24 patients who had received naproxen(825 mg/day, P.O.) and ranitidine(300 mg/day, P.O.) for 14 days. NSAID-induced gastropathy was endoscopically graded separately for hemorrhages and erosions-ulcers on a scale of 0 to 4. H. pylori infection was identified by CLO test(Delta West Limited). Results: Fifteen of the 24 patients(63%) were H. pylori pisitive. There was a statistically significant difference in the severity of gastric mucosal injury between patients with and without H. pylori infection. Conclusion: The presence of H. pylori does influence the gastric mucosal injury associated with the acute administration of naproxen. (Korean J Gastroenterol 1995;27:292-299)

        성인 태권도 초보자들의 돌려차기 학습 효과

        본 연구는 태권도를 수련한 경험이 없는 대학생들을 대상으로 5주간 돌려차기 연습을 수행하였을 때 얻어지는 학습 효과를 살펴보았다. 이용된 변인은 발차기 속도, 다관절 운동패턴, 정확성이었다. 10명(남자 5명, 여자 5명)의 피험자들이 본 연구에 참여하여 주 2회씩 5주간의 연습을 실시하였다. 매 연습 때마다 주어진 목표물을 가장 빠르고 가장 정확하게 차도록 요구하였고, 신체 마커 측정을 통해 하지관절의 선속도와 발차기 속도를 계산하였고, 목표물 가격 정확성도 측정하였다. 참여자들에게는 바로 이전 연습 때 얻어진 발차기 속도와 정확성 정보를 새 연습 전에 제공하였다. 5주간의 연습 결과 발차기 속도는 4주차부터 유의하게 향상되었다(p<0.05), 총항상오차(total constant error)에는 변화가 없었지만, 가변오차(variable error)는 학습 효과를 얻었다(p<0.05). 그리고, 다관절 운동패턴의 변화는 나타나지 않았다. The Taekwondo Dolyeochagi is the most popular kick in sparring. It requires fast velocity with excellent accuracy. However, despite its importance to the sport, no studies have investigated the skill acquisition of Dolyeochagi for martial art beginners. The purposes of this study were to examine the effect of practice on the movement pattern of Dolyeochagi from adult Taekwondo beginners and to determine if there is a velocity-accuracy tradeoff while practicing Dolyeochagi. Ten novice participants in martial arts practiced Taekwondo Dolyeochagi for ten sessions across five weeks. At each session, the participants were encouraged to increase both kicking velocity and accuracy. No information was given to the participants other than the previous session`s results for kicking velocity and accuracy. After five weeks of practice no significant change in movement pattern was detected. However, kicking velocity was significantly increased than the first session (p<0.05) because of the positive fluctuation of inter-segmental kinematics. The accuracy did not change, but the consistency of foot placements was significantly improved (p<0.05). The change in accuracy did not support the traditional theory of a velocity-accuracy tradeoff.

        택지공급 환경변화에 따른 친수구역제도 활성화방안에 관한 연구

        This study suggests a plan to activate the waterfront zone system that supplies environment friendly and differentiated waterfront city to the excellent waterside area around national rivers as a way of supply of residential land after the abolition of the Housing Development Promotion Act . First, it should adjust the development profit return ratio of the hydrophilic zone law to 20% ~ 25% of the development profit, which is the level of the Law on the Return of Development Profits . Second, in the Hydrophysiological Zone Act, the public service project owner should be amended to classify it as an administrative agency in the same way as other major development projects laws. Third, the Act should be revised so that industrial parks can be supplied in the Waterfront Area Law, and the agenda for approval of the implementation plan and the effect of zone designation are linked. Fourth, in order to strengthen the hydrophilic activity, the hydrophilic zone law should be amended so that the plan including the river area can be established when the plan is established. Fifth, the waterfront area law should be fully revised to enable various projects such as Special Act on the Designation and Management of Free Economic Zones to promote the waterfront development project. Sixth, the waterfront area law should be amended to support the cost of installing hydrophilic facilities for hydrophilic activities in terms of strengthening the differentiation of development projects.

