일본어 상급 학습자의 접속사 운용 실태 연구 - 모어화자와 비교를 통하여 -

논거를 통해 주장을 전개하는 글에서 접속사의 역할은 매우 중요하다. 일본어 상급 학습자는 이러한 글쓰기 능력 즉 의견문 작성 능력을 요구 받을 가능성이 높기 때문에 이에 대응할 수 있는 교육이 필요하다. 이에 본고는 상급 학습자가 작성한 의견문에서 접속사의 사용 실태를 조사하여 이를 모어화자와 비교・분석해 보았다. 학습자의 접속사 사용은 모어화자와 수치적으로는 큰 차이가 없으나 사용 양상에는 차이가 있었다. 우선 고난이도 접속사의 사용이 적었으며 회화체 접속사의 사용이 눈에 띄었다. 다음으로 분류 항목별 특징을 살펴보면 학습자는 ‘논리’의 접속사의 사용횟수가 가장 높았다. 모어화자가 접속사를 생략하는 경우에도 학습자는 이를 적극적으로 사용했기 때문이다. 또 학습자는 ‘정리’와 ‘이해’의 접속사를 효과적으로 사용하지 못했다. 초기에 학습한 접속사에의 의존도가 높은 것, 단어의 다양한 용법에 관한 이해가 부족한 것 등에 원인이 있었다. 마지막으로 ‘전환’의 접속사는 학습자가 거의 사용하지 못했으며 이것은 의견문에서 사용되는 구문에 대한 이해 부족의 문제로 볼 수 있었다. 이상의 특징을 통하여 일본어 상급 학습자들은 글의 장르에 따른 접속사 사용 능력이 부족하며 따라서 어휘 학습과는 별도로 의견문 안에서의 접속사 운용 방법에 관한 학습이 필요하다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. The role of the conjunction in the developing of the writings of arguments and opinions is vitally important. It is necessary for an advanced learner to be able to cope with such types of writing, because they are likely to be required to have the ability to write such statements and to write opinion essays. Therefore, this paper investigates the situational use of the conjunctions in the opinion essays of advanced learners and then compared and analyzed them with that of native speakers. There was no significant difference between both learners’ and native speakers’ use of conjunctions in numerical terms, but there were differences in some usage patterns. First of all, the use of high difficulty conjunctions was considered low for the advanced learner and the use of conversational conjunctions was noticeable. As we search the distinction according to a classified category, the learner had the highest number of ‘logical’ conjunctions. This is because the learner has actively used them, even if the native speaker omits the conjunction. Additionally, in this study, the learner did not use the conjunctions of ‘theorem’ and ‘understanding’ effectively. Most learners highly depend on initially learned conjunctions and may lack a full understanding of the various usages of these words. Lastly, the conjunction of ‘conversion’ was rarely used by learners and this could be viewed as a lack of understanding of the syntax that is used in opinion essays. Through these features, it was confirmed that advanced Japanese learners generally fell short in their ability to use conjunctions according to this genre of writing. Therefore when working with opinion essays , learning the proper way of operating with conjunctions is needed, separately from vocabulary learning.
낙동강 하류 소유역의 지하수와 하천수의 수리지질학적 특성

기후변화에 따라 수자원의 취약성이 증가하고 있고, 그로 인해 지하수 자원의 필요성이 강조되고 있다. 특히,낙동강권역이 자리 잡은 한반도 남부는 매년 봄 가뭄과 같은 물 부족 현상이 빈번하게 발생하고 있다. 물 부족의 대안으로 지하수 자원 이용이 대두되고 있으나, 지하수 자원의 활용에는 수질 안정성이 반드시 요구된다. 이 연구는 2023년8월과 10월, 2회에 걸쳐 낙동강 하류 광려천 유역을 대상으로 지하수 관정 총 54개소와 하천수 총 5개의 지점에서 시료를 채취하여 현장 수질 및 실내 수질 분석을 수행하였다. 현장에서 측정한 전기전도도의 값은 지하수와 하천수 모두연구 지역 수계 하류로 갈수록 농도가 증가하는 경향을 보여 준다. 이는 하류의 농업 활동이 하천수에 직접적으로 유입됨을 지시한다. 실내 수질 분석 결과 연구 지역의 수질 유형은 주로 [Ca-HCO3] 유형이 가장 많고, [Ca-SO4] 유형이그 뒤를 이었다. 8월과 10월 시간에 따른 수질 유형의 변화를 확인하면, Ca 함량이 우세한 지역이 Na 함량이 우세한 지역으로 변화하고, 이러한 지하수 관정은 주로 하류에 위치하고 있음을 확인하였다. 결국 연구 지역 하류의 하천수·지하수의 농도 변화는 공장단지, 폐수 처리시설, 농경지의 분포 현황 및 낙동강 하류의 유입과 밀접한 관계가 있고, 이를통해 인위적인 오염이 발생하였음을 유추할 수 있다. Recently, the vulnerability of water resources has been increasing owing to climate change, highlighting theimportance of groundwater. In particular, the Nakdong River Basin, located in the southern part of Korea, experiencesfrequent water scarcity phenomena, such as droughts. This study analyzed the hydrogeological characteristics of the studyarea by examining groundwater and stream water in the Gwangrye Stream, downstream of the Nakdong River Basin, inAugust and October 2023. Therefore, we collected samples from 54 groundwater wells and five streams for water qualityanalysis. The results of the field tests indicated an increasing trend in electrical conductivity from upstream to downstreamin the study area. Laboratory analyses confirmed that the concentration of Na increased from upstream to downstreammore than that of Ca. In conclusion, both stream water and groundwater were influenced by anthropogenic contamination. These changes were closely related to land use in the study area. The upstream areas are primarily composed of forests,whereas the downstream areas are composed of industrial complexes, wastewater treatment facilities, and agricultural areas,which are likely to affect both stream water and groundwater.

