        Bogie frame is typical safety part of railway vehicle. Total serviceable life of bogie frame will be evaluated by Cumulative Damage Approach Method that is defined by dynamic strain measurement during revenue service under the actual track conditions. As a result of the standardization process developed in British Standard Institution, BS 7608 defines for fatigue design and test method of steel structure by fatigue test results over the long period. This paper evaluates the total serviceable life applying BS 7608 for the bogie frame of Electric Multiple Unit to verify structural safety of the bogie frame.

        인진쑥 노루궁뎅이 버섯균사체 발효물의 항산화 활성

        The hot water extract from Artemisia capillaris fermented with Hericium erinaceum mycelium (AC-HE) were assessed for the protection against oxidative modification of biological macromolecules and cell death. Antioxidant activity of AC-HE evaluated using 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl radical, 2,2 -azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) radical and peroxyl radical scavenging assays. AC-HE showed 61.73% DPPH radical scavenging activity at 500μg/mL, 97.39% ABTS radical scavenging activity at 250 μg/mL, and 44.18% peroxyl radical scavenging activity at 100 μg/mL. AC-HE were shown to significantly inhibited DNA strand breakage induced by peroxyl radical. AC-HE also prevented peroxyl radical-mediated human serum albumin modification. AC-HE effectively inhibited H2O2 induced cell death and significantly increased of the 11.47% cell survival at 100 μg/mL. AC-HE also decreased intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) levels in H2O2-treated cells. The results suggested that AC-HE can contribute to antioxidant and protected cells from oxidative stress-induced cell injury. 노루궁뎅이 버섯균사체(Hericium erinaceum)를 인진쑥(Artemisia capillaris)에 배양하여 조제한 AC-HE 열수 추출물이 생체고분자의 산화적 손상과 세포사멸을 보호할 수 있는 지를 관찰하였다. AC-HE의 항산화 활성을 DPPH radical, ABTS radical, peroxyl radical 소거활성 측정을 통해 알아보았다. 그 결과 DPPH radical 소거활성은 500 μg/mL 농도에서 61.73%, ABTS radical 소거활성은 250μg/mL 농도에서 97.39%, peroxyl radical 소거활성은 100 μg/mL 농도에서 44.18%로 나타났다. AC-HE은 DNA의 산화적 손상을 효과적으로 억제하였다. 또한 생체고분자물질인 사람의 혈청단백질의 산화적 손상을 억제하였다. 세포에 H2O2를 처리하였을 때 세포생존율에 비하여 발효물을 100 μg/mL농도로 전 처리한 세포생존율은 11.47% 증가했으며, 발효물을 50 μg/mL 농도로 처리했을 경우 세포내 ROS의 축적이 유의적으로 감소되었다. 따라서 AC-HE은 항산화 활성뿐만 아니라 산화적 스트레스에 의해 야기되는 세포 독성에 대한 보호 작용이 뛰어난 것으로 사료되었다.

        노루궁뎅이 버섯균사체를 이용한 비타민나무 발효물이 생체고분자의 산화적 변형과 세포사멸에 미치는 보호 영향

        본 연구에서는 노루궁뎅이 버섯균사체를 비타민나무 잎에 배양하여 조제한 노루궁뎅이 버섯균사체-비타민나무 발효물 열수 추출물이 생체고분자의 산화적 손상과 세포사멸을 보호할 수 있는지를 관찰하였다. 노루궁뎅이 버섯균사체-비타민나무 발효물의 항산화 활성을 DPPH radical, ABTS radical, peroxyl radical 소거활성 측정을 통해 알아보았다. 그 결과 노루궁뎅이 버섯균사체-비타민나무 발효물을 처리한 DPPH radical 소거활성은 500 μg/mL 농도에서 65.06%, ABTS radical 소거활성은 50 μg/mL 농도에서 98.83%, peroxyl radical 소거활성은 100 μg/mL 농도에서 44.03%로 높은 항산화 활성을 나타내었다. 노루궁뎅이 버섯균사체-비타민나무 발효물은 DNA의 산화적 손상을 효과적으로 억제하였다. 노루궁뎅이 버섯균사체-비타민나무 발효물 역시 사람의 혈청단백질과 Cu,Zn-SOD의 산화적 손상을 억제하였다. 세포에 H₂O₂를 처리하였을 때 세포생존율에 비하여 발효물을 100 μg/mL 농도로 전 처리한 세포생존율은 21.59% 높게 증가되었다. 또한 발효물을 50 μg/mL 농도로 처리했을 경우 세포 내 ROS의 축적이 유의적으로 감소되었다. 따라서 노루궁뎅이 버섯균사체-비타민나무 발효물은 항산화 활성뿐만 아니라 산화적 스트레스에 의해 야기되는 세포 독성에 대한 보호 작용이 뛰어난 것으로 사료된다. In this study, hot water extract from sea buckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides L.) leaves fermented with Hericium erinaceum mycelium (SBT-HE) was assessed for protection against oxidative modification of biological macromolecules and cell death. Antioxidant activity of SBT-HE was evaluated based on 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical, 2,2"-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) (ABTS) radical, and peroxyl radical scavenging assays. SBT-HE showed 65.06% DPPH radical scavenging activity at 500 μg/mL, 98.83% ABTS radical scavenging activity at 50 μg/mL, and 44.03% peroxyl radical scavenging activity at 100 μg/mL.       • 철도차량 기기브라켓에 적용되는 내구해석기법 고찰

