The purposes of this study are the theoretical review to set up the concept how the mistery shopping program shall be implemented to Food-service Industry, and to develop the measuring tool with necessary reliability as well as validity to apply this program in domestic Food-service Industry. Particularly developing the measuring tool of mystery shopping for Korean Food Frenchise Industry is absolutely necessary to globalize Korean Food, so this would be a significance of this study. The development process of valuation standards were carried out through 4 steps, questionnaire item development by the literature review, narrowing measurement items by major lecturers and major MBA students, narrowing measuring items by questionnaire survey of field experts, and reliability and validity analysis through developed evaluation tools. By summing the evaluation tools, proved its reliability and validity through these steps, it has been confirmed as follows: Factor 1, Confirmation with 8 variables, Factor 2, Customer reception, with 3 variables, Factor 3, reliability with 4 variables, Factor 4, Corporeality with 3 variables Factor 5, Food characteristics with 5 variables, Factor 6, Reactivity with 3 variables, Factor 7, Hygiene cleanness with 3 variables. The academic significance of this study would be the organization of the concept of Mystery shopping, that is practically proliferated into various industry while its academic study is to seek. 서비스산업에서 강력한 경쟁력을 갖추기 위한 유일한 방법은 최고의 고객경험을 창조하는 것이다. 미스터리 쇼핑은 이러한 목적을 위해 사용되는 대표적인 도구 중의 하나로서 각광을 받고 있는 것 중의 하나이다. 하지만 국내의 외식산업에서 미스터리쇼핑의 중요도와 활용도가 증가함에도 불구하고 외식산업계에서 서비스품질과 고객만족 측정을 위해 미스터리 쇼핑이 얼마나 중요한지와 미스터리 쇼핑이 어떤 도구로 어떻게 실행되어야 하는지에 대한 연구가 거의 없는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 미스터리 쇼핑 프로그램이 외식산업계에서 어떻게 실행되어야 하는지에 대한 개념을 정립하기 위한 이론적 고찰과 이러한 프로그램이 국내 외식업체에서 사용되는데 필요한 신뢰도와 타당도를 확보한 측정도구를 개발하는데 목적을 두고 연구를 진행하였다. 특히 한식프랜차이즈 기업을 위한 미스터리 쇼핑 측정도구의 개발을 함으로써 한식의 세계화를 위해서도 반드시 필요하다는 점에서 본 논문의 의의를 찾고자 하였다. 문헌고찰을 통한 설문문항의 개발은 SERVQUAL, DINESERV, Scott & Joanna(2010), 미스터리쇼핑(김영갑․김문호, 2011) 등을 이용하였고, 전문기업으로는 (주)리스피아르 조사연구소와 신선설농탕에서 이용하고 있는 측정척도를 활용하였다. 평가척도의 개발 과정은 문헌고찰을 통한 설문문항의 개발, 전공 교수 및 전공 MBA 과정생에 의한 측정문항의 축소, 현장 전문가 설문조사를 통한 측정문항의 축소, 개발된 척도를 이용한 타당성과 신뢰성 분석 등 4단계 과정을 거쳐서 수행되었다. 이와 같은 과정을 거쳐서 타당성과 신뢰성이 확보 된 평가척도를 정리하면 요인1 확인성은 8개의 변수, 요인2 고객응대는 3개의 변수, 요인3 신뢰성은 4개의 변수, 요인4 유형성은 3개의 변수, 요인5 음식의 특성은 5개의 변수, 요인6 반응성은 3개의 변수, 요인7 위생․청결은 3개의 변수로 평가척도가 확정되었다. 본 연구는 국내에서 실무적으로는 다양한 산업으로 확산되고 있는 반면에 학문적 연구는 부족하였던 미스터리 쇼핑에 대한 개념을 정리하였다는 점에서 학술적인 의의를 찾을 수 있다.