Background: The aim of this study was to investigate the predictive value of snoring frequency in the diagnosis and severity of obstructive sleep apnea. Methods: Patients who underwent polysomnography with one or more of the following characteristics were included: 1) sleepiness, non-restorative sleep, fatigue, or insomnia symptoms; 2) arousal due to cessation of breathing or the occurrence of gasping or choking when waking up; and 3) habitual snoring, breathing interruptions, or both, noted by a bed partner or other observer. We analyzed the differences in clinical and polysomnographic variables between patients with and without obstructive sleep apnea and investigated the associations of those variables with obstructive sleep apnea severity. Results: One hundred ninety-three patients met the inclusion criteria, and 145 of the 193 patients were diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea. Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that large neck circumference (p = 0.0054) and high snoring index (p = 0.0119) were independent predictors for obstructive sleep apnea. Moreover, between the obstructive sleep apnea severity groups, there was a strong tendency of difference in body mass index (p = 0.0441) and neck circumference (p = 0.0846). However, there was no significant difference in snoring frequency according to obstructive sleep apnea severity (p = 0.4914). Conclusions: We confirmed that snoring frequency is a predictor of obstructive sleep apnea. In addition, we showed for the first time that snoring frequency is not associated with obstructive sleep apnea severity, thus it is not a valuable marker for predicting obstructive sleep apnea severity.
Non-Coding RNAs in Caenorhabditis elegans Aging

Non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs) comprise various RNA species, including small ncRNAs and long ncRNAs (lncRNAs). ncRNAs regulate various cellular processes, including transcription and translation of target messenger RNAs. Recent studies also indicate that ncRNAs affect organismal aging and coversely aging influences ncRNA levels. In this review, we discuss out current understanding of the roles of ncRNAs in aging and longevity, focusing on recent advances using the roundworm Caenorhabditis elegans. Expression of various ncRNAs, including microRNA (miRNA), tRNA-derived small RNA (tsRNA), ribosomal RNA (rRNA), PIWI-interacting RNA (piRNA), circular RNA (circRNA), and lncRNA, is altered during aging in C. elegans. Genetic modulation of specific ncRNAs affects longevity and aging rates by modulatinf established aging-regulating protein factors. Because many aging-regulating mechanisms in C. elegans are evolutionarily conserved, these studies will provide key information regarding how ncRNAs modulate aging and lifespan in complex organisms, including mammals.

