상징적 표상으로서의 연화문이 지닌 현상학적 의미

연화문에 나타난 문양은 작품의 내용 미학과 형식미학에 의해 구현되는 상징과 표상이며, 현상적 의미를 지닌 표현적 행동의 예술적 활동이다. 연구의 목표는 도자조형작품에 나타나고 있는 상징적 개념과, 물성적 형식에 대한 정체성을 이해하고, 예술로서의 화훼가 지니는 표현의 미학적 가치를 정립하는 데 있다. 이것은 문양의 외연과 내포에 대한 조건과 속성을 고찰하기 위함이다. 이를 위한 연구의 범위는 80여점의 한국, 중국, 베트남도예작품을 진단 해석 하였고, 형태학적인 접근방법으로 분석하였다. 연구의 절차는 1단계로 연화문의 개념과 상징적 구조를 설정하고, 2단계에서는 형상학적 구성, 지각적 형식인 의미요소간의 상관적 관계성을 비교, 판별, 평가 하였다. 3단계에서는 연화문이 지닌 내용미학으로서의 요소를 확인, 검증하였다. 본 연구를 통해서 확인한 발견점은 연화문의 상징 및 장식 효과를 의미 요소로서의 형식과 소재 및 구성이 지닌 내적요소인 외연(Denotation)과 내포(Connotation)로 재해석, 규명하였다. 따라서 이는 연화문이 지닌 존재론적 상태와 현상학적 구조에 대한 미학적 가치를 재확인하는 의미를 지닌다. Lotus flower pattern is a symbol and emblem which materializes the substantial and formal aesthetics of the piece of art, thus being the artistic activity of expressive behaviour with phenomenal meaning. The purpose of this research is to understand the symbolical concept of pieces of ceramics and the identity of material form, and to establish the aesthetical values of the expression which flower pattern carries out in the form of art. It was done for the consideration of the conditions and properties on extension and connotation of the pattern. In order to achieve the goal 80 pieces of ceramics from Korea, China, and Vietnam were observed and analyzed using the morphological approach method. 1st stage of the research is the establishment of concept and symbolic structure of lotus flower pattern. 2nd stage is comparison, differentiation, and evaluation of mutual relationship between meaningful elements which are perceptual forms and make formal structure. 3rd stage is investigation on the elements of the substantial aesthetics carried out by lotus flower pattern. The most important points discovered through this research is the tries to grasp their relationship to denotation and connotation, effect and symbol and decoration of lotus flower pattern which materialize the substantial formal patterns as structure. The result of this research has reassurance that lotus flower pattern is a symbol and emblem as aesthetics of values which materializes the phenomenal structure.