스포츠산업의 이데올로기: 세계화

This research has the purpose to identifying the working mechanism of sports industry as globalization and to clarify their correlation. When the time demands countermeasure in national dimension, this research particularly focused on globalization which is the system of ideology for sports industry. In the course the U.S. centered new liberalism paradigm proliferates, globalization served as driving force with which sports industry spread rapidly, leaving tremendous effects on sports market. Sports industry that developed through globalization triggered rapid environmental changes domestically and overseas in tune with new changes like acceleration of sports globalization, expansion of 40 hours a week work system, IT oriented evolution of industries and advent of new media era. Consequently, contemporary sports became one independent sector commodity which is more globalized through adaptation to such new flow than any other domain of industry. 스포츠산업이 ‘권력과 불평등’이라는 정치경제학적 초점과 교차될 때 스포츠산업은 다양한 이데올로기에 의해 출현된 하나의 사회문화적 현상임을 유추할 수 있다. 선행연구에서 스포츠산업은 정보기술, 매스미디어, 민족주의 등과의 상호작용에 의한 효과임을 지적하였다. 이의 파생연구로써 특히 이 연구는 스포츠산업의 또 다른 이데올로기로서 세계화에 주목하였다. 세계화의 시작은 접근방식에 따라 시작점의 차이가 있지만 본격적으로 관심을 끌기 시작한 것은 소련과 동구권의 붕괴 이후부터이다. 특히 이념적 대항국가의 몰락 이후 미국 중심의 신자유주의적 패러다임 전파과정에서 세계화는 스포츠시장에도 거대한 물결로써 영향을 미쳤고, 스포츠산업을 빠르게 확산시킨 제1의 추동력으로 이해된다. 이처럼 세계화에 의해 발전된 스포츠산업은 현대스포츠 특성 중 상품화현상의 전형으로써 스포츠 세계화의 가속화, 주 40시간 근무제 확대 실시, 산업의 IT화, 뉴미디어 시대의 진화 등의 새로운 변화와 함께 대외 환경변화가 급속히 진행되고 있다. 결국 현대스포츠는 다른 어떤 영역보다 이러한 새로운 물결에 적응하여 세계화된 하나의 상품이 된 것이다.

스포츠문화의 위대한 전환: 학교체육법

Enactment of physical education act reflecting reality of physical education is the present practical effort considering future sports culture. Therefore, the purpose of the study was to look back on parts discussed in the rejected process of enacting physical education act and to argue its justification. The study examined discussions on enactment of physical education act in two viewpoints. First of all, the study argued that physical education act should be understood by only enactment of individual law for promotion of specific subjects and grasped in public level to make healthy society by narrowing a gap in health polarization in the future. The study also pointed out that, differing from partial arguments that execution of the lowest scholarship system and derivative meaning stated clearly in physical education act would give damage to elite sports, the future of elite sports was hopeful when elite sports were supported by related preceding researches and made a foundation for healthy physical education as an alternative. Considering examination of the lowest physical strength system, opening of contests limited on weekend and in vacation and reality that sports talent was assigned to only sports related department, the study examined it as supplementation of physical education. In modern society, sports are a social system to improve quality in life by satisfying basic desire of humans. Therefore, the study suggested that physical education act should be approached in social welfare level of non-economic security. 학교체육의 현실성을 반성한 학교체육법의 제정은 미래 스포츠문화를 염려하는 현재의 실천적 노력인 것이다. 따라서 이 연구는 학교체육법 제정의 부결과정에서 논쟁이 되었던 부분을 되짚어 보고, 정당성을 피력하는데 목적이 있다. 학교체육법 부결의 논쟁거리를 두 가지 관점에서 조망하였다. 우선 학교체육법은 특정과목 진흥을 위한 개별 법률의 제정만으로 이해되어서는 안 되며 향후 발생될 건강양극화의 격차를 좁혀 건강한 사회를 조성하려는 공적차원임을 주장하였다. 또한 학교체육법에서 명시된 최저학력제의 실시와 파생적 의미가 엘리트스포츠를 저해시킨다는 일부 주장과는 달리 그동안 관련 선행연구들에 의해 지지된 대안으로써 건강한 학교체육에 기반을 둘 때 엘리트스포츠의 미래가 희망적임을 지적하였다. 그리고 두 가지의 정당성 부여이외에 최저체력제의 검토, 주말과 방학기간에 한정한 대회 개최, 체육특기생이 체육관련 학과에만 배정되고 있는 현실 고려 등을 학교체육법의 보완으로 검토하였다. 이와 함께 현대사회에서 스포츠는 인간의 기본욕구를 충족시켜 삶의 질을 향상시키는 사회제도로써 학교체육법이 비경제적 보장의 사회복지 차원에서 접근될 필요가 있음도 제시하였다.