        在唐 백제 유민의 활동과 출세 배경

        백제 멸망 후 당에 들어간 백제 유민들이 이름을 남길 수 있었던 배경은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 백제 멸망과 그 부흥운동 때 당나라에 적극 협력한 경우이다. 이들은 주로 장안, 낙양 등 수도에 살면서 기여한 공로를 인정받아 특혜를 받았다. 의자왕을 사로잡아 당군에게 바친 예씨 가문과 당군에 투항하여 백제를 멸망시키는데 기여한 진법자 가문이 대표적이다. 또한 백제 유민들을 회유하여 부흥세력을 약화시키거나 직접 토벌에 참여하여 항복시킨 부여융과 흑치상지, 사타상여와 같은 부류도 있다. 둘째, 웅진도독부에서 활동하며 당의 이익을 실현하는데 기여한 경우이다. 웅진도독으로 활동했던 부여융과 웅진도독부의 관료로 활동했던 흑치상지, 예식진, 난한과 난무 등이 있고, 왜와의 외교에 종사했던 법총과 사택손등 등이 있다. 셋째, 당에 들어가서 돌궐, 토번, 거란 등과의 전쟁에 참여해 군사적 능력을 발휘한 경우이다. 부여문선, 부여준과 같은 왕족의 후예들을 비롯해 흑치상지와 흑치준 부자, 예식진과 예군 후손들, 난원경과 사타충의, 사타리 등 귀족의 후예들은 모두 군사적 능력을 발휘하여 무장으로 출세했다. 넷째, 당 황실이나 유력한 귀족 가문과의 혼인을 통해 인맥을 쌓거나 정치적 파당에 적극적으로 참여하여 지위를 유지하고 보전한 경우이다. 백제 멸망 당시와 웅진도독부에서 세운 공으로 당에서 출세한 이들은 백제에서 성장한 유민 1세대였다. 당나라에서 군사적인 능력을 발휘해 무장으로 출세한 이들은 백제 유민 1세대뿐만 아니라, 2~3세대 후손들도 있었다. 백제 유민들이 당에 들어와 지위를 유지하기 위한 노력은 계속되었고, 그런 노력의 결과가 문헌과 묘지명 등의 기록에 남아 전하는 계기가 되었다. This paper examines the activities of Baekje People who went to Tang after the collapse of the Baekje Kingdom in 660 AD and the background they were able to leave their name behind in Tang. Its results are as follows. First, it is the case of Baekje people who actively cooperated with the Tang Dynasty during the fall of Baekje and its restoration movement. In recognition of their contribution, they lived in the capital cities of Tang such as Changan and Luoyang and received preferential treatment. The examples are the Ye clan that captured the King Uija and dedicated him to the Tang army, and the Jinbeopja clan that contributed to the collapse of Baekje by surrender to the Tang army. There were some people who have weakened them by conciliating the revival forces. Buyeo Yung, Heukchi Sangji, and Sata Sangyeo made the forces surrender by defeating them. Second, it is the case of the people of Baekje who served in the Ungjin Dodokbu, or Ungjin Commandery, which was a Tang Chinese government office for ruling the former Baekje area after the fall of Baekje, and cooperated with the Tang Dynasty. There are also Buyeo Yung who served as the commander of Ungjin Dodokbu, and Heukchi Sangji, Ye Shikjin, Nanhan and Nanmu who served as officials of the Dodokbu, and Beop Chong and Sataek Sondeung who engaged in diplomacy with Japan. Third, it is the case of the Baekje survivors who went to Tang and rendered outstanding military services by participating in the war against Turk, Tufan, and Khitan: Buyeo Munseon and Buyeo Jun who were descended from the royal family of Baekje ; Baekje nobles and their descendants such as Heukchi Sangji, and his son Heukchi Jun and descendants of Ye Shikjin, Ye Gun, and Nan Wongyeong, Sata Chungui, and Sata Li. They succeeded as a military general by demonstrating their military capabilities. Fourth, it is the case that Baekje people who maintained and preserved their status in the Tang Dynasty by building personal connections through marriage to the imperial family of Tang or the powerful noble family of Tang, or by actively participating in political factions. People who got success in Tang due to the contributions they made for the collapse of Baekje and in the Ungjin Dodokbu were the first generation of Baekje survivors who grew up in Baekje. And those who succeeded as military generals by demonstrating military capabilities are not only the first generation of Baekje people but also the second to third-generation descendants. They tried to maintain their status in Tang, and the results of the efforts remain in the records of literature and epitaph tablets.