연구배경 본 연구의 중심 제재(subject matter)는 조선조 백자에 체화된 현상성(玄常性)의 존재적 본질성과 미학적 사의성(寫意性) 규명으로 융합적 창의 가치의 근원을 탐구하는 데 있다. 논제의 정당화에 대한 가치적 문제 진술은 형상의 구성요소, 속성(property)개념과 조건으로서의 변인이 되는 백자의 윤곽인 경계역의‘계’의 본성에 대한 시공간적 표상의 의미화와 차원의 다의적 수용성을 해명하였다. 형상적 해석의 정성화(定性化)와 형이상하학적 본질을 규명하는 것은 조형 가치로서의 독창이 지닌 함의적 논점과 표상의 매개체인 체화적 속성을 이해하는 것이다. 그 이유는 실재에 체화된 사유적 차원은 미의 존재를 규정하는 원인으로 사물을 그 자체이게 하는 고유의 근거이기 때문이며 존재론적 상태(integrated & embodied whole)의 콘텐츠를 지니기 때문이다. 연구목적은 백자에 현현(顯現)된 경계역(境界域)‘계’의 존재성과 현상성의 미적 규범 및 융합적 함의 가치 규명으로 현(玄)과 상(常)의 초월적 존재성의 근원을 해석하고 논점의 정당성을 탐구하는 데 있다. 연구방법 연구방법은 개념판단과 추리 형식의 조건·전제·규범을 인식 논리적 논리학의 추론이 중심이 되는 형식논리학과 개념과 속성을 논리적으로 분석하는 관념론적 변증법의 관념변증법을 적용하였다. 논리의 기준과 함축의 방법은 엘리토 기법을 적용하고 그 가치를 추론하였다. 연구결과 연구의 발견 점은 다음과 같다. 첫째 :현(玄)과 상(常)은 유의미적 원소를 지닌 초월적 존재인 도자조형의 시니피에(signified), 에토스(ethos)로서 백자의 본원적 창의성의 발아인 체화적 속성에 해당된다. 둘째 : 현상성의 미적 규범과 융합적 미화 가치 해명은 백자가 지닌 우주관과 자연관에 기인한 미학적 사의성 구현으로 확인하였으며 이것은 청정미(淸掙美), 무극(無極美)미, 심지미(心志美), 항존미(恒存美), 현적미(玄寂美), 영청운백미(影靑雲白美)를 지닌다. 셋째 :‘계’의 공리적 이치 탐구는 차원을 넘나드는 시공 초월의 속성변화와 순환의 확장으로 교호성(交效性)을 실증적으로 규명하였다. 넷째 : 현상미(玄常美)의 본원이 되는‘계’의 함의 가치와 정체성은 백자에 잉태된 조선인의 삶의 정체성 반영이며 미학적 가치의 고유미로 확인되었다. 향후, 한국적인 예술혼에 대한 조형성의 미학적 규범 탐구의 노력이 필요하다. Background This study seeks to explore the source of convergent implicated valueware through an investigation of the existential nature of the depth embodied in white porcelains of the Joseon Dynasty and its aesthetic private thought. The axiological problem-statement of the justification of this thesis is explained through the elements of the form, the concept of properties the signification of the spatiotemporal representation of the nature of the ridge line, which is the outline of white porcelain that acts, and the polysemy acceptability of levels. The qualification of and elucidates of shape and the embodying property, which is a mediator of carrying representation. This is because thought, as the cause that defines the being of beauty on the level of thought embodied in reality, is the unique ground that causes things to be the way they are, and because it the contents of the integrated and embodied whole. The purpose of this study is to define of the ridge line present in white porcelain, as well as the aesthetic norm of depth and the convergent implication-value, interpret the basis of the transcendental being of hyun (玄) and sang (常) and explore the legitimacy of the thesis. Methods For the method of study, conditions, premises, and norms, which are the various forms involved in conceptual judgment and inference, were applied to formal logic, where the focus is on inference of epistemological logic, and the idealistic dialectic that logically analyzes concepts and attributes. For the standard of logic and the method of implication, the Elito Method was applied to infer the value. Result The results are as follows: First: hyun (玄) and sang (常) are signified & ethos where at ceramic performing as a the legitimacy germination of the embedded properties on fundamental creativity of the transcendent white porcelain with its significant elements. Second: The aesthetic norm of depth and the elucidation of convergent aesthetic valueware identified of through the realization of the artist’s inner world, which is based on the cosmology and natural world view found in white porcelain. Third: The axiomatic secondary study of the “ridge line” examined reciprocity by demonstrating change, expansion and circulation that cross dimensions & correspond to the properties of the beyond dimensionality. Fourth: The embedded valueware identity of the ridge line, which is the source of the beauty of private thought is that was also conformed the uniqueness of aesthetic value & reflect the identity of life afforded Joseon people conceived in white porcelain. In the future, we need to study the aesthetic norms of the formative nature of Korean esprit.