스포츠이벤트 개최의 설명력과 가치론적 정당성 논의

The purpose of this study is to examine the theoretical perspectives and legitimacy associated with holding sports events. The utilitarian perspective claims there is a need to choose the course of action since holding a sports event enhances happiness by creating economic utility. Structural-functionalistic perspective observes that holding sports event influences individuals, local communities, and national development to maintain the order of the entire society and in turn contribute to the social stability. Conflict theory and critical theory can be set as the balanced and alternative perspective which keeps unconditional and blind tendency to hold sports event in check and gropes for future usability. On the other hand, the economic value of holding sports event is justified through calculation as an economic ripple effect based on utility. The political value expects the effects of national integration and social integration with the processes of symbolization, identification, and manipulation through various ceremonial activities. The socio-cultural value involves providing an opportunity to improve the quality of life by maturing desirable sports culture. 이 연구는 스포츠이벤트 개최와 관련된 이론적 시각과 가치론적인 정당성을 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 공리주의적 관점에서 스포츠이벤트 개최는 경제적 효용성을 창출하여 행복을 증진시키기 때문에 그 행위는 선택될 필요성이 있다는 것이다. 구조기능주의는 스포츠이벤트 개최가 사회전체의 질서를 유지시킴으로써 사회통합에 기여한다고 보기 때문에 정당화된다. 갈등론은 스포츠이벤트가 경제적 동력에 의해 형성되는 방식과 정치 및 경제엘리트가 그들의 이득을 획득하고자 스포츠이벤트를 이용하는 방식을 설명하고, 비판이론은 스포츠이벤트가 사회를 반영할 뿐만 아니라 재생산되는 변화의 장으로 이해하여 문화, 권력에 따른 사회적 불평등, 이데올로기 등의 측면에서 이해하는데 유용한 대안적 틀이다. 한편, 스포츠이벤트 개최의 경제적 가치는 현시적 측면에서 중요시되는 가치로써 효용성에 기반한 경제적 파급효과로 산출되어 정당화된다. 정치적 가치는 잠재적 측면에서 중요한 의미를 지니며 다양한 의식적 행위를 통한 상징, 동일화, 조작 등의 과정을 거치면서 국민화합, 사회통합 등의 효과를 기대한다. 사회문화적 가치는 스포츠이벤트가 단순히 정치경제학적 효과에 머물지 않고, 건전한 스포츠문화를 성숙시켜 삶의 질을 향상시키는 기회를 제공한다.

한국 스포츠문화의 현실과 과제: 학교체육

이 연구는 학교체육 위기의 본질적 요인으로 성장제일주의와 신자유주의 이데올로기를 설정하여 비판적으로 직시하고, 근원적인 해법을 설정하는데 목적이 있다. 학교체육의 위기는 내부와 외부의 심층적인 요인이 상호 작용된 결과로 이해된다. 물리력이나 영향력이 큰 외부요인에 초점을 맞춘다면 학교체육은 정치논리에 수반된 성장제일주의로 인해 국가정책에서 소외되었다고 볼 수 있다. 성장논리에 부합되는 영역만이 합리화된 개발독재시대에 학교체육은 정치논리에 의해 운영된 수동적 영역이었다. 또한 학교체육은 급격한 세계화과정에서 시장의 수월성이 강조되는 신자유주의 교육정책의 시행과 함께 더욱 위기를 경험하고 있다. 즉 교육현장에서 체육수업 시수가 축소되고, 입시에서 제외되어 주변부 과목으로 몰린 현상이 신자유주의 교육정책으로부터 야기된 결과인 것이다. 그동안 학교체육 위기담론의 대응과제가 체육교육 전문가들에 의해 지속적으로 제시되어 왔지만 정부는 무관심과 미온적인 태도만을 관철시키고 있을 뿐이다. 따라서 학술적 대응과제도 중요하지만 우선 학교체육의 선진화는 교육 관료의 권위주의와 맹목적 시장주의를 경계하고, 확고한 교육철학을 정립하려는 대통령의 결단과 시민사회의 공조가 요구된다. The purpose of the study was to examine growth first belief and neo-liberalism as an essential element of crisis in school sports in a critical way and to find a fundamental solution. The crisis of school sports was caused by interaction of internal/external diverse and deep factors. Putting focus on the outside with large force or influence, school sports were caused by the national policy of ‘growth first’ involved with political logic. In addition, school sports are faced with its crisis by carrying out the educational policy of neo-liberalism attaching great importance to easiness of market in the process of quick globalization. Although it is important to make an academic response through crisis discourses on school sports, we shall control authoritarianism of educational bureaucrats and blind capitalism in advance for advancement of school sports, lead decision of the president proved by historic facts and establish a firm educational philosophy based on educational equalitarianism in cooperation with citizen society.

