이온성 상호작용을 통한 키토산-폴리아크릴산 Polyplex의 형성 및 이를 이용한 하이드로젤 특성 분석

대표적인 양이온성 폴리사카라이드인 키토산은 생체 친화적인 특성으로 인하여 식품 및 의약품으로의 다양한 응용성이 제시되고 있으나, 용액의 pH에 따른 급격한 용해도 변화로 인하여 실제적인 사용에 많은 제약이 따른다. 본 연구에서는 양이온성 키토산 고분자체와 음이온성 고분자 전해질인 PAA의 이온성 상호작용을 이용하여 두 고분자 전해질의 구성 비율 및 용액의 pH에 따른 polyplex 형성 과정을 관찰하였다. 특히, 두 고분자체의 조성 비율에 따라 나타나는 입자 표면의 전하량은 입자 간정전기적 반발력을 제공하여 균일한 입자 크기와 높은 콜로이드 안정성을 제공하였으며, 이와 같이 안정화된 polyplex 입자는 추가적인 가교화 반응을 통하여 하이드로젤 입자로의 형성이 가능하였다. 두 고분자 전해질의 부분적인 교차 결합으로 형성된 하이드로젤 입자 내부의 acryl amide 작용기는 특징적인 저임계 용액 온도(LCST)를 나타냄으로써 입자의 온도에 따른 수화 작용에 차이를 보이며 그에 따른 입자의 수력학적 직경 변화가 관찰되어 온도에 따른 하이드로젤 입자의 가역적인 팽윤 작용이 관찰되었다. 이와 같은 하이드로젤 입자는 생리활성적인 환경에서 제한된 용해도를 보이는 키토산의 응용성을 한 층 더 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Despite the great potential for the versatile applications in food industry and medical area, chitosan as a biocompatible cationic polysaccharide has suffered from the limited solubility under physiological condition. Herein, we demonstrated the electrostatic formation of chitosan-based polyplex particles, counterbalanced by polyacrylate as an anionic polyelectrolyte. The resulting polyplex exhibited pH- and composition-dependent changes in their surface charges as measured by zeta potential, which can be employed to provide the interparticle repulsive forces for enhanced colloidal stability in homogeneous solution. Subsequently, amide coupling between the acrylates and glucosamine residues of chitosan inside the polyplex further generated the hydrogel particles, which showed the temperature-sensitive swelling property. This aspect can be attributed to the partial formation of acryl amide residues, which have been generally known to possess the lower critical solution temperature (LCST).

소수에 대한 혐오와 차별, 그리고 1923년 조선인 학살: 사토 하루오(佐藤春夫)의 「마조(魔鳥)」를 중심으로

연구 목적: 이 연구는 1923년 간토대지진 당시와 현대 일본 사회에서 전개된 재일코리안 혐오와 차별 문제를 고찰함으로써 소수에 대한 두려움에서 비롯된 폭력적 심리를 분석하여 조선인 학살이 어떻게 발생할 수 있었는지를 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구 방법: 조선인 학살과 관련된 일본 문인들의 문학 작품을 토대로 조선인 학살 문제를 살펴보고 그 속에 담긴 소수자 혐오와 차별 문제, 제노사이드의 심리를 분석한다. 연구 내용: 분석 텍스트인 사토 하루오의 단편 「마조」는 소수자에 대한 혐오와 차별의 심리와 그 구조를 설득력 있게 제시한다. ‘마조’와 ‘마조술사’에 대한 대만 원주민 미신은 공동체 사회가 위험에 직면했을 때 소수자가 그 위기의 원인이자 위험 그 자체로 인식되는 구조를 여실히 보여준다. ‘마조술사’가 만들어지는 과정과 그 최후는 소수자가 공동체의 불안을 해소하는 대리적 희생자가 되는 메커니즘을 설명한다. 결론 및 제언: 현대 일본 사회에서 역사수정주의와 배외적 국수주의 풍조가 만연하며 일본 정부는 조선인 학살에 대한 책임을 회피하고 문제를 축소하고 있다. 그러나 혐오와 차별 문제를 해소하기 위해서는 조선인 학살의 진상을 철저히 조명하고 여기서 교훈을 얻어 연대의 움직임을 확대해나가야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to examine how the Massacre of Koreans could have occurred by analyzing the violent psychology caused by fear of the minority and contemplating the aversion against Koreans in Japan and the discrimination issue during the 1923 Great Kanto Earthquake and modern Japanese society. This article looks into the issue of the Korean Massacre based on the literary works of Japanese writers related to the Massacre of Koreans and analyzes aversion to the minority, discrimination, and the psychology of genocide. The analyzed text, Haruo Satō’s short story “Machō (Demon Bird),” convincingly presents the psychology and structure of aversion and discrimination against minorities. Native superstition of Taiwan on “machō” and “machor” clearly displays the constitution in which a minority is perceived as the cause of a crisis and a danger itself when a society faces peril. The process of creating a “machor” and its end explain the mechanism by which a minority becomes a substitutional victim of the anxiety of a community. In conclusion, historical revisionism and exclusionary nationalism are prevalent in modern Japanese society, and the Japanese government is avoiding responsibility for the Massacre of Koreans and reducing the problem. However, in order to solve the problem of aversion and discrimination, it ought to thoroughly shed light on the truth of the Korean Massacre and learn lessons from it to expand the movement of solidarity.