        외부 가진의 영향으로 발생하는 구조물의 공진은 정적 하중의 크기와는 상관없이 구조물에 파단을 일으키는 주요 인자가 된다. 이와 같이 동적 하중을 고려한 피로해석 방법으로는 과도응답해석(Transient Response Analysis), 진동내구해석(Vibration Fatigue Analysis), 모드중첩내구해석방법(Modal Superposition Method), 등이 있다. 이와 같은 내구해석방법 중 본 논문에서는 주파수영역에서 내구해석을 수행하는 진동내구해석(Vibration Fatigue Analysis)을 이용하여 철도차량 기기브라켓의 내구해석을 수행함으로써 동적 하중이 고려된 구조물의 안전성 확보를 검토하고자 한다. The resonance caused by the external dynamic load is a major factor causing a fracture in the structure regardless of the size of the static load. Thus, Durability analysis methods considering the dynamic load are Transient Response Analysis, Vibration Fatigue analysis, Modal Superposition Method, etc. In this paper, Vibration Fatigue Analysis using the frequency domain of Durability analysis methods was carried out to define the safety of the instrument’s bracket of the rolling stock.

        재무적 자기효능감이 돈에 대한 태도 및 연금저축 가입의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 재무적 자기효능감이 돈에 대한 태도 및 연금저축의 가입의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하여, 금융소비자의 소비자 행동을 파악하고, 금융상품 전략에 활용함을 목적으로 한다. 이론적 검토를 통하여 연구가설 및 연구모형을 설정하고, 2013년 9월~ 2013년 12월 서울 및 수도권에 거주하는 20세부터 60세 이하의 563명의 일반 금융소비자를 대상으로 설문조사가 실시되었다. 수집된 데이터는 SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 18.0을 이용하여, 빈도분석, 신뢰도 및 타당성 분석, 상관관계분석이 실시되었으며, 연구가설의 검정을 위하여 구조방정식모형(SEM)이 이용되었다. 분석 및 연구 결과를 보면 재무적 자기효능감은 돈에 대한 태도 중 파워-명성 차원, 불신 차원, 근심 차원 등에 유의적인 영향을 미치며, 가입의도에도 유의적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 돈에 대한 태도 중 파워-명성 및 유지-시간 차원이 연금가입의도에 유의적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 실무적 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 재무마케터들은 금융고객과 접촉하는 고객접점에서 서비스를 제공하는 직원들이 고객에게 성취경험, 대리경험, 언어적 설득 등을 통하여 자기효능감을 높여야 하며, 이로 인하여 돈에 대한 태도를 긍정적으로 변화시켜, 연금저축 가입의도를 높이도록 하여야 한다. 둘째, 재무적 마케팅전략은 돈에 대한 태도를 근거로 이루어져야 한다. The purpose of this study, financial self-efficacy is to analyze the effect on the attitude and pension savings for the money. Also, it is to use the financial strategy by understanding of the consumer behavior of financial consumer. We have set the research hypothesis and research model by theoretical study. Questionnaire, intended for Seoul and general financial consumer ofmore than 20 years old 60 years old or less of 563 peoplewho are living in the Seoul metropolitan area, was carried out during the period of September to December 2013. Using the SPSS18.0 and AMOS18.0, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, analysis of validity, and correlation analysis were performed. In addition, structural equation model (SEM) was used for the test of the study hypothesis. Fromthe results of research, financial self-efficacy has significant effects on the attitude towards money among the power-reputation dimension, distrust dimension, and worry dimension, etc. Also, significant effect was found on the registration. And power-reputation and retention-time of money in the attitude have significant effects on the intention to be a pensioner. Practical suggestions are as follows. First, finance, marketing personnel, staff to provide the service in customer contact in contact with financial customers, achieved in customer experience, agency experience, it must increase the self-efficacy such as through verbal persuasion. As a result, positively changes the attitude towards money, we must increase the intention of registration of pension savings. Secondly, financial marketing strategy is performed based on the attitude towardsmoney.