한국 스포츠문화의 현실과 과제(3): 엘리트스포츠의 작동 메커니즘과 지향점

This study, as a cultural project for advancement of sports, is to examine the operation mechanism of Korean elite sports and establish its pointing spot. Its mechanism operated by politics went through three frames from the time of military regime (the third republic was the time when the politics made the frame of elite sports connected, the fifth republic was the period when the frame was expanded and in the sixth the competitive frame of elite sports was expanded) to be recognized as an effective policy strategy. The operation mechanism of elite sports by economy was controlled in a state-dominated compulsory way but the insufficient budget caused the close relationship to be formed in the way of being supported by enterprises, during which the blind faith in a sports powerhouse made the elite sports expanded quantitatively to eventually cause the downswing of school sports and public sports both of which were to grow together. Accordingly, it is necessary to establish the pointing spot of “Sports Power” which is the outcome of a qualitative expansion of elite sports beginning from the school sports. It will be possible for Korea to become a sports power only when, along with the start of making wholesome school sports, the model for a balanced development of the public sports and the elite sports can be established. 이 연구는 스포츠선진화를 향한 문화적 기획으로써 한국 엘리트스포츠를 작동 메커니즘과 지향점이라는 프레임을 설정하여 의미를 생산하는데 목적이 있다. 한국 엘리트스포츠의 작동 메커니즘은 정치와 경제의 프레임을 설정하여 의미를 읽고자 하였다. 정치에 의한 엘리트스포츠의 작동방식은 ‘시기, 정당성, 운영방식’ 등의 관점에서 해석하였다. 시기적으로는 군사정권만 한정한다면 3개의 프레임(3공화국은 엘리트스포츠의 프레임 연결, 5공화국은 엘리트스포츠의 프레임 확대단계, 6공화국은 엘리트스포츠의 경쟁적 프레임 확대)을 거치면서 유효한 정책전략으로 인식되었다. 또한 정당성과 운영방식의 측면에서 엘리트스포츠에 편중된 스포츠정책을 수립하여 국민화합, 국위선양, 사회통합 등과 같은 현시적 기능과 체제유지, 정권의 정당성 확보라는 잠재적 기능을 동시에 추구하였다. 경제에 의한 엘리트스포츠의 작동방식으로써 엘리트스포츠 운영은 국가주도의 강제적 방식이었지만 기업이 후원하는 방식으로 밀착관계가 형성되었다. 그동안 스포츠강국에 대한 맹신은 엘리트스포츠만의 양적 팽창을 추구하여 동반성장해야 될 학교체육과 대중스포츠의 위축을 초래하였다. 스포츠선진국에 내재된 논리는 건강한 학교체육과 대중스포츠 만들기에서 안정된 엘리트스포츠의 기반이 조성된다는 것이다. 따라서 학교체육으로부터 시작된 엘리트스포츠의 질적 팽창으로써 스포츠선진국을 지향할 필요가 있다. 한국 엘리트스포츠의 지향점으로서 스포츠선진국 만들기는 현실을 부정하거나 회피하기보다는 정확히 인식하고 인정하면서 변화의지가 수반될 때 가능할 것이다.

가격수준, 소비자지각 및 구매의도간의 구조적 관계: 외식메뉴를 중심으로

This study is designed to find out the effects of price level on the consumers' perceived quality, risk, value and purchase willingness of restaurants menu in order to get the basic information that is needed in helping restaurateur strategy for promotion on price. This study was conducted by means of a questionnaire survey of university students and office workers in the metropolitan area, SPSS and AMOS program were used for analysis. The conclusions of this study as follow: First, the price level affecting the perceived quality was positive. And the perceived risk, perceived value and purchases also had a negative impact. Second, the perceived quality affecting the perceived value was positive. And the purchases also had a negative impact. Third, the perceived risk affecting the perceived quality, perceived value and purchases was negative. Fourth, the perceived value affecting the purchase was a positive influence. I explained the theoretical and practical implication of the study, the limitation of research, and the course of the future study. 한국 스포츠문화의 고민거리: 승부조작과 한국적 문화지형과의 관계성