나선형이 지닌 조형의 구조적 법칙성과 형상특성

나선형의 형태와 조형과의 관계연구는 적응성에 대한 접근에 있으며 이를 위해 추상적 개념, 미적 특성, 구조적 특성, 동적 특성에 대한 관찰이 수반되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 나선형이 지니고 있는 시각적, 구조적 형태의 접근을 통해 조형으로 이루어지는 구체적인 구성 요인을 인식하고 전개하기 위한 상호관계를 파악하고자 한다. 즉 나선형이 지닌 순수 조형의 요소와 원리에 의한 시각언어의 경험 및 표현 가능성과 창조적 조형능력 배양을 위한 사례를 중심으로 접근하였다. 연구의 목표는 나선형이 지닌 조형의 구조적 법칙성을 이해하고 형상특성을 통해 사고의 방법을 얻는데 있으며, 이것에 대한 연구의 범위는 나선형이 지닌 형태적 원형으로서의 미적요소 파악과 형상의 개념적 특성을 파악하는데 중점을 두고 있다. 이를 위한 연구의 방법은 자연형, 인위형이 지니고 있는 사례를 중심으로 분석하였다. 이를 토대로 나선형과 같은 조형원형은 모든 현상의 기초이며 균형과 조화의 척도로서 형성되고 있음을 확인 하였다. 연구의 발견점을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 나선형이 지닌 형태적, 구조적 법칙성은 소용돌이 꼴과 롤(Roll)의 형상으로 이루어지는 조형변화를 확인하였다. 또한 자연형으로서의 나선형은 규칙적인 생장성을 지니고 있으며 실내계단에서처럼 최적의 공간절약형의 특성을 지니고 있다. 나선형이 지닌 유기적 질서의 법칙에 따른 형태구성과 이것이 지닌 조형 형상으로서 율동, 계조, 변화에 대한 조형 요소를 발견하고 재해석 하였다. The study of the spiral form and sculpting is at the access to adaptability. To that end, the observations on abstract concepts, aesthetic characteristics, structural characteristics, and dynamic characteristics should be accompanied. Through visual and structural forms of the spiral form, this study tries to grasp their relationship to identify and process concrete constituent elements. That is, it seeks to know the experience and expressive possibility of visual language of pure formal element and theory of the spiral form and to cultivate the creative forming ability. Base on this study, it confirms that the spiral form as a formal element is foundation of every phenomena and constitutes a standard for balance and harmony. To sum it up: The formal and structural law found in the spiral form is the formal variations of spirals and rolls. The study found the formal structure created by organic law of the spiral form and as its formal expression confirmed and reinterpreted movement, gradation, and change.

연결납세제도의 도입효과에 대한 고찰

우리나라는 2010년부터 연결납세제도를 시행하였으며 논리적 타당성이 높은 소득통산형 연결납세제도를 도입하였다. 지배회사는 종속회사의 지분을 매각함으로써 언제든 탈퇴가 가능하도록 하였으나, 탈퇴 후 추가되는 경우에는 탈퇴 후 4년 이내의 재가입을 할 수 없도록 하였다. 이는 결손법인을 이용한 조세회피의 문제를 방지하고자 함이다. 본 연구의 한계점은 기업의 세무정보를 수집하기 쉽지 않기 때문에 보다 신뢰성 있는 연구를 하기가 어려워 실증연구를 하기에 한계가 있다는 것이다. 실제의 세무자료를 이용하여 실증분석을 통한 연결납세제도의 도입효과를 확인할 수 있다면 보다 의미 있는 연구가 될 것으로 기대한다. The Consolidated tax return system has been enforced since 2010, that is income aggregating type having highly logical validity. The controlling company can withdraw at any time by the sale of subsidiary company"s shares from the consolidated tax return system, but our corporate tax act prevent rejoining within four years after withdrawal. This purposing is to avoid tax using the defect corporation. The limitations of this study is that there is a limit to the empirical study, because difficult to collect corporate tax information so it is to study a more reliable. We expected to be the more meaningful research, if we can see the effect of the consolidated tax return system introduced by the empirical analysis using the data of the actual tax.