Drawing on sense-making theory, this study aims to reveal the diversity and complexity of teachers' interpretations of the educational policy called ‘high school credit system.’ Through interviews with six teachers who have worked in leading schools of credit system, the study investigated how they interpreted the policy and what sense-making factors influenced their interpretations. The analysis revealed that their interpretations of the same policy varied depending on their ‘personal interpretative framework’ and ‘social and organizational contexts’, resulting in four distinct categories: agreement, acceptance, resistance, and refusal. Concerning ‘personal interpretative framework’, teachers who found the policy in accord with their professional self-understanding and subjective educational theory demonstrated greater enthusiasm for implementation. Regarding ‘social and organizational contexts’, participants from schools where teachers actively made their classes public and received ample support were more able to autonomously implement the policy in the way they found desirable. However, teachers who were assigned unexpected or unwanted classes expressed skepticism toward the policy. Unlike previous studies, our findings showed that policy documents did not significantly impact teachers' interpretations. Teachers paid little attention to the policy documents, which emphasized policy rationale, as they prioritized adapting the policy to their context rather than rigidly adhering to its intention. Considering these findings, this study discusses implications for educational policy design and implementation. 교사가 교육개혁을 국가의 의도와 다르게 실행하는 까닭은 교사의 의지나 능력이 부족해서가 아니라 정책에 대해 나름의 해석을 만들고 그에 따라 실천하기 때문일 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 의미-만들기 이론에 기반하여 고교학점제라는 교육개혁 정책에 대해 교사가 형성하는 해석의 다양성과 복잡성을 드러내는 데 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 고교학점제 선도학교 근무 경험이 있는 6명의 교사를 대상으로 이들이 고교학점제를 어떻게 해석하며, 이들의 해석에 어떤 요인들이 관련되는지를 탐색하였다. 분석 결과, 고교학점제라는 동일한 정책에 대한 교사들의 해석은 각 교사의 ‘개인적 해석 틀’, ‘사회적‧조직적 맥락’에 따라 동의, 수용, 저항, 거부 등으로 조금씩 다르게 나타났다. ‘개인적 해석 틀’ 측면에서, 고교학점제가 교사의 전문적 자기-이해 및 주관적 교육이론에 부합한다고 여기는 교사일수록 그 실행에 더 많은 기대와 열정을 보였다. ‘사회적‧조직적 맥락’ 측면에서는 수업 공유가 활발하고 교사의 수업 활동을 적극적으로 지원하는 환경에 있는 교사일수록 고교학점제를 자신이 원하는 방향으로 운영해 나가며 교사로서 자율성을 발휘하는 것으로 나타났다. 자신이 원하지 않는 수업을 떠맡게 된 교사들은 고교학점제에 부정적인 반응을 보였다. 교사들의 고교학점제 해석에 있어서 관련 ‘정책 문서’는 별다른 영향력이 없었으며, 이 점은 선행연구에서 살펴본 의미-만들기 과정과는 다소 다른 양상이었다. 교사들은 고교학점제를 어떻게 하면 본인이 처한 상황에 알맞게 해낼 수 있을지에 더 관심을 두었으며, 이 때문에 추진 배경, 방향 등이 수록된 정책 문서에는 큰 관심을 두지 않았다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 교육정책 설계와 실행에 대한 시사점을 논의하였다.

It was sometimes difficult to differentiate between acute-onset chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (A-CIDP) and subacute inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (SIDP). The CNS involvement of these polyneuropathies has rarely reported in the literature. We present the case of a 42-year-old man who developed rapidly developing inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy followed by right optic neuritis. This case showed progressive motor weakness and sensory dysfunction with time to nadir at 8 weeks, demyelination in nerve conduction study, no other etiology of neuropathy, no relapse during follow-up of 18 months, good response to steroid and complete recovery which favor SIDP more than A-CIDP. We experienced the case of SIDP associated with optic neuritis.
VR과 EEG 기반 캠퍼스 실내 공용공간 자연 조망의 영향에 관한 신경건축 학적 탐구

This article explores how natural views in indoor designs impact occupants neuroarchitecturally. Psychophysiological responses and cognitive behaviors were examined, including EEG analysis in a VR environment and a subjective spatial perception survey with 40 participants. Comparing spaces with and without natural views, EEG data revealed decreased relative power of beta waves and increased alpha-to-beta ratio in natural view settings, signifying psychological stability and relaxation. These findings suggest that environments with natural views contribute to stabilizing psychological and physiological brain activity, leading to decreased arousal and induced relaxation. The analysis of EEG data of occipital lobe and alpha waves yielded contrasting results, emphasizing the appropriateness of employing beta waves and the alpha-to-beta wave ratio as emotion indicators within spatial contexts. Furthermore, the spatial perception survey also indicated that natural view spaces were perceived as open, warm, and attractive, evoking positive emotions and preferences for such settings. This underscores neuroarchitecture's potential to induce stability, positive emotions, and user preferences via indirect natural engagement in indoor design.
감각통합중재에 대한 인식도 및 취업선호도에 대한 교육프로그램의 효과 및 필요성 연구 : 작업치료전공 대학생을 중심으로

Purpose : This study aimed to investigate occupational therapy students’ perceptions of sensory integration therapy and the effect of an educational program on these perceptions and future preferences. Methods : The subjects were 200 occupational therapy students in Busan and Gyeongsangnam-do. A primary survey was first conducted to shed light on students’ perceptions of sensory integration therapy, followed by an education program on sensory integration provided through an online video. After this training on sensory integration therapy, an additional survey assessed the students’ preferred employment routes and intention to take educational courses on clinical sensory integration therapy in the future. A secondary survey was then conducted, using the same form as the primary survey, to identify changes in the students’ perceptions of and preferences for sensory integration therapy. A frequency analysis using descriptive statistics was employed to identify the subjects’ general characteristics, employment-related preferences, and intention to take courses on sensory integration, and a paired samples t-test was used for a comparative analysis of the students’ perceptions before and after the education program. Results : In terms of the students’ perceptions of sensory integration therapy, the variables of efficiency, facilitation, and expertise showed statistically significant differences before and after the educational program, which resulted in a positive change in their overall perceptions of the therapy after the program. In relation to their preferred employment routes after the program, 100 students (50 %) answered the “field of adults,” and 100 (50 %) of students answered the “field of children.” Conclusion : The findings of this study demonstrated that sensory integration education positively influences occupational therapy students’ preferences for and perceptions of sensory integration therapy. Additional research is recommended to organize a more systematic education program and investigate employees in organizations related to children with disabilities.