이 연구는 승부조작의 발생원인을 한국적 문화지형과의 관계적 맥락 속에서 살펴보고, 승부조작 근절을 위한 문제의식을 제기하는데 목적을 두었다. 승부조작의 영향요인인 한국적 문화지형은 경제적 지형과 교육적 지형으로 설정하였다. 경제적 지형은 압축적 근대성장에 내재된 성장제일주의가 스포츠문화에 이식되는 과정에서 승리제일주의로 합리화되었고, 승부조작을 야기하는 보편화된 신념으로 자리하게 됨을 강조하였다. 또한 교육적 지형으로써 신자유주의에 주목하였는데 경제적 효율성에 강조를 둔 신자유주의식 교육체제가 학교교육, 학교체육, 학생선수의 위기를 초래하였고, 스포츠교육도 효율성에 기반한 전문성만을 강조한 결과 승부조작을 근절시키지 못하는 선행변수임을 재확인하였다. 또한 이 연구에서는 승부조작과 한국적 문화지형과의 관계성 논의에 기초하여 승부조작 근절을 위한 문제의식을 제기하는데 초점을 맞추고자 하였다. 우선 경제적 지형인 압축적 근대성장에 의한 성장제일주의와 스포츠문화의 승리제일주의로부터 일정한 거리를 두기 위한 의식전환이 우선적으로 전제되어야 할 것이다. 교육적 지형인 신자유주의식 교육시스템이 다양한 교육위기를 유발시켰기 때문에 승부조작과 관련해서는 지도자 및 학생선수의 윤리교육을 도입하여 실천할 필요가 있다. The purpose of the study was to examine causes of matching fixing in the context of relationship with Korean culture formations and to raise a critical mind for rooting out match fixing. Korean culture formations, a factor which had an effect on match fixing, was classified into economic formations and educational formations. Economic formations emphasized that it caused match fixing that growth first ideology by the velocity inherent in compressed modern growth was rationalized by victory first ideology. Educational formations rechecked that neo-liberalistic educational system emphasizing economic efficiency was a cause of match fixing. Therefore, it is necessary to have a critical mind to escape from Korean growth first and victory growth first. In diverse kinds of educational crisis by neo-liberalistic educational system which is a Korean educational formation, it is necessary to practice leaders and student players' moral education in advance to root out match fixing.

식재료 원산지표시가 외식메뉴의 구매의도와 수용가격에 미치는 영향

This study was designed to find out the effects of country-of-origin of foodstuff on the purchase intension, acceptable price of restaurant menu. A total of 237 questionnaires were used in the final statistical analyses using Regression Analysis. The results of this study were as follows:First, the effect of origin on the purchase intension of restaurant menu, participants evaluated better when the origin of foodstuff is Korea. But It was not statistically significant. Second, the effect of origin on the lowest acceptable price of boned rib, fillet, fried chicken were statistically significant. And participants evaluated better when the origin of foodstuff is Korea. Third, the effect of origin on the reservation price of boned rib, fillet, fried chicken were statistically significant. Fourth, the effect of origin on acceptance price range of boned rib, fillet, fried chicken were not statistically significant. Lastly limitations of this study and suggestions for the study were suggested. 본 연구는 식재료원산지표시가 외식메뉴의 구매의도와 수용가격에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 진행되었다. 이와 같은 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 국내의 원산지 표시제도와 원산지효과 및 수용가격 등에 대한 이론적 고찰을 통하여 연구가설을 설정하였으며, 실증적 조사를 통해 독립변수인 원산지와 종속변수인 구매의도, 최저수용가격, 최고수용가격 및 수용가격범위의 영향관계를 검증한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 식재료 원산지는 외식메뉴의 구매의도에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설1은 소고기와 돼지고기는 기각되었다. 다만, 닭고기만이 채택되었으나 설명력이 낮고 더미변수 중 D1이 통계적으로 유의하지 않은 점 등을 고려할 때, 가설1은 기각수준임을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 식재료 원산지는 외식메뉴의 최저수용가격에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설2는 채택되었다. 소고기의 경우는 국내산>호주산>멕시코산>미국산, 돼지고기는 국내산>캐나다산>칠레산>미국산, 닭고기는 국내산>덴마크산>브라질산>미국산 순으로 나타나서 최저수용가격은 국내산이 가장 높고 미국산이 가장 낮은 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 식재료 원산지는 외식메뉴의 최고수용가격에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설3도 최저수용가격과 마찬가지로 채택되었다. 소고기의 최고수용가격은 국내산>호주산>미국산>멕시코산 순으로 나타났다. 그리고 돼지고기는 국내산>캐나다산>칠레산>미국산, 닭고기는 국내산>덴마크산>미국산>브라질산 순으로 검증되었다. 넷째, 식재료 원산지는 외식메뉴의 수용가격범위에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설4는 기각되었다.