아동의 사회적 지위에 따른 또래괴롭힘의 참여행동과 친구관계

This study investigated the relation between participation in bullying, peer relationship and children`s social status. We examined the classified types of social status among 700 fifth and sixth grade elementary schools students. The data were obtained by administering a self-reported questionnaire. Differences were identified with participation in bullying behavior, intimacy friendship and peer support as peer relationship. The collected data were subjected to a descriptive and F-test analysis using the SPSS software program. The results conveyed that social status was different according to the gender difference. Rejected boys presented more bully, reinforce, assistant and victim behaviors. Neglected boys were more victims of bullying. Defensive behavior was more apparent in popular and neglected boys. Furthermore, such boys had high intimate friendships. Popular boys presented distinctively more peer support. Rejected boys represented less intimate friendship and peer support. On the other hand, popular girls portrayed more defensive behavior. However, rejected girls and neglected girls had less defensive behaviors. Victim behaviors were less coherent in popular and neglected girls. Intimate friendship and peer support were mostly apparent in popular girls. Rejected boys represented less intimate friendship and peer support.

민화의 괴석이 지닌 융복합적 유의미성과 현현된 표상의 창의가치성

본 연구는 창의적 융합가치의 본질성과 본물성의 의미체계연구에서 시작되었다. 본 연구의 목적은 민화의 조형 구성 요소인 괴석이 지닌 사유적 본질성과 표상적 본물성의 관계구조 해명을 범주로 한 현현된 표상의 융 복합적 창의가치성을 규명하는데 있다. 전자의 경우는 인식의 정당성과 존재로서의 본질성, 체화적 속성을 논의의 범주로 한정 하였고, 후자는 형상학적 게슈탈트(gestalt)실체의 교호적 의미와 표상에 대한 현시성을 대상으로 연구 과정을 거쳤다. 연구의 중심제재(subject matter)인 창의가치성은 조형표상의 논거 해명과 형이상학적 소구력에 대한 괴석의 미적 징표와 객관적 미감을 준거로 분석하고 형상학적 구조가 지닌 공간한정성, 차원의 다차원성을 척도 단위로 재해석 하였다. 연구의 결과 및 내용을 통하여 발견한 점은, 내용미학의 속성과 형태소는 차원성의 근거로서 융 복합적 유의미성을 규정하고 있다는 것이다. 그리고 의의소와 형태소는 공리적 교호의 관계성을 지니며 그 표상은 자존의 정체성으로 민예미의 존재가치와 잠재가치인 창의가치성을 잉태하고 있음을 규명하였다. 이는 형이하에 내포된 형이상의 범주를 형성하는 사유성과 본질로서의 융복합성을 추체험하는 의미를 지니며, 향후 다면적이며, 더욱 심도 있는 연구가 필요하다. The purpose of the research is to determine the convergently creative valueware of representation manifested by the clarification of each categorical variable relational structure of ideological essentiality and presentational properties possessed by goeseok (oddly shaped stones), which are a formative component of Min-Hwa. The former is limited to essentiality as the existence and legitimacy of recognition and attributes of embodiment as the range of discussion, and the latter is aimed at the alternate meaning of morphological gestalt substance and manifestation of representation. Creative valueware, which is the subject matter of this study, is analyzed based on the aesthetic sign and objective sense of beauty of goeseok regarding clarifying the argument of formative representation and metaphysical appeal. Moreover, the spatial limitation of the morphological structure and multi-dimensionality are reinterpreted on a scale. The discovery of this study is that the attributes of content aesthetics and morphemes define convergently semantics as the basis of dimensionality. Moreover, semanteme and morphemes are in utilitarian reciprocality, and this representation is the identity of self-existence (or self-respect) and conceives creative valueware, which is the existence value as well as potential value of the beauty of folk art. This has the significance of experience in postscript of convergence as the essence and reason that form the metaphysical category suggested by physical science.