      • 전동차 대차프레임의 기기브라켓에 대한 강도 및 피로내구평가 연구

        전동차 대차프레임은 철도차량의 대표적인 안전구성품으로 기존논문에서 정하중 및 피로하중을 포함한 구조해석 및 하중시험으로 다양하게 검증되어 왔다. 하지만 대차프레임에 취부되어 메인프레임에 영향을 주는 기기장치, 예를 들면 Driving gear, Brake, Traction motor 및 각종 댐퍼류 들을 취부하는 기기브라켓에 대한 강도 및 피로내구평가는 이루어지지 않고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 전동차 대차프레임에 취부되는 기기브라켓들을 UIC615-4와 EN13749등의 규격을 이용하여 구조해석 및 하중시험을 실시한 후 결과를 검토하여 대차프레임에 대한 구조적 안전성을 확보하고자 한다. Has been validated in a variety of previous study, including the static and fatigue analysis and load tests on existing safety components representative of bogie frame. But, Fatigue strength evaluation of various equipment mounting bracket is not performed. In this study, after conducting the fatigue load test and fatigue analysis using EN13749 and UIC615-4 to the brackets that are attached to the bogie frame, A review of the results to ensure the stuctural safety of bogie frame .

        豫熱處理가 原乳의 蛋白質 및 微生物에 미치는 影響

        The experiments were conducted to improve raw milk quality during storage, the chemical composition and microbiological aspect of raw milk, milk thermized at 65℃ for 30 second, and 75℃ for 2 second stored at 5℃ for 4 days were investigated. The result obtained were summarized as follows: 1. During storage of raw and thermized milk, in the composition of milk fat. milk protein, lactose and total solid did not change significantly. 2 The range of pH and acidity for the raw milk were 6.73∼5.94 and 0.16∼0.27% respectively and those of the thermized milk were 6.79∼6.62 and 0.16∼0.17% respectively. The phosphatase test were negative in heated milk. 3. The composition of total nitrogen., NCN and whey protein were decreased wherease those of NPN and casein were increased in heat treated milk. 4. The compositions of total nitrogen and casein were decreased as the storage period advanced. wherese those of NCN and NPN were increased. However, the composition of whey protein did not significantly change. 5. The number of coliform bacteria was not found in thermized milk. but were gradually increased in raw milk during storage period. 6. Raw milk had total bacteria count as 5.6 × 10 exp(6)/㎖, psychrotrophic bacteria 1.8×10 exp(6)/㎖ and thermoduric bacteria 1.6 × l0 exp(5)/㎖, as the heat treatment increased microorganism counts decreased to milk thermized at 75℃, for 2 sec. 3.0 × l0 exp(3)/㎖, 1.5× l0/㎖ and 2.7 × l0 exp(3)/㎖ respectively. 7. The count of thermoduric bacteria, psychrotrophic bacteria and total bacteria were increased during storage period. and more rapidly increased in raw milk than in heat treated milk.

      • Monocrotaline유발성 실험적 폐고혈압증의 면역 조직화학적 및 형태 계측학적 연구

        Pulmonary hypertension is reflected by histologic changes in the pulmonary arteries, namely small arteries and arterioles. The arterial changes of pulmonary hypertension have been described in human lungs secondary to congenital heart disease of arterio-venous shunt, and rare primary pulmonary hypertension has been evaluated in hyman specimens. The hypertensive pulmonary vascular changes were fragentary and the pathogenesis remained unclear. To elucidate sequential changes of pulmonary arteries and pathogenesis of the arterial changes in pulmonary hypertension, monocrotaline-induced pulmonary hypertension was produced in Sprague-Dawley rats. Histologic, immuno-histochemial and morphometric studies of hypertensive pulmonary arteries from the experimental animals were carried out. Histologic changes of the arteeries in monocrotaline-induced pulmonary hypertension were observed in the small arteries and arterioles. Early changes included vacuolization of the endothelial cellls, edema, fragmentation , and acute inflammation of the arterial wasll. A the early changes had subsided, myofibroblastic cell proliferation in the media and the intima followed with increased thickness of the wall, which led to obliteration of their lumens. Plexogenic arteriopathy was noted in the late stage of the experiment. The degree of these histologic changes were not corrlated with the dose of monocrotaline ingected. The proliferated myofibroblastic cells in the wall of the small arteries and arterioles was not reactive or weakly reactive to both antibodies of vimentin and desmin. Thickness of pulmonary arteries was most marked in the small arteries, and medial thickness was prominent. The percentage medial thickness of the small arteries in the control represented 14.1±1.8%, whereas in the experimental groups the thickness increased from 16.7±2.6% to 29.5±7.7%. In conclusion, monocrotaline-induced pulmonary hypertension was manifested as the early changes of acute inflammation of the small arteries and arterioles followed by reparative process of myofibroblastic proliferation. This led to thickening of the arterial wall and obliteration of the lumens. The results also indicated that monocrotaline was alkaloid toxic to the arterial wasll, namely endothelial cells.