공간적 파라텍스트로서의 모바일 혼합현실 스토리텔링

본 논문은 문학비평에서 사용되는 파라텍스트라는 개념을 통해 모바일 혼합현실 기술의 가치와 의미, 속성을 새롭게 조명한다. 물리적 장소가 메인텍스트이자 고정된 체계인 ‘랑그(langue)’라면 일반 사용자들이 현장에 남기는 참여적 저작과 시공간적 흔적과 발화는 ‘빠롤(parole)’에 해당하며, 이들이 혼합된 모바일 혼합현실 스토리텔링을 파라텍스트로 보았다. 이에 대한 구현 가능한 방법과 미적 변용의 실험 및 응용들을 제시함으로써 모바일 혼합현실 공간의 파라텍스트 개념을 구체화했다. Giving birth to a new concept of spatial paratext which originated from literature criticism, this paper attempts to illuminate new value, meaning and properties of mobile mixed reality. While physical places can be regarded as ‘langue’ that refers to fixed structure and main text at the same time, user created participatory authoring in that place and his(her) spatio-temporal trace corresponds to ‘parole’, and their merging into mobile mixed reality storytelling can be viewed as ‘paratexts’. We proposed a design and implementation methods for establishing spatial paratexts, also with aesthetic transformation experiments with them. In this way, we gave shape to the concrete concept and realization methods of mobile mixed reality as spatial paratext.

재난서사 속 신화적 상상력과 무녀의 역할 : 신카이 마코토 영화 <너의 이름은.>과 <날씨의 아이>를 중심으로

본고는 ‘재후(災後)’ 혹은 ‘재간(災間)’을 맞이한 사회와 그 문학적 대응인 재난서사 영화 신카이 마코토 감독의 <너의 이름은.>과 <날씨의 아이>를 대상으로 하여 그 작품 속에 나타난 신화적 상상력과 무녀의 역할을 분석하고 검토한 것이다. <너의 이름은.>에서는 『니혼쇼키』에 등장하는 시토리노카미의 아메노카가세오 퇴치 신화, 무스비(産霊/結) 신앙이, <날씨의 아이>에서는 ‘하레온나(晴女)’와 신토(神道)적 신앙 요소가 스토리를 관통하는 주요 요소로 작용하고 있다. 각각 두 작품의 주인공인 미쓰하와 히나는 영화에서 무녀로 설정되는데 이들은 신―인간, 신의 세계―인간의 세계, 피안―차안의 경계를 이어주는 매개체의 역할을 한다. 이와 더불어 히나는 희생의 시스템 속에서 인간 제물로 희생되는 역할을 수행한다. 두 영화에서는 당사자―비(非)당사자, 시스템 내부인―외부인의 이항대립이 꾸준히 드러난다. 신카이 감독은 영화를 보는 관객에게 재난사회를 살아가는 현대인들에게 앞으로 어떻게 살아갈 것인가 질문을 던지면서 희생의 시스템에 의존하지 않는 우리가 나아가야 할 지점을 보여주고 있다. This paper is an analysis and review of a disaster society facing ‘post-disaster’ and ‘between-disasters’ and its literary counterpart under the theme of the mythical imagination and the role of a Miko in Makoto Shinkai’s Movies <Your Name.> and <Weathering With You>. There were main factors that penetrate the stories: the myth of Shitori-no-kami’s eliminating Ame-no-Kagaseo in “Nihon Shoki” and Musubi(産霊/結) Faith in <Your Name.>, and religious elements of ‘Hareonna(晴女)’ and ‘Shinto (神道)’ in <Weathering With You>. Meanwhile, Mitsuha and Hina, the main characters of <Your Name.> and <Weathering With You> are set up as Mikos-female shaman-in the film. They serve as intermediaries for the boundaries between gods-human, gods-world-human, and afterworld-this world. Also, Hina plays the role of being sacrificed as a human sacrifice in the system. The two films consistently reveal the binary confrontation between the parties versus non parties and the insiders versus outsiders of the system. Director Shinkai asks the audience how to live in this disaster society from now on and showing us where we should move on without relying on the system of sacrifice.

전기차 충전수요 분산을 위한 신규 전기차 충전소 위치 선정에 관한 연구

Electric vehicles (EVs) have the characteristics of connecting to the power system for charge. Concentration of charging demand at one point can cause instability of the power system. Therefore, it is important to install EV charging stations in appropriate locations considering the expected charging demand of the candidate sites. A spatial approach is required to predict charging demand of EVs that is dynamic load which moves geographically through users. In this paper, we propose the charging demand prediction of EVs for determining the new EV charging stations for charging demand dispersion. Charging demand prediction is implemented by Ordinary Kriging based on geographic information.

The initial reception of Maxine Hong Kinston's The Woman Warrior as a nonfiction autobiography is misguiding, for it neglects magical realist characteristics of the novel. This paper examines the narrative traits of The Woman Warrior in the light of magical realism. The narrator's stories are less of the objective descriptions than of her own imagination based on the stories told by her mother. Her stories take the form of myths and the mix of fantasy and reality, bewildering the readers as a result. The theoretical analysis of magical realism is provided by Fredric Jameson's epochal work on magical narratives. The critique of magical realism by Gayatri Spivak is also crucial in understanding the genre, for she makes a valid point about the liability of magical realism to be exploited as a byword for characterizing minor literature. Other critiques such as Irene Guenther and Christopher Warnes further argue that the origin of magical realism can be traced back to the German literary tradition. This paper contends that magical realism used in The Woman Warrior is conducive to foregrounding the oppressed voices of Chinese subaltern women. By invoking the oppressed memories from her family, the narrator endows voice to her subaltern aunts and her mother. The Woman Warrior is no longer considered as “minor literature.” Rather, it is one of the most frequently taught texts in America. Thus, magical realism should be illuminated as a subversive genre that can excavate the hitherto neglected and oppressed narratives of subaltern people.

간토대지진 시 불령선인 유언비어와 조선인 학살: 도쿠다 슈세이(德田秋聲) 「파이어건(フアイヤガン)」의 내용분석을 중심으로

본고는 도쿠다 슈세이의 단편소설 「파이어건」을 중심으로 간토대지진 직후 유포ㆍ확산된 불령선인 유언비어와 조선인 학살사건을 검토한 것이다. 간토대지진 때 발생한 조선인 관련 유언비어는 일본인이 가지는 조선인에 대한 뿌리 깊은 편견과 차별의식으로 인한 것이었다. 도쿠다 슈세이는 「파이어건」을 통해 간토대지진 당시 일본인들이 조선인 관련 유언비어를 무분별하게 맹신한 것을 비판하고 있으며, 조선인 학살사건이 일본인의 편견과 차별의식 때문에 일어난 잔학이었음을 지적한다. 당시 대부분의 일본 지식인ㆍ문학가들에게 조선인 학살사건에 대한 비판적 성찰이 결여되어 있었던 것에 비해, 도쿠다 슈세이가 언론통제가 해금되자마자 불령선인 유언비어와 조선인 학살사건에 대한 비판적ㆍ풍자적 소설을 발표한 것은 그 자체로 의의가 있다. 본고에서는 한 작품만을 분석했으나 향후 조선인 학살사건 관련 문학작품들을 종합적ㆍ다각적으로 검토해야 할 필요가 있다. Based on Shusei Tokuda’s short story Fire Gun, this paper reviews the rumors of Futei-Senjin and the Massacre of Koreans distributed and spread right after the Kanto earthquake. The rumors related to Koreans-after the Kanto earthquake-arose from entrenched prejudice and discrimination against Koreans by the Japanese. Shusei Tokuda criticizes the Japanese through Fire Gun for indiscriminately accepting rumors about Koreans at the time and points out that the massacre was atrocities caused by their bias and the sense of discrimination. While most Japanese intellectuals and writers of those days lacked critical reflection on the Massacre of Koreans, Shusei Tokuda published a critical and satirical novel about Futei-Senjin rumors and the Massacre of Koreans as soon as the media control lifted is significant itself. Although this paper analyzes only one piece of work, the literature related to the Massacre of Koreans needs to be reviewed comprehensively and variously in the future.

생체정보보호를 위한 워터마킹 기법

생체 정보를 도용하기 어렵다는 장점에도 불구하고 생체 인증시스템이 그 자체로 안전한 것은 아니다. 생체정보를 위조하기는 어렵지만 손상되기는 쉽기 때문이다. 본 논문은 생체 정보로부터 생성된 초기값을 이용하여 생체정보의 무결성을 보장하는 생체 인증시스템을 제안한다. 실험 결과 카드 소유자를 소유자로 인식한 확률은 최적 파라미터 하에서 약 96%정도였으며, 비소유자를 소유자로 오인한 확률은 0%였다. 학습에 참여한 비소유자 뿐만 아니라, 학습에 참여하지 않은 비소유자도 100% 기각을 하여 소유자 검증에 높은 신뢰도를 보였다.
